The purpose of this study was to explore the direction of sports for all in terms of promotion of core competencies. To achieve this purpose, the contents presented in the OECD DeSeCo Project were reviewed and the purpose and value of sports for all were reexamined. In addition, we reviewed the domestic and foreign researches and materials related to the core competencies of sports instructors, and highlighted the necessity and direction of core competency guidelines to educate and evaluate them in the future. In conclusion, there was a need to reconstruct existing goals and values through the viewpoint of core competencies and to explore new goals and values as needed. This means that it is worth studying about the individual who is the main subject of life to live a successful and responsible life in the framework of sports for all and what is needed to live the present and the future. The content of this study was only concerned with classifying the existing goals and values from the viewpoint of core competencies. Thus, it is interesting to note what core competencies are in sports for all similar to the core competencies of the 2015 national physical education curriculum. This interest and effort is another way that sports education can contribute to the development of high quality athletic leaders through the development of nationally-recognized physical education qualification standards and training programs.

This study attempted to understand life, experience, and pain of people who were not appointed as a rookie draft in KBO through adopting case study method. This study employed semi-structural interview questions and snowball sampling. Finally, 6 individuals were invited to the study. Interview were continuously conducted for theoretical saturation. Interview was conducted by person to person method and approximately spent 60min. All participants were invited additional interview until 3 times. Interview questions were producted based on pilot test. All interview were transcribed and analyzed by Patton's theme analysis method. Finally, 5 major themes were found. First, the draft has diverse variable such as personality of head coach and proper opportunity so players felt difficulty. Second, people who were not appointed as a rookie draft in KBO perceived how hard to be appointed by KBO based on their re-trial experience. Third, people who were not appointed as a rookie draft in KBO attempted to be picked by in Independent teams and re-experience lack of opportunities. Fourth, people who were not appointed as a rookie draft in KBO generally conform to the improper system of Independent teams. Fifth, people who were not appointed as a rookie draft in KBO try to prepare their new life associated not with the baseball.

The object of this study was basketball after school programs, middle school students participating in sentiment about the affects for the purpose and satisfaction. Object of study, The study in North Gyeongsang Province and Daegu is the target of 250 participating middle school student in the basketball after school programs, and all time. The questionnaire is by dishonest, and response with the exception of 13 copies and distributed 250 copies of the 237 final, but used copies. Result, First, meaning difference in satisfaction and sentiment in the school year didn't show up. Second, the satisfaction according to the lower number of factors involved in significant difference in configuration, self-improvement classes, programs appeared. Significant difference in lower emotional factor in negative sentiment appeared. Third, factor lower satisfaction over time take part in significant difference in his development appeared. Significant difference in lower emotional factor in negative sentiment appeared. Fourth, significant difference in satisfaction due to lower incentive factors involved in his development appeared. Significant difference in the emotional factor in negative sentiment appeared. Fifth, learn to play basketball experience satisfaction factors in facilities according to the environment, configuration, self-improvement classes, programs, significant differences in parents appeared. Significant difference in lower emotional factor in negative sentiment appeared. Sixth, the leader, player experience factor lower satisfaction with self development, facility and environment, in significant difference in the program appeared. Seventh, the leader of self development, satisfaction in the lower factors of the facility and environment, according to the career guidance programs, significant difference in my parents appeared. Eighth, Facility and environment and other factors lower satisfaction according to the athletic program participation status, class configuration, significant difference in his development appeared. Significant difference in the positive effect of emotional factors appeared. Ninth, Participation event is significant difference in satisfaction according and other athletic program didn't show up. Significant difference in sentiment doesn't appear.

Exercise has been realized as a highly potent treatment for a multitude of degenerative conditions including cardiovascular disease, cancer, diabetes, sarcopenia, Alzheimer’s disease and many others. These diseases are directly associated with the growth and degeneration of skeletal muscles, which is regulated by the mammalian/mechanistic target of rapamycin (mTOR) signaling pathway. Generally, mTOR activation is known to be changed by both an acute exercise and training, however the type of exercise such as resistance and endurance exercise posses different mTOR siganlaing pathways in skeletal muscles. Therefore, this review will discuss how resistance and endurance exercise activates mTOR protein in different manner in skeletal muscle cells.

Physical exercise enables many psychological and socio·physiological health benefits. therefore, it is the most crucial points to reveal the results of sports science papers to worldwide. However, we have to get over the hump (knowhow of internationalization, english ability). The main aim of this research paper is to raise awareness of ‘internationalization of physical education papers’ by focusing on the knowhow of sports related international journal information, useful statistic programs, manuscript central, and even english ability especially in sport science fields. Numerous well-designed and written korean papers were not read and not evaluated many international sports scientist and not even evaluated in international journal evaluation organization. it is also related reasons with the uninternalization of domestic physical education products. Through this study, we have to consider and focus of knowhow in sports related international journal information, international relationship through international academic meeting, useful statistic programs, manuscript central, and even english ability.
