본 연구에서는 인천광역시의 37개 사업장(공장)을 대상으로 작업현장의 소음을 측정 및 분석하여 소음이 화재경보음 인지에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 측정결과 평균소음 이 95.8dB(A)나왔다. 이는 국내 경보장치 음량기준(화재경보음 발생장치에서 1m떨어 진 곳에서 90dB이상)보다 5.8dB(A)높게 나왔다. 미국방화협회(NFPA)에 따르면 암소 음(기기음)이 85dB(A)이거나 이상일 경우 화재경보음 인지정도가 미흡하기 때문에 다 른 방법을 강구하도록 되어 있다. 또한 화재경보음은 암소음보다 15dB(A) 높아야 한 다고 하고 있다. 따라서 주변의 환경을 무시한 획일적인 화재경보음 설계에 대해서 제 도적 및 법적 개선이 필요하다고 사료된다.

According to Department of labor guideline “2012-104 (2012.9.26.)” This study is to suggest the basic information and the improvement for the application of risk assessment on a construction site by group interview & survey of construction worker who is the practice of the subject and then numerical analysis about awareness and action plan of Safety and health. The result of group interview and survey of construction worker, most of construction worker feel the danger during the work. Then construction worker analysis results that risk assessment helps to change & raise awareness of safety and reduce an industrial disaster. Easy Safety management activity such as TBM & safety education active will be necessary for safe worksite and then I suggest the TBT(tool box talk) active which combines TBM & safety education.

Most frequently happening accident in construction working sites was fall in high and dangerous position. Most of fall accidents resulted in serious injury or death of workers. In this research was analysed recent safety accidents for three years from 2010`to 2012 and was developed the safety equipment to be able to efficently prevent and reduce fall accidents. This new safety equipment can be easily fixed to the reinforcing steel or steel girder etc by the fixing hook of life saving line and is comfortablely portable because of its light weight. The questionaire study of the developed equipment was performed to investgate the problem in the view point of using in real sites. The result shows that the new fixing fook can reduce fall accidents and satisfy construction workers.

Large and complicated firefighting environment is accelerating in the early activities in the field of fire officials at the time limit situation leads to people's lives and property damage, as well as the loss of the Fire Service. Therefore, the state-of-the-art technology that can respond to rapidly changing fire environment urgently in the field of fire fighting have been introduced should be utilized. These intelligent firefighting robots build daegukmin firefighting safety net that can be used when. Other advanced technology industries, the most effective ways that can be introduced into the firefighting shall be provided in the current situation of the industry's initial firefighting robots.

우리나라는 비약적인 산업기술발전을 통해 선진국 진입을 눈앞에 두고 있다. 하지만 선진국 진입에 있어 크게 세 가지의 걸림돌이 있다. 첫째로는 세계시장 진입의 장벽, 둘째로 제조물책임법(PL법) 대응방안 미흡, 셋째로는 고객신뢰 및 자원의 한계 이다. 이러한 한계점으로 인하여 신뢰성경영시스템의 필요성이 대두되고 있으며 국내의 신 뢰성경영시스템의 활성화는 필수 요소로 다가오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 신뢰성경영시스템의 활성화와 이를 위한 지표개발의 필요성 및 개발 방향성을 제시해보고자 한다.

보증 데이터를 통해 제품의 수명 및 형상모수를 추정할 때 최우추정법과 같은 전통 적인 통계 분석방법(Classical Statistical Method)을 많이 사용하였다. 그러나 전통적인 통계 분석방법을 통해 수명과 형상모수의 추정 시 표본의 크기가 작거나 불완전한 경 우 추정량의 신뢰성이 떨어진다는 단점이 있고 또 누적된 경험과 과거자료를 충분히 이용하지 못하는 단점도 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 모수의 사전분포를 가 정하는 베이지안(Bayesian) 기법의 적용이 필요하다. 하지만 보증 데이터분석에 있어 서 베이지안 기법을 이용한 연구는 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 수명분포가 와이블 분포를 갖는 보증데이터를 활용하여 모수 추정의 효 율성을 비교 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위해 와이블 분포의 모수가 대수정규분포를 따르는 사전분포를 갖는 베이지안 기법과 전통적 통계기법인 생명표법(Actuarial method)을 활 용하여 추정량을 도출하고 비교 분석하였다. 이를 통해 충분한 관측 데이터를 확보할 수 없는 경우에 베이지안 기법을 이용한 보증 데이터 분석방법의 성능을 확인하고자 한다.

이 논문은 미세공정변동에서 극소불량을 감지하는 관리도의 경제적 설계를 개발하 기 위한 조사연구이다. 일반적인 관리도의 설계는 통계적 설계와 경제적 설계로 구분 할 수 있다. 공정의 변동 원인에 따라 샘플의 간격(h), 샘플의 크기(n), 관리한계선(k) 등의 설계 모수를 최적접근방법으로 결정을 하는 경제적 설계의 모델을 조사하였다. 관리도의 경제적 설계는 공정의 관리이상상태를 효율적으로 감지하여 관리상태로 정상화 시키는 것에 대한 공정의 개선비용과 기대품질비용을 절약 할 수 있는 최적설 계 방안이다. 그리고 Shewhart 관리도의 X-bar 통계량으로 극소불량을 검출 하는것에 한계가 있기 때문에 Zp 통계량과 분포를 설계하여 극소불량을 빠르게 감지할 수 있는 Zp 관리도의 설계를 적용하고, 미세공정변동을 정확하게 감지할 수 있는 CUSUM 관 리도를 동시에 적용하였다. 따라서, 미세공정변동과 극소불량을 동시에 관리 할 수 있는 Zp-CUSUM 관리도의 통계적 설계 구조를 체계화 하였으며, 기존의 경제적 설계의 모델을 비교 분석하여 새 로운 경제적 설계에 대한 모델을 제안하고자 한다.

Control chart is most widely used in SPC(Statistical Process Control), Recently it is a critical issue that the standard control chart is not suitable to non-normal process with very small percent defective. Especially, this problem causes serious errors in the reliability procurement, such as semiconductor, high-precision machining and chemical process etc. Procuring process control technique for non-normal process with very small percent defective and perturbation is becoming urgent. Control chart technique in non-normal distribution become very important issue. In this paper, we investigate on research trend of control charts under non-normal distribution.

This study investigates the delay declaration of the traffic insurance accident which is focused on a business truck causing the traffic insurance accident. The type of the delay declaration is classified as 15 types and it differs in level of payment of insurance money. It is most important that the support policy of government and the self-help of related business to reduce the delay declaration and pursue progressive solution. Moreover, it is essential not only introducing the strict regulation system but also adapting the various victim protection system.

Competition to attract customers to the increase of the golf club, but the less people enjoying golf for a variety of issues, including the economic downturn, so golf is going deepened. Therefore, the local golf club is faced with the difficulty of management. In the case of the golf club human resource is the most important factor, because it has a high labor intensive nature of the industry as a type of facilities and services on the basis of intangible human resources. In this paper, to confirm the internal marketing activities and internal service quality, basic premise is that for an external customer satisfaction, internal customer satisfaction should be preceded, and try to analyze these execution factors on job satisfaction and customer orientation, either directly or indirectly affected. The empirical results, the management support in the internal marketing activities were the factors affecting the intrinsic job satisfaction, and the internal service quality were factors affecting employees of the intrinsic job satisfaction and extrinsic job satisfaction.

제조공정에서 사용되어 지는 SPC(Statistical Process Control)관리 기법은 가피원인 을 탐지하여 변동을 감소시키는 통계적 공정관리 시스템이다. SPC의 대표적인 관리 기 법으로는 Shewhart관리도, Cusum관리도, EWMA관리도가 있으며 이러한 관리 기법들 은 공정을 보다 안정적으로 관리 할 수 있도록 유지 및 예측하는데 사용 되어 진다. 하 지만 제조 공정의 유형에 따라 샘플링 방법, 관리한계선 등을 다양하게 설정하여 보다 효율적인 관리를 모색하고 있다. 공정 형태에 따라 다양한 관리 방법과 분석 결과가 나 타난다. 일반적으로 Xbar-R 관리도와 같은 Shewhart 관리도를 사용하지만 Batch 단위 의 공정, 연속 공정의 라인에서 사용되기에는 부분적인 한계를 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 일반적인 관리도와 공정 변화에 민감하게 반응 할 수 있는 누적합 관리도와 지수가중치이동평균 관리도를 비교해 보고 작은 변동에 대한 탐지 능력이 우수한 지수가중치이동평균 관리도에 대한 연구동향과 사례를 분석하여 제조 공정에 적합한 관리 방법을 모색하고자 한다.

관리도를 사용하여 공정평균, 공정산포 등 여러 가지 공정모수를 관리할 수 있다. 그러나 공정모수의 미세 변동을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 기법체계는 아직 미완이 다. 식스시그마 공정관리 등 정밀공정관리를 위해서는 미세 공정평균과 공정산포관리 가 전제되어야한다. 특히 높은 수준의 공정능력을 유지하기위해서는 공정산포관리가 선결과제이다. 본 본문에서는 공정평균과 공정불량률, 공정산포의 미세변동을 효과적 으로 관리할 수 있는 기술체계의 연구동향을 분석하고 미세공정산포관리를 위한 대안 을 제시하고자 한다.

As far as recent investment in railway, disused railway yards is increased in each line and region. As a result, related local government and agencies has been increased interest for utilization of disused railway yard. In this study, we investigated the status of the disused railway yards and conducted legal review on the use of disused railway yards. In addition, we analyze the disused railway yards use practices through case analysis and suggest plans to diversify ways to use.

In this study, a combination of the plasma discharge in the reactor by the reaction surface discharge reactor complex catalytic reactor and air pollutants, hazardous gas SOx, change in frequency, residence time, and the thickness of the electrode, the addition of simulated composite catalyst composed of a variety of gases, including decomposition experiments were performed by varying the process parameters. 20W power consumption 10kHz frequency decomposition removal rate of 99% in the decomposition of sulfur oxides removal experiment that is attached to the titanium dioxide catalyst reactor experimental results than if you had more than 5% increase. If added to methane gas was added, the removal efficiency increased decomposition, the oxygen concentration increased with increasing degradation rate in the case of adding carbon dioxide decreased.

건물 에너지 절감을 할 수 있는 방안을 찾고자 한다. 문제점 해결 기법을 이용하여 건물에너지를 절감할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 건물 에너지 사용 실태를 분석 하고, 에너지 사용용도별로 구분하여 에너지를 절감할 수 있는 방법을 찾아 활용할 수 있도록 한다.

In this paper, we provide application strategies of representative finance and investment metrics using breakdown properties of Return On Equity(ROE). The research discusses the relationship of ROE for finance and investment metrics such as Return On Asset(ROA), Return On Invested Capital(ROIC), Price Book Ratio(PBR), and Price Earning Ratio(PER). Furthermore, we provide three different perspectives of its purpose and utility of Residual Income(RI) Models, Market Value(MV) Models and Enterprise Value(EV) Models.
