Need safety diagnostic indicator pointer that is objective as estimation basis to be scientific and manages systematically safety existing condition and level for city gas facilities. Safety diagnostic indicator pointer can divide by greatly two. One is management (Software) side that one that differ with mechanical (Hardware) side that handle laying stress on equipment connected with safety manages organization and management connected with safety. In the case of advanced nation, can see that accomplish system and progress that in technology after experience major accident. With Zohar(l980)'s research on safety climate and industrial safety, occupational safety and health literatures begin to emphasize the influence of organizational context. Based on this research trend, this paper tried to review the relationship between safety efforts and employee safety participation, and the moderating effect of safety motivation on such relationship. Based on the responses from 643 manufacturing workers, the results of statistical analysis showed that company precaution activity and management safety involvement have affirmative effects on the employee safety participation, but safety education has not. The extent precaution activity forces on participation activity is proved to be influenced by employee safety motivation.

The chemical factory deals with dangerous element and more advance, human-error analyzes and becomes effective research for the country and region, this paper analyes the form of work-miss on human-error according to a safety accident for domestic chemical factory from 1999-2002. It include the present contents and raise issues human knowledge, behavior, judgment, sensibility as an important counterplan that makes the safety solution of work miss. For the point of view of human knowledge, it takes color standard for works to be effective in work place. for behavior, the test has been for risk point of work place and infra worker movement, also the workers performed professional work as classify according to work. for judgement, the valuation sheet is reflected to minimize the human -error and the 3rd supervisor does a cross-check audit beforehand. For sensibility, it is applicable for human relations, information, communication by program to the consciousness and an attitude of worker-supervisor.

본 연구에서는 독립적인 수요를 가지는 제품에 대한 효율적인 물류망을 구축하기 위한 방법으로 공장-중앙창고-지역창고를 포함하는 2단계 설비입지문제의 수학적 모형을 구축하고 해를 구하였다. 구축된 모형은 공장에서 서비스 지역내의 중앙창고로 제품을 수송하는 단계와 중앙 창고에서 하부 서비스 지역의 지역창고(대리점)로 경로를 통하여 제품을 배송하는 2단계 수송시스템을 고려하였다. 구축된 토형의 총비용은 수송비(수송비+배송비(정상배송+추가배송)), 중앙창고 재고비(정상재고+안전재고), 창고비(중앙창고+지역창고) 및 확장 EOQ를 고려한 지역창고 총비용의 합을 최소로 하는 중앙창고 수와 지역창고(대리점 등) 수를 결정하고 각각의 중앙창고가 서비스하는 지역창고 수 및 지역창고의 경제적인 1회 발주량과 최대 재고부족량을 결정하고 분석하였다.

RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)는 재고의 위치를 쉽게 파악할 수 있고, 적재하는 위치나 장소가 바뀌는 경우에 재고의 현황을 알 수 있다. 많은 정보를 태그에 보관할 수 있어 제품관리가 용이하다. 제품의 이력상태를 바로 알 수 있으며, 열이나 물 등의 이유로 인하여 바코드를 사용할 수 없는 곳이나 공정에서도 사용할 수 있다. RFID는 바코드 시스템의 장점을 포함하고 있고 제품개체에 대한 실시간 파악이 가능하다. 이러한 장점으로 인하여 RFID는 유통 및 생산시스템 사용이 크게 확대될 것이다. RFID를 이용하면 Just In Time 생산을 보다 효율적으로 운영할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 RFID를 이용하여 간판생산방식의 도입에 적용하는 데 있다.

And then in this paper, a Robust design is presented, which may be effective to the processes appraisal or improvement. We propose that should make a optimal plant design model for reducing field failure rate to assign by real data on different factors in plant system. Using this model, robust design of taguchi method used in this comprehensive method for reducing field failure rate in plant system.

In U.S.A., minimum wage of New Jersey in April 1, 1992 rose from $4.25 to $5.05. At this assession, there was survey by 410 numbers related back and pro minimum wage in New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania.. At stores of New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania, comparison of the increase of employment at constant minimum wag is with estimative effect of increase of minimum wage. Through comparison of stores of low wage and high wage above $5, employment volatility in New Jersey was studied. In U.S.A., increase of minimum wage was not caused to reduce to employment. Contrary to this, result of Korea was not consisted after timing of IMF bailout of 1997. It is because drop of revenue was caused to decrease employees of part-time and full-time job at the viewpoint of cost minimization.

Dependability is essential requirement in many electronic parts. Among components of automotive, the connector connecting electrical signals is one of the most important parts. Automotive -connector is inspected according to each manufacturer's test standard in which dependability should be considered. This paper aims to verify that current test standard is suitable for dependability, and present an inductive life test for automotive connector based on the field data in use-condition.

IEC 60300 series, the international standards on reliability management system are newly developed and introduced rapidly worldwide. In order to meet this fast-changing situation, it is necessary to apply them to the Korean industries effectively. It includes the establishment of the infrastructure such as documentation of Korean Standards, introduction of test equipments and test manuals, accreditation of the certification body and training of the specialists etc. IEC 60300 is upgraded management system of the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000. In this regard, the Korean companies which was certified with the ISO 9000 or 14000 should endeavor to find new strategies and methods to be certified with ISO 60300. This paper introduces a quantitative method of estimating the level of the reliability management system by applying the MIR(Maturity Index on Reliability) technique. This enables the estimation of the operation level of the system and can upgrade the maturity level of it.

가구 제품 설계 및 디자인의 과정이 고도로 높은 기술력을 바탕으로 이루어지고 있으며, 국내의 가구 기업체도 우수한 기술력과 높은 품질로 경쟁력을 키우며 다양한 고객의 요구에 대응하여 고객만족을 꾀하여야 한다. 이의 기반이 되는 제품의 품질과 사양은 설계에서 시작되는데 아직 국내의 많은 가구기업들은 설계 및 제작 단계에서 많은 시간과 비용을 낭비하고 있다. 3D Modeling Solution은 설계오류가 적으며 시각적인 설계를 할 수 있어 최소의 인력으로 제품을 설계할 수 있는 장점이 있지만 너무 많은 기능으로 인해 사용자가 쉽게 적용하고 사용하기 어려운 단점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Autodesk사의 Inventor와 Microsoft Visual Basic으로 Inventor에서 제공하고 있는 API함수를 이용하여 조립자동화를 위한 조립조건 생성, 조립자동화, 부품 재질변경, 수동조립 그리고 부품의 DB화를 구현하고 Add-ln 기능과 미리보기 기능을 구현하였다. 그리고 Actify사의 SpinFire Professional 프로그램을 이용해서 웹에서 모델링된 가구 부품이나 제품을 볼 수 있게 하였다.

Supply chains for agricultural commodities with their various constraints such as production lead time, seasonal production, and methods of storage are limited in the extent to which techniques like Just-in-Time (JIT) inventory management can be applied. It is beyond the ability of producers to control harvest time and many agricultural products are perishable so that they can incur exceptional losses in storage if they are not handled correctly. This is a source of additional costs and inefficiency in supply chain management. The purpose of this study is to reduce or eliminate such sources of loss and inefficiency and to identify success factors for the JIT inventory management system where it can be applied for agricultural products. Where ]IT techniques can be applied in supply chain management for agricultural products, costs such as transportation, inventory, and storage losses can be reduced with concurrent increases in efficiency. In the paper, some of the problems associated with applying ]IT inventory control methods in supply chain management for agricultural commodities will be reported through a series of case studies.

Virtual Reality(VR) is a new technology which makes humans communicate with computer. It allows the user to see, hear, feel and interact in a three-dimensional virtual world created graphically. In this paper, we introduced VR into psychotherapy area and developed VR system for the exposure therapy of acrophobia. Acrophobia is an abnormal fear of heights. Medications or cognitive-behavior methods have been mainly used as a treatment. Lately the virtual reality technology has been applied to that kind of anxiety disorders. A virtual environment provides patient with stimuli which arouses phobia, and exposing to that environment makes him having ability to over come the fear. In this study, the elevator stimulator that composed with a position sensor, head mount display, and audio system, is suggested. To illustrate the physiological difference between a person who has a feel of phobia and without phobia, heart rate was measured during experiment. And also measured a person's HR after the virtual reality training. In this study, we demonstrated the subjective effectiveness of virtual reality psychotherapy through the clinical experiment.

The vertical impact crusher is the machine which could produce artifical sand similar to natural aggregates in the site of guarry and pits. FEM was used to analyse the stress and strength of the machine at high rotational speed. The test specimen was made from the same material as the shaft and tension tests were conducted. The Shaft under extreme conditions was analysed to determine maximum stress level and its location from the results. The maximum level of stress and its location could be predicted.

The Charpy and Izod impact tests are the most prevalent techniques used to characterize the effects of high impulse loads on polymeric materials. An analysis method for rubber toughened PVC is suggested to evaluated critical dynamic strain energy release rates(Gc) from the Charpy impact tester was used to extract ancillary information concerning fracture parameters in additional to total fracture energies and maximum critical loads. The dynamic stress intensity factor KID was computed for varying amounts of rubber contents from the obtain maximum critical loads and also toughening effects were investigated as well. The fracture surfaces produced under low velocity impact for PVC/MBS composites were investigated by SEM. The results show that MBS rubber is very effective reinforcement material for toughening PVC.

현재 국내 인체 이식용 전자 의료기의 이식건수는 매년 약 1800 여건으로 해마다 증가하고 있으며 그 연령대도 다양한 작업환경에 노출되는 청장년층으로 급속히 확대되어 가고 있다. 이러한 이식용 의료기는 인공 심장 박동기, 이식형 제세동기, 진통억제를 위한 이식형 전기 펄스 발생기, 이식형 약물주입기 등을 포함한다. 그러한 기기들은 미세한 생체 신호에 따라 반응하기 때문에 생체 신호이외의 잡음에 의한 오동작은 절대적으로 피해져야 하며 경우에 따라 생명위협과도 직결된다. 본 논문에서는 현재사용 중인 이식형 전자의료기들의 구조와 동작원리, 다양한 작업 환경 하에서 잡음의 영향을 고찰하고, 잡음에 의한 오동작의 방지 방안을 고찰함으로써 전자의료기 인체 삽입자의 작업환경에 따른 안전문제를 제고하고자 한다.

In this paper, we implement a portable bioelectric signal measurement system for the safety of industrial workers. The developed system consists of two parts: the one is boielectric signal measurement unit and the other is signal analyzer system with PDA. The former includes signal processing part, A/D convertor, and 8051 based microprocessor, the latter includes software for signal analysis and display. The developed system detects industrial worker's ECG and displays and stores it to PDA. The ECG data in PDA can be transmitted to PC located in a distance, allowing a doctor to review the ECG and make a treatment decision. A doctor analyzes the ECG data and gives medical treatment to industrial worker.

Electrodes were fabricated based on activated carbon powder BP-20, conducting agent such as Super P, vapor grown carbon fiber (VGCF) and acetylene black (AB), and the mixed binders of flexible poly(vinylidenefluoridehexafluoropropylene) [P(VdF-co-HFP)] and cross linking dispersion agent of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) to increase mechanical strength. According to impedance measurement of the electrode with the addition of conducting agent, we found that it was possible to charge rapidly by the fast steady-state current convergence due to low equivalent series resistance (AC-ESR, fast charge transfer rate at interface between electrode and electrolyte and low RC time constant. The self-discharge of unit cell showed that diffusion process was controlled by the ion concentration difference of initial electrolyte due to the characteristics of Electric Double Layer Capacitor (EDLC) charged by ion adsorption in the beginning, but this by current leakage through the double-layer at the electrode/electrolyte interface had a minor effect and voltages of curves were remained constant regardless of electrode material. We found that the 2.3V/230F grade EDLC would be applied to industrial safety usage such as uninterrupted power supply (UPS) because of the constant DC-ESR by IR drop regardless of discharge current.
