Kaplan & Norton introduce the BSC in early 1990s. after introducing the Balanced scorecard, The Balanced scorecard has been evolved in various function. In the various functional Balanced scorecard, this paper focuses on the logistics BSC, and the decision the weights of Key Performance Indicators. In this paper, a combination of Balanced scorecard and AHP-LTV based approach proposed multi-criteria provides a more accurate representation of the problem for measuring company.

There are many reason for unsafety action without safety operation. The reason is no standard safety operation in company or the workers never get a enough education. Standard safety operation is prepared by paper for accurate directions and orders and operators must read the paper to prevent an error of action. Also an essential particular is safety of equipment and machine must be assumed to establish standard safety operation then safety of operations will be possible.

오수처리시설물 제어하는 기존 제어장치는 PLC에 의한 것으로 조건제어, 유지관리, 기능확장에 따른 운영에 많은 어려움을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 임베디드 시스템에 의한 제어장치를 개발하여 다양한 환경에 대한 유입수량, 농도상태에 따른 반응시간 및 전체 진행시간을 프로그램 하기 쉬운 구조로 하였다. 또한 효율적인 장비가동으로 설비보전을 할 수 있어 유지비용을 줄일 수 있다. 가장 큰 목적은 사용자와 관리자가 쉬운 유지관리를 위해 보다 더 신뢰할 수 있는 배출수 운영으로 하천 수질개선을 위함이다.

최적의 효율적이고 경쟁력 있는 물류시설을 조성하기 위해 수요업체(화주)를 대상으로 입지, 임대면적, 임대조건, 임대가격, 건물의 배치, 건물의 구조, 교통처리계획, 부대시설 등에 관한 다양한 의견을 사전에 수렴, 물류시설 건립에 반영할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 조사를 위한 시간과 비용이 과대하게 발생하는데 이러한 비효율적인 조사를 보다 효율적으로 정리하고 더 나아가 투자자의 신속하고 정확한 의사결정을 지원하기 위해서 간단하게 몇 가지의 요소만으로 사전에 진단하고 정확한 의사결정을 할 수 있는 도구의 필요성이 대두된다. 즉, 기존에는 상기에서 언급한 '수요자 접근법'을 이용하여 진행하여 왔는데, 거점적인 측면과 시설적인 측면의 요소를 반영한 새로운 "요인비교법"을 도출하였다.

Recently, the strategy of the age of limitless competition for existence of manufacturing company appears for the enhancement of productivity through the automatic system, the reduction for the cost for standardization and the decision making process for the information system. Especially the critical success factors in manufacturing company can be summarized for the establishment of production visibility through the production management, material & work-in-process management, the establish of the flexible manufacturing system for the changed order priority and the establish of the quality system for improvement of product and process quality. The existing production management systems supply only simple information about production results on real time, can delay quick decision making. And it can prevent acquiring the information about various customer needs and the communication problems with other systems. In this paper, it will show MES system, a solution for the problems of existing production management systems. And through a case study of D company, it will reveal improvement effect on shipment error using MES system and economic analysis for MES itself.

The purpose of this study is to examine the actual condition of environment conscious logistics system which is essential to make material recycling economic society. Environment conscious logistics management which meant simply recycle is tend to promote material reduction, reuse and recycling. We have made case studies about advanced environment conscious logistics system. To examine korean companies' environment conscious logistics system, we made survey form which is consist of 81 questionnaires in Korea between 2003 and 2005. And we have analyzed the survey responses. As a result of this study, we propose the way of constructing environment conscious logistics system in Korea.

Also, see significant difference that analyzes interrelation between leading persons about human mistake in semiconductor industry and connect interrelation of mistake by this. Continuously, dictionary road map to human error theoretical background to basis traditional accidental cause model and modern accident cause model and leading persons. I wish to present model and new model in semiconductor industry by backbone that leading persons of existing scholars who present model of existent human error deduce relation. Finally, I wish to deduce backbone of model of pre-suppression about accident leading person of the person center.

The purpose of this study is to provide foot classification on young men and women by factor analysis. The sample for this work was chosen from data which were collected and measured by Size Korea during two years (2003~2004). In order to analyze and compare features of the foot of young men and women, analysis was performed about 911 subjects (male: 467, female: 444) on 24 parts such as height (8 parts), width (5 parts), thickness (1 part), circumference (3 parts), length (3 parts) and angle (4 parts). The result of this study can be applied in manufacturing and design of shoes and socks. Also, it will enable us to have fruitful information on considerable items during manufacturing and design of shoes and socks.

Aerial working platform is recently used broadly in heavy industry and construction field and also the utilization of it is growing. However, the raise of critical incident caused by unskilled operator is increasing gradually. To reduce and prevent such incident, the training for operating is essential. It's not easy to cover the requirements for the training with real platform because of the high price of it, safety and weather condition. This paper proposes a simulator for the training based on virtual reality to give the training safely regardless to the weather condition and the simulator is deliverable in lower price than real one. The simulator proposed in this paper is available to be set according to the level of trainee managing the assessment level and be also applied for the design of general heavy equipment training simulator based.

현행 우리나라의 검사제도는 사업장의 자율관리 능력을 고려하지 않고, 설비의 노후화 및 위험도와 무관하게 획일화된 방식으로 적용하여 설비의 안전성을 확보하지 못할 뿐만 아니라 정기 및 자체 검사를 병행하여 많은 불편이 있다. 따라서 사업장의 불편을 해소하고, 설비의 안전성과 신뢰도를 높일 수 있는 위험기반검사(risk based inspection, RBI)를 국내 실정에 적합하게 도입하기 위하여 사업장, 정부 및 관련 기관에서 향후 추진해야할 방향에 대하여 분석하였다. 국내에서 위험기반검사 제도가 정착될 수 있기 위해서는 먼저 법적 근거가 마련되어야 하며, 법적 제도가 마련되면 사업장에서 RBI를 적용 시 이를 검증하고, 관리할 수 있는 인증기구의 설치가 필요하다. 또한 위험기반검사를 수행하는 사업장에 대해서는 공정안전이행수준과 같은 위험기반검사 이행수준평가를 도입하고, 차등 적용하여 사업장을 관리하는 것이 바람직하다.

This paper reviewed the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction, and the moderating effect of gender. Based on the responses from 807 customers who encountered employees in telecommunication industry, the results of multiple regressional analysis showed that all service quality factors have positive relationships with customer satisfaction. The results of moderating analysis showed that only empathy and tangibility have positive interactive-effects on customer satisfaction with gender. With increasing of empathy and tangibility, female customers have been more satisfied than male customers.

The purpose of this study collected and analyzed their opinions to found solutions for reducing safety accidents since it is important to educate the students to recognize the importance of safety. We surveyed 350 students from mechanical and metal engineering departments of an engineering high school located in Seoul, and divided them in two categories and asked them about prevention of safety accidents in laboratories. Educational factors found that further directions and educations are needed for the students as to emergency measures in case of safety accidents. Safety education before laboratory classes in crucial, helpful and effective for prevention of safety accidents. Facility factors that further education is needed for students who don't experiments in orderly manner.

Teshima has been a quiet and beautiful island, but started to be imaged as an "island of wastes" because of the 600,000 tons of industrial wastes thrown there illegally. Now it symbolizes the problem of industrial wastes in Japan. Teshima development company, an industrial waste disposer, started to dispose industrial wastes illegally in the west side of the island, since the late 1970s. Hyogo Police Station exposed this illegal act, and arrested 6 persons of the company, including its president, in charge of having violated the Waste Disposal and Public Cleansing Law in 1991. This illegal disposition has continued for 13years until it was exposed by the police. Teshima case of industrial wastes are introduced in this paper.

자동차를 설계할 때에는 예술적, 기술적으로 뛰어나다 하더라도 공학적으로 실현이 가능하여야 한다. 또한 비용이라든가 품질도 중요한 고려사항이다. 하지만 이것들 보다 자동차 설계에서 더욱더 중요시되는 것은 안전이다. 사고 시 사람의 생명을 최대한 안전하게 보호할 수 있는가이다. 이번 연구는 'Design for Safety' 중에서도 보행자 안전을 고려한 자동차 설계에 관해 연구하고자 한다. 2005년 교통사고 통계에 따르면 차대사람의 사고발생건수는 총 46,594건에 사망자 2,457명 부상자 47,282명이다. 이는 한 해 전체 교통사고 발생건수에 21.8%를 차지하고 있다. 본 연구는 자동차 사고 중 보행자와 차량의 사고 유형과 상해부위를 파악하여 사례를 중심으로 살펴본 후 이를 자동차 설계에 반영하는 방법에 대한 연구이다.

Multi-criteria decision making is deducing the relativistic importance in the criterion of decision making and each alternative which is able to make a variety of choices measures the preferred degree in the series of low-ranking criterions. Moreover, this is possible by synthesizing them systematically. In general, a fun-diametral problem decision maker should solve for multi-criteria decision making is evaluating a set of activities which are considered as the target logically, and this kind of work is evaluated and synthesized by various criterions of the value which a chain of activities usually hold in common. In this paper, we study about effective consumer preference to towels made of paper according to the three kinds of intensities of products from some domestic company, using the AHP.

This paper introduces statistical test principles, statistical procedures and tests for exponential distribution. This paper also shows compliance test plans for success ratio and constant failure rate, and goodness-of-fit tests for Weibull distribution. Moreover, this paper presents procedures for comparision of two constant failure rates, and dependability of products containing reused parts.
