Domestic industry calamity rate did decrease in large numbers by many efforts of the safety and the health organizations. Nevertheless domestic industrial accident level is low yet among the OECD countries. Domestic small and medium enterprises is in trend that industrial accident is increased by deterioration of hardware, unpreparedness of safety equipments. But, Domestic small and medium enterprises' safety and health education had not been utilized so far effectively. This research groped efficient operation model of the safety and the health education through the survey about a solution for problems of education that is enforced in small and medium enterprises to three groups of workers and safety and health administrators and managers. Compared domestic safety and health educational system and advanced foreign educational system. And, analyze problems about domestic small and medium enterprise's safety and health education and presented a solution. Finally, presented efficient operation model of the safety and the health education suitable to domestic medium and small enterprises.

사고 시나리오에 따른 안전관리 비용-편익분석

본 연구에서는 계절별 기후인자를 고려하여 정성적 및 정량적 위험성 평가를 실시하여 사고 시나리오를 설정하였고, 비용-편익분석을 실시하여 사고 시나리오별 안전관리 비의 효율을 분석하였다. 그 결과, 최악의 시나리오는 비정상조업에서 유지보수 오류이었고, 가능성 있는 시나리오는 HAZOP 구간#4에서 발생되는 가스 누출사고이었으며, 각 사고 시나리오에서 전체 안전관리 투자비에 대한 편익/비용은 0.043과 0.13이었다. 이때 각 사고 시나리오에서 비용 효과적인 안전관리 항목을 평가할 수 있었다.

산업재해의 직접적인 원인은 작업자의 불안전한 행동과 작업과정에서의 안전시설 설치미흡으로 인한 불안전한 상태로와 기술적, 교육적, 관리적 원인의 복합적인 형태로 발생되는데 그 가운데 산업안전보건법상의 건설공사 각 공종 별 기술적인 안전시설설치 기준이 건설업 종사자에게 쉽게 적용하기가 현행 법기준에는 문제점이 있으며 이러한 복잡한 법기준을 분석하여 안전사고 예방 기법에 적용하고자 제시하고자하며, 향후에 이를 바탕으로 산업안전보건법상의 안전기준을 체계적으로 분석하여 제시하고자 한다.

Construction Management(CM) system, which was introduced some years ago to large national construction projects, such as the construction of Incheon New Airport, construction of high-speed railroad and World Cup stadiums, is considered to be still in its early stage and safety at each step of CM is very poorly controlled. In an attempt to improve such inferior safety management of domestic CM, this study made comparative analysis about operation system of safety management with CM system in domestic and abroad. Also suggested the model under consideration with CM, which is suitable for the situation of Korea.

The study was purposed to know the status of prevention on health obstacle in industries with confined space. The results were as follows: 1. It was found 38% of respondents established health-work program in confined space. The percentage of respondents with instrument of oxygen sampling and equipment of ventilation, operation of safety and health education, posting of watching man and operation of head count were 42%, 35%, 75%, 46% and 56%, respectively. 2. The percentage of awakening of risk, confirm of air condition and operation of emergency training were 36%, 25% and 10%, respectively.

The objectives of this study is to achieved by the use of the conceptual approach and accident data bases to develop statistical accident analysis, effectiveness values, comparison analysis of statistical models to determine which variables are significantly related to accidents, human factor, and hazard factor analysis, all of which were used in the railroad crossing. The result from this approach applicable to the railroad crossing where systematic safety management criteria have been considered.

현재 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)업계의 동향은 외산 전사적자원관리업체들이 국내 중소ㆍ중견기업 시장 공략에 적극 나서고 있다. SAP코리아와 한국오라클이 이미 국내 중소ㆍ중견기업시장을 타갓으로 한 제품을 선보인 데 이어 최근 마이크로소프트(MS)까지 이 시장에 본격적으로 뛰어들었다. 국내 ERP업계는 외산업체들의 공격적인 SMB시장 전략으로 국내 업체들 사이에서 살아남기 위해서는 제품의 완성도를 높이고 보다 주도면밀한 마케팅 전략을 구사하는 등 대응책을 마련해야 할 것이다. 또한 기업의 주요 업무에 대한 전산화는 개발요원들이 전산화를 요구하는 부서의 업무를 분석하고 각종 개발 툴을 이용하여 각 부문의 업무 프로세스에 맞게 구축하는 주문식 개발방법이 보편적이었으나, 기업들도 전문 소프트업체의 경영 어플리케이션 패키지(business application package) 제품을 구입해 구축하는 방식으로 변하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 ERP를 운영하고 있는 국내 중소ㆍ중견기업 중에 하나인 K업체의 생산관리 모듈을 대상으로 하여 운영상의 문제점을 파악하고, 이에 따른 효율적인 운영을 위한 프로세스를 정의하고자 한다. 또한 K업체의 제조관련부분에 대한 업무분석을 통하여 ERP 프로젝트의 완성을 위한 목표설정과 범위, 실적 평가 기준정립을 마련하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

In this regard, the newly focused logistics information system makes reducing the expenses of whole logistic available by cutting down the expenses of materials, transportation and stock and also, it allows the company to cut down the procurement expense through the reduced lead-time and rationalize producing plans by eliminating the uncertain orders and fluctuation in procurement. It further more optimizes the efficiency of over all productions by meeting the dead line for delivery to the customers. In the recent environment of globalization where fierce competitions exist between manufacturers, logistics plays important role in the strategies of companies, and managements of companies try their best efforts in establishing the strategy to accomplish the innovative relationship between supply chain channels. Unlike the large scale enterprises in those days, hower, many small & medium enterprises especially the enterprises which are engaged in the manufacturing industry-aren't participate in information's rank due to the lack of funds, manpower, insufficient management environments, and manager or staff's lack of cognition as to information. So, this paper make a base of establishment for ISP through the establishment of ERP that is used to management activity for small & medium manufacturing enterprises. A way for small & medium enterprises' ERP construction is SMERP S/W for the small & medium enterprises' ERP package which is offered by the Korea chamber of commerce & industry. And, that is applied to the real management environment.

This paper examines to focus on General Strategy of e-logistics activity for SCM(Supply Chain Management) Build-up, especially the field service logistics Integration. And this research analyzes the case study (Business of Strategy Group Unit) Survey) involving effective logistics management that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive policy. Because problems arise from the differences between their goals and structures, which cause each sied to feel vulneralbe to opportunism or shirking of responsibilities by the other. The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right Quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the Quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.

In the recent environment of globalization where fierce competitions exist between manufacturers, SRM(Supplier Relationship Management) plays important role in the strategies of companies, and managements of companies try their best efforts in establishing the strategy to accomplish the innovative relationship between supply chain channels. The structure of the partnerships we develop with not only customers but also suppliers will in many cases determine the degree of success of the relationship. A successful partnership provides an opportunity for shared risk while maximizing the opportunity for mutual success whether it's with supplier. To follow this paper show how SLV(Supplier Lifetime Value) can be used to structure the supplier in automotive part manufacturer, This method of selection is described, and a detailed example of how SLY can be used and allocation of order quantity for the selected suppliers also are provided.

The company accepted loss which is from over-production, losing of opportunity. After changing to Web environment, supply chain is more complicated and need of customer is more various. With increasing of Korean family's revenue and pursuing quality of life, outdoor food and meal industry is rapidly growing up. Thus employee's service quality is much more needed in this industry. This paper reviewed the relationship between employee empowerment and service quality. The first purpose of this research is to test the effects of employee empowerment on service quality, and the second purpose is to test the moderating effects of sex and tenure on the relationships between employee empowerment and service quality. According to statistical analysis, meaning, competency, and autonomy generally had an affirmative impact on many service quality factors. Also the results of moderating regression analysis showed that long term employees were more sensitive to autonomy than short term employees.

The articles of food is very important things to human. Since PL Law came into effect in July of the last year(2002) in Korea, many domestic firms have taken great interests in PL. And the purpose of PL Law is to provide a means for those injured by defective products to receive redress. Additionally, enterprises get to place more importance on the safety of the products, which led to improvement in competitiveness and enhancement in quality. Consequently customers can get better products. So, it aims not only to compensate the injured by defective products but also to act an incentive to maker/supliers of food to make their products more safe. This study is to develop and operate the R-FCE(Real-time Fuzzy Control Expert System) model on the SBR(Sequency Batch Reactors) type sewage disposal facility which is for the environmental problem of future and the effective treatment. It is the system that regularly handles the input, output information in real time by the Fuzzy control IF-THEN rule. Nowadays the water pollution caused by the increase of population and the industrialization already exceeds the purifying ability of nature and is getting worse. The sewage disposal facility needs an expert having wide experience and know-how because the quality or quantity of inflow water is so irregular that the process of sewage disposal is difficult. In the nation, however, the accumulation of technology is so weak because field-operators avoid the long-term duty. So the accurate and speedy decision or control of field are difficult in the case of emergency situation.

반도체 제조 시스템에 대한 다양한 상황과 관련한 연구는 많지 않다 게다가, 모든 상황에 항상 적합한 생산시스템 전략은 없다. 반도체 제조공정 시스템에 대한 스케줄은 생산공정의 재진입, 공정의 높은 불확실성, 급속하게 변하는 제품과 기술과 같은 특성 때문에 반도체 제조공정시스템에 대한 스케줄은 복잡하고 어려운 작업이며, 사이클타임의 절감 및 단위시간당 생산량의 증대와 같은 시스템 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 반도체 제조 시스템에 대한 좋은 방법을 발견하기 위한 많은 연구가 있었다. 반도체 산업의 생산 흐름은 가장 독특한 특징을 가지고 있으며 생산계획과 반도체 제조의 스케줄링과 계획을 어렵게 하고 있다. 각각 다른 단계에 있는 자재는 같은 장비의 사용을 위해 경쟁을 하는데, 이로 인하여 작업시간 보다 단지 기다리는 시간에 상당한 시간을 할애하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 선행 연구를 바탕으로 반도체 공정에 모듈 생산방식을 접목시켜 공정의 사이클 타임을 줄이고, WIP를 최소화하여, 생산량을 최대화는 방안을 제시하고 공정 모듈 시스템 (Process Modular System)을 구축하고자 한다.

Each method for economic evaluation has its own characteristics. Therefore adoption of each of them in evaluation production investment project results in many problems. Hence combination & modification of them are required to perform more accurate evaluation about investment project. This paper discuss evaluation method of investment projects expansion and replacement investment on each line or individual in the production. Generally investment evaluation method has add to a few method by Subsidiary means with use a especial method. And then in this paper, a Taguchi Techniques is presented, which may be effective to the facilities appraisal or improvement. We propose a decision model to incorporates the values assigned by a group of experts on different factors in production. Using this model, SN ratio of taguchi method for each of subjective factors as well as values of weights are used in this comprehensive method for reducing production rate in production management.

3D Modeling Solution can reduce projecting error and also make possible to design visually, so that it can minimize human resources. On the other hand, it has defects of operating difficulties caused by too much complex function, thus it consequently prevent user from prompt handling. According to this paper, the developed party S/W will help that user can construct the parts easily, can let everybody use 3D modeling solution readily, and make fast development of new product. This software will carry out prompt development of new product and derive satisfaction of customers from high quality. Also, saving time and expense naturally raise competitive power in consequence.

The goal of this study is to develop and Analysis of User's Convenience a cockpit prototype based on the design guide of cockpit integration module. The process of this study has been followed analyzing development trend of next generation Automotive cockpit, extracting the design factor needed to making integration module and laying down the design guide of cockpit integration module. Finally, this study is indicate an instance that evaluation of utilization with Integrated Automotive Cockpit Module System.
