네발기기 자세에서 실시하는 안정화 운동 시 지지면 불안정성이 체간 근육 활성도에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to find the effects of the transverse abdominis/internal abdominal oblique (TrA/IO), multifidus (MF) muscles while stabilization exercise was performed in a four-point kneeling position on the unstable surface. Methods: Twenty healthy adults volunteered to participate in this study. Each subject was instructed regarding maximum voluntary isometric contractions (MVIC) and stabilization exercise in four-point kneeling on the unstable surface. While MVIC and stabilization exercise of individual muscles were being performed, activation of the muscles was measured using surface electromyography (EMG). Activation of the muscles while performing stabilization exercise in four-point kneeling on the unstable surface was normalized to a percentages of the MVIC. Results: TrA/IO, MF muscles showed no significant differences among the surfaces. Conclusion: Activation of the trunk muscles while performing stabilization exercise in four-point kneeling does not effect on the surface.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) leg flexion patterns according to the hip joint angle on electromyographic activity of the trunk. Methods: Thirty healthy adults volunteered to participate in this study. Subjects were required to complete following the PNF leg flexion patterns on three different hip joint flexion 30°, 60° and 90°. An surface electromyogram (SEMG) was used to record the electromyographic activities of the trunk muscle in rectus abdominis, internal oblique abdominal, external oblique abdominal, erector spinae. The data were analyzed using the a repeated measures of one-way ANOVA with post-hoc Bonferroni's correction. Result: The results of this study are summarized as follows: The EMG activities of internal abdominal oblique and elector spinae muscle showed a statistically significant difference (p<.05). Conclusion: The result show that electromyographic activity of the trunk muscles significantly changed on PNF leg flexion patterns with difference hip joint angle. Therefore, this study used to basis for the intervention of the trunk muscle strength and stabilization.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of PNF lower extremity flexion pattern on the eletromyographic (EMG) activity in rectus abdominis, internal oblique abdominal, external oblique abdominal, erector spinae. Methods: Twenty-six healthy adults volunteered to participate in this study. Subjects were required complete following two PNF lower extremity patterns; flexion-adduction-external rotation with knee flexion (D1) and flexion-abduction -internal rotation with knee flexion (D2). A paired t-test was used to determine the influence of the PNF two patterns on muscle activity for each muscle and descriptive statistics was used to determine local/global muscle ratio. Results: The D1 pattern was showed significant rectus abdominis (p<.05) and Median of internal oblique/rectus abdominis ratio was 2.23 and internal oblique/external oblique ratio was 1.53. The D2 pattern showed significant erector spinae (p<.05) and Median of internal oblique/rectus abdominis ratio was 3.06 and internal oblique/external oblique ratio was 1.72. Conclusion: The D1 pattern made rectus abdominis activation increase. The D2 pattern made erector spinae activation increase. As compared D1 and D2 pattern on trunk muscle activation, it's will be useful decision making for the trunk muscle strength and stabilization.
갈고리 발가락에 대한 근위지절관절 굴곡 방지 테이프가 뇌졸중 환자의 보행에 미치는 효과

Purpose: We investigated the effect of anti-flexion taping at the proximal interphalangeal joints on the gait in stroke patients with clawing toe. Methods: Nineteen patients (mean age 63.26±9.16 years) with clawing toe were studied. Gait performance was measured under two different conditions : (1) non-tape (2) application of tape. Gait velocity, step time and stride length were examined with the GAITRite system Results: Compared to the non-tape control condition, step time of the hemiparetic side increased significantly after the application of tape(p=0.03). There was no significant mean differences between the taped and control conditions for stride length of the hemiparetic side and velocity. Conclusion: Whilst the anti-flexion tape at the proximal interphalangeal joints changed the walking by providing significant step time effect, positive changes were noted in stride length of the hemiparetic side after tape application. These findings indicate that anti-flexion tape procedures do not significantly alter stride length of the hemiparetic side and velocity.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the criterion-related validity of the Berg balance test between fallers and non-fallers in individuals with Parkinson's disease. Methods: Thirty-one patients were recruited for this study. Their initial diagnosis had been made on average 30.1±10.1 years earlier. Score of Berg balance test showed significant correlations with indicators of motor functioning and daily living capacity. Berg balance test score was inversely associated with the unified Parkinson's disease rating scale-motor score, and Schwab and England activities of daily living rating scale. Results: In all 3 correlations, lower scores on the Berg balance test correlated with higher unified Parkinson's disease rating scale-motor scores. Results support the criterion-related validity of the Berg balance test. Conclusion: Our research results agree with other published research in suggesting that the Berg balance test may be used as a screening tool and ongoing assessment tool for patients with Parkinson's disease.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe the Inter-expert cooperation strategy for community ambulation in stroke patient. Methods: The data was collected by stroke patient. We applied the Inter-expert cooperation strategy for community ambulation to stroke patient. Parameters of result were collected for using the 10m walk test, 6 minute walk test and ICF assessment sheet. Results: Significant differences were observed the stroke patient for 10m walk test, 6 minute walk test and ICF assessment sheet. stroke patient improved all test. Conclusions: Inter-expert cooperation strategy applied community ambulation is very useful and effective. It is effective in clinical practice.
