흡기근 훈련 장비를 활용한 복합 운동이 지역 사회 기반 노인의 신체기능에 미치는 영향 KCI 등재

본 연구는 지역 사회 기반 노인을 대상으로 최소한의 복합 운동 프로그램을 제공하고 어떠한 효과가 있 는지 알아보았다. 총 17명이 참여를 하였고 4주, 주 1회 보건소를 방문하여 물리치료사의 지도를 받으며 흡기근 훈련 장비를 활용하여 운동 프로그램을 진행하였다. 운동 프로그램 효과를 알아보기 위하여 프로그램 참여 전, 후 폐기능과 신체기능 평가를 진행하였다. 본 연구 결과, 폐 기능에서 유의한 변화는 없었으나, Timed UP and Go test, Five Times Sit-to-Stand Test는 유의하게 좋아졌다. 추후 최소한의 중재로 신체기능을 효과적으로 개선할 수 있도록 최소 운동량을 증가시키거나 가정 훈련 프로그램을 같이 제공하는 등 다양한 시도를 통해서 비용대비 효과적인 지역 사회 기반 노인의 건강 프로그램을 구축할 필요가 있다.
This study implemented a minimal complex exercise program for community-based older adults and identified the program’s effectiveness. Seventeen subjects visited a health center once a week for four weeks and were guided by a physical therapist through an exercise program using inspiratory muscle training equipment. The participants’ pulmonary and physical functions were evaluated before and after participation in the program to determine the overall effect. The results found no significant change in lung function, but the Timed UP and Go and Five Times Sit-to-Stand tests showed significant improvement. Thus, there is a need to establish a cost-effective community-based health program for the elderly that increases the minimum amount of exercise in a community setting and provides a home training program so that physical function can be effectively improved with minimal intervention.

Purpose Strong predictors for the risk of cardiovascular disease in older adults include levels of total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, which can be modified by dietary behavioral changes and regular physical exercise. The purpose of this study was to evaluate changes in perceived dietary behaviors, food intake, and serum lipid profiles after providing a nutrition education and exercise program to elderly women living in residential homes. Methods The nutrition education classes and supervised Korean dance exercise classes (four times per week) were provided for 10 weeks to 64 elderly women from residential homes in Korea. Subjects were interviewed to assess perceived dietary behaviors, food intake by 24-hour recall, and fasting blood samples were obtained before and after the program and at a 3-month follow-up. Results Initially, the intakes of vitamin A, vitamin C, riboflavin and calcium of our subjects were insufficient. After the program, the actual food intake and perceived dietary behaviors were significantly improved, but had declined back to baseline levels by the 3-month follow-up. The index of nutritional quality and serum lipid profiles were significantly improved after the program, and they remained significant at the 3-month follow-up. Conclusion The nutrition education and exercise program for institutionalized elderly women was effective in leading to positive changes shortly after the program, but the effects only partially remained at the 3-month follow-up. A health promotion program designed for an elderly population should consider strategies of motivating them to initiate a healthy lifestyle and subsequently maintain improvements in dietary behavior-related health in the long term.

Objective To compare a center-based cardiac rehabilitation (CR) program with a home-based CR program in terms of improving obesity related index and cardiopulmonary exercise capacity after the completing a phase II CR program. Methods In this study, there were seventy-four patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention who were analyzed. Patients with mild to moderate risk (ejection fraction >40%) were included in the group. The patients underwent an exercise tolerance test by measurement of the modified Bruce protocol at three assessment points. Those in the center-based CR group participated in a 4-week training program with electrocardiography monitoring of the patient’s progress and results, while those patients who were in the home-based CR group underwent self-exercise training. We measured the obesity related indices such as body mass index, fat free mass index (FFMI), and cardiopulmonary exercise capacity including peak oxygen consumption (VO2max), metabolic equivalents (METs), heart rate, resting systolic blood pressure and the diastolic blood pressure of the participants and noted the results. Results Of the 74 patients, 25 and 49 participated in the center-based and home-based CR programs, respectively. Both groups showed significant improvement in VO2max and METs at 1-month and 6-month follow-up. However, FFMI was significantly improved only in the center-based CR group after 1 month of the phase II CR. Conclusion Both groups identified in the study showed significant improvement of VO2max and METs at 1-month and 6-month follow-up. However, there was no significant difference in the intergroup analysis. A significant improvement of FFMI was seen only in the center-based CR group after phase II CR.

This study verified the effects of a physical exercise program performed at Basic Healthcare Units on the body composition and functional capacity of women over 50 years old and to compare these variables according to age. Forty-eight women (age, 65.4± 7.3 years) were assessed. The program lasted 20 weeks, and was conducted 2 times per week, 60 min/day. Body mass and height were collected and body mass index (BMI) was calculated. Bioelectrical impedance was used to estimate fat mass and fat free mass. Functional capacities: handgrip test, Timed Up and Go (TUG) test, and Guralnick test were assessment. Weight (68.7± 12.5 [pre]× 66.8± 12.5 [post], P< 0.001), BMI (28.5± 4.1 kg/ m2 [pre]× 27.6± 4.0 kg/m2 [post], P< 0.001), and fat mass (28.4± 7.8 kg [pre]× 26.4± 7.3 kg [post], P< 0.001) were decreased. For functional capacity, handgrip (21.2± 5.8 kg [pre]× 22.9± 6.9 kg [post], P= 0.014), lower limb strength (12.0± 3.0 sec [pre]× 8.5± 2.2 sec [post], P< 0.001), TUG (8.4 ±1.5 sec [pre] ×7.6 ±1.1 se [post], P<0.001) and Guralnik tests (10.6± 1.6 [pre]× 11.8± 0.5 [post], P< 0.001) were improved. 20 weeks of exercise program performed at Basic Healthcare Units decreased body fat and improvement of functional capacity of women over 50 years old and there was difference according to age only on the body composition variables.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of resistance exercise programs on older adults’ physical and psychological health indicators. Twelve randomized controlled trials published in Korean be-tween January 2000 and July 2024 were included in this meta-analysis. The subjects in the selected studies were all aged 65 and over. The in-tervention group performed resistance exercise, and the control group did not engage in structured exercise programs. The resistance exer-cise programs were implemented for an average of 8–12 weeks, 2–3 sessions per week, with each session lasting 40–70 min. Effect sizes were calculated using standardized mean differences, and statistical analysis was conducted using R software. The results revealed that re-sistance exercise significantly improved various fall-related physical outcomes, including grip strength, flexibility, static and dynamic balance, lower body strength, and coordination. Also, fall efficacy was signifi-cantly increased. However, there was no statistically significant change in skeletal muscle mass and body fat percentage. These findings sug-gest that resistance exercise is an effective intervention for improving physical function and psychological stability in older adults.

To increase movement capacity and to reduce injury risk in young soc-cer players by implementing a special functional exercise program based on functional movement screen (FMS) and correctives. 67 young male athletes 14.19 years of age from a Super League Football Club Academy participated in the study. Functional movement patterns were evaluated with FMS assessment protocol. Deep squat, hurdle step, in-line lunge, shoulder mobility, active straight leg raise, trunk stability push-up, and rotatory stability were examined in FMS. Considering the FMS scores the number of intervention and control groups were de-fined as 24 and 43, respectively. Intervention program was composed of 1 hr twice a week sessions in total of 12 weeks with 4 weeks of mobility, 4 weeks of stability, and 4 weeks of integration exercises. At the end of 12-week intervention and control groups were re-evaluated with FMS protocol. Contact and noncontact sports injuries recorded during one season. In intervention group there was statistically significant differ-ence in increase in total FMS scores (P<0.01), deep squat (P≤0.001), hurdle step (P<0.05), inline lunge (P<0.01), and trunk stability push-up (P<0.01). In control group total FMS, deep squat, and trunk stability push-up scores increased with a statistical difference (P<0.01, P<0.05, P≤0.01, respectively). The incidence of noncontact injury in control group was higher than intervention group (P<0.05). Periodic movement screening and proper corrections with functional training is valuable in order to create better movement capacity to build better physical per-formance and more effective injury prevention.

Inpatient cardiac rehabilitation (ICR) has been commonly conducted af-ter cardiac surgery in many countries, and has been reported a lots of results. However, until now, there is inadequacy of data on the status of ICR in Korea. This study described the current status of exercise thera-py in ICR that is performed after cardiac surgery in Korean hospitals. Questionnaires modified by previous studies were sent to the depart-ments of thoracic surgery of 10 hospitals in Korea. Nine replies (re-sponse rate 90%) were received. Eight nurses and one physiotherapist completed the questionnaire. Most of the education on wards after cardiac surgery was conducted by nurses. On postoperative day 1, four sites performed sitting on the edge of bed, sit to stand, up to chair, and walking in the ward. Only one site performed that exercise on postoper-ative day 2. One activity (stairs up and down) was performed on differ-ent days at only two sites. Patients received education preoperatively and predischarge for preventing complications and reducing muscle weakness through physical inactivity. The results of the study demon-strate that there are small variations in the general care provided by nurses after cardiac surgery. Based on the results of this research, we recommended that exercise therapy programs have to conduct by ex-ercise specialists like exercise physiologists or physiotherapists for pa-tients in hospitalization period.

본 연구는 12주간의 걷기운동과 복합운동 프로그램에 참여한 중년여성 당뇨병 환자의 신체 구성 및 혈중지질의 변화를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 참여에 동의한 총 27명을 실험집단 걷기운동 9명, 복합운동 9명 그리고 통제집단 9명으로 선 정하여, 12주간 주5회 파워워킹프로그램 및 복합운동을 적용하였다. 연구에 참여한 대상자들의 데이터를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같 다. 첫째, 12주간 걷기와 근력운동을 병행한 운동 프로그램이 신체 구성에 미치는 영향과 관련하여, 집단과 시간의 상호작용 효과는 유의하지 않았으나, 체중에서는 집단과 시간의 주효과가 유의하게 나타났으며, 체지방에서는 집단 주효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 둘 째, 12주간의 걷기와 근력운동 병행 운동 프로그램이 혈중지질에 미치는 영향과 관련하여, HDL-C와 TG 변수에서 집단과 시간의 상호작용 효과뿐만 아니라 집단 및 시간의 주효과가 유의하게 나타났으며, TC는 집단 간 유의한 차이를 보였고, LDL-C는 시간의 주 효과만 유의하게 나타났다. 따라서, 걷기운동과 근력운동의 복합운동이 신체구성과 혈중지질에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 나타 나 중년여성 당뇨병환자의 자기관리 중재방안을 높일 수 있는 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze changes in body composition and blood lipids of middle-aged female diabetics who participated in 12-week walking and combined exercise programs. As for the research method, a total of 27 people who agreed to participate were selected as 9 people in the experimental group walking, 9 people in the complex exercise, and 9 people in the control group, and the power walking program and complex exercise were applied five times a week for 12 weeks. The results of analyzing the data of the subjects who participated in the study are as follows. First, in terms of the effect of the combined exercise of walking and strength training for 12 weeks, the interaction of group and repetition in physique and body composition was not significant, but there was a significant difference in the main effect of group and repetition for body weight and the group main effect for body fat. indicated. Second, in terms of the effect of 12 weeks of combined exercise of walking and strength training, there was a significant difference in blood lipids in the main effect group and repetition, including the interaction of group and repetition in HDL-C and TG variables, and TC showed a significant difference between groups. and LDL-C showed significant differences only in the main effect of repetition. Therefore, it is believed that the combined exercise of walking and muscle exercise had a positive effect on body composition and blood lipids, which can be used as basic data to enhance self-management intervention measures for middle-aged female diabetics.

Purpose: This study aimed to verify the effectiveness of virtual reality (VR) exercise programs and evaluate their practical applicability through systematic research on Ring Fit Adventure, a VR-based fitness game that includes various exercises such as aerobic and muscle strengthening activities. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups, with 15 individuals assigned to each group; due to dropouts, 11 people were ultimately assigned to each group. The experimental group performed three types of exercises using a Ring-Fit Adventure program. Methods: This study measured forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1), and dynamic balance ability improvement by conducting Parachute, Balance Walk, Hurray GET, Coin Run, Disc Hit, and Twist Bat, which are exercise programs of Ring Fit Adventure. Measurements were taken using BioRescue and MicroQuark systems. Results: The Coin Run exercise significantly improved stability limits in balance ability, specifically in right, and forward, and backward directions. It also significantly increased the average value of FEV1, indicating enhanced breathing ability. The Parachute exercise resulted in an increase in average stability limits for balance ability and improvements in FVC and FEV1, although these changes were not statisticallysignificant. Conclusion: VR exercise programs are effective for improving balance ability and breathing capacity. Ring-Fit Adventure exercise programs such as Coin Run, Disc Hit, and Twist Bat demonstrated greater improvements in balance ability, making them suitable choices for enhancing stability and balance in VR fitness programs.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the proprio-ceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) exercise programs for idio-pathic scoliosis with a female patient in the early 20s in terms of her spi-nal curve and balancing abilities. The study subject was selected among 21-year-old female college students. There were no particular activities that the subject could not perform, but patient complained of difficulty in maintaining the standing position for a prolonged time. Pa-tient chest X-ray results showed S-shaped curves tilted towards the left or right in the lumbar spine, thoracic spine, and cervical spine areas. The PNF exercise programs consists of seven therapeutic exercise programs, including home exercises considering the patients’ balanc-ing abilities, the lateral symmetry of the spinal sway, the distortion, and the height of the pelvis and scapula bones. The programs last for 6 weeks and includes three sessions per week, with each session lasting for 30 min. Before and after the execution of the PNF exercise pro-grams, the subject was monitored for the changes in her spinal sways through chest X-ray tests. Also, using a balance measurement instru-ment, the subject’s static and dynamic balancing abilities were tested. 연구는 만성요통을 호소하는 농촌지역 50대 중반 여성을 대상으로 고유감각자극을 위한 소도구 운동프로그램을 12주간 적용하여 VAS(visual analogue scale), 정적균형능력 좌·우, 전·후, 그리고 고유감각 운동능력 신체안정성 좌·우, 전·후의 신체적 변화를 알아보았다. 연구대상자는 실험집단(experimental group; EG) 24명, 통제집단(control group; CG) 20명으로 무작위 할당 하였다. 실험집단과 통제집단 간 동질성 검사는 독립 t-검정을 실시하여 평균의 유의차를 분석하였고, 동질성이 확보된 경우 Two-way ANOVA 반복측정 분산분석(repeated measures ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 그 결과 집단과 12주 시기 간 상호작용효과 가 나타났다. 그러나 집단 내 시기 간 VAS, 정적균형능력 좌·우, 전·후, 그리고 고유감각 운동능력 신체안정성 좌·우, 전·후에서 유의한 평균차이로 개선된 결과를 나타냈으며, 집단 간 12주 후에서 실험집단이 모든 변인에서 유의한 개선 효과가 나타났다.
This study applied a props-based exercise program for 12 weeks to women in their mid-50s in rural areas who complained of back pain, and applied VAS (visual analogue scale), static balance ability left and right, front and back, and sensory movement. Ability Physical stability The left and right, before and after physical changes were investigated. The study subjects were randomly assigned to an experimental group (EG) of 24 people and a control group (CG) of 20 people. For the homogeneity test between the experimental group and the control group, an independent t-test was conducted to analyze the significant difference in average. When homogeneity was secured, two-way ANOVA repeated measures ANOVA was performed. As a result, there was an interaction effect between the group and the 12 weeks period. However, the VAS between periods within the group, static balance ability left and right, before and after, and sensorimotor ability and body stability left and right, before and after showed improved results with significant average differences. After 12 weeks between groups, the experimental group showed significant improvement effects in all variables.

본 연구는 융합적 비대면 방식의 운동 프로그램이 파킨슨 환자의 균형, 보행, 낙상효능감에 미치는 효과크기를 알아보고자 메타분석을 실시하였다. PICO 방식에 의해 대상자는 파킨슨환자, 중재는 가상 현실과 e-운동 프로그램, 대조군은 대면 환경에서의 운동 프로그램 적용이나 중재를 적용하지 않은 그룹, 결과는 균형, 보행, 낙상효능감으로 하였다. 조사기간은 2021년 1월부터 2월사이로 2달간이었으며, 최종 5편을 선정하여 메타분석을 실시하였다. 질 평가 도구로 무작위 대조군 연구에 사용되는 ‘비뚤림 위험’ 도구를 사용하였다. RevMan프로그램을 사용하여 비대면 운동프 로그램에 대한 효과 크기를 알아보았다. 메타분석 결과, 균형에 대한 효과 크기는 1.27(SMD=1.27; 95% CI 0.72 to 1.83)(Z=4.51, p<0.001), 낙상감에 대한 효과 크기는 0.52 (SMD=0.52; 95% CI -0.000 to 1.03) (Z=1.96, p=0.05), 보행에 대한 효과크기는 -0.40 (SMD=0.40; 95% CI -1.00 to 0.10)(Z=1.32, p>0.05) 이었다. 5편의 분석 문헌에서 파킨슨 환자에게 비대면 운동프로그램을 적용시 대면 운동프로그램에서 보다 균형과 낙상효능감 향상에 효과 가 있었고 보행에는 효과의 차이가 나타나지 않았다.
In this study, a meta-analysis was conducted to find out the effects of convergent “untact” exercise programs on the balance, gait, and falls efficacy of Parkinson’s patients. In this study, the PICO were Parkinson's disease, virtual reality program and an e-exercise program intervention, a comparative intervention with the contact interventions applied, and without any interventions applied, outcomes were balance, gait, and fall efficacy. The survey period was between January and February 2021, and five papers were selected and subjected to meta-analysis. Risk of bias, a tool commonly used for randomized control trial studies, was used. Furthermore, RevMan program was used to investigate effect size of untact exercise programs. The result of the meta-analysis showed that the effect size of balance of the untact exercise program group was 1.27 (SMD=1.27; 95% CI 0.72 to 1.83) (Z=4.51, p<0.001), the effect size of fall efficacy was 0.52 (SMD=0.52; 95% CI -0.000 to 1.03) (Z=1.96, p=0.05), and the effect size of gait was -0.40 (SMD=-0.40; 95% CI -1.00 to 0.10)(Z=1.32, p>0.05). A total of 5 literature analysis showed that untact exercise program is more effective in improving balance and falls efficacy than contact exercise program, but no difference in effectiveness was shown on gait.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of physical ac-tivity and nutrition education programs on mild dementia patients with changes in exercise function and eating habits. We examined the ef-fects of pre and post program on 23 old patients with dementia who were diagnosed with menarche or mild dementia with the permission of the dementia center in Incheon city and visited from April to July 2017. The Mini-Mental State Examination score of the subjects in this study was 19.68±3.25, consisting of mild dementia patients. After per-forming the program for 16 weeks, the senior fitness test showed a sig-nificant change in the arm curl test, chair sit-and-reach test, and 2-min step test, and a total score of mini nutrition assessment increased from 19.16 to 21.0. In particular, in a level 2 evaluation, which contains more details such as the condition of taking drugs, number of daily meals, protein food intake condition, intake of vegetables, fruit, and water, whether one can eat alone, and evaluation of nutritive condition, a sig-nificant increase from 9.78 to 11.28 was verified. There is a significant increase in nutrition condition recovery as a result of nutrition educa-tion. In comparing pre and post program, a significant result was con-firmed, and there was significance to provide the basic empirical data for the exercise and dietary life nutritional education of mild dementia patients.

본 연구는 기능성 운동, 탄력밴드 저항운동, 폼롤러 스트레칭이 지역사회 노인의 체력 및 대사성 위험요인에 미치 는 효과를 비교하기 위해 수행되었다. 의성군 치매보듬마을에 거주하는 여성노인 65명을 대상으로 10주간 개입을 실시 하였으며, 세 집단 비동등성 사전–사후 설계를 적용하였다. 체력 6개 항목과 대사성 위험요인 5개 항목을 평가한 결과, 모든 체력 지표에서 유의한 향상이 나타났으며(p<.001), 기능성 운동군의 향상 폭이 가장 컸다. 탄력밴드 운동군은 주로 근기능에서, 폼롤러 스트레칭군은 유연성에서 뚜렷한 개선을 보였다. 대사성 위험요인 중 혈압과 허리둘레는 유의한 변화 가 없었으나, 공복혈당과 체지방률은 감소하여 시기효과가 유의하였다. 본 연구는 운동 형태에 따라 체력 및 대사성 개선 양상이 다르게 나타남을 확인하며, 지역사회 기반 노인운동 프로그램의 맞춤형 설계 필요성을 제시한다.
This study compared the effects of functional exercise, elastic band resistance exercise, and foam roller stretching on physical fitness and metabolic risk factors in older adults. A total of 65 community-dwelling adults aged 65 years or older participated in a 10-week intervention using a non-equivalent pretest–posttest design. Significant improvements were observed in all physical fitness variables (p <.001), with the functional exercise group showing the greatest overall gains. Elastic band exercise improved muscle function, while foam roller stretching yielded the largest increase in flexibility. Among metabolic risk factors, blood pressure and waist circumference showed no significant changes; however, fasting blood glucose and body fat percentage decreased significantly. These findings highlight the differential benefits of exercise modalities and support tailored community-based exercise programs for older adults.

[목적] 본 연구는 골퍼들에게 흔히 발생하는 족저근막염에 대해, 근거 기반의 예방 및 관리 운동 프로그램을 종합적 으로 제시하는 데 목적이 있었다. [방법] 선행 연구와 임상 지침을 바탕으로 족저근막염의 병태생리학적 특성, 골프 와의 연관성, 위험 요인을 검토하였으며, 스트레칭, 근력 강화, 균형 훈련으로 구성된 예방 중심의 운동 프로그램에 대해 문헌을 고찰하였다. [결과] 족저근막염의 예방 및 관리를 위해서는 족저근막 특이적 스트레칭과 종아리 근육 스 트레칭을 통한 유연성 향상, Short Foot Exercise를 포함한 발 내재근 강화 및 하퇴부 근력 강화, 그리고 균형 및 고 유수용성 훈련이 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 골퍼의 족저근막염은 스트레칭, 근력 강화, 균형 훈련을 포함한 포괄적 예방 프로그램을 통해 효과적으로 관리할 수 있으며, 본 연구에서 제시된 근거 기반 지침은 골퍼의 족저근막 염 예방과 건강한 골프 활동 지속에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
[Purpose] This study aimed to comprehensively present evidence-based exercise programs for plantar fasciitis prevention and management in golfers. [Methods] Based on previous research and clinical guidelines, the pathophysiological characteristics, golf-related associations, and risk factors of plantar fasciitis were reviewed, and literature on prevention-focused exercise programs consisting of stretching, strength training, and balance training was examined. [Results] For plantar fasciitis prevention and management, plantar fascia-specific stretching and calf muscle stretching for flexibility improvement, intrinsic foot muscle strengthening including Short Foot Exercise and lower leg strength training, and balance and proprioceptive training were found to be effective. [Conclusion] Plantar fasciitis in golfers can be effectively managed through comprehensive prevention programs including stretching, strength training, and balance training, and the evidence-based guidelines presented in this study are expected to contribute to the prevention of plantar fasciitis in golfers and the maintenance of healthy golf activities.

This study used PubMed, KISS, and RISS as a search engine to search domestic and foreign literature published from 2009 to 2024 using words such as “stroke mirror therapy,” “mirror therapy stroke,” and “mirror therapy for the CVA. This study conducted a systematic review to examine the effect of mirror therapy on the recovery of upper limb function in stroke patients. It was confirmed that mirror therapy is effective in improving the l upper extremity function on the paralysis side of stroke patients, and the effect persists even after the end of treatment. I future studies, more detailed studies are needed to supplement these limitations, and additional studies should be conducted on the effects of various symptoms that can occur due to stroke in terms of the therapeutic effect of mirror therapy.

목적 : 본 연구는 주의력결핍과잉행동장애(Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, ADHD) 아동 및 청소년에게 적용되는 운동프로그램이 주의집중력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 연구방법 : 한국연구정보서비스(Research Information Sharing Service), 한국학술정보(Korean studies Information Service System), 학술데이터베이스(DataBase Periodical Information Academic), Science on, PubMed의 데이터베이스를 2019년 1월부터 2023년 3월까지 연구를 검색하였다. 검색어로는 ‘주의력결핍 과잉행동장애’, ‘집중력’, ‘운동프로그램’을 사용하였다. 검색된 논문 중 선정기준, 배제기준에 부합한 최종 7편의 논문을 선정하였다. 결과 : 선정된 7편의 모든 문헌에서 ADHD 아동 및 청소년에게 운동프로그램을 적용하였을 때, 주의집중력 증진에 유의미한 효과를 보였다. 그뿐만 아니라 운동기능, 자신감 등을 향상시키고 충동성을 감소시키는 등 다양한 효과가 확인되었다. 결론 : 본 연구를 통해 ADHD 아동 및 청소년에게 운동프로그램 중재를 체계적 고찰하여 주의집중에 미치는 효과를 확인하였다. 추후에는 ADHD를 갖는 아동 및 청소년들을 대상으로 다양하게 접목한 운동프로그램 중재가 이루어져야 할 것이다.
Objective : This study investigated how exercise programs affect the attention of children and adolescents with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Methods : The study searched the Research Information Sharing Service, Korean studies Information Service System, DataBase Periodical Information Academic, Science on, and PubMed databases to gather studies conducted between January 2019 and March 2023 using “ADHD,” “attention,” and “exercise program” as search terms. Among the results, seven studies met the inclusion criteria. Results : All seven studies found that exercise programs significantly improved the attention of children and adolescents with ADHD. Significantly positive effects were also observed on their motor functions, self-confidence, and impulsivity. Conclusion : This systematic review confirmed the effectiveness of exercise programs for children and adolescents with ADHD. These results suggest that such children and adolescents could benefit from the effects of exercise programs.

본 연구는 태교운동 프로그램이 임신부의 태아애착에 미치는 효과가 어떻게 나타나는지 알아보는데 목적이 있 다. 자료처리는 SPSS 18.0을 활용하여 기술통계, 빈도분석, 이원변량분석을 통하여 검증하였다. 첫째, 연령에 따라서 는 두 집단 모두 사전보다 사후의 수치가 증가하였으며, 태아애착의 하위요인인 태아의 특성과 의도추측 요인에서 유의 한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 임신기간에 따라서는 두 집단 모두 사전보다 사후의 수치가 증가하였으며, 태아애착의 하위 요인인 태아와의 상호작용, 태아의 특성과 의도추측 요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 직업유무에 따라서는 두 집단 모두 사전보다 사후의 수치가 증가하였으며, 태아애착의 하위요인인태아의 특성과 의도추측 요인에서 유의한 차 이가 나타났다. 넷째, 월수입에 따라서는 두 집단 모두 사전보다 사후의 수치가 증가하였으며, 태아애착의 하위요인인 태아의 특성과 의도추측 요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 다섯째, 임신계획유무에 따라서는 두 집단 모두 사전보다 사후의 수치가 증가하였으며, 태아애착의 하위요인인 태아의 특성과 의도추측 요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다.
The purpose of this research is to see how prenatal exercise programs affect the fetal attachment of the pregnant mother. The data was processed by using SPSS 18.0 and is validated through descriptive statistics, frequency analysis tests, and RG(2)×RM(2) tests. First, depending on the age both parties showed increased figures after the experiment than before the experiment, and there was a notable difference between the fetus' individual characteristics and intended guess, which are auxiliary factors of the mother's fetal attachment. Second, depending on the pregnancy duration both parties showed increased figures after the experiment than before the experiment, and there was a notable difference between fetal interaction, the fetus' individual characteristics and intended guess, which are auxiliary factors of the mothers' fetal attachment. Third, depending on whether the mothers were employed or not, both parties showed increased figures after the experiment than before the experiment, and there was a notable difference between the fetus' individual characteristics and intended guess, which are auxiliary factors of the mothers' fetal attachment. Fourth, depending on monthly salaries, both parties showed increased figures after the experiment than before the experiment, and there was a notable difference between the fetus' individual characteristics andintended guess, which are auxiliary factors of the mothers' fetal attachment. Fifth, depending on having pregnancy plan, both parties showed increased figures after the experiment than before the experiment, and there was a notable difference between the fetus' individual characteristics and intended guess, which are auxiliary factors of the mothers' fetal attachment.
