Innovation can come from inside or outside organizations. Recently, organizations have begun turning to external knowledge more often, through various forms of collective intelligence (CI) as collaborative platform to solve complex problems. Several factors facilitate this CI utilization phenomenon. First, with the rapid development of Internet and social media, numerous web applications have become available to millions of the Internet users over the past few decades. Web 2.0 and social media have become innovative web applications that provide an environment for human social interaction and collaboration. Second, the diffusion of simple and easy-to-use technologies that enable users to interact and design web applications without programming skills have led to vast, previously unknown amounts of user-generated content. Finally, the Internet has enabled communities to connect and collaborate, creating a virtual world of CI. In this study, web enabled CI is defined as a composed ability of individuals who are acting as a single cognitive unit to achieve common goals, think reasonably, solve problems, make decisions, carry out complex tasks, and develop creative ideas collectively through participation and collaboration on the web. Although CI plays a critical role in organizational innovation and collaboration, the dubious quality of CI is still problem that is difficult to solve. In general, the quality level of content collected from the crowd is lower than that from professionals. Thus, it is important to identify determinants of CI quality and to analyze the relationship between CI quality and its usefulness. However, there is a lack of empirical study on the quality factors of web-enabled CI. There exist a variety of web enabled CI sites such as Threadless, iStockphoto or InnoCentive, Wikipedia, and Youtube. One of the most successful forms of web-enabled CI is the Wikipedia online encyclopedia, accessible all over the world. Another one example is Naver KnowledgeiN, a typical and popular CI site offering question and answer (Q&A) services. It is necessary to study whether or not different types of CI have a different effect on CI quality and its usefulness. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to answer to following research questions: • What determinants are important to CI quality? • What is the relationship between CI quality factors and the usefulness of web-enabled CI? • Does CI type have a moderating effect on the relationship between CI quality, its determinants, and CI usefulness? Online survey using Google Docs with email and Kakao Talk was conducted for collecting data from Wikipedia and Naver KnowledgeiN users. A totoal of 490 valid responses were collected, where users of Wikipedia were 220 while users of Naver KnowledgeiN were 270. Expertise of contributors, community size, and diversity of contributors were identified as core determinants of perceived CI quality. Perceived CI quality has significantly influenced perceived CI usefulness from a user’s perspective. For improving CI quality, it is believed that organizations should ensure proper crowd size, facilitate CI contributors’ diversity and attract as many expert contributors as possible. Hypotheses that CI type plays a role of moderator were partially supported. First, the relationship between expertise of contributors and perceived CI quality was different according to CI type. The expertise of contributors played a more important role in CI quality in the case of Q&A services such as Knowledge iN compared to wiki services such as Wikipedia. This implies that Q&A service requires more expertise and experiences in particular areas rather than the case of Wiki service to improve service quality. Second, the relationship between community size and perceived CI quality was different according to CI type. The community size has a greater effect on CI quality in case of Wiki service than that of Q&A service. The number of contributors in Wikipeda is important because Wiki is an encyclopedia service which is edited and revised repeatedly from many contributors while the answer given in Naver Knowledge iN can not be corrected by others. Finally, CI quality has a greater effect on its usefulness in case of Wiki service rather than Q&A service. In this paper, we suggested implications for practitioners and theorists. Organizations offering services based on collective intelligence try to improve expertise of contributeros, to increase the number of contributors, and to facilitate participation of various contributors.

본 연구는 효과적인 재난대응을 위한 새로운 협업 모델로서 Ansell & Gash(2018)가 제안한 협력적 플랫폼(collaborative platform)의 개념을 적용하여, 일본의 재난대응 플랫폼인 Japan Platform 사례를 통 해 재난대응 플랫폼의 형성과 운영기제, 집합적 성과를 탐색하였다. 사례 분석 결과, NGO와 민간기업, 정부는 각기 부족한 재원을 보완하거나 기업과 국가의 국내외적 명성을 향상시키기 위한 목적에서 플랫폼에 참여하고 있었다. 더불어 Japan Platform은 다양한 회원기관 간 역할분담을 명확히 하고, 각 섹터의 참여자들이 의사결정과정에 균형 있게 대표되게 함으로써 이들 간 상이한 이해관계로 인한 갈등을 관리하고 있었다. 그러나 정부자금에 대한 의존성이 높아 장기적으로 정부 행위자의 영향력이 커지는 것에 대한 우려가 발견되었고, 민간기업의 해외 인도적 지원에 대한 저조한 관심으 로 인해 국내외 지원의 균형을 이루는 것에 대한 고민도 있었다. 특히, Japan Platform 조직 자체의 집합적 성과에 대한 논의는 매우 미미한 수준으로, 향후 플랫폼 조직으로서의 장기적 발전을 위해 집합적 성과에 대한 논의와 이에 따른 전략적 목표 설정이 필요하다.

This case study of the Japan Platform investigates the participants’ motivations, operational processes, and collective impacts of a collaborative platform for disaster response through in-depth interviews and literature reviews. NGOs, enterprises, and government agencies participated in the Japan Platform to supplement insufficient financial resources or enhance their local and international reputation. Furthermore, the Japan Platform resolved disputes arising from divergent interests by defining member roles and enabled participants in each sector to be fairly represented in the decision-making process. However, the Japan Platform was heavily reliant on government subsidies. Different interests and viewpoints for local or international support between enterprises and NGOs were also significant obstacles to overcome. To respond to disasters effectively as a collaborative platform, the Japan Platform needs to examine the collective impact and establish strategic goals accordingly. Based on the results, this study provides several suggestions for Korea, which has a centralized disaster response system, to respond more effectively to disasters through collaborative platforms with diverse sectors.

This paper presents u-COEX, Ubiquitous-Collaborative Online shopping EXecution system, for small- and mediam- sized business enterprises, based on EPCglobal network. The system is taking advantage of RFID technology promises to optimize the critical processes in the Supply Chain Management. The system consists of five major functions: integrated order management, realtime monitoring and analysis system of sales and inventory, decision support system, integrating with EPCglobal and RFID technology, and u-catalog feature. The prototype implementation was developed for mass electronic market complex and the result revealed the feasibility to be applicable to real market.

전통적으로 제품이나 서비스의 가치는 생산자에 의해 고객에게 제공되었다. 그러나 현대에 와서는 제품이나 서비스의 개발에 고객들의 참여가 폭 넓게 이루어지고 있다. 공동가치창출과 같은 공동혁신을 통해 고객은 기업의 제품이나 서비스의 설계, 생산, 마케팅, 그리고 판매 등에 참여하여 새로운 가치를 창출하고 있다. 공동가치창출과 같은 공동혁신을 통해 생산자와 고객 간의 벽이 무너지고 있는 것이다. 정보기술의 발전으로 인해 고객의 경험을 공 유할 수 있는 기회가 증가하고 있다. 공동혁신은 새로운 경영기법을 적용하는 것이 아니라, 기업 활동과 세부 업무 자체를 변화시키는 패러다임으로 기업 활동에 고객이 참여하여 새로운 가치를 창출하는 것은 기존 업무 프로세스로 는 수행하기 어렵고, 업무 프로세스를 공동혁신 활동에 맞추어 새롭게 변화시켜야 한다. 본 연구에서는 공동혁신을 통해 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 개발하기 위한 프레임워크와 이를 위한 서비스 플랫폼의 개념적 모델을 제시한다.

Traditionally, the value of a product or service was provided to customers by the manufacturer. However, in modern society, participation of consumers in the production of goods and services is widely integrated into the general activities of corporations. Collaborative innovation refers to the company and customer working together in creating value with the customers participating in the designing, production, marketing, and sales of products. Accordingly, it would be ill-fitted to conduct collaborative innovation using previous business methods. Though collaborative innovation in the business sector is expected to increase, there are limits to its implementation at present. This study proposes framework in developing collaborative innovation-purpose business models and a conceptual platform for its execution.

최근 한번 생산된 제품을 여럿이 공유하며 쓰는 협력소비를 바탕으로 한 서비스들이 다양하게 출시됨에 따라 사람들의 활용도와 관심도가 증가하게 되었다. UberX와 Airbnb는 대표적인 차량 공 유, 주택 공유 서비스로 해외에서는 사용자들의 편의성을 도모하며 활발하게 서비스가 이루어지고 있 다. 현재는 온라인상의 웹 또는 애플리케이션을 통해 사람들 사이의 협력소비가 중개되고 있다. 이와 동시에 IT 산업에서 가장 이슈가 되고 있는 사물인터넷은 일상의 사물들을 유무선 네트워크로 연결해 정보를 공유하는 환경으로 관련 기술 개발 및 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현재 이 루어지고 있는 공유경제 및 협력소비 기반 서비스에 사물인터넷 기술을 도입함으로써 그 필요성과 새 롭게 기대되는 효과를 모색하고자 한다. 사물인터넷 기술의 유무 사이의 체계적인 비교분석을 통해 근 거를 제시함으로써 연구의 객관성을 확보하고자 한다. 연구결과, 추가적으로 사물인터넷 기술을 공유 경제 서비스에 활용함으로써 다양한 데이터들의 확보 가능성이 제시되었고, 확보된 데이터들을 실용 적인 목적으로 활용하기 위한 방안이 강구된다.

With the recent release of services based on the collaborative consumption sharing the single product by various individuals, the utilization and the interest of people also increased. Currently, the collaborative consumption between people is mediated through the online web or application. At the same time, IoT (Internet of Things), the hottest issue within the IT industry, is a setting that shares information through the connection of daily things with the wire-wireless networks. The current research tries to seek the necessity and the newly expected effects by adopting IoT technology to the collaborative consumption service. The research tries to secure objectivity by providing the grounds through the systematic comparative analysis between the existence and the nonexistence of the IoT technology. As for the research result, the methods for the utilization of the secured data for practical purpose are being devised with the possibility of the securement of various data.

출판 산업이 위기를 맞고 있는 가운데 그 활로로 도서관을 상정하였다. 그러나 도서관이 단순히 독서문화진흥의 촉매로서 출판 산업을 부흥시킬 수 없음을 전제하였다. 차라리 독자가 중심이 되고 도서관을 생산기지로 하는 독자들의 적극적인 생산과 수요를 출판이 수용함으로써 출판콘텐츠의 확대 재생산 체제를 출판 진흥의 모델로 제시하였다. 그 과정에 도서관/출판 협업 (협동조합) 형태의 독립출판 플랫폼을 설계하였고 그 유통과 재생산 모형을 제안하였다.

In the midst of the crisis in the publishing industry, the library was brought up as a facilitator. However, the premise is that libraries cannot revive the publishing industry simply as a catalyst for promoting reading culture. Rather, the publishing industry presented an expanded and regenerative system of publishing contents as a model for the promotion of publishing by embracing the active production and demand of readers based on libraries. In that process, we designed an independent publishing platform in the form of library/publishing collaboration (cooperation) and proposed a distribution and reproduction model.

비대면 수업을 통한 블렌디드 러닝과 인공지능 융합 교육으로의 변화가 가속화되고 있는 교육환경은 디지털 리터러시 함양을 기초소양으로 하고 있다. 이 연구에서는 비대면 수업의 문제점을 보완하며 등장한 메타버스 플 랫폼에서 디지털 문해력을 기르기 위한 협동 SW 교육 프로그램을 만들어 미래 역량에 대한 효과성을 검증하고 자 하였다. 의사소통 및 협업의 기회가 적은 소인수 학습 간 클러스터를 구축하여 메타버스 안에서 협력적 의사 소통을 기반으로 한 SW 교육을 진행하는 방법으로 총 20차시 프로그램을 구성하였다. 연구의 효과성을 검증하 기 위해 미래 교육 역량으로 제시되는 4C 역량을 효과성 도구로 선정하여 집단 동질성 검사와 대응표본 t검정 을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 메타버스 기반 협동 SW 교육 프로그램은 협력적 의사소통 능력 향상에 효과적으로 나타나서 블렌디드 러닝을 통한 SW교육의 가능성을 확인하였다.

The educational environment, where the change to blended learning and AI convergence education through non-face-to-face is accelerating, is based on the cultivation of digital literacy. This study attempted to verify the effectiveness of future competencies by creating a collaborative SW education program on the metaverse platform that emerged by supplementing the problems through non-face-to-face. Twenty programs on how to design and create software were organized for small-scale elementary classes in the metaverse. In order to verify the effectiveness 4C competency tool presented as future educational competency was selected, and homogeneity test for the experimental group and t-test were conducted. The results showed the SW education programs based on metaverse was effective in improving collaborative communication skills, confirming the possibility of SW education through blended learning.

Autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) collaborative design platform which is a novel system to solve collaborative design problem of AUV is established. The platform hardware structure is introduced and the main sub-system named visual flow design system is described in detail. The function structure of visual flow design system is presented. Two main modules in the visual flow design system including flow modeling and flow monitoring are introduced. For flow modeling module, basic widgets and task widgets are designed to realize visual flow design and self-definition of computing tasks based on the workflow theory and XML technology. Flow monitoring module can realize real-time monitoring of flow state, flow execution time and IP of workstation assigned to each task. Flex-based visual flow design makes AUV collaborative design platform easy to use and helps the designers improve design efficiency and shorten development period.

Research on the Collaborative Product Design Platform Based on the Internet of Things

To improve the response to customers’ demand and the efficiency & quality of product design in the networked collaborated environment, a new modeling framework of the product design platform based on the Internet of Things (IoT) is put forward. In accordance with the requirements of collaborative product design among the supply chain partners, the design platform established on the IoT is given to optimize and carry out the design process through the network. The fundamental structure, feasibilities, functions and key technologies of this platform are described in detail. Further more, a set of key issues are raised in this architecture, and the techniques employed in the solution are presented. All of these researches would provide significant practical references for enterprises to build the related product design platform.

이 연구는 타이완에서 2009 년부터 2010 년까지 TeachArt Wiki 라 불리는 범국가적, 범학교적, 범학문적 협동학습 프로젝트에 관한 것이다. 이 프로젝트의 목표는 타이완의 한 대학교에서 미술교육 석사학위과정 학생들로 하여금 협동 인터넷 기반 TeachArt Wiki 를 활용하여 박물관 디지털 고문서들을 탐색함으로써 미술을 가르치고 배우는 데 잠재성을 고찰하여 미술교육 연구와 논문 그리고 편집을 위한 지속적인 온라인 자료로서 이 웹사이트를 개발하게 하도록 하기 위한 것이었다. 타이완학생들은 한 예술가와 주제에 대한 박물관 워크시트를 만들기 위해 타이완 국립 예술박물관에서의 디지털 고증자료를 사용했는데, 이것이 TeahArt Wiki Taiwan 웹사이트에서 협동적 상호교류를 위한 Web 2.0 도구인 Wiki 를 사용하는 다른 학생들에 의해 검토되었다. 이 TeahArt Wiki 버전은 타이완 미술과 문화를 발전시켰고 미술교육, 미술사, 박물관교육 전공 학생들간의 국제적 교류를 위해 이 웹사이트가 가치가 있음을 깨닫도록 해주었다. 이 글은 타이완 National Changhua University of Education (NCUE)의 미술학부내에 미술교육 석사학위 프로그램에 “박물관교육이론과 실제” 교과목 강의에서 박물관 워크시트를 만들기 위해 TeachARt Wiki 를 사용하였던 14 명의 미술교육 석사학위과정 학생들의 반응을 양적/질적 연구로 분석한 결과이다. 또한 이 글은 TeachArt Wiki 라는 타이완 온라인 기반을 활용하는 것이 어떻게 그 학생들의 미술 학습과 글쓰기를 향상시킬 수 있는지를 보여준다. 연구와 논문쓰기와 편집에 협동적으로 수행할 수 있도록 함으로써, 특히, 미술 작품에 입문하는 것을 쓰고 타이완국립예술박물관의 디지털 고문서자료를 탐색하는 동안 박물관 워크시트를 만들어내는데 TeachArt Wiki 를 활용하는 것이 도움이 되었는가를 밝혀준다.

This study originated in Taiwan from a cross-national, cross-campus, and cross- disciplinary collaborative project called TeachArt Wiki, Taiwan in 2009-2010. The goals of the project were for art education graduate students at one university in Taiwan to explore the potential for learning about and teaching art by accessing a museum’s digital archives while using the collaborative Internet platform TeachArt Wiki, and to promote this website as a continuing online resource for research, writing, and editing in art education. Taiwanese students used the digital archives of the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts’ collections to produce a museum worksheet on an artist and theme, which was reviewed by other students using Wiki, a Web 2.0 tool for collaborative exchange on the TeachArt Wiki, Taiwan website. This Chinese version of TeachArt Wiki also promoted Taiwanese art and culture, and raised awareness about the value of this website for international exchange between students of art education, art history, and museum education.1 This paper presents the results of a quantitative/qualitative study of 14 art education graduate students’ responses to using TeachArt Wiki, Taiwan to create a museum worksheet during a course called “Theories and Practices in Museum Education” in the Graduate Program in Art Education in the Department of Art at the National Changhua University of Education (NCUE), Taiwan. Additionally, this paper reveals how using the TeachArt Wiki, Taiwan’s online platform improved the students’ learning and writing about art by enabling them to collaborate with their peers in their research, writing, and editing, specifically to write an entry about an artwork and to create a museum worksheet while accessing the digital archives of the NTMFA.

A Novel Collaborative Management Theory based Shipping and Forwarder Management Platform

Shipping and forwarder management platform is not only an important platform for shipping companies to operate business, but also a technical guarantee for service efficiency improvement. In order to solve current realistic problem such as low-efficiency in resource allocation, difficulty in head-office management, and inaccuracy and delay of data sharing, a shipping and forwarder management platform (SFMP) fitting for international container shipping logistical companies based on collaborative management theory is proposed. People collaboration, information collaboration, process collaboration and application collaboration are core of management platform. This paper proposes an effective collaborative management theory for shipping industry and presents how to constructed a comprehensive systematic management platform covering shipping business and forwarder business. Case study has proved that the proposed platform could improve 10%-25% operation efficiency, enhance collaborate level and strengthen shipping companies’ competitiveness in global market

Using the theory and method of collaborative innovation, we build an integration and optimizing allocation platform of high quality teaching resources for universities-led collaborative innovation based on the analysis of basic content and process of university-led collaborative innovation, and study the structure and functions of the platform in detail. Finally we provide a series of effective countermeasures to effectively promote collaborative innovation activities in universities.

Collaborative innovation is an important strategy choice of China nowadays, and also of the national universities. Using SOA architecture and cloud computing, we build an integration and optimizing allocation cloud platform of high quality teaching resources for universities-led collaborative innovation to meet the resource requirements of universities based on the analysis of basic concept, types, core process, and evolution characteristics of university-led collaborative innovation following the inherent laws of university-led collaborative innovation, and then analyze the construction concept, logical architecture and main functions of the platform,. Finally, we provide a series of suggestions to the relevant universities and government departments to effectively promote the smooth implementation of the university-led collaborative innovation activities and the integration and optimizing allocation cloud platform of high quality teaching resources for university-led collaborative innovation.

소셜러닝은 미래 지식정보사회의 새로운 학습모델로 기존의 학습과 달리 개인의 능동성과 타인과의 협력학 습을 중시한다. 협력학습을 위한 소셜러닝 플랫폼 구축에 기존 소셜미디어 서비스를 활용하는 것이 유용하다. 본 논 문에서는 기존 소셜미디어 서비스 및 소셜플랫폼을 조사분석하여 소셜미디어 서비스를 활용한 효과적인 소셜러닝 플 랫폼을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 새로운 소셜러닝 플랫폼의 구조 및 설계화면을 통해 소셜러닝 플랫폼의 동작 방법과 다른 소셜 플랫폼에 비해 차이점과 우수성을 제시하고자 한다.

Social learning is a new study model of future knowledge information society. In different existing study, it lay stress on individual activity and collaborative study with others. It is useful to apply social media services to build social learning platform for collaborative study. In my paper, after existing social media services and social platforms are investigated and analyzed, an effective social learning platform applyng social media services is presented. Also differences and superiority compared to other social platforms is presented through new social learning platform architecture and screen design.

사회적 기업은 경제적 목적과 사회적 목적을 동시에 달성해야 하는 이중적 구조로 인해 높은 비용구조와 비효율적 운영, 대부분 인적 자원과 물적 자원이 부족한 상태에 놓여 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 사회적 기업 간의 자원 및 정보 공유 등의 협업은 중요한 관리적 문제로 주목받고 있다. 이러한 사회적 기업 간의 공동 프로젝트 추진, 자원 부족(자금, 기술, 인력, 장비 등)의 문제 해결, 기업간 의사소통 채널 구축 및 유기적 정보공유 등을 원활하게 지원하는 수단으로서 온라인 플랫폼(online platform)의 구축 및 운영이 중요시되고 있다. 이러한 배경에 따라 본 연구는 사회적 기업의 협업을 지원하는 온라인 플랫폼의 요구특성이 기업의 특성(일반 특성, 협업 특성)에 따라 어떻게 달라지는가를 실증적으로 규명한 결과, 규모에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 차이가 존재하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 향후 국내 사회적 기업의 협업 지원 온라인 플랫폼의 관리방안 도출, 플랫폼을 이용한 협업 증대 방안 모색 등에 있어서 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Social enterprises have a high cost structure, inefficient operation, and poor human and material resources due to a dual structure that must achieve both economic and social purposes. To solve this problem, collaboration, such as sharing resources and information between social enterprises, is emerging as an important management issue. Accordingly, in recent years, the establishment and operation of an online platform is being emphasized as a means to effectively support the problem of lack of resources (human resources, equipment, funds, and technology) between social enterprises, the promotion of joint projects between companies, and the establishment of organic information sharing and communication channels between companies. This study empirically analyzed how the required characteristics of the online platform that supports the collaboration of social enterprises vary depending on the characteristics of the enterprise (general characteristics, collaboration characteristics), and found that there are statistically significant differences depending on the size. These results are expected to be useful in deriving management plans for online platforms for cooperation support for domestic social enterprises in the future, and seeking ways to increase collaboration using the platforms.

This letter presents a model for a dynamic collaboration (DC) platform among cloud providers (CPs) that prevents adverse business impacts, cloud vendor lock-in and violation of service level agreements with consumers, and also offers collaborative cloud services to consumers. We consider two major challenges. The first challenge is to find an appropriate market model in order to enable the DC platform. The second is to select suitable collaborative partners to provide services. We propose a novel combinatorial auction-based cloud market model that enables a DC platform among CPs. We also propose a new promising multi-objective optimization model to quantitatively evaluate the partners. Simulation experiments were conducted to verify both of the proposed models.

Purpose: This study proposes an engineering design model for a blockchain-enabled collaborative medical information platform that integrates patented AI imaging-diagnosis technology. Research design, data and methodology: Building upon Patent KR10-2604558, the platform incorporates a multi-layered architecture consisting of an AI diagnostic engine, a self-corrective learning loop (ADE), a PBFT-based blockchain integrity module, and an FMEA-driven risk-management framework. A synthetic dataset of 2,000 musculoskeletal ultrasound images was generated to evaluate the structural feasibility of the proposed model. The AI module, developed using a ResNet50 backbone and a four-class Softmax classifier, demonstrated stable self-correction through ADE, which autonomously identified false positives and false negatives and used them to construct a hard-case dataset for selective retraining. Results: The blockchain module?designed with ECC-256 encryption, SHA-256 hashing, and a seven-node PBFT network?successfully ensured immutability, tamper detection, and privacy preservation using Zero-Knowledge Encryption Exchange (ZKEE). FMEA analysis confirmed that risks related to AI misclassification, data integrity, consensus failure, and user input errors could be decomposed into modular risk structures, resulting in a 44.8% reduction in overall RPN.Conclusions: The findings demonstrate that the proposed design model can serve as a technically reliable architecture for AI-driven, legally robust, and privacy-preserving collaborative healthcare data platforms

본 연구는 한국 사회 내 두 ‘북한 출신 집단’인 탈북민과 실향민 간 관계를 분석하고, 갈등을 완화하며 협력을 제도화할 수 있는 협력 플랫폼 구축 가능성을 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 기존 접근이 두 집단을 분리된 정책 대상과 기억 공동체로 다루어 온 것과 달리, 본 연구는 이들을 분단의 결과로 형성된 상호 연관된 사회적 주체로 재개념화한다. 분석 결과, 양 집단은 공통의 출신성과 이산 경험을 공유함에도 불구하고, 세대 경험, 정착 경로, 사회경제적 조건의 차이 속에서 거리감과 갈등을 형성해 왔다. 이러한 갈등은 개인적 인식의 문제가 아니라 정책 분절과 기억·담론의 분리에서 비롯된 구조적 관계 갈등으로 나타난다. 특히 ‘대표성’과 ‘피해 서사’를 둘러싼 경쟁은 갈등을 심화시키는 주요 요인으로 확인된다. 실태조사에서는 협력 플랫폼에 대한 높은 필요성이 확인되었으며, 이는 갈등이 고착된 것이 아니라 제도적 연결 구조의 부재에서 기인함을 시사한다. 이에 본 연구는 협력 플랫폼을 전달체계, 관계 형성, 정체성 인정, 거버넌스를 통합한 중간 수준의 사회통합 장치로 제시한다. 결론적으로, 협력 플랫폼은 상이한 기억과 정체성을 전제로 한 ‘조정된 협력’을 통해 탈북민과 실향민을 사회통합의 주체로 전환하고, 분단 경험을 사회적 자산으로 재구성하는 제도적 경로가 될 수 있다.

This study examines the relational dynamics between two “North Korean-origin groups” in South Korea?North Korean defectors and displaced persons?and explores the feasibility of constructing a collaborative platform to mitigate conflict and institutionalize cooperation between them. While existing research and policy frameworks have treated these groups separately as subjects of resettlement support and memory communities, this study reconceptualizes them as interrelated social actors shaped by the historical experience of division. The findings indicate that, despite sharing a common origin and experiences of displacement, the two groups have developed social distance and tensions due to generational differences, asymmetrical resettlement trajectories, socioeconomic disparities, cultural gaps, and structural prejudice. These tensions should be understood not merely as differences in individual perception, but as structurally embedded relational conflicts arising from fragmented policy regimes and the separation of memory and discourse. In particular, conflicts tend to manifest as competition over representativeness and victimhood narratives, suggesting that intra-group divisions can be structurally reproduced even within a shared origin. Survey results reveal a strong consensus among both groups regarding the necessity of a collaborative platform, indicating that conflict is not fixed but rather a product of the absence of institutional linkage mechanisms. Accordingly, this study conceptualizes the platform as a meso-level social integration mechanism that integrates service delivery, relationship-building, identity recognition, and governance. Specifically, key operational mechanisms include region-based integrated case management for conflict prevention, trust-building through pairing and joint activities, the parallel recognition of diverse memories and narratives, and inter-ministerial governance coordination. Unlike conventional approaches premised on homogeneity, the proposed platform aims to facilitate “coordinated cooperation” grounded in heterogeneous identities and experiences. By repositioning North Korean defectors and displaced persons as active agents of unification and social integration, this study offers a new analytical framework and policy implications for unification discourse. The proposed collaborative platform provides a practical pathway for transforming the memories of division from sources of competition into shared social assets.

미디어 환경의 변화와 함께 인류는 고령화라는 거대한 현상에 직면하여 다양한 해결책을 모색하고 있다. 노화란 하나님의 창조질서에 따른 자연스러운 과정이요, 성공적 노화란 계속되는 믿음의여정이다. 따라서 문제 해결의 차원이 아닌 신앙 성숙의 관점에서 고령사회를 조망하고 준비할필요가 있다. 본 연구는 기독교적 관점에서 성공적 노화를 하나님과의 관계에서 체득한 신앙 경험을 공동체속에서 매개하는 실존적 삶의 여정으로 재개념화하였다. 노인들의 실존적 삶을 위해 넬슨의 신앙공동체 중심 교육이론에 근거한 학습공동체를 제안하였고, 초기 노년층의 참여를 촉진하기 위한협력학습 플랫폼을 개발하였다. 협력학습 플랫폼은 보편적 설계를 전제로 4C's 원리에 의해 개발하였으며, 프로토타입 제시로 제한하였다. 본 연구는 노인들을 돌봄의 객체이자 돌봄의 주체요, 자기완성을 넘어 공동체에 책임적 주체로참여할 기회를 마련해 주었다는 데에 의의가 있다. 또한 비형식적 관계망에 기초한 학습공동체구축은 신앙공동체 노인교육의 대안적 모델이 될 수 있으며, 교회의 본질적 사명을 유기적으로실행할 수 있는 실마리를 제공해주었다. 본 연구에 후속하여 학습공동체에 참여한 노인들의 실천적 사례를 중심으로 학습공동체를 지속가능하게 하는 요인들에 관해 탐색할 수 있을 것이다.

As media environment changes, human society is facing the impending phenomenon of aging and in search for various solutions. Aging is an orderly aspect of the Creation, and successful aging is a journey of a persevering faith. Therefore, we need to look at the issue of aging society and prepare for it from a different angle: from the view of maturing faith more than just a problem solving. In this study, we re-conceptualized successful aging from Christian viewpoint, and positioned aged people as existential subjects who can liaison their experienced faith from the relationship with God. For the sake of the existential lives of the aged, we suggested a learning community based on faith community theory of Nelson, and developed collaborative learning platform to facilitate participation of those who are entering into their elderly years. We developed a collaborative learning platform based on the principles of 4C's applying the universal design, and limited the scope to suggest a prototype. This study is conduced to see the aged people study collaborative learning platform as a prototype, developed under the principles of 4C's aiming at a design for universal application, but it is also a meaningful experiment to see the aged people as subjects of the care as well as objects and give opportunities for them to participate in the community as responsible subjects. Besides, building a learning community based on informal networks can be alternative models for the education of the aged in faith community, and serve as a clue tothe systemic execution of the essential mission of church. Given that condition, follow-on studies might well be proposed on the research of the factors that comprise sustainable learning community with practical cases where aged people participated in the learning community.
