Using the Malmquist productivity index, this paper compares the productivity of Korean manufacturing industries from 1999 to 2006. The malmquist productivity index has more advantages than previous methods such as solow model, endogenous growth theory. The malmquist productivity index can be decomposed productivity into two parts. The first part is an index of the technical efficiency change. This index has high value when the elements of production is used more efficiently. The second part is an index of technical change. This index has high value if the advent of new technology and process innovation occur.

As well as the development of the measurement of service quality, various kinds of service measurements are also being developed. Especially the mobile telecommunication service being representative to the mobile telecommunication company would be the mostly developed area. Its development can be understood along with the development of the telecommunication companies as well as cellular companies, not only the service alone. It is a differentiated phenomenon in the current research, such as the organic influence between the service quality and product. Of course there are such products placed on sale and enjoyed the common service, but at present there is another case that the product is on the market exclusively with the mobile company in here. This article is to estimate service efficiency for Mobile Communication and Cellular company. In this paper, We tried to measure the service quality and overall satisfaction by using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA), degree of combination and top2box which is a little bit different methodology from traditional ones. This paper uses CCR model in DEA to measure service efficiency in the Mobile Communication.

The present study proposes the various hypothesis tests and interval estimations for homogeneous and heterogeneous populations in the continuous and discrete process. These results can be used to complement the QC story 15 steps for quality improvement circle and DMAIC processes for six sigma innovation.

본 연구는 국내에 있는 한 금융사에서 사용하고 있는 기존 인사평가시스템을 사례로 하여 시스템 운영자와 사용자(모든 임직원)가 시스템을 효율적으로 운영하고 사용할 수 있도록 인사평가시스템을 재구축하였다. 새로 구축될 인사평가시스템의 효율을 보다 높이기 위해 인사평가 업무와 평가 절차를 분석하고 그러한 평가체계를 기존 legacy 시스템(인사평가시스템)에 어떻게 반영이 되었는지도 분석하였다. 해당 금융사는 기존 평가시스템을 통하여 임원과 직원뿐 아니라, 비정규직원까지 년마다 상반기와 하반기로 나누어 업적과 역량평가를 각각 두번씩 실시하고 있었다. 평가결과는 나중에 보상이나 승진 시에 중요한 고과자료로 활용하고 있었다. 업적과 역량평가 뿐만 아니라, 신업사원을 대상으로 하는 정규직 수습평가와 계약직을 대상으로 한 역량평가 그리고 전직원이 대상인 다면평가도 실시하고 있었다. 그런데 여러 해에 걸쳐 인사평가를 실시하는 과정에서 평가프로세스가 여러 차례 변하였고, 많은 평가대상자를 평가하다 보니 예외적으로 처리해야 하는 경우도 발생하였다. 이런 변화와 예외적인 사항을 기존 Lagacy시스템에 반영하다 보니 평가데이터를 관리하는 테이블이 처음보다는 많이 늘어나게 되어 현재 약 170개에 달하고 있었다. 이렇게 많은 테이블 중에는 당시에는 사용했으나, 현재는 사용하지 않게 된 것도 포함되어 있었다. 프로그램 소스도 마찬가지로 새로운 요구사항과 많은 예외사항 처리로 인해 복잡해지고 프로그램 소스의 수도 늘어나게 되었다. 이로 인해 평가시스템 담당자는 시스템을 관리하기가 복잡해지고, 새로운 변화나 요구사항에 대응하기가 어려운 사항이었다. 그리고 담당자가 시스템 관리에 더 더욱 어려움을 겪게된 것은 시스템 담당자가 여러 번 바뀌는 과정에서 인수인계에 제대로 이루어 지지 않게 되었고 인사평가시스템 관리문서도 시스템 변화에 따른 히스토리 내용이 제대로 관리되지 못하고 있었기 때문이다. 그래서 이번 연구에서는 기존 legacy 시스템의 테이블과 프로그램 소스를 분석하여 방만하게 늘어날 데이터 관리 테이블을 효율적으로 줄이고, 예외적인 사항을 새로운 인사평가시스템에서 포괄적으로 수용할 수 있도록 재설계하였다. 또한 인사평가시스템 운영중에도 사용자(임직원)들로부터 있을 수 있는 예외적 요구사항을 미리 예측하여 운영담당자가 신속하고 정확하게 대응 할 수 있도록 하였다.

현재 기업에서는 제품인증과 경영시스템인증의 신뢰성 확보가 중요한 과제이다. 이는 제품개발 중심에서 제품 및 프로세스의 통합 개발 중심으로 연구의 필요성을 제시 해주고 있다. 따라서, 정적인 제품인증에서 동적인 시스템인증의 필요성이 대두되면서 신뢰성경영시스템(DMS; Dependability Management System; IEC60300)이 요구되어진다. 제품개발의 프로세스에서 발생되는 신뢰성 문제점들을 해결하기 위하여 트리즈(TRIZ ; Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) 기법을 활용하였다. 본 연구에서는 창의적 문제해결 방법론인 트리즈기법을 활용하여 신뢰성경영시스템에서 제품 및 프로세스 통합개발(IPPD; Integrated Product and Process Development)을 하고자 한다. 결과적으로 창의적 신뢰성경영시스템(CDMS; Creative Dependability Management System)을 제품 및 프로세스 통합개발 모델로 제시한다.

품질향상을 위한 효과적인 공정관리체계는 기업의 생존에 있어서 매우 중요하다. 최근에는 제품의 수명과 관련된 신뢰성이 강조되면서, 신뢰성분포로 불리는 비정규분포하에서의 공정관리가 핵심과제로 여겨지고 있다. 특히 품질특성치가 비정규분포를 따를때, 정규가설에 기초한 공정관리기술을 사용한다면 심각한 오류가 초래될 수 있기 때문에, 비정규분포에서의 관리도와 신뢰성샘플링계획에 대한 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 비정규분포에서의 관리도와 신뢰성샘플링계획에 대한 최근연구를 조사하고, 보다 합리적이고 신뢰도 높은 공정분석에 대한 연구동향을 소개함으로써, 비정규분포하에서의 공정관리에 대한 발전적인 연구방향을 제시하는 것이다.

대학의 품질경영 혁신활동을 통해 우수한 교육서비스를 제공하고, 이해관계자가 존재하는 가치체인 안에 가치지대(Value Zone)를 확대할 수 있도록 역량을 키워야 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구에서는 린 6시그마(Lean 6 Sigma) 기법을 적용하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 대학품질경영 활동에 이러한 린 식스 시그마를 적용하여 선택과 집중을 통해 우수한 학생을 육성하는 경쟁력 있는 대학으로 발전시키기 위한 전략과 방안을 제시한다.

This paper investigates tensile characteristics of the stress aging heat-treated SM45C steel which are aging temperature at 250℃, 300℃, aging time at 1, 3 hours, and applied load at 300, 400N conditions by using acoustic emission. Most suitable aging condition was aging temperature 300℃, aging time 1 hour, and aging applied load 300N. And increased yield load 28.3% than non-treatment specimen in this condition. AE energy in elastic limit increased about 16.7 times than non-treatment specimen. When aging time is 3 hours, yield load decreased than other conditions that possibility is high to have itself defect on inside the specimen or coarse grain size precipitation is different in happened over-aging phenomenon. Especially, in case of 300℃, 3 hours and 400N condition appeared AE energy in elastic limit fairly high about 30 times than non-treatment specimen. This is considered by emit a lot of energies when material causes plastic deformation because the ductility increases on specimen by over-aging phenomenon.

This study proposes the generation mechanism of various design matrix using generalized linear model for design of experiment. Design generation method of GLM analysis, factorial design(FD) with center points, ANOVA design with lack-of-fit test, and response surface design are introduced. In central composite(CC) design, orthogonal blocking and fractional factorial design(FFD) are presented. We compare the design of Box-Benhken(BB) and face-centred central compsite design.

In order to find out the customer requirements and to develop new products more effectively, the Kano model and QFD(Quality Function Deployment), AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) developed and applied. But, Many companies difficult to select the CTQ(Critical to Quality) of new product. Especially the life cycle of cell phone is very short. In this thesis, the Kano model and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) for finding the CTQ(Critical to Quality) for customer satisfaction are suggested. It is explained and discussed with the example of cell phone.

Recently ubiquitous sensor network(USN) technique has been applied into various industrial fields such as construction of u-city, civil and architectural engineering, medical areas. The main objective of this paper is to design a u-health system based on USN. Compared to the previous researches, the proposed system in this paper was designed to activate with collected information about health in outdoor environment.

Nowadays ubiquitous sensor network (USN) has been considered as a key technique in all kinds of industrial area. The main purpose of this study is to search and analyze systems in real industrial fields based on USN. USN technique has been applied into various industrial fields such as ground/underground management system, visitor counter system, monitoring system, unmanned vehicles system and so on. The result of this study will be fruitful not only for researches but also for practices in industrial fields related to USN.

The main purpose of this paper is to analyze preference of consumers on mobile devices. Preference analysis was performed on five major brands with five aspects such as commercial image, price, design, function and durability. The result of this study will be helpful for manufactures of mobile devices.

1992년부터 2007년까지의 실증분석 결과에 따른 우리나라 부동산시장 가격과 관련된 시사점으로서는 첫째, 미국과 달리 경기 침체시나 경기 회복 시에 뚜렷한 차이점을 발견할 수는 없었다는 점이다. 둘째, 전국아파트 매매가격이 상승할 경우 통화당국에서 인플레이션율 목표관리에서 참고하여야 할 것임을 나타내고 있다. 참고로 1986년부 터 2002년까지 미국 대도시지역의 아파트와 상가, 사무실의 순가격상승율을 패널데이 타로 추정한 자료에 따르면, 이들은 거시경제변수와 단기이자율, 이자율간의 스프레드 차이, 인플레이션 등에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이들 자산가격상승률은 경기상황과 반비례관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 대부분 대출 및 신용과 관련되어 있기 때문이다. 그리고 이는 부동산시장에서 자산 간 수익률 격차를 크게 넓힐 수 있음을 지적하고 있다.

According to the returns of Housing and business cycle over the period 1992 to 2007, it is a measure of the total volatility faced by investors in Housing properties. First, it isn't a distinct difference from business cycle contrary to U.S. Second, the rise of purchase price in total apartments moves up the consumer price index. According to the cross-sectional dispersion of returns and growth in net operating income (NOI) of apartments, industrial, retail and office properties using panel data for U.S. metropolitan areas over the period 1986 to 2002, it is a measure of the total volatility faced by investors in commercial real estate. To the extent that most of that volatility is difficult to diversify, cross-sectional dispersion may be an appropriate measure of risk.

초 록 현대 거시경제변수 요인들 가운데 사회복지(행복)와 관련된 연구들은 주로 인플레이션과 실업 변수들을 통하여 이루어지고 있다. 이 논문은 두 가지 방향에서 시사점을 갖고 있다. 첫 번째는 실업과 인플레이션 변수가 사회복지에 매우 밀접한 관련성이 있다는 것이다. 그리고 두 번째는 실업이 인플레이션과 상충관계를 갖는다는 점을 명백히 보여주고 있다는 것이다.

Through the process of HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Test) between 2003 to 2008, we are about to research on the design method for minimum test for all error modes that are classified and analyzed to obtain more margin able product.

Recently, there has been growing interest in the financial and economic effectiveness of service quality and customer satisfaction. It means that the final goal of customer satisfaction is the maximization with firms' financial performance, enterprise could survive through the creation of continuous financial performance. Companies are working in various ways to identify the direct relationship of service quality and customer satisfaction with financial and economic effectiveness in order to justify and validate customer satisfaction management. In this study, the influence of customer satisfaction on the financial performance is examined. Customer satisfaction index, the key non-financial performance measure has significant association with firms' financial performance index. Moreover, high customer satisfaction has a competitive advantage, so it can be the key success factor of firm's financial performance improvement.

The purpose of this study was to variety of services criteria as Serqul in service quality on customer commitment the customer to take a look at the impact of the activities associated with customer loyalty Today, consumer needs are diversified, continually changing and differentiated. Under the market conditions of unlimited competition to satisfy those needs, businesses focus on relationship-building with customers, as well as on quality of Services. As a result, in this era of consumer-centered marketing, customer commitment is surfacing as a competitive edge that a company can benefit from for a long time.

The ACF(Anisotropic Conductive Film) is used for bonding Drive IC and OLED display device panel. If ACF bonding process is problem, a malfunction of line defect can occur. Because electric resistance increase between the panel and drive IC after a period of time, drive IC can not supply enough current to the panel. This paper is studied on a method of test for line defect.

The environment of automobile industry in the world is rapidly changing. It is changing of high oil price, technology, environment and construction of competition by newly rising an economic district. Automobile company is focusing on three issue because they want to reinforce competition of automobile industry in the world. That is innovation of production profit management through quality management and Lean. Chance of success is separated in R&D, providing distribution, manufacture, distribution, selling in automobile industry. Emphasis on development process, distribution process, manufacture process, circulation and selling process for strengthening the competitiveness and guarantee. In this thesis, we try to analysis the data set period of automobile production by using survival analysis. While using mean comparison of general statistics commit mistakes, survival analysis can used for including censored data in order to heighten analysis efficiency.

The paper contributes deriving the confidence intervals according to the use types of hypothesis tests. The guidelines of usuage on the types of hypothesis tests and interval estimation are proposed. These formulars can be used to evaluate the effects of quality improvement activity.
