Since Zohar(1980) emphasized the influence of social, organizational, and psychological context in occupational safety and health study, the research in this area tends to be emphasizing the influences of personal and physical interaction. With this research trend, this paper is to examine the relationship between safety climate model and safety accident, and the interactional or moderating effect of personal and physical factor on the above relationship. Author conducted a survey to 292 manufacturing workers in construction industry, and the chief results of statistical analysis are as follows 1) management involvement, safety education, precaution activities, and safety system have negative effects on safety accident, 2) a-type personality has interactional effect on safety accident with communication, precaution activities, and safety system. 3) physical job load has interactional effect on safety accident with precaution activities, and safety system.

The goal of this study is to propose the effective way of finding injurious factors and making improved plan that prevents the workers against musculoskeletal disorders at a semi-finished medical product fabricating company A questionnaire and an ergonomic assessment method were adopted to analyze the symptoms of workers' musculoskeletal disorders, and an analysis of working postures and a quantitative assessment on various processes were performed to find out harmful factors of workplace. Based on the result of the evaluation, to enhance the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit was suggested, and induction of mechanical system was also suggested. It can be concluded that the method and process described in this paper could be helpful for diagnosing the musculoskeletal disorders and making improvement plans to the company with similar working conditions and process.

The effect of parameters on the consequence of the flash fire accident by the release of heavy gas(in this study, xylene vapor) was analyzed. Simulation results showed that the distance with the lower flammable limit(XLFL) was increased with the increase of the release hole diameter. For the case of the elevated release, XLFL was increased with the increase of the wind speed and the release height, but XLFL was not affected by the wind speed for the release on the ground level. Therefore, the accident in the elevated release was more dangerous than the release on the ground level. In this condition, the release height had more effect on XLFL at the night time than the daytime and in the urban area than the rural area.

Safety climate in the research area of industrial safety begins to be influential meta-theory. With this research trend, this paper is to examine the relationship between safety climate and safety participation, and the moderating effect of age. Data were gathered from 292 manufacturing workers in construction industry. It is found that management involvement, safety education, and precaution activities have affirmative effect on safety participation, and physical job load negative effect on it. Next, education, precaution activities, and safety system were found to have interactional effects on safety participation with age.

In spite of the development of the service industry, research on measuring customers' service satisfaction is far insufficient. Therefore, ways to measure the service quality accurately need to be established due to the ambiguous types of service business. This research classifies the types of service business into service factory, service shop, mass service, professional service by using Schmenner's Service Process Matrix and conducts research on domestic literature that measured service satisfaction with Servqual and ServPerf. This study intends to suggest guidelines to measure customer satisfaction according to types of service business by researching ways to measure service satisfaction according to the types of service business and analysing the actual application methods based on a table that summarizes previous research on Servqual and Servperf.

Recently the construction of the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system becomes accomplished actively from the many enterprises. But the many problems occur in acquisition of production data which is a fundamental data of system. Also to delay the acquisition of the production result is fatal in the efficient business operation. The construction of the POP(Point of Production) system which acquires production data at real time is become accomplished widely, In the POP system it is most important to acquire the production data which is accurate. But the many enterprises drop the competitive power with acquisition of the data which could not be trusted. In this paper, we analyze these causes and present the method which it can improve the reliability of production data. Also we introduce a real application case.

RFID/USN is important infrastructure of the ubiquitous society. And so, It is various and practical research is attempted. These two base technology have physical characteristic and complement relationship. Like this relationship is applied Following example that is system research which manages warehouse stocks and conditions. First, We adhere RFID Tag at the Pallet of the warehouse and do identification goods. And then, It grasps the environment state information of stocks with sensor module which has Zigbee wireless communication function. From like this process RFID Tag information and jop-control command of sensor node also it is exposed to air. Therefore, We control sensor node in USN/RFID environment through the mobile device. And system design for the security Apply of the process is main purpose of this paper's. We propose the condition and function of the mobile device to the secondary. And We define the relation of the sensor node with RFID to be arranged to a warehouse. Finally, This paper is designed to find a trade-off of the following viewpoints. First, We offer suitable sensor-control information to a actual manager. Second, We offer RFID tag security approach to control the action of the sensor. Third, It increases the survivability of sensor node form.

This paper seeks to Combination for Efficient Application of SPC/EPC minimize variability by transferring the output variable to a related process controllable variable, while SPC seeks to reduce variability by detecting and eliminating assignable causes of variation. In the case of product control, a very reasonable objective is to try to minimize the variance of the output deviations from the target or set point. We consider an alternative EPC model with autoregressed disturbance. We compare three control systems; EPC, Cp, SPC combined system with EWMA, CUSUM and Shewhart. This paper shows through simulation that the performance of the integrated model of EPC and SPC, Cp is more preferable than that of EPC.

In case of domestic automobile manufacturers introducing and running a make-to-order production system, JIT system is to provide a necessary number of components at a right place in time which is a specific supply chain management, is different from other occupations. This study is for establishing a efficient production planning and finding a management method to correspond with a manufacturing system and diversified supply chain management and building an information system to support it. For this, we analyze the relevant business process and utilize various informations occur in supply chain of domestic automobile components manufacturer. It will contribute to not only reliability improvement of production management system but also satisfaction for due date of products.

This paper suggests the design and operation of value stream mapping(VSM) applied to project management, such as R&D, IT Investment. First this study represents design methodology of VSM process using SIPOC(Supplier, Input, Process, Output, Costumer). Second, this paper considers the identification and improvement plan about non-added value time for VSM using FPC(Flow Process Chart) and PERT/CPM. Last, this paper proposes VSM scheduling method using PERT/CPM and CCPM(Critical Chain Project Management)
