이 연구는 청소년이 학교와 학원에서 느끼는 수업·처우 불만에 대한 질적 조사다. 청소년을 학원으로 유인하는 동기로 학교에 대한 불만이 제기되고 있다. 그러나 청소년들의 구체적 불만, 특히 학습 뿐 아니라 인권·복지 영역에서의 불만에 대한 조사가 드물다. 이에 이 연구에는 25명의 청소년을 대상으로 학교·학원의 수업·처우 면에서의 불만 사례를 심층면접과 포트폴리오를 통해 수집하였다. 그 결과 청소년들이 학교에 대해 가지고 있는 가장 큰 불만은 교사와의 상호작용 부재, 언어폭력, 일방적인 처벌이었 다. 학원에 대한 청소년의 불만은 빠른 진도와 늦은 수업시간이었다. 이를 비교하면 청소년들은 학교 교사보다 학원 강사가 유연한 상호작용에 유능한 것으로 믿고 있었다. 따라서 교사들에게 청소년과의 상호작용 기법, 문화 갈등 대처법을 제공하는 훈련이 요구된다.

This is a qualitative research on adolescent's complaints in instruction and treatment at school and proprietary academy. Recently complaints about school is presented as major factor that motivates adolescent's decision to learn at proprietary academy. But the surveys about concrete case of complaints, especially about adolescent's right and treatment are in shortage. So this research has collected concrete adolescent's complaints in instruction and treatment at school and proprietary academy through in-depth interview and portfolio from 25 adolescents. As a result the major complaints of adolescents about school are deficiency of teacher-student interaction, linguistic violence and one sided corporal punishment without any chance of self-defence. The major complaints of adolescents about proprietary academy are too fast progress and too much class time. Most of adolescents have believes that proprietary academy lecturers are more competent at teacher-student interaction. So the training programs providing interaction and cultural conflict solution technic to teachers are urgently demanded.

This study focuses on the formation of images and identities of "girl students" in 1920s. At that time, the girl students appeared as a social subject for the first time in the colonized Joseon and many discourses concerning "girl students" were also produced. I analyze the endowed images on the girl students through the magazine 『New Woman』which was a typical women's magazine in 1920s. The result was that the girl students were endowed with two contradictory images which are traditionally and habitually given to women. One is the image of "Maria" as a symbol of purity, and the other is that of "Eve" as a symbol of seduction. Those initial images were fixed in the social identities of girl students through the interaction between the "wise mother and good wife" discourse and the school disciplines-especially dormitory rules- embodied in 1920s. That means that the relocation of gender had settled in early part of the modern period in Korea.

This study was intended to present the total research task of Korean classic music education in elementary school by examining the appreciation part of Korean classic music learning in elementary school. So it attempted to present several research tasks to be considered on the educational field. First, seeing that about 5% of the current music teachers were the ones majoring in Korean classic music, it is necessary to investigate long-term and necessary in-service training on Korean classic music for music teachers and the effective dissemination of audiovisual materials for appreciation learning to each school. Second, musical pieces for appreciation learning adopted in each textbook were not diversely distributed in terms of genres or forms of execution but too much importance was attached to particular genres or forms of execution. Under this reality, it is necessary to investigate the systematic distribution and arrangement of contents after the analysis of music textbooks. Third, it is necessary to investigate the reality of Korean classic music material for appreciation produced by the National Classic Music Institute and the present situation of Korean classic music material for appreciation hold in each school. Forth, it is necessary to investigate the specific Korean classic music appreciation method and the production of auxiliary textbooks. Fifth, it is necessary to investigate the selection of Korean classic music creations usable as the music pieces of appreciation textbooks. Since the appreciation part of Korean classic music in elementary school is evenly organized from the low grade to the higher grade, it is thought that it is necessary to take a special interest in it.
