LoRa, one of the low power wide area (LPWA) communications technologies, enables low cost chip module design and cost savings due to low power, high receiver sensitivity and license-exempt bandwidth. In particular, smart metering and GPS tracking are attempting to construct a network using LoRa technology because the amount of transmission is relatively smaller than the frequency of data transmission. Especially in the field of GPS tracking, location positioning may fail or slow down because of various environmental variables. In this paper, we propose to construct an Assisted GPS system when constructing GPS tracking environment using LoRa to increase the range and speed of positioning in harsh environment.

The drone has the following restrictions on the controls, the battery and the surrounding environment in performing missions such as fire extinguishing. It is inefficient to control multiple drones with one control unit. Due to the size and weight of the drone, there is a limit on the capacity of the battery. Information about the drones changes depending on the surrounding environment by replacing the leader with a dead battery or acting by the drones themselves without human intervention. This suggests that the leader monitors the community through a framework for continuing the drones collaboration and that the community can collaborate to overcome the limitations and continue the mission.

In this paper, the result of design and implementation IIoT platform using OPC UA standard and AutomationML standard which are the element technology for SmartFactory. The IIoT platform consists of a field device that generates data, an OPC UA server that collects data, an aggregation server that integrates data with the OPC UA server, an IIoT Edge Gateway for data interworking with cloud applications, and a cloud application dashboard.

준현재 Low-voltage Panel에서 사용되는 계측기 또는 계전기들은 통신을 지원하지 않거나, RS485와 같은 시리얼 통신을 주로 사용 한다. 시리얼 통신을 사용하는 경우 기기의 상태와 측정값을 원격으로 확인하거나, 연결된 기기가 많은 경우 관리에 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 Low-voltage를 사용하는 Panel에서 기존의 시리얼 통신을 사용하는 기기들까지 대상으로 하여, 전력기기들의 사용 효율 및 관리의 편의성을 높일 수 있는 IoT 시스템과 통신 구조에 대해서 소개한다.

To make their profit, insurance companies should collect higher premium than the amount paid to the insured person. Due to this, insurance companies invests a lot of time, effort, and money in creating models that accurately predicts health care costs. In this paper, we analyze the relationship between individual medical data and medical costs. uneffective variables in medical data are eliminated through visualization and statistical hypothesis test, and then predicted health care costs by linear regression analysis of effective variables. As a result, linear regression analysis of medical costs with effective variables improves prediction accuracy.

Internet traffics for various kinds of contents are growing with more amount of data to provide high-quality information and are required various QoS depending on the characteristics of contents. However, current Internet service supports BE (Best Effort) service only, therefore IntServ (Integrated Service) scheme and DiffServ (Differentiated Service) scheme are represented to support QoS in IP layer. This paper describes new scheme that provides QoS taking into account the traffic characteristics over Mobile IPv6 network based on IEEE 802.11e by decreasing signal process time using traffic class of DiffServ and MAC and evaluates the performance through computer simulation.

Blockchain requires more time to share transactions with nodes in the network after block generation, as the number of nodes increases. Therefore, there is a scalability problem that can not store large data such as images, movies, and documents in blocks. In recent years, distributed storage based on distributed blockchain has emerged, but research on shared file encryption key management and sharing is still lacking. Therefore, in this paper, we propose Shamir's secret sharing method by dividing the encryption key for the file among the people who have access to the blockchain-based file sharing system.

he block chain is a distributed database technology that links the hash tree of a transaction block by block and compares the chain of blocks with all participants in the network to guarantee the integrity of the data. People are increasingly interested in sharing the cost of verification and integrity equally among all participants to reduce social costs and build a shared economy of trust. Many studies describe the reduction of computer resources for block-chain architectures and the framework for using block-chains. However, in business terms, it does not focus on applying block chaining and existing systems to actual security certification. In this paper, we propose a 2-factor authenticated user activity / modulation system that adds block chain based authentication system to existing authentication system using QR code based on access time. Through the system, it is possible to compromise between a block chain that consumes a lot of space resources for copy generation and a centralized type which is difficult to manage integrity. Describes the background of devising the system and describes the process, architecture, and model of the system.

As the automotive industry has recently undergone a rapidly changing trend, it is now evolving around software, a key component of the electrical and electronic systems that are directly involved in the various functions of a car. The automotive SPICE standards specific to automotive embedded software have emerged, differentiating it from the existing software development process standard ISO. Within the model, there is a separate HIS Scope, a key process that must be achieved by small and medium sized electric vehicle companies as a minimum standard for car supply requirements. Especially, in the testing stage, it takes a lot of resources for the work, which is a big burden for small and medium automotive electric part. In this paper, we proposed and implemented a method that automatically generates the test cases used in the software integration test process based on the UML sequence diagram. Through case studies, we can see how well the automatically generated test cases with the proposed tool chain meet the requirements of the HIS Scope. We confirmed that it is possible to use test resources efficiently in terms of rewriting test cases according to design change and revision issues. and the results of this study can contribute greatly to the activities of the study to comply with Automotive SPICE standards.

The development of smart phones has developed beyond the scope of mobile phones to TVs and cars. Developed devices became available anytime and anywhere, and the accidents caused by the use of smart phones during driving have increased much more than when they were early mobile phones. Among them, the use of smartphones is becoming a serious threat during driving of large cargo drivers such as containers. In this paper, we have created a smart alarm cushion using Arduino and created a limited use app that restricts the use of smartphones through Eclipse, so that smartphones can not be used while driving. We used the pressure sensor (FSR) to determine whether the driver is driving or not through a smart alarm cushion. We restricted the use of the smartphone while driving with the limited use app, but implemented it to solve the lock limit screen in case of emergency. In addition, the smartphone can receive the urgent usage history of the smartphone in a text message so that the driver can recognize the action of the driver himself / herself. In addition, we have studied that it can be implemented on a bus that is actually operated so that the limitation of smartphone usage can be implemented during actual operation.

In software development process, software quality control is very important for successful project. In software quality management, development and quality organizations use issue tracking. Until the software comes out as a product, a lot of bugs are generated and the results are registered in the issue. The bug that occurred at this time includes the elements that can know the state. During the revision process, the bug is given priority to the development organization and revised through passive methods. In this paper, we manually overcome the problem of the order of resolution of issues in progress and limitations of process degradation by automating the priority manually measured during bug selection. After extracting the data collected through the Eclipse Project from 2007 to 2016, solve the data bias problem. We propose a model that predicts priority of 90% through comparison of classification algorithms of Decision Tree and Random Forest.

As computers have become commonplace in modern times, a number of methods have been developed. And, I was attracted to this method and collected the sales data of avocado and analyzed and predicted through the method, for example regression model and fbprophet. The source of the data is 'hass avocado board'.

Electric vehicles are attracting attention as a means of transportation in the future, and they are becoming popular throughout the world. In Korea, the number of registered electric vehicles has more than doubled from 10,855 in 2016 to 25,108 in 2017. The supply of charging infrastructure is an important factor for the stable operation of electric vehicles. Although it is trying to supply it nationwide, it is lacking in the supply of services considering installation cost and user convenience. As a solution to this problem, a charging service utilizing a public electric facility (commercial 220V outlet in a parking lot) has been commercialized, but additional construction is required and there is a problem of purchasing a dedicated charging cable. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a vehicle-mounted electric vehicle charging system that can charge an electric car with a commercial charging cable without any additional construction in a public electric facility. Particularly, contents of the charge control device capable of measuring and controlling the charge power will be described in detail.
The hall sensor os a device whose output voltage changes according to the strength of a magnetic field and is widely used in various fields such as automobiles, home appliances, and medical devices. The hall sensor consist of hall plate for converting magnetic fields into electrical signals and analog and digital signal processing units for processing them. Among them, a key function of the analog signal processing part of the hall sensor is to remove the offset generated in tha hall plate, and it is generally removed by applying a spinning-current technique. However, since the spinning-current technique uses many switches, switching noise and harmonics are generated, and the complexity of the signal processor increases the size of the hall sensor. Therefor, this paper proposes the inductor stacked hall plate to cancellation the offset of the hall plate. The proposed hall plate compensate the offset by stacking an inductor on the hall plate to generated a reverse magnetic field. Since the offset is cancellated without any additional circuit, the configuration of hall sensor is simplified, and noise caused by the switch is not generated. The proposed spiral inductor stacked hall plate is fabricated through CMOS 180nm process and it is confirmed that the offset can be removed by generating a reverse magnetic field through the spiral inductor.
This paper presents a active band-pass filter (BPF) for chopper frequency rejection. band pass filter consists of 2 Sallen-Key low-pass filter (LPF) and 3 feed forward high-pass filter (HPF). The LPF can adjust the cutoff freqeuncy through a 3 bit control, and the HPF can adjust the gain from 0 to 18 dB with 2 bit control. The BPF is designed and fabricated on CMOS 0.18 μm process.

Currently, Korea government is pushing to reduce the energy of various building to meet GHG(Greenhouse Gas) reduction target. There are various methods to save energy in order to fulfill this reduction obligation. One of the ways is detection of spaces using IoT environment sensors to save energy on buildings based on monitoring. Some spaces waste the energy to meet thermal comfort level even when there is no people. In this paper, we show the practical results of our occupancy detection algorithm using IoT environment sensors to find the wasted space on the building.
Currently, Web of Things Interest Group in the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) is actively working on standard technologies for IoT interworking. In this interest group, they aims to reduce costs through the global reach of Web standards, to enable open markets of services, and to unleash the power of the network effect. In this paper, we introduce the Web of Things standard and show the result of implementation for applying WoT to our IoT sensors.

Nowadays, most of the blockchain platforms like Ethereum, NEO, Qtum supports smart contract. With a smart contract, platform users can make utility tokens. For its security and functional stability, each platform has certain utility token standards; Ethereuem has ERC-20 and ERC-721 standards and NEO has a NEP-5 standard. Most of the built tokens are initially sold to users by ICO(Initial Coin Offering), then the price fluctuates after listed on exchanges. Because of the price fluctuation, most of the token holders do not actually use them but hold just to earn a profit by selling them on a higher price then they bought. This situation prevents utility tokens to be utilized and delays token economy’s growth. In this paper, a new utility token standard including fixed price exchange function will be proposed, for a token economy stabilization.

Since the price fluctuation of most cryptocurrencies is severe, questions of its practical usage have been raised. Regarding this circumstance, several tokens called ‘Stable Coin’ such as Tether(USDT), TrueUSD(TUSD) have been made, which claim that they have stabilized their value. Most of these Stable Coins are in a form of tokens. This means that they do not have their own main net and use other blockchain platforms like Ethereum and Omni. Problematic issues of their dependent platform may bring a collateral damage on the tokens. Thus, a model of a Stable Coin which has its own blockchain platform is needed. In this paper, analysis and the problems of existing Stable Coins will be described. Furthermore, a proposal for a new Stable Coin model and its application will be narrated.

Measuring the match degree of two or more blocks or pixels in a file carving technique is a very important key point. A lot of studies on the matching of panoramic images and continuous images have been performed. In addition, since the general image matching includes a region of overlap, it is possible to find the position of matching only by matching of features. In the beginning of this study, block matching was measured based on the same scale as MAE of neighboring pixels of the block. In the proposed method, the set of image fragments that can be morphologically paired with the image segment A is called Bi, and the prediction pixels (Ppred_A) are generated from the adjacent pixels of A and Bi by using a linear interpolation method. On the contrary, the prediction pixels Ppred_Bi are generated from neighboring pixels of Bi in the same manner. The prediction pixels obtained through this process can show a higher degree of matching than the primary block matching such as MAE by measuring the similarity of the relative pieces of the image fragment pair to the adjacent pixels.

This study compares and analyzes the cranking between the newly developed hand cycle prototype and the high-end hand cycle that are sold on the market for the disabled athletes. Comparison analysis of upper extremity’s muscle activity in cranking by crank angle is the key analysis variables. For this study, 10 male subjects, who had the same type of disability. 10 infrared camera was utilized to acquire the subjects kinematic data and muscle activity of biceps brachii, brachioradialis, deltoid, pectoralis major, and triceps brachii which are the main muscles of upper limb used in cranking was measured with Delsys inc. SPSS 16 was used for a statistical verification and the difference of the sports biomechanical variable between RX and the prototype was verified by utilizing pared samples t-test. The significance level at the time of the experiment was a=.05. The prototype showed higher maximal and mean muscle activity in biceps brachii, brachioradialis, and deltoid than those of RX. Though, the data showed that there was no significant difference except for brachioradialis. On the other hand, the RX showed higher maximal and mean muscle activity in pectoralis major and triceps brachii than those of the prototype but also there was no significant difference. The results show that there is a need to design the hand cycle crank in a curve shape to lessen the muscle fatigue that is measured the highest between the angle of 180 to 195. In addition, comparative analysis between the existing data and the data of modified crank must be researched since the hand cycle cranking is one of the main variables in performance enhancement.

The 4th industrial revolution in recent years is a term used to describe a new paradigm based on IoT (Internet of Things), Big-data, and Artificial Intelligent technology. IoT means collecting data from the real world and sending them to the internet and accumulating as the big data. This accumulated data aims at making intelligent system by using artificial intelligence as learning data. In this paper, we show how it is possible to control actual facilities using artificial intelligence reinforcement learning by using facility data accumulated through IoT and big data.
