These instructions give you basic guidelines for preparing camera-ready papers for the Journal of Information and Telecommunication Facility Engineering. You must use hwp word processor. The development of smart phones has developed beyond the scope of mobile phones to TVs and cars. Developed devices became available anytime and anywhere, and the accidents caused by the use of smart phones during driving have increased much more than when they were early mobile phones. Among them, the use of smartphones is becoming a serious threat during driving of large cargo drivers such as containers. In this paper, we have created a smart alarm cushion using Arduino and created a limited use app that restricts the use of smartphones through Eclipse, so that smartphones can not be used while driving. We used the pressure sensor (FSR) to determine whether the driver is driving or not through a smart alarm cushion. We restricted the use of the smartphone while driving with the limited use app, but implemented it to solve the lock limit screen in case of emergency. In addition, the smartphone can receive the urgent usage history of the smartphone in a text message so that the driver can recognize the action of the driver himself / herself. In addition, we have studied that it can be implemented on a bus that is actually operated so that the limitation of smartphone usage can be implemented during actual operation.
