If communication line was installed around power line, flowed current in the power line can give fatal effect to the communication line. This is called induction phenomenon. In the induction phenomenon, one of the important things is mutual impedance between power line and communication line. Mutual impedance equation is divided to 6 cases according to installed location and developed independently in ITU standard. But form and coefficient value of 6 equations are no significant difference. Therefore calculating mutual impedance value was performing in the way that Grant calculation-condition which meets deployment relationship of 6 cases and substitute parameters in formula. In order to compare between the six calculated mutual impedance values and confirm for gap of values. This paper is about six equations that are divided according to installed location which must be dependent or possible to unify.
본 논문은 함정 스텔스 성능 향상을 위한 연구로 효율적인 탈자 성능 검증을 위한 함정의 영구자기장 신호 분리 기법에 대하여 연구하였다. 신호분리 기법을 증명하기 위하여 상용 프로그램을 이용하여 전자기 해석을 하였으며, 전자기 해석을 기반으로 취득된 신호를 성분별로 분리하였다. 또한 탈자 실험 결과 자화상태가 불규칙 하지 않은 결과에서는 신호분리가 가능한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

The process of manually writing log book is evoking the time and cost consuming. System that can fill this automatically can be solved this, in which driving log book auto writing is needed to improve the accuracy of the system, user confirmation information. In this paper, we designed a system that can more clearly see your information while using Mobile Application, OBD terminal, the vehicle departure / arrival information using the user management system and vehicle information processing system that period.

These days, the study predicted that livestock manure and livestock drinking water treatment by automatically reducing pollution environmental protection and water pollution are being actively conducted. In this paper, the manure by using a weight sensor and the ammonia sensor simulation was performed to estimate in real time. In addition, when the manure odor was identified it occurs in real time the location of the accident area in a 24-hour real-time, and perform simulations that automatically alert the farm owner.

In this paper, we present the channel measurement and cell coverage result around 2018 Pyeong Chang Alpensia sky resort area at 28GHz frequency band. A channel sounder system is used to measure the characteristics of 28GHz frequency band. Consequently, path loss and channel model parameters are obtained by analysis of the measurement results. Furthermore, expected 5G cell coverage analysis results are presented by conducting simulation based on real 3D digital elevation models and base-station sites.

This paper presents magnetic sensor IC containing CMOS based hall plate with low offset voltage and noise cancelling system. Hall plate consist of cross-shaped hall plate for vertical direction magnetic sensing and bar-shaped hall plate for horizontal direction magnetic sensing. The presented magnetic sensor IC has vertically 5.0 uV and horizontally 6.5 uV maximum offset.

This paper describes a battery equivalent model’s SOC(state of charge) coefficient calibration method to improve the accuracy of the battery equivalent model. The battery SOC difference between each cells is a major factor of decreasing the battery life. BMS (battery management system) has been developed in order to reduce the inter-cell battery SOC deviation. however, since the general battery cell balancing techniques operate by measuring only the voltage of the battery cell, they can not keep up with the electrical characteristics due to variation of the internal resistance of the capacitor. In this paper, we propose the battery equivalent model’s SOC coefficient calibration algorithm : (1)choses the battery and battery model, (2)measure the battery charging and discharging characteristics, (3)extracting the resistance and the capacitor value on the simulation, following the actual battery charge and discharge characteristic curve. in this paper, we use a 3.7 V, 280 mAh and 650 mAh lithium battery. And a RC Tank based battery equivalent model is adopted. The maximum error of charging and discharging characteristic between measurement and modeling is approximately 2.13 %.

This paper describes a R-tuming CMOS Programmable Gain Amplifier(PGA) for dynamic range system. The components of the system explain a PGA with wide-bandwidth and high-resolution-gain-step through the SPI controller and using a ?? -boosting cascode in PGA. The proposed PGA consist of 2 stage PGA. Total gain is sum of each PGA갽s gain. PTAT maintained constant voltage and current depending on the temperature was applied. Also each PGA consist of BJT core, differential amplifier using a common emitter structure in used source degeneration resistor and pass gate for gain control.

We input and output data using SPP(Standard Printer Port)mode which called printer port when process control module while using existing parallel port. But SPP mode limite input & output data number(out 8 bit, input 5 bit), transfer speed is very slower than ISA method. The advanced method is multidisplinary PC communication method which connecting serial PC communication to RS-232C connector using EPP(Enhanced Parallel Port) mode. we discuss the advanced method of processing a lot of control module using this method.

In this paper, we propose a loudness control system based on user’s capability of hearing and preference of jenre. We implemented an audiometry to catch user’s capability of hearing on smart device and reflect user’s preference of jenre. We acquired simulation results for five persons who have little capabilities of hearing for bass and treble areas. The results showed that the users satisfied at the varied loudness by raising or lowering the levels according to the capability of hearing and preference of loudness level.
The range resolution of stepped frequency – frequency shift keying (SF-FSK) radar has been enhanced by employing the compressive sensing. 24 GHz is used for the operating frequency of the radar, and the signal has been swept in 160 MHz bandwidth. The proposed technique is compared with that using the FFT method.
Internet of Things (Internet of Things, IoT) is becoming commonplace at a faster rate, thus the study of low-power long-distance communication is being accelerated. In addition, localization based on wireless sensor network bas been interested. Positioning using LoRaWAN boasts relatively excellent accuracy compared to other technologies, but it seems a lot of error in the nature of other wireless technologies in indoor environment. This paper correct TDOA localization result using in advance constructed TDOA correction database in such indoor positioning.

This paper shows 3-way wilkinson power divider using artificial-transmission-lines. The conventional wilkinson power divider has problem for size reduction and harmonics, because the conventional one is using quarter-wave length that are determined by operating frequency. The quarter-wave transmission lines show harmonics at fundamental frequency and integer multiple. The proposed divider is miniaturized and show higher-order mode rejection by using LUC(Low-pass filter unit cell) of artificial-transmission-lines. The LUC of artificial-transmission-lines show low-pass characteristic so that a circuit with LUC is show higher-order mode rejection. And, also LUC is adjustable component for electrical length and characteristics, shape. The fabricated divider work well and show harmonics rejection and compact design.

Directions for the development of information and communication technology are changing to the age of the artificial intelligence-based ubiquitous IT technology. Researches have progressed up to recognize out various situations intelligently by the various informations obtained by using a several sensors. Through the development of the internet of things, we want to design an automatic recognition algorithm, and we want to attempt to determine the accuracy of the situation recognition. We want to design the Radial Basis Function Neural Networks(RBFNN) pattern classifier to processing vast amounts of data sequentially using the automatic recognition algorithm. Proposed RBFNN pattern classifier extends to the first-order linear equation, then, it can study through the least square method. And, it shows the pattern classification rules through the certified data, then, it shows the superiority of the pattern classifier by performance index for the situation awareness.

A system was produced to measure B-H Curve on stress by research on magnetic silence of naval vessels and submarine. to measure B-H Curve of specimen, B-H Curve tracer and stress test system to give a stress were produced. With using Strain Gauge, Strain of specimen was verified. As a result, the fact that maximum magnetic flux density increases as strain increases was verified.

This study on Chinese education, has constructed and implemented an easy way to study Chinese pronunciations by creating conversion rule set between Chinese pronunciation, Chinese Hanyu latin Pinyin and Korean chinese character pronunciation consisting of cho-sung, zhong-sung, and zong-sung. This study has established web version and application version of this conversion rule set education system to enhance Chinese education. Also, In this paper, we designed and implemented the smartphone serious application prototype for learning basic Chinese characters. Expression of Chinese characters, the comparison, voice recording and listening, learning information regarding those involved, and implement testing presented using casual user interface.
Image registration technique for generating a panoramic image from multiple images has been a lot of development as a important technique for still images or video. There is a file carving technology has recently made many attempts as image forensics technology. In this specific area, research on simple file fragment or fragments of files based on metadata Carving are the main forms. Even recent file carving technique has simple method for measuring the degree of similarity based on the energy of the most joint surface, but there was observed errors in various forms. In the image matching, SIFT and RANSAC algorithm are the method of performing the matching of each characteristic generated from images. In this paper, by proposing variations of these powerful techniques of image matching and want to offer a carving of a file-based image matching based on non-conventional energy segment.
As analog broadcasting is converted to the digital broadcasting is a situation that is utilized as a conventional measurement method. Recently, however, the emergence of new media and personal broadcasting and 3D, VR has yet to take advantage of the Internet to have as at is factory quality. That is, if utilized as broadcasting in the future seems to require a worry for quality measurement. In this paper, we evaluate the factors needed to obtain the same quality as the broadcast to the emergence of a new media broadcasting. As a result, this has been demonstrated UHDTV broadcast. Therefore it seems to be contemplating a new quality standard in the broadcast media.

In our research work, we will propose a lightweight energy estimation framework that will enable mobile users to acquire the power profile of desired mobile model from the web to estimate application power consumption while suppressing the need to power log time-stamped execution traces during application execution on mobile phone to construct power models. For the experimentation purpose, we will chose some standard benchmarks and google app store applications (such as ‘whet-stone’ and ‘LINPAC’) to highlight the energy estimation accuracy when considering instruction level power estimation methodology.

본 논문은 그레이디언트 기반 눈 검출을 위한 비동공 영역 레이블링 방법에 관한 것이다. 제안된 방법은 비동공 영역 레이블링을 이용하여 기존의 그레이디언트 기반 눈 검출 방법보다 개선된 검출 정확도와 연산 속도를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다. 우선 Haar-like feature와 AdaBoost를 이용하여 얼굴 영역을 구한 뒤, 얼굴의 기하학적 특징을 이용하여 좌측과 우측의 눈 탐색 영역을 지정한다. 이후 눈 탐색 영역 내 에지 화소들의 그레이디언트 벡터와 정규 변위 벡터 간의 내적을 누적한 후 최대 누적값의 위치를 좌우 눈의 중심으로 검출한다. 제안된 방법은 동공의 중심은 저명도 평탄 영역에 위치함에 착안하여 비동공 영역으로 추정되는 부분을 내적 누적 연산에서 제외시킴으로써 검출 정확도와 연산 속도를 개선한 것이다. 눈 탐색 영역의 가우시안 필터링된 역 영상을 히스토그램 평활화하여 정규화한 후 임계처리를 통해 동공 후보 영역과 비동공 영역을 구분한다. 하지만 저명도의 안경테나 눈썹, 머리카락과 같은 영역이 후보 영역에 포함될 수 있으므로 비동공 영역 레이블링 기법을 이용해 동공 후보 영역에서 제거하고 전체 눈 탐색 영역이 아닌 후보 영역에서만 그레이디언트 기반 눈 검출을 수행한다. 시뮬레이션 결과에 따르면, 제안된 방법은 기존의 방법[9] 및 개선된 기존의 방법들[10][11]에 비해 우수한 검출 정확도와 연산 속도를 제공하는데, 특히 안경 착용 시 각각 약 51% 및 39.7%, 19% 정도의 연산 성능이 개선되는 장점이 있다.

Human eyes are horizontally separated by about 60 mm depending on each individual. Thus, each eye has a slightly different view of the world around. This is called binocular disparity. By utilizing the respective images were taken using two lenses utilizing the principles of the binocular parallax, humans the art to be able to feel a stereoscopic effect, called stereoscopic techniques. Current research on stereoscopic technology is being actively conducted a study on the 3D video field around the MPEG international standardization organizations of the video field. In the field of still pictures, called JPEG Stereoscopic in JPEG, it was promoted in the past of the research. In this paper, we describe how to use the HEVC technology is a moving image compression standard to compress the stereoscopic image.

Evaluation and rating for Smart City is going on in the world. The evaluation indicators known to the world are SSC-KPI and ITU-T indicators. But it is need special way for the attainment of the required indicators. European smart city ranking evaluation index is evaluated by reference to the city of Humanities and Social Assessment Report unrelated to IT such as nation from the city's target rating. However, quantitative evaluation in an objective according to the European Smart City ranking and ITU-T SSC-KPI indicators of is believed unlikely. In this paper, we promoted the idea in a useful way that it can ensure the sustainability of the city to take advantage of the information gathered by the information gathering and various routes of the city each part of utilizing IT and the National Informatization local information, ubiquitous city. It would come to pursue such a policy.

This study reclassifies sub-sectors of the LBS related industry based on the definition of product and services defined above, and it uses the RAS technique to broaden a scope of an input-output table to include the LBS related industry with purpose of analyzing economic effects industry will encounter during 2017~2020. Results show that investment in the LBS related industry during 2017-2020 induces total economic outputs to KRW 2,057.7 billion and is expected to employ additional 4,567 workforce.

Japan has recently enacted the Fundamental Act on Cyber Security, taking prompt actions to reinforce the status of the cyber security policy and to organize the implementation system. This kind of change in policy indicates that cyber space does not remain as a field of information restricted to Internet but has become an international field of discussion about economy, society and politics. This study summarizes the change of cyber security policy of Japan, and analyzes the recent changes.
