Recently, living lab has been focused as a promising solution to various types of problems faced in our lives. In Siheung-si, Korea, a large smart city project is in process, which includes the deployment of living labs to solve the problems of social welfare, environment, and energy field However, since the living lab is a brand new concept. There still is lack of methods to evaluate the effect of deployment of a living lab. In this paper, the targets that must be evaulutated in each living lab of Siheung smart city are defined, and the key performance indicators that must be applied to the living labs is discussed.

A 3D reconstruction based on the multi-frequency structured light is proposed to reduce phase error using an adaptive compensation method. The phase error of the traditional 3D reconstruction with the structured light originates from various sources such as lens distortion, the nonlinear imaging system and a nonsinusoidal fringe pattern that can be very difficult to model. An adaptive compensation algorithm is introduced to reduce adaptively the phase error resulting from the fringe pattern

Deeplearning is applied to the field of natural language processing, and the learning model by encoder-decoder model is used. Neural network-based natural language processing techniques mostly use sequence-to-sequence models and train the model with supervised learning. The success of such end-to-end deep neural network depends on securing a large amount of learning data to train the model. It takes a lot of time and money to build a large I / O dataset. Recent studies are looking into ways to secure performance by expanding scarce datasets. In this paper, we describe the data set expansion methods, such as the denoising training method, transfer learning, and pre-learning BERT. We discuss the recent application of data set expansion to. the machine translation system

There are various foreign products used for the traffic analysis and slope safety check using the drones on the present highway, but it is difficult to transmit the images acquired by the drone to the central control center using the domestic communication network. Especially, real-time communication environment could not be established, and foreign drones have limitations in operation. In order to overcome these difficulties, this study first analyzed trends of industrial drones and special sensors based on government policy, law, system analysis, and drone technology trend analysis. Second, it designed of optimal drone platform and real-time communication environment system for traffic analysis and slope safety check on highway, Third, an industrial drone platform was built to establish a real-time communication environment with a central control center, Fourth, it confirmed stability and usability through field operation using drone with special sensors, Lastly, it contributed to suggest guidelines for expanding the drone business by suggesting the utilization plan for expanding the drone infrastructure.

Due to the anonymity of cyrptocurrencies, a new method of money laundering that hides the source of illegal funds has emerged by utilizing cyrptocurrencies. In addition, there are cases such as exchange hacks or ICO frauds in which cryptocurrencies themselves are dirty money. These illegal actions are criticized as problems of cryptocurrencies, and these problems must be tackled for the sake of development and commercialization of cryptocurrencies. Although Ethereum is a public blockchain that is completely open anyone, it does not provide the necessary tools such as query language or client tools needed, therefore requiring further methods to process and utilize data efficiently. This paper aims to explore the money laundering that is happening in Ethereum. In addition, it suggests the ways to sort Ethereum accounts suspected of being used for money laundering and the strategy to implement them using Graph Database.

The IT environment leading the 4th Industrial Revolution is rapidly expanding and innovating. Among them, 'Smart Contract' based on Blockchain technology raises many questions about whether the contract can be legally binding in real life. Considering the great change in society that blockchain-based smart contract technology will bring, we will decide whether it can be applied to daily life and suggest preparations. Many companies are emerging to create new opportunities in business by integrating with Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. Many businesses are already attempting to use smart contract technology, which can reduce operating costs by eliminating unnecessary or redundant roles. It is important at this point whether it will be legally-enforceable smart contract and expand technically.

최근 페이스북은 전 세계 20억명 이상의 페이스북 사용자들이 마치 메신저를 사용하듯 송금할 수 있는 암호화폐 리브라 출시를 공식적으로 발표하고 암호화폐를 2020년에 발행할 예정이다. 전 세계적으로 사용할 수 있는 간편한 형태의 화폐와 금융 인프라를 제공하기 위해서 그에 맞는 블록체인 시스템을 구현해야 한다. 현재 퍼블릭 블록체인에서 높은 인지도와 가장 높은 TPS를 보여주고 있는 시스템중 하나가 블록원(Block.one)에서 개발한 EOS이다. EOS는 이더리움의 느린 처리 속도와 높은 수수료를 해결하기 위한 대안으로 등장하였으며분산 어플리케이션인 댑(DApp)을 구동할 수 있는 플랫폼을 제공함으로 써 범용적인 블록체인 운영체제를 만드는 것을 목표로 하고 있다[1]. 일반적인 블록체인에서의 트랜잭션처리는 모든 노드에서 처리하여 블록체인에 기록할 수 있지만, EOS의 경우 위임지분증명(DPoS)합의 알고리즘에 따라 투표로 선출된 21개의 BP(Block Producer)만이 블록을 생성할 수 있으며 BP는 변형된 라운드로빈 스케쥴링(Round Robin Scheduling)에 따라 블록을 생성하는 순서를 매 라운드 시작 전에 미리 정하여 BP(Block Producer)별로 6초 동안 12개의 블록을 0.5초 간격으로 생성하게 된다. 이로 인해 EOS의 트랜잭션 처리에 있어 문맥 전환에 따른 오버헤드를 줄여 짧은 응답시간을 구현하여 다른퍼블릭 블록체인에 비해 매우 높은 TPS를 보이며, 높은 TPS를 요하는 사물인터넷(IoT)용 블록체인으로 많이 채택되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 BP의 라운드로빈 스케쥴링 방식으로 미리 정한 블록생성 순서가 TPS에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하고 신뢰성 향상을 위한 방식을 제시한다.

The process of determining something for the interests of the parties is called governance. Then we need to see if the current blockchain platforms, including Bitcoin and Ethereum, are well governed. Bitcoin is divided into several hard-forked platforms such as Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin Gold and Bitcoin Diamond. Ethereum is represented by Ethereum and Ethereum Classic. If BIP(Bitcoin Improvement Proposals) or EIP(Ethereum Improvement Proposals) had a well-communicated and smooth negotiation process in adavance, it would not have reached the extreme of being hard-forked with multiple chains. In this paper, we analyze on-chain and off-chain governanace of blockchain and propose a new on-chain governance platform that can be mediated and upgraded in the blockchain.

Since Bitcoin was introduced to the world, blockchain has been noted for foundation technology in various fields. To create a block in a blockchain, A process is needed in which majority nodes agreement on the contents of the block. This is called consensus algorithm. There are a lot of consensus algorithms such as PoW (Proof of Work), PoS (Proof of Stake) and PBFT (Practical Byzantine Fault Tolerance). Each consensus algorithm has its own limitations like finality uncertainty or performance and so on. Because of block finality, recently a variety of PBFT-based consensus algorithms are appreared. In this paper we suggests that the PBFT-based consensus algorithm improved by veto power.

본 논문에서는 100kVA 주상변압기의 대하여 저압권선의 형상변화에 따른 표피효과와 근접효과를 분석하였다. 변압기에 경우 교류전류에 의해 권선의 표피효과(skin effect)와 다수의 권선이 근접함으로써 근접효과(Proximity effect)가 발생하게 된다. 해석결과 권선의 두께가커질수록 표피효과와 근접효과가의 영향이 커지게 되며, 이에 따라 전체 권선손실 또한 증가하였다.

본 논문에서는 배전용 변압기의 고효율화를 위해 저압측 부싱 취부판의 표류부하손에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 전류의 방향이 다른 두개의 부싱 단자에서 발생하는 자기장은 취부판 정중앙에서 자속이 집중되는 것을 예상할 수 있다. 이를 저감하기 위한 방법으로 두 가지의 모델을 제시하였다. 첫 번째 모델은 자속이 집중되는 부분을 얇고 길게 잘라내어 STS(Stainless Steel)를 부착하였다. 두 번째 모델은 부싱 단자 주변을 넓게 판 형태로 잘라내어 STS를 부착하였다. 또한 배전용 변압기 용량에 따라 해석을 진행하였으며, 용량별 효과를 확인하였다

These paper present vechile traffic control system using hierachy topology type internet of things. This system structer is sum of traffic control system terminel and first IoT server of IBM or SKT telecommunication and second IoT server of raspberry pi and theard IoT terminal arduino. This flatform present secure digital card consist of WiFi, bluetooth communication. Traffic control system is detecting loof system and traffic light system and traffic vechile counting system. This system concluded of efficent resulting system consist of IoT hierachy stopology system.

일반적 치료 시 배꼽 속 온도변화는 평균 34.65도에서 42.9도로 변화하였다. 배꼽 바로 옆은 32.20도에서 37.00도까지 변화하였으며 배꼽아래는 31.90도에서 34.41도로 변화하여 배꼽속의 온도변화가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 배꼽 속에 보상체 물질을 삽입한 경우의 배꼽속 온도변화는 볼루스가 5.42도, 바세린이 6.55도, 레진이 6.83도로 측정되었다.

The macroscopic direction of smart city implementation is discussed, and the microscopic development method is not discussed. This is because the determination of the direction of smart city implementation is the priority in Korea at present.

Globally, smart cities are recognized as an important industry and value the market potential. The smart city market size and related industry spillover reports published by domestic and overseas organizations illustrate the importance of the smart city industry. However, there are no concrete indicators or detailed industrial classifications representing the smart city industry. Fortunately, it will be possible to define production activities and production units based on Korea's Smart Cities Act. However, defining industry statistics targets and the range of statistics for each target is a very difficult problem. Therefore, this paper is presented as a basic data to study smart city industry classification system.

I4차 산업혁명 시대가 도래 하면서 다양한 공유경제 플랫폼이 새롭게 출시되고 있다. Uber, Airbnb, 카카오뱅크, 카카오택시 등이 공유경제 플랫폼의 대표적인 사례이다. 이처럼 정보통신기술을 활용한 공유경제 플랫폼이 활성화되면서 전통적인 서비스의 대체재인지에 대한판단이 중요해지고 있다. 왜냐하면 공유경제 플랫폼이 단순히 기존 서비스를 대체하는 것이라면 기존 서비스와 동일한 산업으로 볼 수 있으므로 정책적 지원이 불필요하기 때문이다. 그러나 공유경제라는 용어 자체가 새로운 개념으로 간주되는 초기 시점에서, 공유경제 플랫폼이 기존 서비스를 대체하는지 판단하는것은 쉽지 않은 문제이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 대표적인 공유경제 플랫폼 서비스를 조사대상으로 선정하고, 관련 사례연구 및 설문조사를통해 공유경제 플랫폼의 대체성 유무를 분석하고자 한다. 이 논문은 공유경제 플랫폼과 기존 서비스 간의 대체관계에 대한 초기 선행연구의 성격을 지닌다.

Traffic accidents have been regarded as serious social problems due to the rapidly increasing automobile industry. In particular, Korea is the 30th lowest OECD member. Rapid relief is essential to reduce the mortality rate of traffic accidents. In Korea and abroad, we are already researching and developing an e-call (Emergency Call) service system that automatically recognizes and reports incidents based on ICT (Information and Communications Technology) technology for quick relief measures. However, in order to actually use the existing e-call system, it is necessary to prepare and manage the collected traffic accident information. In the previous research, the weak point of the centralized e-call system was compensated by using the block chain which is the distributed led technology. In this study, we propose a data deletion method in a e-Call system based on block chain using existing researches and expect to improve security of information management at the same time as practical use of e-Call system.

In this paper, we propose a method to guarantee personal information self-determination of blockchain medical data through choice of storage period during collecting and using personal medical information, providing convenience of reading rights, ease of the right of corrective claims, deletion of opt-in way by using private data collection function of Hyperiedger Fabric.

The current personnel evaluation system strongly depended on one person 's one - way evaluation, and thought that objectivity of evaluation lacked. Furthermore, when providing various incentive selection and incentives, it may happen that the parties concerned as well as the others concerned are not satisfied. Firstly, we designed a weighted voting model to fit the characteristics of the organization with high degree of vertical differentiation using the Hyperledger Fabric, and designed and implemented a personnel voting system that allows more people to participate. The results of the voting are sequentially stored in the block chain. Also, the security is enhanced by separating the ledgers that can be accessed by the evaluators. In conclusion, we propose a weighted voting system that can be used in national defense by designing the storage method, viewing method, and weighted voting concept in accordance with the current personnel evaluation system.

In a block environment, generated data should be able to verify that the same result is output when the same procedure is performed as the procedure for generating the data. However, if pseudo-random numbers are involved in data generation, the same procedure does not result in the same number of occurrences and results may differ. The analyzed DApp generates random numbers using unpredictable values in advance, and then discloses these values for post-verification. Through this research, methods are studied for generating pseudo-random numbers that can be post-verified in blockchain environment.

This paper presents to develop a contact type charging platform for continuous mission performance in mountainous terrain. The contact-type charging platform is a technology that can effectively increase the flight time of the drones using an automatic charging device connected to the drones and the charging platform interface. The charging bed was designed with the egg plate type structure and contact type charging type terminal. The charging terminal mounted on the drone is configured as a conical type so that it is inserted into one of the plurality of charging slots formed in the egg plate structure of the charging bed through sliding to be charged at random. In order to confirm the efficiency of contact charging, the possibility of charging was confirmed through contact resistance measurement. In the experiment, it was conducted 50 times using the unmanned charging system and all the charging was successful.

Most Thermal Power Plant is well equipped with fire hydrants, but their readiness is uncertain and improvements were needed to monitor each unit’s power status, indicator lamp failure, telecommunication failure of operability, etc. There has been a raise of interest and attention to ensure the operation status of fire-fighting equipment from power failure, communication failure and device malfunctions. The outline of object is to set up a direction for research and development, and develop the field application system and complete commissioning. The development includes a wireless communication module based on LoRa to report the operation status of hydrant, a screen display for indication, an independent power supply with photovoltaic power generation and SW application to complete them as an integrated system.
