- Since the price fluctuation of most cryptocurrencies is severe, questions of its practical usage have been raised. Regarding this circumstance, several tokens called ‘Stable Coin’ such as Tether(USDT), TrueUSD(TUSD) have been made, which claim that they have stabilized their value. Most of these Stable Coins are in a form of tokens. This means that they do not have their own main net and use other blockchain platforms like Ethereum and Omni. Problematic issues of their dependent platform may bring a collateral damage on the tokens. Thus, a model of a Stable Coin which has its own blockchain platform is needed. In this paper, analysis and the problems of existing Stable Coins will be described. Furthermore, a proposal for a new Stable Coin model and its application will be narrated.
