본 연구는 대학에서 진행되는 산학협력의 확대를 위한 대학의 역할과 노력 등 기업연계 및 지역연계를 통해 학생 의 역량을 높이고, 기업의 성장에 필요한 요소들을 지원하여 글로벌 진출을 위한 방안을 제시하고 한다. 대학은 단순하게 학생들을 배출하는 것이 아니라, 변화된 사회에 정착할 수 있는 인재를 양성하는 것이 필수이기 때문에, 산학협력의 성과를 도출하기 위한 방안을 모색해 본다. 기업은 국내뿐만 아니라 글로벌 진출을 위해 대학의 전문 교수들과 협업하여 글로벌 맞춤형 아이디어를 찾아내고, 성공할 수 있는 산학협력 목표를 달성하기 위해 맞춤형 산학협력 체제가 구축되어야 한다.

본 연구에서는 산학연 정보공유 플랫폼을 효율적으로 구축하고 국가적으로 예산과 에너지를 절약하면서 그 성과 는 극대화할 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 산학연 정보공유 플랫폼 관련하여 선행연구를 전반적으로 조 사·분석하고, 산학연 정보공유 플랫폼과 유사 플랫폼 사례를 조사했으며, 기존 사례의 장단점 분석을 기반으로 개선방향을 모색했다. 연구결과, 첫째, 산학연협력 정보공유 플랫폼의 구축과 확산이다. 중앙에서 구축하는 산학연협력 정보공유 플랫 폼은 모든 산학협력을 하는 기관이 보유하고 있는 산학자원을 총체적으로 구축할 뿐만 아니라 전국단위로 산학협력자원과 서비스를 공동으로 활용하기 위해 구축되는 것이다. 둘째, 산학연협력 정보자원에 대한 파악과 설계이다. 대학이 보유하고 있는 산학협력을 위한 산학자원이 규모나 종류에 있어서는 대학마다 차이가 있을 수 있지만 총체적으로 파악하고 마스터 수주의 데이터베이스를 설계하고 이에 맞추어 각 대학이 산학정보자원을 데이터베이스 표준에 맞추어 구축하는 것이다. 셋째, 대학 내 산학협력정보자원관리시스템의 공동구축이다. 즉, 국가에서 산학협력자원을 총체적으로 파악하고 이를 데이 터베이스로 구축할 수 있도록 DB구조를 설계하고, 시스템을 개발하여 각 기관에 제공하되 비용은 대학이 분담할 수 있도 록 하는 것이다. 넷째, 산학협력정보담당관의 역할과 위상의 명확한 제시이다. 즉 산학협력정보담당관의 소속과 위상, 그리 고 담당관의 역할과 담당관이 관리하는 정보의 범주를 제시하였다.

This study attempted to propose a plan to efficiently build an industry-academic information sharing platform and maximize its performance while saving budget and energy nationally. To this end, we investigated and analyzed previous studies related to industry-academic information sharing platforms, investigated cases of industry-academic information sharing platforms and similar platforms, and sought improvement directions based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing cases. Second, it is the identification and design of information resources for industry-academic cooperation. Although the size and type of industry-academic cooperation resources held by universities may vary from university to university, each university builds industry-academic information resources to database standards. Third, it is a joint construction of an industry-academic cooperation information resource management system in universities. In other words, the government designs a DB structure so that industry-academic cooperation resources can be comprehensively identified and established as a database, develops a system, and provides it to each institution, but allows universities to share the cost. Fourth, it is a clear presentation of the role and status of the industry-academic cooperation information officer. In other words, the affiliation and status of the industry-academic cooperation information officer, the role of the officer in charge, and the category of information managed by the officer were presented.

본 연구는 산학협력 선도대학으로 성장하기 위한 A 대학 사례에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 해당 대학은 다양한 산학협력 투자와 자체적인 자구 노력, 정부 지원 등을 바탕으로 산학협력분야 다양한 우수 사례를 창출하였다. 각 영역별 산학협력 우수 사례를 중심으로 산학협력을 선도하는 대학의 발전 방향과 특징을 분석해 보고자 한다. 우수 사례의 주요 내용은 다음 과 같다. 첫째, 산학협력 선도대학이 되기 위한 산학협력 문화의 체질화에 관한 내용이다. 둘째, 산학협력의 핵심적인 내용 인 교육과정의 체계화와 관련된 내용이다. 마지막으로 산학협력과 관련된 기술이전 및 사업화와 관련된 사례이다. 이러한 사례 연구를 통해 타 대학의 산학협력 확산을 위한 다양한 함의를 제시하고, 산학협력 발전을 위한 의의를 찾고자 한다.

This study focuses on the case of University A to grow into a leading university for industry-academic cooperation. The university created various excellent cases in the field of industry-academia cooperation based on various industry-academia cooperation investments, its own self-rescue efforts, and government support. We would like to analyze the development direction and characteristics of universities that lead industry-academia cooperation, focusing on excellent cases of industry-academia cooperation in each area. The highlights of the best practices are as follows. First, it is about the constitution of an industry-academic cooperation culture to become a leading university for industry-academic cooperation. Second, it is related to the systematization of the curriculum, which is a key content of industry-academic cooperation. Finally, it is an example related to technology transfer and commercialization related to industry-academia cooperation. Through these case studies, we would like to present various implications for the spread of industry-academia cooperation in other universities and find significance for the development of industry-academia cooperation.

최근 지역사회에 경제, 사회, 환경 문제가 심각한 수준에 이르고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 지역문제 해결 능력을 갖춘 인재 양성이 시급하다고 판단하였다. 따라서, 지역문제 해결형 교육과정을 운영 사례를 연구하는데 목적을 두었다. 이 러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 지산학협력을 기반으로 하는 실제 C대학에서 PBL 교육과정을 사례 연구하여 주요 인사 이트를 제시함으로서 지산학협력 기반 지역혁신 리더를 양성하는데 이바지 하고자 한다.

Recently, economic, social, and environmental problems have reached a serious level in local communities. As a result, this study has determined that there is an urgent need to develop talent with the ability to solve local problems. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to research case studies of educational programs that focus on developing problem-solving abilities for local issues. To achieve this research objective, we conducted a case study of a PBL (Project-Based Learning) educational program that is based on local-business-university collaboration. Through this research, we aim to provide key insights into the educational process and offer opportunities to cultivate local innovation leaders.

본 연구는 9세 미만의 어린이들의 디지털 미디어 사용이 급증하고 있지만 텍스트를 매개로하는 리터러시 역량의 중요성을 확인하고자 인쇄매체 환경에 노출되어 있는 어린이와 그렇지 않은 어린이의 발달에 어떠한 차이가 있는지 알아 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국언론진흥재단 ‘2020 어린이 미디어 이용조사’활용하여 통계 분석을 수행하였다. 분석한 결 과, 인쇄매체 구독은 어린이 발달의 모든 영역에서 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 돌봄 교육기관 및 가정환경에 있어 인쇄매체 환경을 조성해 줄 필요가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 연구결과에 따라 산학협력적 관점에서 인쇄 매체의 교육환경조성과 교육매체로서의 필요성을 갖는다.

This study aimed to find out the difference in the development of children who are exposed to the print media environment and those who are not, in order to confirm the importance of literacy skills mediated by text, although the use of digital media by children under the age of 9 is rapidly increasing. . To this end, a statistical analysis was performed using the Korea Press Foundation’s ‘2020 Children’s Media Usage Survey’. As a result of the analysis, it was found that subscription to print media had a significant effect on all areas of children’s development. Accordingly, it was confirmed that it is necessary to create a print media environment in care education institutions and home environments. According to the research results, from the point of view of industry-university cooperation, the need for the creation of an educational environment for print media and as an educational medium is needed.
