In this study, the IPA technique was applied to the employees of the comprehensive agricultural construction center to measure the importance of the center's overall processing tasks and the degree of implementation on the project, and to suggest how to activate it effectively. These items are currently strong items of the comprehensive agricultural product center and maintain good performance in the future. The second quadrant represents the highbut low-level items recognized by the staff for reinforcement and supply of human resources, professional capacity of the person in charge, improvement of the capacity of farmers, support for promotional marketing, and excavation of processed items. The third quadrant item is a lower priority than other quadrant items because it has lower priority and lower priority than all other education items, such as licensing and certification, rewriting distribution, sales training, development of processed products, and expansion of diversity. Items located in the IV quadrant include the development of prototypes, quality control and maintenance of facilities, budgeting, improvement of processing technology, design/packaging support, and upgrading of facilities and facilities, and these items are subject to excessive effort.

중소도시 지역사회 거주 노인의 치매예방을 위한 Information & Communication Technology 프로그램 기반 인지향상 프로토콜 적용: 파일럿(Pilot) 연구

목적 : 본 연구는 예비연구로 65세 이상 노인을 대상으로 Information & Communication Technology (ICT) 홈 기반 프로그램을 적용하여 인지향상 프로그램의 효과를 확인하고, 원격재활 전달모델로서 가능성을 찾고자 한다. 연구방법 : 2022년 8월부터 10월까지 대상자 3인을 선정하여 약 2개월에 걸쳐 ICT 홈 기반 인지향상 프로그램 중재를 실시하였다. 본 중재는 프로그램 전⋅후 인지향상을 평가하기 위해 한국판 간이 정신 상태 검사, 한국판 몬트리올 인지평가, 노인용 전산화 인지평가도구, Two shorter form of the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression scale을 사용하여 진행하였다. 치료사는 원격으로 대상자의 수준에 맞는 인지훈련의 난이도 조절을 매주 피드백을 통해 설정하고 프로그램 진행 시에는 매일 정해진 시간에 치료사의 도움 없이 진행하였다. 인지향상 프로그램에 대한 추가 의견을 위해 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 결과 : 중재 후, 사전 사후에 진행한 한국판 몬트리올 인지평가 대부분의 항목에서 모든 대상자가 향상된 점수를 보였다. 또한 Cotras-pro의 항목 중 상위인지, 언어능력, 주의집중, 시지각, 기억력이 향상되었다. 결론 : ICT 홈 기반 프로그램을 사용한 인지재활훈련은 치매를 예방할 뿐 아니라 원격재활에 대한 내적동기 또한 가질 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통해 노인을 대상으로 한 원격재활이 가능할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

Objective : This study, as a preliminary study, applied an Information & Communication Technology (ICT) home-based program to elderly people aged 65 years or older to confirm the effect of the cognitive enhancement program and to find the possibility of remote rehabilitation. Methods : This study from August to October 2022, three subjects were selected and the intervention was conducted for about 2 months. This intervention was conducted using Korean version of Mini-Mental State Examination, Korean version of Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA-K), Computer Cognitive Senior Assessment System, and the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression scale to evaluate cognitive improvement before and after the program. The therapist remotely set the level of cognitive training according to the subject's level through weekly feedback. Results : After the intervention, all subjects showed improved scores in most items of the MoCA-K conducted before and after the intervention. In addition, among the items of Cotras-pro, upper cognition, language ability, attention, visual perception, and memory were improved. Conclusion : Cognitive rehabilitation training using an ICT home-based program not only prevented dementia but also made it habitual. Through this study, it was confirmed that remote rehabilitation for the elderly could be possible.

노인층의 정보격차(digital divide)는 건강정보 불균형을 야기하고, 이는 노인층의 건강 문제로 이어질 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 노인 건강과 관련된 신문보도가 노인의 정 보통신기술(ICT)의 수용을 장려하여 정보격차를 줄일 수 있는 메시지 요소를 포함하고 있는지 분석하였다. 기술수용모델을 분석틀로 사용하여, 인지된 유용성(perceived usefulness), 인지된 이용용이성(perceived ease of use)과 유용성과 이용용이성에 영 향을 미치는 변수들이 노인의 건강 관련 정보통신기술(ICT)을 다루는 신문기사에 어떻 게 제시되는지 살펴보았다. 분석 결과, 인지된 유용성, 인지된 이용용이성, 유용성과 이 용용이성에 영향을 미치는 변수들은 노인보다, 노인 주변사람을 이용주체로 하여 정보통 신기술(ICT)의 수용을 권장하는 경우가 대부분이었다. 특히 노인의 정보통신기술(ICT) 의 사용을 증진시킬 수 있는 자기효능감에 대한 언급은 거의 찾아볼 수 없었다. 연구결과 는 신문기사가 노인의 정보격차를 줄이는데 효과적이지 않고, 오히려 노인을 돌봄의 대 상으로 인식시켜 노인의 적극적인 정보추구나 획득을 저해할 수 있다는 것을 나타낸다.

Given the impact of digital divide on health disparities of older adults, this study analyzed how and to what extant the news articles targeting older adults encourage adoption of health related information and communication technology(ICT). Using the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) as a theoretical framework, message components of 100 news articles were assessed in terms of perceived usefulness(PU), perceived ease of use(PEOU), and indirect factors that increase PU and/or PEOU. Results showed that most of the PU, PEOU and indirect factors were included in the articles defined users of the ICT as surrounding people such as family and caregivers, instead of older adults themselves. In particular, few articles provided self-efficacy components. Results illustrate that news articles fail to include necessary message components that can motivate older adults to adopt health related ICT. Rather news reports depict older adults as the object of being taken care of and discourage older adults’ active pursuit of information seeking through ICT.

The technology of the SWG (Smart Water Grid) as one of most important national projects results in significant assignment that is closely associated with systematic management and effective operation. The individual component technics are required to establish directory and classification for the purpose of effectively managing their information related to research and development (R&D). The national science technology (S&T) standard classification tree which results in the representative example has been established with an intention to manage R&D information, human resource, and budget. It has been also revised every five years and then used in the various fields related to the evaluation, administration, and prediction of the national R&D projects. In addition, the standard classification system for R&D projects has been widely used in the UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) and EU (European Union) since the Frascati Manual was established in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Therefore, it is necessary for SWG techniques to develop the standard S&T classification tree for research management and evaluation. For this, it is essential to draw the core techniques for the SWG, which are incorporated with IT (Information Technology), NT (Nano Technology), and BT (Biology Technology).

본 연구는 기술수용모델을 활용해 무용예술 관객의 행동의도를 규명하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 이에 상호작용성, 감각 자극성을 외부변수로 설정하여 TAM의 지각된 유용성 및 지각된 용이성이 행동의도에 미치는 영향력을 분석하다. 이에 디지털 기술융합형 무용작품을 선정하여 해당 작품의 관객들을 대상으로 총 220부의 설문지를 배포, 그 중 183부를 분석에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 및 AMOS 23 프로그램을 활용해 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구 조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 이에 대한 연구결과 가설 1. ‘상호작용성은 기술수용요인에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것 이다’ 는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 가설 2. ‘감각자극성은 기술수용요인에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다’ 는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타나 2-1는 채택되었다. 가설 3. ‘지각된 용이성은 지각된 유용성에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이다’ 는 통계적으로 유의하지 않아 기각되었다. 가설 4. ‘지각된 유용성은 수용행동의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것이 다’ 는 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타나 채택되었다. 가설 5. ‘지각된 용이성은 수용행동의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미칠 것 이다’ 는 통계적으로 유의하지 않아 기각되었다.

This study aimed to investigate the behavioral intentions of consumers of technology-integrated dance art using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). To achieve this goal, interactivity and sensory stimulation were set as independent variables, and the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of TAM on behavioral intentions was analyzed. A total of 220 questionnaires were distributed to audiences of selected digital technology-integrated dance works, of which 183 were used for analysis. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS 23 programs for frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling. The results of the study showed that Hypothesis 1, "Interactivity will have a positive effect on technology acceptance factors," was statistically significant. Hypothesis 2, "Sensory stimulation will have a positive effect on technology acceptance factors," was statistically significant, and thus Hypothesis 2-1 was accepted. Hypothesis 3: ‘Perceived ease of use will have a positive effect on perceived usefulness’ was rejected as it was not statistically significant. Hypothesis 4: ‘Perceived usefulness will have a positive effect on adoption behavior intention’ was accepted as it was statistically significant. Hypothesis 5: ‘Perceived ease of use will have a positive effect on adoption behavior intention’ was rejected as it was not statistically significant.

본 연구는 Davis의 기술수용모델(TAM)을 확장하여 유용성 및 편리성과 접근성, 가격, 혁신성, 불확실성이 중・ 고령자의 핀테크 사용의도에 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 한다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기권에 거주하는 만 55세 이상의 중・고령자 457명을 대상으로 수집한, 2017년 한국 고령자 운전 및 이동 실태조사 자료를 활용하였다. 이후 구조방정 식을 통해 중・고령자의 핀테크 기술수용요인을 검증하였다. 연구결과, 중・고령자의 핀테크 기술수용요인은 유용성, 편리성, 혁신성, 불확실성인 것으로 확인하였다. 즉, 중・고령자의 핀테크에 대한 유용성 및 편리성이 높아짐에 따라 핀테크 사용의도가 높아질 뿐 아니라, 혁신성이 높을수록, 불확실성이 낮을수록 핀테크 사용의도를 높이는 것으로 나타 났다. 따라서 본 연구는 고령친화금융산업의 대표적인 기술인 핀테크에 대하여, 기술수용모델에서 주류로서 다루지 않 았던 중・고령자를 대상으로 일반적인 기술수용모델 확장하여 기술수용요인을 규명하였다는 함의를 가진다.

The purpose of this study is to extend Davis's Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) to verify the intention of use fintech factors in which usefulness, easiness, accessibility, affordability, innovation, and uncertainty for middle-aged and older adult. Data was derived from the 2017 Driving and Mobility Survey of Older Adult Korean, which was collected from 457 middle-aged and older adult aged 55 and over in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province. Then, structural equation was used to verify the fintech technology acceptance factors of the middle-aged and older adult. The results showed that fintech technology acceptance factors of middle-aged and older adult were verified as usefulness, easiness, innovation, and uncertainty. Namely, the higher usefulness, easiness and innovation resulted in higher the intention to use fintech. Also, the lower the uncertainty resulted in higher the intention to use fintech. This study has implication for fintech, a representative technology of the Aging-Friendly Finance Industry, to identify the technology acceptance factors by expanding the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) for middle-aged and older adult.

Chinese authorities’ aspirations for science and technology journals: a bibliometric study based on the High Starting Point New Journal Project of the China Science and Technology Journal Excellence Action Plan

Purpose: This study used journals selected for the High Starting Point New Journal Project as the research sample to systematically compare changes in core development indicators before and after funding and to clarify Chinese authorities’ main journal-development priorities and requirements for newly founded journals. Methods: Journal data were retrieved from the Journal Citation Reports (JCR), Web of Science (WoS), and World Journal Clout Index (WJCI) databases. Wilcoxon signed rank tests with Benjamini-Hochberg false discovery rate corrections were applied to 14 bibliometric indicators. Results: After the funding period, the sample journals showed significant increases in article volume and the number of highly cited papers, indicating expanded publication scale and greater capacity to attract high-quality academic output. The Journal Impact Factor did not change significantly, whereas the average Journal Impact Factor percentile increased significantly; the Journal Citation Indicator showed a nominal increase that did not remain statistically significant after false discovery rate correction. The proportion of articles with non-Chinese authors decreased significantly. The number of author-origin countries or regions increased significantly, whereas the number of articles with non-Chinese authors did not change significantly. Conclusion: Chinese authorities’ primary expectation for newly founded journals appears to be that they serve the national scientific innovation system by consolidating their domestic development foundation, increasing their relative disciplinary influence and local service capacity, and then pursuing gradual, high-quality internationalization through steady expansion of global reach after stronger local development has been established. These findings provide empirical evidence that global publishers can use to refine development strategies for the Chinese market and that government agencies and academic organizations can use when launching new journals and designing supporting funding policies.

본 연구는 기술수용모델을 중심으로 소비자의 녹색인증 인식과 행동에 관한 연구를 실시했다. 구 체적으로 본 연구는 소비자의 녹색인증 인식은 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성에 미치는 영향력은 어떠한지, 그리고 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성이 태도, 행동의도에 미치는 영향력은 어떠한지, 마지막으로 행동의도가 행동에 미치는 영향력은 어떠한지를 실증적으로 검정했다. 이와 같은 연구 를 수행하기 위해 녹색기술 인증을 이해하고, 녹색기술제품을 구매 및 사용해 본 경험이 있는 소비 자를 대상(총 300명)으로 설문조사를 진행했다. 그리고 SmartPLS(PLS 기반), GSCA Pro(GSCA 기 반), JASP(공분산 기반) 등 총 3가지 통계 프로그램을 이용하여, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시했고, 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. (1) 소비자의 녹색인증 인식은 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영 향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. (2) 소비자의 지각된 용이성은 지각된 유용성과 태도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. (3) 소비자의 지각된 유용성은 태도와 행동의도에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. (4) 소비자의 태도는 행동의도에 통계 적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. (5) 소비자의 행동의도는 행동에 통계적으 로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 PLS, GSCA, 공분산 기반을 통한 통계 분석 결과는 모두 동일 했다. 이상과 같은 연구 결과를 통해 본 연구의 실무적 시사점은 인증제도에 대한 분석에 기술수용모 델이 적용 가능하다는 것과 소비자의 녹색인증 인식을 위한 대국민 홍보를 통해 소비자들이 탄소중 립의 실천 방법으로 녹색인증마크가 부착된 제품을 구매할 수 있도록 유도해야 한다는 것이다.

This study conducted research on consumers' perceptions and behaviors regarding green certification, with a focus on the Technology Acceptance Model. Specifically, the study examined how consumers' perception of green certification influences their perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. Furthermore, the study investigated the impact of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on attitudes and behavioral intentions. Finally, the empirical study tested how behavioral intentions affect actual behavior. To conduct this research, a survey was administered to a total of 300 consumers who have knowledge of green technology certification and prior experience in purchasing and using green technology products. Three statistical programs, namely SmartPLS (based on PLS), GSCA Pro (based on GSCA), and JASP (based on covariance), were used for structural equation modeling analysis. The summarized analysis results are as follows: (1) The perception of green certification by consumers has a statistically significant positive influence on their perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. (2) The perceived ease of use by consumers has a statistically significant positive influence on their perceived usefulness and attitudes. (3) The perceived usefulness of products significantly and positively influences consumer attitudes and behavioral intentions. (4) Consumers' attitudes have a statistically significant positive influence on behavioral intentions. (5) Consumers' behavioral intentions have a statistically significant and positive influence on their actual behavior. The statistical analysis results from PLS, GSCA, and covariance-based approaches were consistent. The practical implications of this research suggest that the Technology Acceptance Model can be applied to analyze certification systems. Additionally, it is recommended to promote nationwide consumer awareness of green certification. This will encourage consumers to purchase products that bear the green certification mark, as it provides a practical means to achieve carbon neutrality.

The most fundamental concept in designing multi-lane smart electromechanical actuation systems, besides meeting performance requirements, is the realization of high integrity. The main aim of this paper is to discuss fundamental consolidation designs and monitoring schemes in different architectures and to address threshold settings methodologies, inherent randomness, lane equalization, and control strategy. The analysis is based on a 4-lane actuation system capable of driving aerodynamic and inertial loads (with 2 lanes failed) of an aileron control surface similar to that of the Sea Harrier.

Technology Addiction in Young Adults: The Roles of Subjective Socioeconomic Status, Relative Deprivation, and Shame

Perceptions of one’s socioeconomic condition are associated with subjective socioeconomic status (SSS) and relative depriva- tion (RD). SSS involves comparing oneself to society, whereas RD entails comparison with others who are similar and in- cludes an emotional component. We examined the role of SSS and RD in three technology addiction subtypes (i.e., video games, pornography, and online gambling) and determined the mediating role of shame. A total of 657 Korean young adults aged 19-34 years participated (51.0% women). RD showed significant positive associations with all technology addiction sub- types, whereas SSS showed no significant associations. Shame significantly mediated the associations of SSS and RD with technology addiction subtypes. Lower SSS and higher RD were associated with higher shame levels, which were related to se- vere technology addiction. Socioeconomic perceptions and emotions have intertwined roles in pathways to technology ad- diction. Therefore, a multifaceted approach is required to ensure effective prevention and intervention.

Technology Trends and Patenting Prospects of Medicinal Plants in Korea

Background: Medicinal plants are widely used in Asia. They have proven to be an invaluable asset in modern drug discovery and their demand has been steadily increasing across various industries. Methods and Results: Using 4,867 valid patents related to 12 oriental medicinal plants of 10 country groups, the growth and development potential of patents was evaluated. The cites per patent (CPP) and patent family size (PFS) indices were used to evaluate the market capability and technological level of the collected patents. Meanwhile, the patent impact index (PII) and technology strength (TS) were used to compare the technological competitiveness of patents among various technology types and markets. Both CPP and PFS indices showed that magnolia-vine and balloon flower have numerous core or original patents. Furthermore, an increase in both PII and TS indices was observed. A newly designed intellectual property multi-layer (IPM) model predicted that the medicine, genome and cosmetic categories have a high possibility of patent application growth. Conclusions: The IPM model can be used to provide the scope of particular technology fields for patent development. In addition, this study can assist patents to advance in the international market and guide the development of a national industrial strategy.

본 연구는 스포츠 테크놀로지가 테니스 용품 및 시설에 어떻게 적용되었는지 그 사례를 조사하는 데 목적이 있다. 저서, 논문, 인터넷 등 다양한 자료원들을 분석하여 그 사례를 찾아내고 과학적 원리를 기술하였다. 우선 영상분석 테크놀로지가 테니스 경기와 기술개발에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 간략히 제시하였다. 또한 테니스 용품 및 시설 즉, 테니스 라켓과 스트링, 그리고 테니스 코트에 스포츠 테크놀로지가 어떻게 적용되었는지 발전과정과 함께 기술하였다. 첨단과학과 소재의 개발은 스포츠에 그대로 적용되고 있다. 하지만 아직 극복하지 못하는 문제점과 한계도 있다. 향후 이러한 점은 스포츠 테크놀로지의 발전 속도에 따라 질적 비약을 맞이할 것이다. 뿐만 아니라 스포츠 테크놀로지가 연구의 한 분야로 자리 잡아 학문화 과정을 거칠 것이라는 예측도 하였다. 가까운 일본의 경우의 예를 들어 국내에도 조만간 스포츠 테크놀로지의 학문화를 위해 스포츠 종사자는 물론이고 다양한 전문가들이 학제 간의 연구를 통해 스포츠 테크놀로지를 발전시킬 것이다.

This review is to provide the perspective and to find the cases in that how sport technology has been applied to tennis equipments and facilities. The scientific principles applied to tennis area were identifiedby analyzing the data from the search of various kinds of resources like published books, articles, and internet. First of all, the effect of the video motion analysis technology for changing the skills and the development of equipment in tennis was provided. The development processes and advances forthe racquet, string, ball, and court surface were introduced. Sport technology based on the scientific findings and the progress in materials developments will be increasingly adopted toward sport arena and market even though there are limits and obstacles to overcome. Further sport technology will take a position as dominant research area and leap into the research based development and progress rapidly. For the near future as in Japan's cases, interdisciplinary studies and cooperating works with sport and other related research personnel will improve many aspect of sport related human performance and their environment, and change our quality of life more safely, conveniently.

Key Technology for Food-Safety Traceability Based on a Combined Two-Dimensional Code

Current food-traceability platforms suffer from problems such as inconsistent traceability standards, a lack of public credibility, and slow access to data. In this work, a combined code and identification method was designed that can achieve more secure product traceability using the dual anti-counterfeiting technology of a QR code and a hidden code. When the QR code is blurry, the hidden code can still be used to effectively identify food information. Based on this combined code, a food-safety traceability platform was developed. The platform follows unified encoding standards and provides standardized interfaces. Based on this innovation, the platform not only can serve individual food-traceability systems development, but also connect existing traceability systems. These will help to solve the problems such as non-standard traceability content, inconsistent processes, and incompatible system software. The experimental results show that the combined code has higher accuracy. The food-safety traceability platform based on the combined code improves the safety of the traceability process and the integrity of the traceability information. The innovation of this paper is invoking the combined code united the QR code's rapidity and the hidden code's reliability, developing a platform that uses a unified coding standard and provides a standardized interface to resolve the differences between multi-food-traceability systems. Among similar systems, it is the only one that has been connected to the national QR code identification platform. The project has made profits and has significant economic and social benefits.

In efforts to increase its agricultural productivity, the Indonesian Center for Agricultural Biotechnology and Genetic Resources Research and Development has conducted a variety of genomic studies using high-throughput DNA genotyping and sequencing. The large quantity of data (big data) produced by these biotechnologies require high performance data management system to store, backup, and secure data. Additionally, these genetic studies are computationally demanding, requiring high performance processors and memory for data processing and analysis. Reliable network connectivity with large bandwidth to transfer data is essential as well as database applications and statistical tools that include cleaning, quality control, querying based on specific criteria, and exporting to various formats that are important for generating high yield varieties of crops and improving future agricultural strategies. This manuscript presents a reliable, secure, and scalable information technology infrastructure tailored to Indonesian agriculture genotyping studies.

This paper presents a technology of information data fusion between radar and ELINT electronic intelligence system. adar get the information of the range, direction and velocity of targets, and ELINT system get the information of the direction and angular velocity of the same targets at the same place and at the same time. Since we have some common information data of targets from radar and ELINT system, we can find the target on radar is same or not on ELINT system using the information data fusions. If the target on the radar is verified with the same target on ELINT system, we get more information of the target. e can analysis and identify the target exactly and reduce an ambiguity error of unknown targets.

The purpose of the survey is to identify possible new areas of research relating to nanotechnology and in particular areas in which the established facilities of the Centre for Metrology can be employed to good effect. This survey indicates that nanotechnology, a sub set of the more embracing Nano Science, is a rapidly developing discipline with good potential for Electronic and Mechanical Engineering. Nanotechnology includes three areas: Nanometrology, Nanometer positioning and Control, and Nanomanufacturing. In each of the areas, the current research situation and developing trends have been summarised. Possibilities for future work indicated.

Interest and investment in cultivated meat are increasing because of the realization that it can effectively supply sufficient food resources and reduce the use of livestock. Nevertheless, accurate information on the specific technologies used for cultivated meat production and the characteristics of cultivated meat is lacking. Authorization for the use of cultivated meat is already underway in the United States, Singapore, and Israel, and other major countries are also expected to approve cultivated meat as food once the details of the intricate process of producing cultivated meat, which encompasses stages such as cell proliferation, differentiation, maturation, and assembly, is thoroughly established. The development and standardization of mass production processes and safety evaluations must precede the industrialization and use of cultivated meat as food. However, the technology for the industrialization of cultivated meat is still in its nascent stage, and the mass production process has not yet been established. The mass production process of cultivated meat may not be easy to disclose because it is related to the interests of several companies or research teams. However, the overall research flow shows that equipment development for mass production and cell acquisition, proliferation, and differentiation, as well as for three-dimensional production supports and bioreactors have not yet been completed. Therefore, additional research on the mass production process and safety of cultivated meat is essential. The consumer’s trust in the cultivated meat products and production technologies recently disclosed by some companies should also be analyzed and considered for guiding future developments in this industry. Furthermore, close monitoring by academia and the government will be necessary to identify fraud in the cultivated meat industry.
