공급사슬의 구조가 복잡해지고 고객의 수요가 다양해지면서 공급사슬에서의 물류기능은 점점 중요시되고 있다. 지금까지의 생산자는 전체 물류의 60% 이상을 제 3자 물류 업체를 통하여 수행하였다. 택배 시스템은 자신의 서비스 능력과 상호보완관계에 있는 여타 서비스 제공업체와 연계하여 공급사슬 효율화를 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 체계가 필요한데 공급사슬 전체에 대한 물류서비스를 여러 업체로부터 개별적으로 외부 위탁하는 경우보다 한 번의 계약으로 통합된 물류서비스를 제공받기를 원하는 경우가 많아지고 있다. 이에 협력택배시스템의 추진이 필요하고 있다. 타사에의 정보 누출을 꺼려 아직은 인식이 부족한 상황이나 보다 효율적이고 저렴한 물류비용을 위해서는 앞으로 제조업과의 다 자간 전략적 제휴는 필수적인 상황으로 전개될 것이다. 이에 현 3PL의 문제점을 살펴보고 제조업과의 협력 방안을 살펴보기로 하겠다.

International trends of environmental regulation are introduced in this paper.

This paper aims at designing an accelerated life test sampling plan for bulk material and showing its application for an arc-welded gas pipe. It is an integrated model of the accelerated life test procedure and bulk sampling procedure. The accelerated life tests were performed by the regulation, RSD 0005 of ATS at KITECH and bulk sampling was used for acceptance. Design parameters might be total sample size(segments and increments), stress level and so on. We focus on deciding the sample size by minimizing the asymptotic variance of test statistic as well as satisfying consumer's risk under Weibull life time distribution with primary information on shape parameter.

It is an hot issue to reduce vibration for improving quality, reliability and safety in railway vehicles including magnetic levitation, monorail way, surface car etc. This paper aims at literature survey in rolling stocks vibration standards. Firstly, we investigate literature concerned vibration test standards and compare these standards. Secondly, we give some suggestions for future study and developing new test standards.

Major contents of standardization are the selection of standardization area and management of standardization timing under limited resources. The developments of standardization road map and its driving strategy in construction area are important policy subjects in view of investment scale and national economy. In this paper, we aim to survey on the standardization theory and its application in construction field and suggest research direction for driving strategy of standardization road map development.

ISO 9000 is a management standard that provides customers with assurance thu their registered suppliers have a consistent quality system to which they adhere. this paper draws on four sources to show how ISO 9000 can lead to performance improvement. 1)theories of induces innovation and improvisation 2) the literature on ISO 9000 3) a case study of a telecom company. we find that the extent to which ISO 9000 is associated with performance improvement depends on the level of its assimilation, and the degree to which an organization goes beyond the minimal requirements of the standard.

In case of items, it composes MTI 1&3 digit of Korea International Trade Association (KITA), on the basis of HSK & classification of Korea Machinery industries.
