Even though, the recent management innovation techniques: The 'Six-Sigma' and the 'BSC (Balanced Score Card)' are introduced to many different companies and are used very effectively. Based on the company's substantial and unique characteristics, the quality and the strategies on management are showing the reliability limits in applications in the company. Therefore, the Integrated Management System is presenting a model for stable application of the activity in the Six-Sigma based on the theoretical notions of the BSC.

Mahalanobis Taguchi System (MTS) is developed by Genishi Taguchi as a part of his quality engineering methodology. The basic idea of Taguchi's quality engineering is looking for the way of effectiveness of analyzing multivariate system. In the MTS, with the standardized variables of healthy normal data, Mahalanobis Distance(MD) calculated and that can be discriminate between normal and abnormal objects. If this discrimination process is successful, next step is optimization which is try to reduce number of attributes by neglecting less effective attributes to MD. Orthogonal Array (OA) and Signal to Noise ratio (S/N) are used to evaluate the amount contribution of each attribute to the MD. Wisconsin Breast Cancer study, from machining learning repository at University of California at Irvine, used for examining the discriminant ability of MTS.

최근 들어 제조가 발생되는 모든 분야에서 정보의 의미론적 전달방법 및 체계를 정형화하는 작업이 표준화와 더불어 활발히 진행되고 있다. 제조시스템에서 문제가 발생하였을 때 간결하고 정확한 문제 진단에 대한 정보전달은 비용의 절감은 물론 생산성 향상을 위해서도 필수적인 요소이다. 본 연구에서는 제조시스템에서 최적화된 정보전달을 위한 상황이론적 방법론을 제시한다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 방법론의 궁극적인 목적은 실제 제조공정이나 현장에서 발생되는 복잡한 정보의 흐름, 표현, 관리를 효율적으로 할 수 있고 작업자, 관리자, 경영자 모두가 공통적으로 활용할 수 있는 정형화된 틀을 만드는데 있다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 방법론은 제조 현장에서 공정상의 문제점을 분석하고 검사할 수 있는 도구로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

급속도로 발전하는 산업의 고도화와 이에 따른 업종의 다양화, 이에 동반되는 예상치 못한 산업재해는 불특정 다수에게 인적, 물적 피해를 야기 시키고 있다. 산업재해 예방을 위해 다양한 선행 연구들이 진행되었으나 이들 연구는 기존의 산업재해 데이터를 토대로 빈도분석, 비교분석을 통한 관리적, 교육적 등치 대책만을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 산업재해 예방을 위해 객관적이고 정량화된 데이터를 통한 예측 분석이 가능한 데이터마이닝을 적용하여 대표적인 기법인 의사결정나무의 CHAID, CART, C4.5, QUEST 4가지 알고리즘 비교분석하여 산업재해 예방 및 전문가 시스템 구축을 위해 적용할 수 있는 최적의 알고리즘을 제시하도록 한다.

산업재해 통계분석의 커다란 목적은 각 산업별로 주 위험요인을 도출하고 이에 따른 안전교육의 실시 또는 안전장치 등을 보완함으로써 산업재해를 줄이거나 예방하는데 있다고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 일반 제조업이나 건설업 등에서는 아직까지도 정량적 위험성 평가 기법이 개발되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 따라서 효율적인 위험성 평가 기법의 개발이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 데이터마이닝 기법을 이용한 산업재해 예방을 위한 최적 알고리즘 선정 방법을 제시한다.

The purpose of this research is to understand the role of safety climate in the safety management system. Based on the 121 responses from facilities got Occupational Health &Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) 18000 certification, the results of statistic analysis show that there is significant relationship between safety climate, work attitudes and Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCB).

우리나라 종합병원의 의료서비스의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위해 K대학병원의 소아과와 처방전 서비스를 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 연구방법은 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 분석였다. 시뮬레이션을 수행하기 위해서는 네트워크 모델링 방식인 SLAM II를 사용하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 소아과보다는 처방전의 서비스를 향상시키기 위한 대안적 방법을 고려할 필요가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

기업은 고객이 원하는 시기에 원하는 제품을 구매할 수 있도록 항상 준비가 되어 있어야 한다. 고객의 수요를 만족시키기 위하여 기업은 다양한 수요예측방법을 통하여 적절한 재고 수준과 수요예측을 하고 있다. 제조 기업의 경우에는 다른 산업에 비하여 정확한 수요예측과 낮은 재고 수준의 유지가 비용과 직접적인 연관이 있기 때문에 제조 기업은 경제적인 주문량 결정(Economic Order Quantity: EOQ)이 매우 중요한 문제이다. 주문량을 결정하는 방법에는 여러 가지가 있지만, 본 논문에서는 고객 지연을 방지하기 위하여 경제적 주문량 결정에 고객 지연과 관련된 비용을 포함시키는 것은 물론 고객 지연이라는 상황을 방지하는 노력의 한 방법으로 가격 할인(discount system)을 이용하고자 한다. 가격 할인을 이용하여 고객으로 하여금 빠른 주문을 유도하고 그로 인하여 고객 지연 상황의 발생을 줄여보려고 한다.

자동차 생산시스템에서 택트타임의 변화에 따른 원가분석을 실시하고 자동차 업체의 원가관리 방안을 연구하였다. 또한 납입시간에 따른 대기시간 및 원가분석을 하였다. 자동차 생산라인은 양상 체제이므로 무엇보다도 택트타임관리가 이익관리와 직결한다. 현장 인터뷰와 자료조사를 통해 수집된 자료와 정보를 토대로 하여 시뮬레이션 분석을 하였다.

The estimate on volatility of stock price is related with optimum of portfolio and Important for allocation of capital asset. If the volatility of stock price is varied according to macroeconomic variables on monetary policy and industrial production, it will assist capital asset to allocate. This paper is related with stock market volatilities on macroeconomic variables in U.S. and Europe, Korea. And, it Is pertain to vary in time of this variables. Thus, this paper is related with volatilities of monetary and physical macroeconomic variables on basis of statistics. And, it is ranged front capital investment to portfolio allocation. Also, this paper takes out of sample forecast and study more after this. In case Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands, the relative importance of monetary policy and Industrial production Is different from these countries. In case Italy and the Netherlands, monetary policy is primary factor at stabilizing for volatility of stock price. In case Korea, increasing monetary policy and industrial production is positively affected stock market. It is that the positive effect of stock price is caused by mollifying monetary policy and economic growth. Specially, this conclusion is similar to US. In Korea, gradual increase in monetary and industrial production is necessary to stability of stock market. It is different to previous results on basis of increasing stock price of money in long period.

International capital movement has made progress at global liberalization of finance and foreign exchange, international monetary norm changing into floating exchange rate system, easiness of collection of information and trade at improvement of information communication technology from early of 1970's. Results of empirical test for relation between foreign exchange rate or various determination factors of foreign exchange rate and interest rate are followed by next sentences. First, according to relation between foreign exchange rate and interest rate, correlation for each of variables after OECD entrance is increased. 'But, long-term & short-term interest rate is affected by Hanbo & Kia's bankruptcy, continuous large scale coporates bankruptcy and crisis of foreign exchange. Therefore, financial instability is occured. If portfolio investment fund has been inflow as it is mollified by continuous shortage of foreign exchange and fall of country's credit rating, it is expected to have positive effect for long-term & short-term interest rate from appreciation of won against dollar. Second, results from relation between determination factor of foreign exchange rate and interest rate are followed by next sentences. If surplus of current account and goods account is continued, yield of corporate bond is to be stable. But, margin of surplus is expected to diminish after second quarter 98, and difference between external and domestic interest (after adjusting foreign exchange rate) is to be diminished. And if net inflows of foreign investor's fund (stock and bond) is diminished, it is to have negative effect for yield of corporate bond. According to foreign investor's investment movement of previous years, hedge fund were stayed at least during two years in Mexico. It means that sudden capital outflow is not to be happened at Korea.
