Recently, creative innovation has become a major topic in management innovation and due to this, various researches on its need and methodologies are being performed. According to previous studies on ambidexterity, explorative innovation is closer to divergent and right-sided brain, while exploitative innovation is closer to convergent and left-sided brain. Five attributes of the questionnaires were developed based on right-sided and left-sided brain theory. Also, 25 problem solving tools were selected according to previous studies. QC 7 Tools and new QC 7 Tools were frequently used in Six Sigma projects. Other 11 problem solving tools were selected with consideration on its usage frequency. Survey questionnaires were distributed to 25 Six Sigma consultants and 22 were retrieved for this study’s use. As a result, 14 tools were identified to hold exploitative attribute while 11 tools were identified to hold explorative attributes.

Quality management activities are an important factor that they could be regarded as a most significant drive to prompt growth of a corporation. From this research as core strategy of the enterprise single ppm wants to emphasize the importance of the quality management activity. The Empirical results are summarized as follows, for successful Single PPM, leadership and corporate culture should be based on. As Single PPM activities factor, Customer Management significantly affects Single PPM Performance. Therefore, to the success of quality management activities, internal corporate leadership and corporate culture must be formed. And for customer management, should take advantage of a variety of the company's internal and external information strategically.

Recently SW is the key industry which leads the HW industry and service industry, but market size of SW is only 0.9% of GDP. It is necessary systematic and strategic support to create new SW market through SW convergence and to secure the global competitiveness. This paper deals with some strategic suggestions for progress of SW industry in company with regional economy. We survey and analyze the many SW support projects by government and take professional advice from some specialists of regional information industry promotion agency. We draw 10 strategic suggestions for support of SW industry. Also we analyze the relative importance of 10 strategic suggestions by AHP analysis.

SW industry is important at entire industry in Korea and also one of new growth engine industry. This paper deals with the economic effect of SW industry through input-output analysis. We reconstruct the SW industry by extracting and combining SW portion from other industries of the inter-industry relation table. We obtain that production inducement coefficients, value added inducement coefficients, employment inducement coefficients, and job position inducement coefficients are higher than average inducement coefficients of all industries.

The special organization that our military service is conscripted by the duty of national defense purposes to the period of military service. So couple of soldiers are think as the corresponds to college, or some knowledge layer from the operating management discarding period, lifetime value. But, now a day changed of the military life, it is when the individual soldiers can have some self-development and the lifelong education in terms of a period, and can changeing the footsteps of the new life that the function as a 'bridge' to activate production of barracks life. So that it can be supported themselves need to strive for human resource development. This study is being discussed on the correlation of military human resources and qualified operating and sustainable and promising future eligibility for qualified by taking advantage of the Boston Consulting Group Matrix(Boston Consulting Group Matrix).

This paper reviewed the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship(innovativeness, risktaking, proactiveness) and managerial innovation(organization innovation, human resource innovation), and the moderating effect of shared vision. The data to verify proposed hypothesis consist of the responses from 243 employees in Kyeong-Gi and Kang-Won province. The results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that innovativeness and proactiveness are related positively with organization innovation and human resource innovation, but risktaking is not related with innovation. Although risktaking has not effect on human resource innovation, it is appeared that it will be positively related with human resource innovation while shared vision is high.
