The charging and discharging control and management of the energy storage battery are the key links to influence the performance and the service life of the battery in photovoltaic system. According to the inherent characteristics of power terminal of photovoltaic power generation system, this paper designs a control operation mode of a paralleling and independent controlling structure, uses charging and discharging controlled strategy by time-sharing grouped , combines the constant current charging, pulse charge and floating charge trickle charge. The main features of the integrated control strategy method is capable of more efficient utilization intensity of solar radiation, more reasonable control of charging storage energy system. According to the improvement of the structural design of the existing project 100KW photovoltaic engineering power system, and observation and analysis about a large amount of data, the charging effect is obviously improved compared with the former system.

This paper presents the use of an enhanced version of conventional cuckoo search algorithm (ECSA) for solving optimal generation coordination of hydrothermal system where the objective is to minimize both fuel cost and emission, and the hydro model is represented as a quadratic function of water discharge with respect to generation. The ECSA method is built for the optimal operation based on several modifications on conventional Cuckoo search algorithm (CSA). In the ECSA method, by evaluating the fitness of all initial eggs they are divided into two parts including the high quality one with lower fitness value and bad quality one with higher fitness value. The ECSA is tested on several systems and obtained results from the ECSA are compared those from other methods. The comparison reveals that the ECSA is so efficient for the considered problem.

The polygon construction is the emphasis and difficulty for constructing the topological relationship of spatial data. Many scholars continuous study and innovate for the algorithm. The traditional computational process mainly involves three steps in algorithms: (1) Determining the relationship between adjacent arcs. (2) Searching polygons. (3) Determining the topological relationship between arcs and polygons. With the increase of the number of data and the need to improve the automatization, speed and complexity of algorithm, the serial algorithm has become more and more difficult in polygon construction and is often more time consuming. The algorithm of polygon construction is meeting challenge with the development of computer technology. When processing the large-scale linear data, an efficient strategy to reduce the time of complex operations in algorithm has not been proposed in spatial data field. We propose a novel algorithm to construct polygons automatically in the parallel environment base on the new IT technology. The key of the algorithm is paralleling the more time consuming operation (search, sort. etc.) and improving the speed of polygon construction. According to the characteristics of directed rings in graph model, we construct topological polygons. The experimental results on multicore computers show that the algorithm is efficient parallel performance for polygon construction.

Test-case prioritization provides the way to organize the order of test cases according to the priority. There are many approaches which are used for test case prioritization. Adaptive approach can be used for test case prioritization. At the execution time adaptive approach gives the all information regarding to current execution or previous execution of program. The adaptive approach evaluating the effectiveness of the test cases. This also provides the information regarding to errors. The adaptive approach arrange the priority of each test cases in decreasing order. We have conducted results which are based upon java programs. We are generating 100 test cases based upon java language. In, this paper we are using APSC metric which describe the statement coverage of test cases. The adaptive approach select the test case then execute it, after execution the priority of the test case will be calculated. This paper also gives the information of statement coverage as well as gives information regarding to those statement which are not covered or unselected. The error rate of test case execution will be also described using adaptive approach. As well as we can say that this paper presents the detail study regarding to APSC metric with the help of adaptive approach.
Tag-Based Interest-Matching Users Discovery Approach in Online Social Network

With the popularity of online social networks, such as Facebook, YouTube and Douban, have become a channel for fast information propagation and influence. The problem of discovering common interests shared by groups of users has become one of the central researches because it helps to connect users with common interests and can eventually influence as many users with common interests in the online social network as possible. Unfortunately, most of existing related works have only focused on the network topologies and so unable to identify the common interests of users who have no online connections. In an online social network, users tend to use descriptive tags to annotate the contents that they are interested in. User-generated tags are consistent with the content they are attached to. Thus, patterns of frequent co-occurrences of user tags can be used to characterize and capture topics of user interests. In this paper, we propose a novel common interests discovery approach based on user-generated tags to discover the set of interest-matching users whose interests are similar. The experiment results show that our approach can effectively discover user communities with common interests no matter if they have any online connections.
Design Single Chip Micro-Based Controller for First Order Delays System

Design a delay free FPGA-based Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) controller to control of first order delay system is the main objective in this research. In order to provide high performance micro-based controller, FPGA-based PID controller based on design Derivative and Integral algorithm is selected. Conventional PID controller is a stable linear type model-free controller that reduces the delay time in first order delay system. This controller has acceptable performance in presence of uncertainty (e.g., overshoot=0%, rise time=0.8 second, steady state error = 1e-9 and RMS error=1.8e-12). In this research, linear controller need real time mobility operation, and one of the most important devices which can be used to solve this challenge is Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). FPGA can be used to design a controller in a single chip Integrated Circuit (IC). In HDL based derivative algorithm the minimum input arrival time before clock is 16.466 ns and the maximum frequency is 60.73 MHz, but in the best design action, the maximum frequency to design this single chip algorithm should be 63.629 MHz. In HDL integral algorithm the minimum input arrival time before clock is 15.599 ns and the maximum frequency is 64.1 MHz, but in the best design action, the maximum frequency to design this single chip algorithm should be 178.190 MHz.
A New Parameter Reduction Method Based on Soft Set Theory

In order to solve the problems of large calculation and low efficiency of parameter reduction, a new parameter reduction method based on soft set theory is proposed. According to the importance degrees of parameters, this new parameter reduction method simplifies the reduction complexity brought by the equivalent classes in discernibility matrix, so that it not only improves the parameter reduction efficiency and quality, but also reduces the reduction complexity. Finally, comparing with other reduction methods, this new parameter reduction method based on soft set theory not only possesses feasibility and high efficiency, but also can make the reduction result more accurate.
Research on Target Characteristics and Target Recognition Algorithm under Complex Background

To improve the recognition rate of dynamic target under complex background, this paper studied the target characteristics and recognition algorithm of moving target. According to the light intensity, target shape and motion characteristics, the calculation model of the target characteristics was established, the optical radiation characteristic and the detection performance of photoelectric detection system under complex background were analyzed. By means of image segmentation and mathematical morphology transform, the target information extraction and recognition algorithm was researched and analyzed. Through the simulation calculation and experimental verification, the results show that target characteristics model and recognition algorithm is feasible.

Recently, high-power light-emitting diodes (LEDs) have attracted great attention on the study and made remarkable progress. In this paper, method for enhancing uniform white light of a multi-chip white light LED by adding silicon dioxides in the phosphor layer is presented. Firstly, theory of study by using Mie theory and Monte Carlo ray-tracing is proposed. And then simulation and experimental results by using package LightTools software are performed. The experimental results and theory have the same direction: 1) the angular color temperature in narrow angles is much higher than that in wider angles for the non-SiO2 case and 2) in significantly reducing CCT deviation of a multi-chip white light LED by adding silicon dioxides in the phosphor layer.
Improved Particle Swarm Optimization with Dynamic Fractional Order Velocity and Wavelet Mutation

Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is one of the most powerful algorithms for optimization. Traditional PSO algorithm tends to suffer from slow convergence and trapping into local optimum. In this paper, an improved PSO algorithm is proposed by combining dynamic fractional order technology and the wavelet mutation strategy. In the proposed method, a dynamic fractional order velocity update equation is designed to control the convergence rate. Furthermore, the wavelet mutation mechanism is employed to improve the swarm diversity and escape from the local optimums. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can provide fast convergence speed and high convergence precision based on the ten classic test functions.
Hole-filling Based on Disparity Map and Inpainting for Depth-Image-Based Rendering

Due to the changes in viewpoint, holes may appear in the novel view synthesized by depth-image-based rendering (DIBR). A hole-filling method combining disparity-map-based hole-filling and inpainting is proposed. The method first eliminates matching errors in destination image according to the disparity map. Then, holes are classified into different types according to their sizes. Finally, a disparity-map-based approach and an improved exemplar-based inpainting algorithm are used to fill different types of holes according to the type of hole. Experimental results show that the artifacts at the edge of foreground objects can be reduced in synthesized view since the matching errors are eliminated before hole-filling. In addition, the proposed method can achieve more natural and satisfactory results in filled areas in comparison with the disparity-map-based approach and Gautier’s inpainting algorithm, though it may result in higher time complexity.

Particle Swarm Optimization is a popular heuristic search technique developed by Eberhart and Kennedy in 1995 which takes its inspiration from the social and cognitive learning of birds or fishes. This algorithm comprises the involvement of swarm intelligence technique for optimization. The most widely accepted variation of the basic PSO technique is PSO with Inertia weight which substantially controls the convergence behaviour and exploration exploitation trade-off in the basic PSO technique. From its initialization onwards a huge range of modifications of Inertia Weight strategy have been recommended. This paper involves the use of PSO with varying values of inertia weight for solving the Travelling Salesman Problem. An analysis of how different inertia weight values effect the solution in terms of time complexity, space complexity and convergence in carried out in order to know the value best suited for setting up the inertia weight.

In this paper, combustible classification method based on optimized BP neural network is applied by referring to existing combustible classification method and aiming at the vegetation in the region of Hannuo River in Greater Higgnan Mountains. Combustible classification method based on ground type and stand factor is used according to features of BP neural network model. The results indicate that the classification method proposed in this paper owns high precision and good robustness.

Intelligence service model (ISM) plays a key role in emergency decision-makings (EDM). So, how will it be changed to better support those unconventional emergency decisions based on “scenario-response” paradigm? To solve it, the paper firstly analyzes the relationships between two main chains in EDM which are named “scenarios chain” and “decision-making chain”, and adopts a “target-centric” intelligence process to establish a new ISM. Then, an example of “Songhua river water pollution incident” in China is taken to further explain the operation mechanism of this model. Finally, suggestions are promoted from three aspects - intelligence theory, intelligence culture and intelligence resources. The study is to provide a new perspective for the development of theory and practice in emergency intelligence services.

Competitiveness of Oil Palm Production Systems in Nigeria : A Policy Analysis Matrix Approach

There is demand-supply gap in palm oil production in the country, coupled with non-attainment of self-sufficiency in palm oil production in the country. Therefore, this study evaluates the competitiveness of oil palm production systems in Nigeria using policy analysis matrix. Data were collected with multistage sampling procedures through the administration of well-structured questionnaires. The results showed that oil palm production in Nigeria is classified into small, medium and large scale systems and the three systems are competitive in the production of palm oil and palm kernel under existing market prices. The private profits for the three production systems, the large, medium and small scale were N1, 131,350, N 607,443 and N 99,640 respectively, which indicates that the large scale system is more competitive at private levels followed by medium scale system. The social profits for small, medium and large scale systems were N 773, 649, N 1,023,067 and N 1,417,059 respectively, which implies comparative advantage of all the systems confirmed by DRC of 0.3806, 0.3639 and 0.2668 for small, medium and large scale systems respectively. Thus, Nigeria has comparative advantage in palm oil production for export. The net transfer and subsidy ratios were negative, which display poor protectionist policies and overall transfer of resources away from the production systems. In this study, it is concluded that palm oil production in Nigeria is competitive at private and social levels.

As one of the main abilities of College Counselors' work, psychological counseling can directly influence the work attitude, job burnout and job stress of college counselors. After the 1980s, many colleges began to carry out the work of school psychological counseling, which includes not only individual counseling but also mental health education. In this paper, we analyze psychological guidance the ability of college counselors by using online survey, the result shows that the ability of the counselors’ psychological guidance plays an important role in the overall quality of college students. Also, Observation and diagnosis ability is an important ability for counselors; counselors can understand the needs of the students' psychological counseling, and then carry out the corresponding counseling activities. Overall, the ability of College Counselors' psychological counseling increased with the increase of working age. On this basis, we put forward relevant suggestions.

In Combination logic there are some patterns which commonly occur and it is convenient to represent these in their own separate units often they are also available as separate integrated circuits. This research paper covers the two of these, the decoder and the multiplexer. In this work, designing of 2:1 MUX and MUX Based Decoder using SCL (Source Coupled Logic) is done. Power and value of current spike (Rail–to-Rail current) is found for the circuits. The Simulation is done using 180nm technology using TANNER (Version 9.2) tool.
Adaptive Fault Tolerant Stabilization for Uncertain MIMO Systems with Actuation Failures

This paper considers the state stabilization problem for a class of non-affine uncertain MIMO systems with actuation failures. An adaptive robust fault-tolerant control is developed to compensate the affect of uncertainties, actuator failures. And theoretical analysis based on a Lyapunov-like approach demonstrates that, under some proper conditions, the close-loop system would be stabilized and ultimately uniformly bounded state error could be guaranteed by the controller. Further, the proposed controller is no need for on-line fault detection and diagnosis unit, and inexpensive to compute. At last, numerical simulations are provided to validate and illustrate the benefits and effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.

Considering the complexity of flexible workshop scheduling, combined with plant production process characteristics and constraints, we constructed a multi-agent system model to solve multi-objective flexible workshop scheduling problems. This paper proposed an algorithm which was a combination of the ant colony algorithm and Q-learning algorithm. This paper also analyzed and implemented how to solve the workshop scheduling optimization problem. Finally, this paper proved the validity of methods to solve the multi-objective flexible workshop scheduling optimization problems with examples on JADE platform.

With the economic and social transformation, corporate social responsibility has become an important factor affecting the enterprises performance. In this paper, we make an empirical analysis of the relationship between corporate social responsibility and organizational performance by using structural equation model. The result shows that CRS has an impact on the human resource management practice and organizational performance, at the same time, the HRM system has played an intermediary role. Enterprises to fulfill corporate social responsibility will significantly enhance the efficiency of human resource management, and obtain recognition of employees. So that it is necessary for enterprises to undertake the social responsibility in the long-term, and CRS will provide potential value for enterprises’ competitive advantage.

The purpose of this article is to prove the weak convergence theorems for solving split equality problem of strictly pseudononspreading mapping by introducing two alternating iterative algorithms. Furthermore, we apply our iterative algorithms to some convex and nonlinear problems. The results shown in this paper improve and extend the recent ones announced by many others.

Photovoltaic power generation is clean, non-polluting, inexhaustible, but its characteristics of randomness, volatility and intermittent also produce its negative effects on power system economic, safe and reliable operation, which cannot be ignored. Storage battery in photovoltaic power generation system can not only absorb excess energy reserves, but also can stabilize the fluctuation, cut a peak to fill the valley and the stable voltage, it is very important and key part, At the same time, the energy storage capacity of the rational allocation of system not only for the photovoltaic power generation system of construction cost, also affects the performance and the service life of the system. This paper is based on the amount of solar radiation data of Liaoning area, proposed the hypothesis that PV fluctuation characteristics accord with normal distribution characteristics ,and fitted by normal distribution probability density function, verified the assumption of normal distribution, and proposed a selection strategy of energy storage power based on the normal distribution, Established mathematical model of battery energy storage capacity configuration, and regards the total power standard deviation, fluctuation of power capacity and power fluctuation rate as evaluation indicators to measure the effects of the long-term and short-term fluctuation of the storage battery on stabilizing fluctuation of photovoltaic power generation , through the examples and simulation proved that the model is correct and reasonable.
