The balance coefficients between telecommunication lines are specified in the technical standard and the power induction computation method varies in the order of 100 times in magnitude according to the amount of impedance. The results of actual balance measurements, differing from time to time with the measurement circuit or increasing proportionally as the induction voltage increases, appeared as a measurement error because of not using the standard measurement circuit. This article investigates such errors and proposes the use of a standard balance measurement circuit and a measurement device impedance under the domestic notification standard and the ITU-T international standard.

차세대 무선 네트워크 환경에서는 다양한 이기종 무선 엑세스 기술들이 존재하여 서비스 되고 다양한 서비스를 하나의 단말로 지원하는 멸티 인터페이스 시스템의 출현이 예상되고 있다. 이러한 멀티 인터페이스 특성상 많은 연구들이 주로 전력제어 측면에서만 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 통합 무선네트워크 안에서 다양한 서비스가 원활하게 운용되기 위해서는 QoS를 고려한 이기종망간 네트워크접속에 대해서 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 전력제어 측 면 외에 QoS를 고려한 사전인증 및 네트워크 접속 메커니즘을 제안한다.

In next generation wireless network environment, various different wireless access technologies exist and multi-interface systems which can provide various services in one terminal are required. So far there have been many studies only on the power control part of multi-interface systems. Therefore, the study of network connection considering Qos between different networks is necessary in order for various services to be operated in integrate wireless networks. This paper proposes a pre-authentication and network connection mechanism rather than power control part.

This paper proposes a realtime tracking algorithm of mobile object in indoor or outdoor environment. For this purpose the proposed system selects location data closer to mobile objects in real time using Triangulation method and DCM (Database Correlation Method). Also, this system utilizes the adjusted location data selected by using Kalman filter to improve the location accuracy of transfer object. Be studied in existing the Kalman filter have unstable location data until its settlement because of it extracts current values by using the past the information. However, proposed location tracking system don’t apply existent Kalman filter to this system and it permits precisional tracking location by using more effective methods.

Optical fiber subscriber receive communication system is a core technology of multimedia home networks because it provides the high-level quality of data and services. This paper executes an analysis and research on this communication systems and presents the theoretical background for the purpose of understanding the optical communication system principal and explaining signal process flows to divide each block for the implementing ASIC design.

The most popular technique for image retrieval in a heterogeneous collection of color images is the comparison of images based on their color histogram. The color histogram describes the distribution of colors in the color space of a color image. In the most image retrieval systems, the color histogram is used to compute similarities between the query image and all the images in a database. But, small changes in the resolution, scaling, and illumination may cause important modifications of the color histogram, and so two color images may be considered to be very different from each other even though they have completely related semantics. A new method of color feature representation based on the 3-dimensional RGB color map is proposed to improve the defects of the color histogram. The proposed method is based on the three 2-dimensional projection map evaluated by projecting the RGB color space on the RG, GB, and BR surfaces. The experimental results reveal that the proposed is less sensitive to small changes in the scene and that achieve higher retrieval performances than the traditional color histogram.
