1925년 12월 26일 매문사(賣文社)에서 발간된 김소월의 시집 진달래꽃 초간본 이본 2종이 등록문화재가 되었다. 초간본은 중앙서림(中央書林)과 한성도서주식회사(漢城圖書株式會 社)를 통해서 표지가 다른 판본이 판매되었다. 두 가지 판본에 실린 시 중에서 시집의 제목과 같은 ‘진달내’이라는 제목의 시의 인쇄된 이미지를 비교 분석하였다. 이미지의 비교와 분석에 는 이미지 분석 소프트웨어 픽맨(PicMan)을 사용하였다. 이미지 분석 결과 시가 인쇄된 영역의 높이는 같지만, 폭은 약 2.4%의 차이가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 중앙서림 판본이 폭이 좁고 한성도서주식회사 판본의 폭이 약 2.4% 넓어지게 된 원인을 인쇄방식에서 찾아보았다. 책이 출판될 1920년대에 인쇄에 사용되었던 활판인쇄방식을 조사하여 인쇄영역 폭의 차이는 원압식 또는 평판식 인쇄방식과 윤전식 인쇄방식의 차이에 기인하는 것으로 추정하였다. 이미지 분석을 통한 근대서지의 인쇄방법 등 다양한 특징의 파악을 통한 체계적 연구의 가능성을 제시하였다.

Two first editions of Kim So-wol’s poetry collection Azalea Flower(진달래꽃), published by Maemunsa on December 26, 1925, became registered cultural properties. The first edition was sold with a different cover through Joong Ang Seorim(中央書林) and Hanseong Book Co., Ltd.(漢城圖書株式 會社). Among the poems published in the two editions, the printed image of the poem titled Azalea Flower, which is the same as the title of the poetry collection, was compared and analyzed using image analysis software PicMan. As a result of image analysis, it was confirmed that the height of the area where the poem was printed was the same, but there was a difference of about 2.4% in width. We looked into the printing method to determine why the Joong Ang Seorim edition was narrow and the Hanseong Book Co., Ltd. edition was about 2.4% wider. By investigating the letterpress printing methods used for printing in the 1920s, it was assumed that the difference in printing area width was due to the difference between the platen press or flatbed press method and the rotary press printing method. The possibility of systematic research was presented by identifying various characteristics such as printing methods of modern bibliographies through image analysis.

본 연구에서는 PCB에 진공인쇄 방식이 적용된 스크린 인쇄방법을 이용하여 Pattern 및 Hole충전의 신뢰성을 향상시킬 수 있는 기술을 적용하였다. 새로운 dry process 기술인 직접회로 인쇄 기술은 일반적으로 사용되고 있는 wet process 중 도금, 에칭, 박리 등의 공정을 줄일 수 있어 제조원가, 공정 리드타임 감소, 폐기물 감소로 환경 친화적 공정이라고 할 수 있다. 직접회로 인쇄는 진공도 100 Pa, 인쇄압력 0.45 MPa, 인쇄 속도 30 mm/sec, 인쇄각도 85도, 스크린 마스크와 기판 사이의 Gap 2 mm에서 인쇄될 때 가장 좋은 결과를 보였다. 직접회로 인쇄에 사용된 인쇄기는 일반 PCB공정에서 사용되는 동일한 형태에 진공조건을 유지시킬 수 있도록 개선하여 사용하였다.

In this study, aspect ratio of screen-printing method to increase the electrode Ag paste composition of the binder for the characterization of rheology in the shadow of the electrode by reducing the optical loss of the photoelectric conversion efficiency of solar cells to boost the performance measures was. Properties and printability of the paste, the binder resin sintered characteristics that affect the thermal properties are excellent with a good screen printability acrylic resin, ethyl cellulose, using a resin were evaluated. Prepared paste rheology properties, was formed to evaluate the electrode conductivity and aspect ratio.

The CRT(cathode ray tube) in oscilloscope consists of an electron gun, horizontal vertical deflection system and a phosphor screen. When the electron beam strikes the phosphor screen, the phosphor generates light. The phosphor screen has formed by CRT precipitation method. But, this method has some defects that are complex process, low yield, much consumption of raw-material, dirty working environment, waste problem, require of high cost. Moreover phosphor for oscilloscope used at present has been imported from Japan. Therefore developments of new phosphor and new method(the screen printing) top form phosphor screen for oscilloscope are required to improve these matters. This study was developed novel method(the screen printing) to form the phosphor screen for oscilloscope used new phosphor. This screen printing method has advantages of simple process, high yield, clean working environment, saving raw material and running-cost.

There has been an enormous emergence of imaging systems dedicated to hardcopy and softcopy color-appearance comparisons. Pre-press industry use the CRT as a soft proofing device to preview and aid with color corrections and changes before producing the final printed image. Color DTP system is required an accurate image-matching between CRT-image and printed image. In other to develop the color DTP,CRT calibration and CRT color transform to CIE color system are necessary. In this paper, we described a method CRT color transform to CIELab color system using RGB image raw data. Experimental results show that described method is useful valid of color image matching.

This paper proposed correction tone density eq. and dot area eq. for perdict tone reproduction when dot gain is constant, and these are based on Yule & Nielson`s tone density equation. The experimental results show that proposed coreaction tone density eq. and dot area eq. are useful and valid for perdict tone reproduction of a half-tone image.

Purpose: To evaluate the accuracy of the 3D printed die models and to investigate its clinical applicability. Methods: Stone die models were fabricated from conventional impressions(stone die model; SDM, n=7). 3D virtual models obtained from the digital impressions were manufactured as a 3D printed die models using a 3D printer(3D printed die models;3DM, n=7). Reference model, stone die models and 3D printed die models were scanned with a reference scanner. All dies model dataset were superimposed with the reference model file by the “Best fit alignment” method using 3D analysis software. Statistical analysis was performed using the independent t-test and 2-way ANOVA (α=.05). Results: The RMS value of the 3D printed die model was significantly larger than the RMS value of the stone die model (P<.001). As a result of 2-way ANOVA, significant differences were found between the model group (P<.001) and the part (P<.001), and their interaction effects (P<.001). Conclusion: The 3D printed die model showed lower accuracy than the stone die model. Therefore, it is necessary to further improve the performance of 3D printer in order to apply the 3D printed model in prosthodontics.

This experimental focus to characterize luminescence properties related to CNT (Carbon Nano Tube) element dispersedly implanted in ZnS-based phosphor thin film panel fabricated by a screen printing method. More specifically FE-SEM measurements, L-V(Luminescence vs. Voltage) and photo luminescence were carried out to determine an optimum value of CNT concentration and film thickness for the thin film structure of CNTーZnS:(Cu, Al) by the screen printing method. We confirmed that an optimum value of CNT concentration in the ZnS:(Cu, Al) film panel is about 0.75 wt% resulting that the electric conductivity is 1.6 times higher than that of pure CNT sample and showing that the luminescence intensity is increasing until the optimum concentration. Clearly, CNT is presenting in the luminescence process providing a pathway for the creation of hot electron and a channel for the electron-hole recombination but overly inserted CNT may hinder to produce the hot electron for making an avalanching process. In case of the overly doped CNT 1.0 wt% in the ZnS-based phosphor, the luminescence intensity is decreasing although the electric conductivity is exponentially increasing. Based on these results, we realized that hot electron occurred by the external electric field or exciton arose by the external photon source are reduced dramatically over the critical value of CNT concentration because CNT element provide various isolated residues in the composites of ZnS based phosphor rather than pathway or channel for the D-A(Donnor to Acceptor) pair transition or the radiative recombination of electron-hole.

Recently, 3D printing has been actively studied. A representative material in this 3D printing technology is plastic, and PLA, an eco-friendly material, is widely used. FDM is widely used as a way to output these PLA materials. However, this method lacks mechanical properties compared to injection-molded products as it is a method of stacking materials by melting. Therefore, in this study, using an FDM-type 3D printer, a tensile test was performed after printing a tensile specimen with PLA filament with the layer angle and layer density as control factors. After that, changes in tensile properties according to the layer angle and density were compared and evaluated. As a result, to improve the tensile strength, the layer density had to be considered, and to improve the elastic modulus, both the layer angle and the layer density had to be considered.

Test colors are halftone dot printed at the rate of 10% halftone dot area by process inksblack, cyan, magenta and yellow ink. Reproduced colors are measured by the weighted-ordinate colorimetric method and the direct colorimetric method. The weighted-ordinate colorimetric method compare favorably with the direct colorimetric method, because the former has good regular changes of tristimuIus values, chromacity coordinates, excitation purities, value functions and has smaller errors of dominant and complementary wavelengths than the latter. The clear printing in gravure can be said to be due to the good transfer of the ink - the completion of the transference of the ink into the stencil paper and the clear transference of the printing tone. Joint Photographic Experts Group is standard still-image compression technique, established by the international organization for standardization (ISO) and international telecomunication standardization sector(ITUT). the standard is intended to be utilized in the various kinds of color still imaging systems as a standard color image coding format. Because JPEG is a lossy compression, the decompressed image pixel value are not the same as the values before compression. various distortions of JPEG compression and JPEG compression has been reported in various papers. Due to the the lossy character of the DCT-based JPEG compression, it's application to print has been limited. for head section of printing, compression ratio of more than 15 are obtained without noticeable image decreation. From comparison, the JPEG standard achieves higher compression with high signal-to-noise ratio. Reconstructed images by the JPEG standard is may be useful in the printing.

Recently, as the prepress mainstream is changed to the digital workflow, various digital proofing systems such as high price dye sublimation printers and low price ink jet printers are widely used in printing industry. CRT monitors are also often used as a soft proofing device. However, it is very difficult to match the color image displayed on CRT monitors to the actual images printed on papers, because the color space of CRT monitors is RGB color system, and it is different with the CMY color system of the printing devices. Therefore, proper color compensations are needed to match the colors between hard-copy proofs on the printing device and soft copy proofs on CRT monitors. This paper shows the LUT and gamut mapping method considering the printing characteristics of output device is useful for the compensation.

Since domestic offset print quality control depends on the experience of persons in charge rather than objective data, the standards from the data are needed for the well-organized quality management of high-quality prints. Based on the ISO standards, now the standard specifications, such as GRACoL 7, SWOP 11, SNAP, G7 in America, and EURO Color, ECI, BVDM in Europe, and Japan Color 2001, Japan Color 2004 in Japan, are employed. There exists KS for domestic standards. However, since it has been directly imported from ISO Standards, there are discrepancies in printing materials and media. Although the quality management of commercial prints has been focused and studied. For this circumstance, standards are needed for the production of prints to meet international standards. This paper aims to find out suitable ways to approach domestic printing standards using densitometric method and colorimetric method. Printing experiments on this study were performed with domestic process color inks(Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) and domestic coated papers, under the same conditions as the actual commercial printing processes. In desitometric method, how to set up the optimal solid print density was studied through three tests such as the ways to match solid print density and print contrast to GRACoL standards respectively, and the way to get the highest contrast. In colorimetric method, how to get solid print density with the minimum color difference between the CIEL*a*b* color specification values in GRACoL standards and the measured color specification values in prints, was studied.

This research attempts on plate making for gravure. Direct Hard Dot Method, Helio Kliso Graph, and Laser TB Dot; these three method are the most popular in Korea. For examining ink transmission, three plates were made in the above three different way for the same manuscript and were printed under the same condition. After printing speed was also varied into 150line/inch, 175line/inch, and 200line/inch, ink transmission was examined too. After printing the same manuscript with the above three method then the researcher examined level of ink transmission. Printing lines shows that Laser TB Dot Method and Direct Hard Dot Method were favorable level, while there was big differences of state of Helio Kliso Graph plate.

Because of computer developing, the digital image making the use of many a field of application with - web-above, electronic publishing. printing, dynamic image management and photo CD production etc., however many problems of save and management. The management image use of compression moth which don't have a affect on image, reduce file size. A study used sequential DCT0based mode and progressive DCT-based mode of JPEG(Joing Photographic Experts Group) compression method and Wavelet compression method. Therefore, the analog image and digital image was changed and applied by several stages according to compression rate. It made inquiries of the optimum compression rate that be compared quality transformation between original image and compressed image. As compression image was printing simply, the quality was studied by subjective valuation method, that was studied propriety and usefulness.

The surface tension method has been possible only for the low viscosity materials. However, the inks for the off-set lithography and intaglio should have high viscosity and high tack. In this paper, we propose the elongation method to estimate the surface tension of high viscosity printing inks. The elongation method could be more useful to estimate the surface tension and shown in this research, it is possible to calculate the surface tension of high viscoxity ink without diluting the sample.

We have reviewed the method for surface tension of printing inks. Most of the methods fir for the low viscosity inks and solvents for inks. However, the inks for the offset lithography and intaglio should have high viscosity and high tack. The elongation of the ink filaments has more effect on the measuring surface tension than the energy of the surface molecules. In this paper, we propose the elongation method to estimate the surface tension of high viscosity printing inks. Even though we could measure the surface tension for low viscosity inks such as gravure and screen, elongation method could more useful to estimate the surface tension of lithography and intaglio inks than any other methods.

목적 : 본 연구에서는 체계적 고찰을 통해 3D 프린팅 기술을 상지보조기 제작에 적용한 사례에 대해 알아 보고, 향후 작업치료사가 임상현장에서 상지보조기 제작에 3D 프린팅 기술을 적용할 때 필요한 정보를 정리하여 임상적용에 유용한 기초자료를 제시하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 2013년부터 2017년까지의 최근 5년간의 논문을 전자 데이터베이스 RISS, KISS, Scopus, PubMed와 Google Scholar를 사용하여 검색하였다. 검색 키워드로는 “3D Printing AND Orthosis OR Splint OR Brace”을 사용하였다. 검색된 논문은 2차 분류를 거쳐 최종적으로 16개의 논문을 선정하였 으며 이를 분석하고 고찰하였다. 결과 : 분석대상 논문의 약 80%가 단일대상 실험연구 및 사례연구로 질적수준은 낮은 편이었다. 제작자의 전공을 분석한 결과, 크게 4가지 계열로 구분됐으며, 그 중에서 공학계열이 가장 많았다. 다음으로는 보 건계열이 많았으며, 작업치료전공자는 2명이었다. 제작된 상지보조기의 종류는 6가지였으며, 그 중에서 코크 업 보조기와 손가락 보조기가 가장 많이 제작되었다. 제작에 가장 많이 사용된 소재는 플라스틱 소 재중 하나인 ABS수지였다. 분석된 논문에서 사용된 제조공법은 총 4가지가 있었으며, 가장 많이 사용된 제조공법은 FDM방식이다. 상지보조기 제작을 위한 상지 측정방법으로는 3D 스캐너가 가장 많이 사용 되었다. 결론 : 이번 연구를 통하여 3D 프린팅 기술을 적용한 상지보조기 제작방법에 대해 알 수 있었다. 이를 근 거로 작업치료사의 업무범위 중 한가지인 상지보조기 제작에 3D 프린팅 기술을 적용할 수 있는 기초근 거를 제공하고, 추후 연구에 대한 방향성을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 작업치료분야 에서 3D 프린팅 기술을 적용한 상지보조기 개발 및 연구가 더욱 활발하게 이루어질 것으로 기대한다.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the application of 3D printing technology to the upper limb production through a systematic review and to summarize and analyze the necessary information to provide basic basis for future clinical application in the field of occupational therapy. Methods: For the last five years from 2013 to 2017, the articles were searched using electronic databases RISS, KISS, Scopus, PubMed and Google Scholar. As a search keyword, "3D Printing AND Orthosis OR Splint OR Brace" was used. The searched article were classified through the second classification and finally 16 article were selected and analyzed Results: About 80% of the article to be analyzed were single-target experimental studies and case studies with lower quality. As a result of analyzing the producers major, it was divided into four major categories. Among them, the engineering department was the most, followed by the health department. Six types of upper splint were manufactured. Cock-up splint and finger splint were made the most. ABS was the most commonly used plastic material. There are four manufacturing methods used in the analyzed article, and the most used manufacturing method is the FDM method. As a method of measurement, 3D scanners were the most popular method to manufactured upper splint. Conclusion: In this study, we learned how to make upper splint using 3D printing technology. Based on this, I would like to provide basic data for applying 3D printing technology to manufactured the upper splint which is one of the occupational therapist's job scope. I would like to present a direction for future research. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the development and research of upper splint applying 3D printing technology in occupational therapy field will be more active.
