본 논문은 물류 산업에 새로운 가치를 창출할 물류 플랫폼의 국내 기업들의 동향을 살펴보고 현재 상황 및 시사점을 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 국내에서 활동하고 있는 플랫폼들이 어 떠한 서비스를 제공하는지에 대한 조사를 실시하였고 이를 기반으로 한계와 시사점을 도출하 였다. 현재 물류 플랫폼은 물류 프로세스 전반에 활발하게 형성되어지고 있으며, 다양한 고객 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 그러나 서비스를 이용하고자 하는 물량의 부족과 물류 산업의 디지 털화가 잘 이루어지지 않는 한계도 동시에 존재한다. 하여 물류 산업 전반의 디지털화를 위한 노력이 계속적으로 이루어져야 하며 디지털 기술 및 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 인재 양성 구축 을 위한 방안이 나와야 할 것이다.

Purpose : This study examines the current trends and implications of domestic companies in the logistics platform to create new value in the logistics industry. Research design, data, methodology : This Study was conducted on what services are provided by platforms operating in Korea, and based on this, limitations and implications were drawn. Results : Currently, the logistics platform is actively formed throughout the logistics process and provides various customer services. However, there are also limitations in the shortage of quantity to use services and the inability to digitize the logistics industry. 본 연구는 선행연구가 극히 미흡한 국내 화물정보망산업의 시장현황에 대하여 사례조사, 2차 자료조사, 화물정보망사업의 3객체인 차주, 화주, 화물정보망 운영사 임직원 대상의 전문가의견조사 등을 방법론으로 화물정보망 시장의 특징을 분석해 내고 전략적시사점과 발전방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하는 탐색적 연구 논문이다. 연구결과 화물정보망산업의 활성화 방안을 2가지로 정리할 수 있었다. 첫 번째는 신뢰성 담보와 세심한 서비스제공으로 화주와 차주가 상호 부조하는 온라인 플랫폼 기반의 O2O거래가 되어야한다는 것이고, 두 번째로는 차별화와 전문화를 통한 진입장벽 육성으로 지속가능 기업이 되어야 한다는 것이다. 먼저 첫 번째 활성화 방안의 실행전략으로는 안전운송에 대한 기능적, 제도적 장치마련으로 신뢰성을 확보. 감정적 유대감에 기반을 둔 세심한 서비스제공으로 차주의 만족도제고이다. 두 번째 활성화 방안의 실행전략으로 화주와 차주 간 양방향 커뮤니케이션을 통한 정보의 비대칭 해소. 차별화 및 전문화된 중개상품으로 진입장벽을 고도화하고 맞춤형 화물 또는 차량 상품제공이 가능한 Online Matching Platform 서비스를 제공. 수익원의 발굴과 다변화로 비즈니스 포트폴리오의 지속적인 강화이다.

The goal of this study is analyzing features of freight information network market and suggesting strategic points and plans for development by using case study, secondary data research, and expert attitude research from the three objects of freight information network industry, the driver, the shipper and the employees of freight information network operating company about the market situation of freight information network which has few advance research. The result of this study suggests two ways for activating the freight information network. First way is securing the driver and shipper by guaranteeing confidence and offering elaborate services. Second one is building and enhancing entry barrier by choosing strategies based on differentiation and concentration. The action plan for the first activating way is as following; first of all, securing confidence by making functional and institutional system about safe driving. Second, increasing satisfaction of the driver by offering elaborate services based on emotional bond. The action plan for the second activating way is as following; first of all, alleviating the information asymmetry by two-way communication between the shipper and the driver. Second, building and enhancing entry barrier by differentiating and specializing commodity brokerage, also offering online matching platform services that enable customized freight or cargo-truck product supply. Third, continuous strengthening of the business portfolio by finding a source of profit and diversification.

최근 미국의 보호무역 기조에 따라 대미수출이 위축되어 유라시아 신흥시장의 개척 필요성 이 한층 커졌고, 대형 국적선사인 한진해운의 파산으로 인해 아시아-유럽 해운항로를 대체할 수 있는 운송로 확보의 필요성이 대두되었다. 더욱이 전자상거래의 확산으로 인해 국제교역 및 물류환경이 급변하고 있어 국제 물류활동에 IT기술을 적용하는 환경에 대비해야 하는 시점 이다. 따라서 본 연구는 유라시아 각 국의 물류정보 수준비교를 통해 한국의 시각에서 유라시아 물류정보 공유플랫폼 정보화전략을 수립하는 차원에서 수행되었다. 본 연구는 유라시아 국가 간 물류활동 지원을 위한 표준화 방향, 단절 없는 통관·물류서비스 제공, 무역업체의 비즈니스 확대를 위한 정보제공, 국가 간 물류기업 간 협력확대를 위한 정보연계 기반구축 등을 목표로 한다. 본 연구를 통해 국가 간 정보공유를 통한 물류활동이 활발히 이루어지기를 기대한다.

Recently, with the US protection trade trend, South Korea 's exports to the US have shrunk and the need to pioneer emerging markets in Eurasia has increased. Due to the bankruptcy of Hanjin Shipping, a large Korean national shipping company, the necessity of securing transportation that can replace the Asian - European shipping route has emerged. Moreover, as the international trade and logistics environment is rapidly changing due to the spread of electronic commerce, it is time to prepare for the environment where IT technology is applied to international logistics activities. Therefore, this study was carried out to establish information strategy of Eurasia logistics information sharing platform from Korean perspective through comparison of logistics information level of Eurasian countries. This study aims at standardization direction for supporting logistics activities between Eurasian countries, providing customs clearance and logistics services without interruption, providing information for expanding business of trade companies, and building information linkage infrastructure for expanding cooperation between logistics companies across countries. Through this study, it is expected that logistics activities through information sharing among countries will be actively carried out.

With the advent of the 4.0 era of logistics due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, infrastructures have been built to receive the same services online and offline. Logistics services affected by logistics 4.0 and IT technology are rapidly changing. Logistics services are developing using technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, Internet of things, and augmented reality. The convergence of logistics services and various IT new technologies is accelerating, and the development of data management solution technology has led to the emergence of electronic cargo waybill to replace paper cargo waybill. The electronic waybill was developed to supplement paper waybill that lack economical and safety. However, the electronic waybill that appeared to complement the paper waybill are also in need of complementation in terms of efficiency and reliability. New research is needed to ensure that electronic cargo waybill gain the trust of users and are actively utilized. To solve this problem, electronic cargo waybill that combine blockchain technology are being developed. This study aims to improve the reliability, operational efficiency and safety of blockchain electronic cargo waybill. The purpose of this study is to analyze the blockchain-based electronic cargo waybill system and to derive evaluation indicators for system supplementation.

This research paper aims to introduce a novel business model tailored for the Digital Document Intermediary Platform in terrestrial freight transport. Drawing insights from a comprehensive case study on maritime freight intermediary platforms, the study underscores the evolving incorporation of digital technology within the logistics sector. Leveraging the Business Model Canvas (BMC) framework, an integrative terrestrial freight intermediary platform imbued with advanced digital technology is presented. The proposed platform ingeniously exploits cutting-edge digital technologies, including IoT, Block Chain, AI, Cloud, and Big Data. This seamlessly integrates functionalities such as Cargo Tracking, Smart Contract, Smart Freight Matching, Cloud Logistics Platforms, and Programming Interfaces (APIs). Building upon extant literature and findings, the research advocates for the wider adoption of digital technologies in shaping the future of terrestrial transportation.

In this paper, we present LogiIQ, a VR-based logistics training platform designed to support repetitive learning and self-directed training to address the growing demand for skilled logistics personnel due to increasing industrial automation. We built LogiIQ on a Unity-based WebGL 3D environment to simulate the operation of key logistics equipment—robotic arms, AGVs, and forklifts. Furthermore, we implemented a system for continuous tracking of individual progress based on learning history by integrating a React and Spring Boot-based web dashboard to collect and visualize learner’s performance data in real time. In a pilot study involving novice users, we confirmed that average scores across all modules nearly doubled while the standard deviation decreased, thereby demonstrating that LogiIQ is effective in enhancing learner proficiency and reducing skill gaps among learners. By organically combining simulation, data analytics, and adaptive feedback, we have established a self-directed, data-driven learning environment that goes beyond simple virtual training. Through this research, we aim to lay a foundation for more consistent and effective practical training in logistics education.

In order to solve current realistic problems such as low-efficiency in resource allocation, difficulty in headquarters integrated management, high-risk in finance, and inaccuracy and untimeliness of information sharing. On the basis of collaborative management theory and information technology, centralized standardization of information system of finance logistics as a management platform is constructed in the study. Standardization of business processes and uniform control of headquarter are initially realized, the needs of business operations as well as logistics management are effectively met, and using information technology to promote the meticulous management is achieved. Information management of finance logistics reduces the financial risk, strengthen the management of supervisors, and promote the capabilities of project management.

Real-Time Object Detection and Interaction in a YOLOv8-Based VR Logistics Training Platform

This study presents a real-time interactive VR logistics training system by integrating YOLOv8-based object detection and tracking into a Unity + Sentis platform. To support realistic logistic scenarios, we constructed a custom VR logistics dataset consisting of approximately 15,000 images across six key object categories: boxes, forklifts, conveyors, people, AGVs, and robotic arms. Leveraging a YOLOv8 model trained on our domain-specific logistics dataset, we integrated real-time object detection with the Unity 3D coordinate system to enable synchronized interactions such as AGV obstacle avoidance and robotic arm operations. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed system achieves high detection accuracy and real-time inference speeds exceeding 30 FPS (achieving 50-60 FPS on Apple M3 GPU with MPS acceleration), ensuring smooth performance in immersive VR environments. This approach addresses the limitations of real-time object recognition and responsiveness in conventional VR logistics training systems, expanding the potential for an intelligent and immersive training platform that dynamically adapts to learner behavior and training scenarios. Our research provides the foundation for establishing a digital twin/metaverse-based smart logistics education ecosystem and contributes to cultivating next-generation logistics professionals with enhanced safety awareness and operational efficiency.

Along with the rapid development of information technology, the traditional agricultural products sales model is facing a huge challenge. Agricultural products E-commerce platform, which carries three layers service functions, one is its most basic functions, which provides an information exchange, online payment, logistics transportation and sales activity; second is intermediate function, it can provide financial analysis, market research and business plan; the final advanced features, it strongly promoted the related subsidiary industry and service industry. In this paper, we make empirical analysis about the factors that influence the agricultural logistics economy, the result shows that agricultural prices, logistics time, product quality, service level, credibility, spending habits, profits and operating capital are the key factors that will affect the agricultural product marketing.

It is important to track cargo state in global Maritime Logistics. By the nature of Maritime Logistics, it takes cargo a long time to be transported. If a problem in cargo state comes up in transit, we need real- time notice and response about the problem. Also, we need how to track the cargo's state information in order to clarify where the responsibility lies when problems occur. Although the study of the existing Cargo Location Trace was partly conducted, there is a lack of study with managing cargo state depending on environments. This study suggests a system to track and manage the cargo state in Maritime Logistics IP-RFID Service Platform. A few requirements are identified in order to manage cargo state and a few functions are drawn. Furthermore, the process is suggested to generate cargo state information in Maritime Logistics IP-RFID Service Platform. In this study, there is significance in suggesting a plan to track cargo state as well as track cargo location studied mainly.

Frequency Identification (RFID) systems enable serivces such as information exchange among objects, position tracking, and remote processing and mangment by attaching electronic tags to objects, collecting data from the objects, and processing the data. RFID needs interface environment and network structure that make it easy to use microsensor technologies and information communication devices for communication between humans and objects and between objects in addition to existing communication between humans. The application of RFID technology is going beyond forward logistics, which is the delivery of manufactured goods to consumers, and being expanded, though not frequently yet, to reverse logistics, which includes return, recovery, reuse, reproduction and disposal. The present study purposed to propose middleware platform and framework by applying RFID technology to reverse logistics.

Purpose ? This study investigates the impact of logistics platforms on overall logistics performance by examining three critical dimensions: technical, organizational, and environmental. With the expansion of global trade, digital transformation, and increasing complexity in supply chain networks, the demand for advanced logistics solutions such as logistics platforms has become essential. These platforms can enhance visibility, coordination, and responsiveness across supply chain stakeholders. Design/Methodology/Approach ? An empirical analysis was conducted using survey data collected from 240 employees engaged in supply chain?related roles in Korea. The measurement items were developed with input from logistics professionals and academic experts to ensure both practical relevance and theoretical rigor. The data were analyzed using structural equation modeling to identify the relationships among the variables. Findings ? The results reveal that the technical and organizational characteristics of logistics platforms significantly improve information sharing among stakeholders. In contrast, the environmental dimension, when well established, naturally facilitates information sharing without the need for additional efforts. Furthermore, enhanced information sharing leads to improved logistics performance in terms of efficiency, responsiveness, and service quality. Research Implications ? This study contributes to the understanding of logistics platform adoption by highlighting the integrated effects of technical, organizational, and environmental factors. The findings provide valuable insights for logistics practitioners, platform developers, and policy makers seeking to support digital transformation in supply chain management.

The concept of e-Business has been around for more than two decades but it has not been used widely enough due to high installation and maintenance cost and complexity. In order to solve such problems, two standardization organizations UN/CEFACT and OASIS have developed an open e-Business standard called ebXML that can be easily adopted by industries. Based on the ebXML, we have developed an e-Logistics integrated platform for industries to do business electronically. The e-Logistics integrated platform was applied to B2B postal logistics industry and efficient interoperability between companies with different systems has been achieved.

Influences of Platform-Based After-Sales Logistics Service Quality on Perceived Value and Continuance Intention in China's Cross-Border E-Commerce for Imported Cosmetics

This study examines how platform-based after-sales service quality influences consumers’ perceived value and continuance intention when purchasing imported cosmetics on Chinese e-commerce platforms. A cross-sectional online survey was conducted with Chinese consumers who had purchased imported cosmetics via major platforms and used platform-provided after-sales services within the past year. Measurement items adapted from previous studies were evaluated through confirmatory factor analysis, and the structural relationships among the key variables were tested using structural equation modeling and multi-group comparisons based on information usefulness and information enjoyment. The results show that after-sales service quality, conceptualized as comprising reliability and service interaction (responsiveness and empathy), significantly enhances perceived value, and perceived value in turn increases consumers’ continuance intention to keep using the platforms for purchasing imported cosmetics. Multi-group analysis further indicates that the positive effect of perceived value on continuance intention is stronger among consumers who perceive the information provided by the platform as more useful and enjoyable. Overall, the findings suggest that reliable and empathetic after-sales processes elevate consumers’ perceived value and foster continuance usage, while high-quality information further strengthens the link between perceived value and continuance intention, thereby extending value- and continuance-based explanations to cross-border commerce for imported cosmetics and offering practical guidance for platforms seeking to design trustworthy after-sales service systems and richer information environments.
