교차로 제어 유형에 따른 전기차 에너지 절감 효과 KCI 등재

이 연구는 전기차 시대 도래에 따라 교차로 운영 방식이 에너지 절감에 미치는 영향을 분 석한다. 교차로 제어 유형인 신호, 회전교차로, 비신호 교차로를 대상으로, VISSIM 시뮬레이 션과 전기차 및 내연기관차의 에너지 소모 모형을 활용하여 에너지 절감량을 비교하였다. 각 교차로에서 교통량, 접근 속도, 좌회전 비율 등 다양한 시나리오를 바탕으로 에너지 소모량을 산출한 결과, 접근 속도 30kph에서는 신호 교차로가 대부분의 교통 상황에서 가장 에너지 효 율성이 높았으며, 접근 속도 60kph에서는 회전교차로가 우수한 성과를 보였다. 특히, 내연기관 차를 전기차로 전환했을 때 최대 83%의 에너지를 절감할 수 있었다. 또한 전기차의 회생제동 효과를 분석한 결과, 회전교차로와 신호 교차로 모두 에너지 재생 측면에서 긍정적인 성과를 보였다. 이 연구는 전기차 보급 확대에 따른 교차로 운영 전략 수립에 유용한 정책적 시사점을 제공한다.

This study analyzed the impact of the intersection control types on energy savings in the era of electric vehicles (EVs). Three types of intersection control (signalized, roundabout, and unsignalized intersections) were examined by comparing energy consumption between EVs and internal combustion engine vehicles (ICEVs) through VISSIM simulations and energy consumption models. Various scenarios, including traffic volume, approach speed, and left-turn ratios, were simulated to assess energy consumption. The results showed that signalized intersections were the most energy-efficient under most traffic conditions at an approach speed of 30 kph, while roundabouts showed excellent performance at 60 kph. EVs showed up to 83% energy savings compared to ICEVs. An analysis of regenerative braking in EVs highlighted the benefits of roundabouts and signalized intersections in energy recovery. This study provides valuable policy insights for developing intersection management strategies as EV adoption increases.

In this study, the power consumption and illuminance were analyzed by replacing the fluorescent and incandescent lamps used as light sources for the engine room lighting of the training ship with LED light sources. By replacing 40W and 20W fluorescent lamps with 17W and 11W LED lamps, 40W fluorescent lamps reduced power consumption by 57.5% and 20W fluorescent lamps reduced power consumption by 45% and improved illumination by 56.8%. In particular, as a result of replacing 60W incandescent lamps with LEDs, power consumption was reduced by 85%. By installing an auxiliary cooling seawater pump that supplies cooling seawater to the engine control room air conditioner and boiler drain cooler in parallel, there is an energy saving effect of 88.1%. was confirmed.

수질 개선을 위한 수처리 시스템은 폐수의 오염 물질을 산화 시키고 줄이는 것이 중요하다. 이에 본 논문 은 다양한 산업 분야에서 활용할 수 있도록 고안된 나노 버블 시스템에 관한 것으로 안정적이고 효율적인 수질관 리 및 에너지 절감을 하기 위해 수질 개선 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템은 물을 이동시키는 노즐을 이용해 물과 산소를 혼합하여 나노 버블을 효과적으로 생성하고 여기에 센서에 의한 자동화 시스템을 도입하여 에너지를 절감한다. 성능시험을 위해 실증시험 장치를 구축하여 실험을 통해 입증하였다. 성능시험 결과 물속 잉여 산소의 생성 및 잔존 시간을 증가, 박테리아 세균 증식을 현저히 줄일 수 있었다.

It is important for a water treatment system to oxidize and reduce pollutants in wastewater for improving water quality. This paper proposes a water quality improvement system for stable and efficient water quality management and energy saving, regarding a nanobubble system designed for use in various industrial fields. The proposed system effectively generates nanobubbles by mixing water and oxygen using a nozzle that moves water, and introduces an automated system using sensors to save energy. A demonstration test device was built for performance testing and verified through experiments. The results of the performance test showed that the generation and residual time of excess oxygen in water were increased, and bacterial growth was significantly reduced.

The transition to sustainable buildings is a pressing issue, driven by environmental and economic concerns. This study evaluates the energy-saving effects and cost-efficiency of green remodeling elements in public buildings, focusing on daycare centers and health clinics remodeled in 2021 and 2022. The analysis highlights that building envelope improvements, such as enhanced insulation and high-performance windows, offer significant energy savings at relatively low costs, making them a priority in remodeling projects. HVAC and ventilation system upgrades, while requiring higher initial investments, show potential for long-term savings and indoor environment enhancement. Additionally, LED lighting and control systems are identified as cost-effective methods for reducing energy consumption, and renewable energy technologies significantly enhance energy independence and carbon reduction, despite their substantial upfront costs. This study provides a systematic approach to incorporating cost and energy considerations into public building remodeling designs, offering valuable insights for efficient strategy development. It also underscores the need for government support to promote green remodeling initiatives. Future research should focus on exploring the interactions between remodeling elements and external factors to develop more comprehensive and sophisticated analyses.

This study is about the control method of smart skin applying SPD(Suspended Particles Display). Smart skin is a self-developed composite window system for the purpose of reducing the cooling load and lighting load. The simulation by TRNSYS18 was modeled in detail based on an actual office located in Jeonju. The previously studied smart skin control method (case1) is a time-dependent control method, and a new control method (case2) was devised based on the data that consideration of daily insolation is important in an actual environment. As a result of simulation by case1, it was found that the amount of cooling energy and lighting energy saved was reduced by 15.1% and 39.2%, respectively, compared to the general model. As a result of the simulation by case2, it was found that the amount of cooling energy and lighting energy saved was reduced to 17.6% and 57.5%, respectively, compared to the general model. Therefore, the newly proposed control method considering the amount of insolation and time was found to be effective in reducing cooling energy and lighting energy.

In this study, a smart skin system that combines SPD (suspended particle display) and LGG (Lighting Guide Glass) and its optimal control method was developed for the purpose of simultaneously reducing the lighting load and cooling load in office buildings. And a demonstration site was built to test the results. The demonstration site was constructed as an experimental group with a smart skin system installed and a control group with a general window system installed. When the cooling energy consumption of the experimental group to which the smart skin system was applied was reduced by about 36.9% compared to the control group, the lighting energy was also reduced by 54.4%.

In this study, an algorithm for control of SPD(Suspended Particles Display) on Smart Skin was proposed. The office with SPD located in Jeonju, Jeollabuk-do was modeled and simulated using TRNSYS18. Through simulation, the energy and lighting consumption of building were analyzed The two kinds of control algorithm(SPD and dimming control method for cool energy and lighting energy saving(CASE 1) and improved control method(CASE 2)) were compared. For this research, Two models(with and without SPD and dimming control) were analyzed by comparing the cooling energy and the light energy consumption was reduced 15.1%, and the lightind energy consumption was reduced by 39.2% more than the model without SPD and dimming control. But, at the improved control method(CASE 2) the cooling energy consumption was reduced of more 2.5% and lighting energy consumptions was reduced of more 18.3% than CASE 1. When using SPD and dimming control, lighting energy consumptions showed more sensitive to solar radiation than cooling energy consumptions. As the improved control method(CASE 2) showed more advantageous saving tate than SPD and dimming control metrhod for cool energy and lighting energy saving(CASE 1), it was found that the improved control method (CASE 2) must be utilized in practice for SPD and dimming control.

본 논문에서는 사용하지 않는 전기제품에서 불필요하게 소비되는 대기전력을 절감하기 위한 장치를 개발하였다. 도플러 센서를 사용하여 사람이 콘센트 주변에 존재 유무에 따라 콘센트의 전원공급과 차단을 자동으로 수행하는 장치 이다. 도플러 센서는 동축 케이블 트랩을 사용하여 송신 안테나를 설계하였으며 10GHz 대역의 RF신호를 방사하여 대 상 물체로부터 반사된 파장이 변화된 반사파 신호를 수신부로 수신하여 물체를 감지하여 사람의 접근을 인지하도록 하였다. 대기전력을 자동으로 차단 및 복구하여 불필요한 전력소모를 방지하여 에너지를 절약하고 누설전류에 의한 대 형 화재의 위험성을 방지할 수 있는 대기전력 자동 차단 및 복구 장치를 개발하였다.

In this paper, we have developed a device to reduce the standby power consumption that is unnecessarily consumed in unused electrical appliances. The Doppler sensor is used to automatically power off and power off the outlet depending on whether or not a person is present near the outlet. The Doppler sensor uses a coaxial cable trap to design a transmitting antenna and emits a 10 GHz band RF signal and receives a reflected wave signal whose wavelength is reflected from the target object to the receiver to detect an object and recognize human approach. It automatically cuts off and restores standby power to prevent unnecessary power consumption, saving energy and developing a standby power automatic shutdown and recovery device that can prevent the risk of large fires caused by leakage current.

본 논문에서는 소비전력 저감을 위한 LED 제어 시스템을 개발하였다. LED의 소모 전력이 적은 장점과 쉽게 제어 할 수 있는 장점을 활용하여 조명을 시스템화 하였다. 본 연구에서는 제어기술을 통해 소비전력을 저감하고 용도 와 기준에 맞는 조도 값을 제공 함으로써 조명의 효율을 극대화 시킬 수 있었다. 그 결과, 실 측정을 통해 기존의 점등 방식보다 디밍 방식은 최대 약 60% 에너지 절감 효과가 있으며, 약 40%의 저감된 평균 조도 값을 얻을 수 있었다.

In this paper, for reducing power consumption led developing the control systems. Led of low power consumption advantages and benefits that are easy to control lighting system did. In this study, matches the criteria and control technology helps reduce power consumption and applications can maximise the efficiency of the illumination provide illumination values doing. As a result, actual measurements than traditional lighting system with diming is up to about 60 percent energy savings, reduction of about 40 percent the average value of the illumination can be obtained.

This paper introduces a new Recommendation ITU-T Y.3021 “Framework of energy saving for Future Networks” [1], which was consented at the ITU-T SG13 meeting in October 2011. The paper first describes the need for energy saving of networks themselves, and reviews potential technologies. The paper then identifies major functions and their cyclic interactions, analyses possible impacts of introducing the technologies, and itemises the high level requirements for introducing the technologies.

생활 오폐수 열원이 고온임에도 불구하고 활용하지 않은 이유에는 경제성 부족과 시스템에 대한 신뢰성 부족이다. 본 연구는 기존 시스템의 문제점을 보완하여 오폐수열원을 이용하여 건축물의 냉난방 시스템으로 적용될 수 있도록 연구하였다. 기존 오폐수 열 교환 시스템의 구조적인 문제점인 Slime과 Scale에 대하여 많은 어려움을 보여주고 있으며 본 연구는 다른 획기적인 방법을 제시하였 다. 그것은 워터케이싱 이라는 열 회수기술과 복합열원 축⋅열 수조라는 열 축전 방식을 제안하였다. 그리고 생활 오폐수라는 특수한 조건의 열원을 사용하면서 외기온도와의 상관관계를 밝혀내었다. 이러한 연구를 통해 이제까지 버려왔던 생활 오폐수와 같은 소규모 미활용에너지를 축⋅열하여 유 효의 에너지로 변환시킴으로써 에너지 재활용에 대한 인식 변화는 물론 냉난방시스템으로 적용함으 로써 제로에너지건축물 인증 의무화 제도 및 신재생 설비 설치 의무화 제도에 기여할 수 있다고 본다.

A reason for not using the heat source of waste water despite the high temperature of life is that a lack of economic efficiency and a lack of trust in the system. This study has been studied so that problems in the existing system can be supplemented and applied to the heating and cooling system of buildings using a waste water source. The structural problems of the existing waste water heat exchange system, Slime and Scale, show a lot of difficulties. Because of these difficulties, this study suggested other innovative methods. It proposed a heat recovery technique called water casing and a heat accumulator called combined heat source heat accumulator water tube. It also found a correlation with ambient air temperature by using a special condition of heat source by life sewage. Through these studies, we will convert the amount of small, unused energy such as living sewage that we have throw away throw away throw awaythrowed out into effective energy by accumulating heat. Also, not only do we change our perception of energy recycling, but also apply it as a heating and cooling system. We believe that these efforts can contribute to the mandatory certification of zero-energy buildings and the mandatory installation of new and renewable facilities.

The current study attempts to expand our understanding of the determinants of energy-saving technology (EST) use by focusing on the individual aspects of environmental behaviors. This study integrates the hedonic, normative, and gain goals to explain the causal relationship between users and EST use. By adopting Goal-Framing Theory, this study proposed three individual goal frames in the environmental context: hedonic (perceived pleasurability), normative (social norms), and gain goals (legislative pressure and economic factor). Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze the data from 104 respondents. Eight of the ten hypotheses were strongly supported. We found that social norms, perceived pleasurability, economic factor, and legislative pressure had positive and significant effects on attitude to EST use. Interestingly, we found that media influence did not have a severe effect on perceived pleasurability, and that the economic factor enforces mainly positive attitude to EST. Important theoretical and practical implications of these findings are discussed.

Demand response is usually operated through using the power rates and incentives. Demand management based on power charges is the most rational and efficient demand management method, and such methods include rolling base charges with peak time, sliding scaling charges depending on time, sliding scaling charges depending on seasons, and nighttime power charges. Search for other methods to stimulate resources on demand by actively deriving the demand reaction of loads to increase the energy efficiency of loads. In this paper, ESS algorithm for saving energy based on predicting the amount of solar power generation that can be used for buildings with small loads not under electrical grid.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of energy saving behavior. This study aims to analyse the factors that influence energy saving behavior with a focus on socialization factors. Social factors are fundamental determinants of energy behavior, but there has been a lack of systematic research on them. According to the results of the survey data, first, the influence of socialization factors is in the order of peer group > parent > experience. In order to strengthen learning in energy conservation in social relationships, it is necessary to use educational communities in the community where peers can exchange experiences. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen parental education to reinforce education at home and to expand the number of experience facilities where people can experience energy conservation. Second, in the risk perception paradigm, perceived benefits > subjective knowledge > trust > perceived risk affect energy conservation in the order of perceived benefits > subjective knowledge > trust > perceived risk. Although these variables have a great influence on energy conservation, these factors are closely related to socialization factors, so strategies to improve perceived risk, benefits, knowledge, and trust using socialization factors are necessary.

에너지절약기술개발사업에 대한 전문가 인식분석

본 연구는 1992년부터 2000년까지 정부가 추진한 에너지절약기술개발사업에 대한 성과분석의 일환으로 에너지절약 전문가 데이터베이스에 수록된 1300여명의 전문가들을 대상으로 에너지 관리공단이 2001년 12월 10일 부터 동년 12월 20일까지 조사한 결과를 분석한 연구이다. 설문지에 포함된 주요 내용들은 과제의 발굴 관련문항, 과제선정 관련사항, 평가의 적정성, 사업비관리, 절차의 실효성, 지원절차 등과 같은 사업관리문항, 기술개발에 따른 개선효과와 같은 성과관련문항, 사업의 사후관리에 관한 문항으로 구성되어 있다. 분석의 결과는 향후 에너지기술개발정책, 기후변화협상시 주요자료로 활용될 것이다.

This study is about the questionnaire analysis of experts on energy conservation technology development projects which has been done during 1992∼2000. The experts were chosen from 1300 energy experts who were listed in the energy expert data base. The main contents of the questionnaire were projects finding system, projects decision process, suitability of the assessment, budget management, projects outcome, projects management. The results of the research could be applied to the data for future energy technology policy, climate convention negotiation.

1994년 3월 21일에 발효된 기후변화협약은 지구온난화에 따른 이상 기후현상을 예방하기 위한 목적으로 만들어졌다. 1997년 구체적인 실천방안이 교토의정서가 채택되어 선진국들이 먼저 의무부담을 지도록 하였으나 미국의 불참 및 당사국들의 이해관계 대립으로 비준 가능성은 아직 낮은 수준이다. 우리나라는 2002년 11월 국회에서 이를 비준하였으며, 감축의무부담에 대하여 제3차 공약기간부터 의무부담 검토를 천명한 바 있으나 우리나라를 둘러싼 여론은 제2차 의무이행기간으로 앞당기도록 요구하고 있다. 이렇게 될 경우 우리나라 경제에 미칠 악영향이 크게 확대될 것은 분명하기에 이에 대한 적극적인 대응 전략의 수립이 필요하다. 본 고에서는 따라서 기후변화협약 및 관련 에너지절약정책에 대하여 현재의 정부 정책을 검토하고 앞으로 준비하여야 할 방향에 대하여 분석하여보았다. 이를 통하여 기후변화대책 및 에너지절약정책을 총괄하는 종합기능을 가진 상시 행정 및 연구조직과 정책의 효과를 평가하기 위한 상시 평가조직의 설치를 제안한다.

Recently, energy savings in existing buildings has received much attention in response to the increased needs for global warming and better comforts of the occupants. The purpose of this study is to analysis heating and cooling loads according to the change of performance in Educational Facility by using integrated building energy simulation. As a analysis simulation tool, Transys is used. As a result of analyzing characteristics of heating and cooling load, insulation performance of building is the most important factor for energy savings. The rate of energy saving is studied by analysis about the simulation results of each case. The results of energy analysis for heating and cooling loads simulation are that the case is the highest saving rate as 31 percent. Measures to reduce heating and cooling energy by 100% The introduction of geothermal energy systems and solar systems are required.

This study tried to develop the theoretical backgrounds, explaining consumers energy consumption behavior and analyzed its effects. In other words, this study investigated the factors influencing the amount of electronic energy consumption. In this study, we used 678 questionnaires which were selected a quota sampling by living area who were above 20 years old and married. Summary of results of this study follows. First, attitude for energy saving was positively related with female, high school graduated large size of family members, elderly, and middle-class consumers. In addition, consumers’ search for energy saving were appeared passively in young consumers under 30 years old, and the family with the highest household income. Consumers’ purchasing energy-efficient products was presented in large size of family members, and young consumers. Second, consumers’ environmental oriented behavior, action-directed behavior, health- seeking behavior were significantly related with energy saving behavior, and active information search for energy saving, but not with purchasing energy-efficient products and consuming behavior of electrical energy. Third, the quantity of electric energy consumption was affected by the size of family members, the living size of house related with high energy demand, the attitude for energy saving, and searching information for energy-saving.
