This paper analyses the tool switching problem in the dynamic environment, where parts to be processed on a flexible machine arrive randomly. As the total number of tools required to Process a set of parts on the machine is generally larger than the available magazine storage capacity, tool switches between parts are usually necessary. We assume that tool switching must be made just before the processing of the parts. Since the time required for tool switches can be significant relative to processing time and cause the processing of parts to be delayed, it is desirable to minimize the number of tool switches. Therefore, we present one heuristic algorithm to minimize the total number of tool switches and the t)reposed heuristic is compared with the KTNS (Keep Tool Needed Soonest) policy on randomly generated problems.

This paper presents a new approach to managing dynamic business process changes based on business process change patterns. We identify and categorize business process change patterns that occur recurrently in a dynamic business environment. Several issues regarding management of process versions are discussed, and a pattern-based version management method for handling process changes more flexibly is explained in detail. We propose a mechanism for abstract process execution with runtime encapsulation of a business process, which can maximize the flexibility of process execution using multiple process versions. In addition, we propose a concept of process promotion and demotion that can dynamically choose an actual version of the process at run-time. With our pattern-based process change management and versioning approach, it is expected that the flexibility and efficiency of BPM systems can be enhanced significantly.

Recommendation Systems are information technologies that E-commerce merchants have adopted so that online shoppers can receive suggestions on items that might be interesting or complementing to their purchased items. These systems stipulate valuable assistance to the user’s purchasing decisions, and provide quality of push service. Traditionally, Recommendation Systems have been designed using a centralized system, but information service is growing vast with a rapid and strong scalability. The next generation of information technology such as Cloud Computing and Big Data Environment has handled massive data and is able to support enormous processing power. Nevertheless, analytic technologies are lacking the different capabilities when processing big data. Accordingly, we are trying to design a conceptual service model with a proposed new algorithm and user adaptation on dynamic recommendation service for big data environment.

The traditional Kanban needs a lot of preconditions for fitting conditions of dynamic production processing environment. The traditional Kanban isn't suitable conditions of dynamic production processing environment. Therefore conditions of dynamic production processing environment is needed more stable system. This study is describe CONWIP system such as suitable in dynamic production processing environment. Most Pull system is a Kanban system than use Kanban cards or signal for production management and inventory control. The object of Kanban system is reducing inventory between shop-floor that can reduce inventiry cost. If the system reduce the number of Kanban cards would be reduce the working process WIP, can be reduced and can be found all potential problem of production between shop-floors. This study apply to CONWIP system model for Korean industrial companies.

최근 클라우드 컴퓨팅과 모바일 인터넷 서비스의 급속한 발전은 사용자가 언제 어디서나 인터넷을 통하여 원하는 컴퓨팅 자원을 제공받고 지불하는 모바일 클라우드 서비스 환경으로 변화하고 있다. 그러나 모바일 클라우드 환경에서 사용자가 사용하는 모바일 기기를 사용자가 분실하였을 경우 사용자의 정보유출 및 외부에 위탁한 정보에 대한 접근통제 우회 등의 보안 위협에 대한 대응방법이 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 클라우드 사용자가 서로 다른 레벨의 다른 사용자에게 안전하게 서비스를 제공하기 위한 클라우드 서비스 접근 제어 모델을 제안한다. 제안 모델은 다양한 접근 보안 정책을 적용할 수 있도록 사용자 및 단말이 인증을 수행할 때 역할기반의 접근권한 관리를 수행한다. 또한, 제안된 모델은 사용자의 속성 정보를 이용하여 사용자 인증 과정 전에 처리하기 때문에 통신 오버헤드 및 서비스 지연을 낮추고 있다. 실험 결과, 제안 모델이 기존 모델보다 패킷 인증 지연시간은 평균 3.7% 향상되었고, 인증서버의 처리량은 평균 10.5% 향상된 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.
The rapid development of cloud computing and mobile internet service changes to an mobile cloud service environment that can serve and pay computing source that users want anywhere and anytime. But when user misses mobile device, the respond to any threat like user's personal information exposal is insufficient. This paper proposes cloud service access control model to provide secure service for mobile cloud users to other level users. The proposed role-based model performs access authority when performs user certification to adapt various access security policy. Also, the proposed model uses user's attribute information and processes before user certification therefore it lowers communication overhead and service delay. As a result, packet certification delay time is increased 3.7% and throughput of certification server is increased 10.5%.

본 연구의 목적은 동적 기하 소프트웨어를 활용한 수학 탐구 과정에서 심미적인 실천이 어떠한 역할을 수행하는지 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 두 명의 초등학교 5-6학년 학생들이 동적 기하 소프트웨어 환경에서 여러 가지 사각형을 조작하는 과제를 협력적으로 수행하는 과정을 심미적 실천의 문제 생성, 동기부여, 평가의 역할에 주목하여 분석하였다. 분석 결과 학생들은 주어진 과제의 요구를 초과하는 도전적인 문제를 스스로 생성하고, 그 문제를 계속 추구해나갈지 또는 중단할지 결 정하고, 그 결과를 평가하는 등의 심미적 실천에 참여하고 있었다. 이러한 심미적 실천에 참여하면서 학생들은 여러 가지 사각형의 유형 사이의 관계에 관한 탐구에 자발적으로 참여했으며, 프로토타입에서 벗어난 사각형을 보다 유연하게 다룰 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 수학자들이 수행하는 고등 수학의 수준에서가 아닌 학교 수학 수준에서의 수학 탐구에서 관찰 가능한 심미적인 실천에 대한 분석 사 례를 제공하며, 이와 같은 심미적인 측면을 강조하는 활동 설계를 위한 기반을 제 공한다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.
In this paper, we analyze how students’ aesthetic practices promoted mathematical inquiries in the context of the dynamic geometry software environment. The study found that students engaged in aesthetic practices to generate their own challenging problems, decide whether to continue or discontinue exploration, and evaluate their outcomes. They often sought to achieve goals that exceeded the initial task goals and spontaneously explored the relationships between different types of quadrilaterals. These findings emphasize the potential for integrating aesthetic aspects into school mathematics, fostering student-driven inquiries into mathematical concepts.

본 연구는 실시간 교통정보시스템 설계최적화의 핵심사항인 동적교통정보제공에 따른 운전자 경로선택 행위를 효과적으로 분석하기 위해서 개발된 시뮬레이션툴을 실제 도시부네트워크에 적용하였다. 활용의 용이성과 조사범위의 확장을 위하여 인터넷환경에 적합한 웹기반조사툴(WATiSim)을 본 연구에 활용하였는데, 웹기반조사기법은 실제통행의 time pressure와 같이 설문내용을 응답자에게 효과적으로 전달하지 못하는 기존 SP설문조사기법의 단점을 보완할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 국내의 견고한 If기반시설을 바탕으로 한 인터넷망을 활용하여 대규모, 저비용의 조사를 수행할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 사례연구를 통해 서울 도심부 네트워크에 도로전광표지(VMS)를 이용한 실시간 교통정보제공시스템을 구축하는 상황을 WATiSim으로 구현한 후에, 다양한 교통상황정보하에서 운전자들의 경로선택자료를 수집하여 그들의 의사결정구조를 분석하였고 수집된 자료를 토대로 교통상활, 통행목적, 통행상태 등으로 구성된 경로선택 로짓모형을 산출할 수 있었다. 연구결과, 운전자들은 실시간 교통정보제공에 따른 교통상황을 직관적으로 잘 이해하는 것으로 나타났으며, 교통상황, scheduled delay, 통행목적과 통행료 등에 따라 선택행위를 크게 달리하는 것으로 나타났다.
A simulation tool for an optimal ATIS design and drivers' dynamic route choice behavior analysis is developed, which is applicable to urban networks. Due to the difficulty to make drivers feel the time pressure according to traffic conditions, current SP questionnaire survey type surveys have a limitation to capture correct driver reactions to real-time traffic Information provision. The simulator Is a web-based upgraded version, named WATiSim (Web-based ATIS Simulator), to quickly perform a wide population survey with a minimal cost using INTERNET Furthermore, the time pressure issue is lessened by its interface and simulation modules. After WATiSim mimicked a VMS based ATIS in a partial network of Seoul Metropolitan, reactions of drivers to various traffic conditions were surveyed through INTERNET and analyzed using a logit model. Drivers under the ATIS environment clearly understood the provided traffic information, and their reactions were closely related to traffic conditions, scheduled delay, trip purposes as well as toll charge if any.

고속도로에서 공사로 인한 차로폐쇄가 발생하면 병목이 형성되어 혼잡이 발생한다. 따라서 공사구간의 도로 운영효율을 개선하기 위해 다양한 교통관리전략이 개발되었으며, 대표적으 로 공사구간 상류에 운영하는 합류제어가 있다. 일반차 환경에서는 혼잡시 운전자가 합류에 어려움을 겪어 전략 운영에 한계가 존재하나, 자율협력주행차는 통신기능을 활용하여 고도화 된 교통관리전략의 운영이 가능하다. 이에 본 연구는 자율협력주행차 환경에서 동적합류제어 와 차로변경제어를 통합한 교통관리전략을 개발하였다. 통합제어전략은 공사구간 상류의 점 유율을 기준으로 조기합류 또는 지연합류를 운영하며, 비공사차로의 차로별 교통량을 균형화 하기 위해 차로를 변경할 차량수를 결정한다. 미시교통시뮬레이션에 자율협력주행차와 전략 을 구현하고 분석한 결과 누적 통과교통량, 공사구간 상류의 평균속도 및 네트워크 평균통행 시간이 개선되어 도로 운영성이 향상된 것을 확인하였다.
A bottleneck and congestion occur when a freeway is closed due to maintenance and construction activities on the freeway. Although various traffic managements have been developed to improve the traffic efficiency at freeway work zones, such as merge control, there is a limit to those controls with human drivers. On the other hand, the wireless communication of connected and automated vehicles (CAVs) enables the operation of advanced traffic management. This study developed a traffic control strategy that integrates Dynamic Merge Control (DMC) and Lane Change Control (LCC) in a CAV environment. DMC operates as an either early or late merge based on the occupancy rate of upstream of the work zone. The LCC algorithm determines the number of vehicles that need to change their lane to balance the traffic volume on open lanes. The simulation results showed that integrated control improves the cumulative vehicle count, average speed upstream, and average network travel time.

In recent research, robots have been regarded as having a complete set of functions. Such robots can fulfill only specialized roles. Accordingly, it is not possible to use these robot systems for alternative purposes. The complexity of robot system for various tasks can be simplified by multi-robot cooperation system. Also In the classical robot motion paradigm, model-based paradigm in the field of motion planning of robots, robots make it difficult to respond efficiently to the dynamically variable environment such as disaster area. In order to handle such a situation that may be changed dynamically, a technology that allows a dynamic execution of data transmission and physical/logical connection between multiple robots based on scenarios is required. In this paper, we deal with the software module management techniques for the multicooperate robot systems using R-Object model in dynamically changed environments. The proposed method is designed for managing versions of software modules to processing same or different functions and used to the multi-cooperate robot system can be adapt to any given environment and execute scenarios.

This article deals with solving the flexible job shop scheduling problem in dynamic environment (DFJSSP). In this problem, environment may face with many real time events such as random arrival of jobs or breakdown machine efficiency. Jobs and their operations are processing the machines according to static scheduling in which environment might face with such events. Regarding being NP – hard of the problem , a hybrid of artificial immune and virus evolutionary algorithm are offered to solve it which use the technique of stable action – reaction scheduling . In these algorithms two objective functions are minimized: Efficiency and stability. Efficiency is the objectives value in static scheduling, whereas stability is presented in dynamic scheduling because its purpose is to improve static scheduling, reduce the deviation from the first scheduling, and increase system stability.

As market competition continuously intensifies, how to cope with existing and potential market challenges in complex, dynamic environments is a major problem haunting Chinese e-commerce enterprises in their strategic planning. In order to solve this problem, the theory of organizational ambidexterity is applied in this paper to the strategic practices of Chinese e-commerce enterprises, and starting from the view of corporate leadership, the mediated role of top management’s behavioral integration (referred to as TMBI in the following content) in the relationship between transformational leadership behavior and organizational ambidexterity is discussed. In addition, against the practical background that Chinese e-commerce enterprises are facing highly competitive environments, further clarification is made herein by using environmental dynamics as the moderator variable for the mediated link. Through empirical tests on 198 samples of Chinese e-commerce enterprises, we find that: 1) transformational leadership has a positive influence on organizational ambidexterity, and TMBI plays a full mediated role in that influencing process; 2) environmental dynamics moderates the relationship between transformational leadership and TMBI, but don’t have a moderated effect on the relationship between TMBI and organizational ambidexterity. According to the research conclusion in this paper, the mechanism of transformational leadership influencing organizational ambidexterity can be better explained when two important factors, TMBI and environmental dynamics, are taken into consideration. The research in this paper provides not only important revelations for the development of organizational ambidexterity research as well as the application of relevant research achievements, but also supports for Chinese e-commerce enterprises’ effective strategic practices in theory.

Grid Computing is mainly concerned with coordinated way of sharing diverse resources that are available in distributed “Virtual Organizations”. A prominent feature of grid computing is the collaboration of multiple entities to perform collaborative tasks that rely on two important functions such as communication and resource sharing. Since the grid collaboration happens by means of the Internet and since the Internet is not security – oriented by design, there is a possibility of many attacks, in particular malicious internal and external users or hackers. This paper proposes a simple and yet an efficient key computation and management protocols in dynamic Grid Environment based on Euclidian Algorithm (EAB).

This paper presents a self-directed dynamic learning environment that fits the learner’s of the net generation – the personalized web-based learning framework. The design of the learning framework is based on the theory of connectivism which asserts that knowledge and the learning of knowledge is distributive and is not located in any given place but rather consists of the network of connections formed from experiences and interactions with a knowing community in such a way that the digital age learner is thinking and interacting in new dynamic ways. The framework’s approach to learning is embedded in meaningful everyday activities of people such as games or workflows. The personalized learning approach sees learning as an active, personal inquiry, interpretation, and construction of meaning from prior knowledge and experience with one’s actual environment.
TCP-Based Dynamic Media Stream Adaptation in Ubiquitous Environment

More and more media material is consumed in ubiquitous environment where the service can be experienced over different devices, network conditions, network bearers, etc. Unlike in traditional wireless environments where at least changes of the QoS parameters are controlled by the network, ubiquitous networks are characterized by abrupt changes. Transition from complete disconnectivity to low-cost, high-bandwidth connection can happen in a relatively short time span. Media consumption over such networks are influenced by two, contradictory user requirements. The first requirement is that the users would not like to see quality changes in the media stream. The second requirement is that the user would like to consume the media with the best available quality. This paper presents an adaptation algorithm that aims to reconcile these requirements. Architecture variants of the media adaptation problem and prototyping experiences are also presented.

In this paper, in order to improve scalability of conferencing system in SIP(session initiation protocol) environment, a distributed large-scale conferencing system architecture with dynamic server allocation has been proposed. For this architecture, a new extended conference information data format has been presented to distribute system load dynamically to multiple conference servers. In order to control system load and conference object, the proposed extended conference information data format has been designed to include new added elements and attributes. The extended conference event package has been used to synchronize overall system conference information data between conference servers. This paper also shows detailed exchange procedures of SIP messages between conference servers and participants for distributing system load dynamically. An extensive experimental measurements have been done to verify the performance of the proposed distributed conferencing system architecture. The results show that the proposed architecture improves highly scalability and flexibility of the conferencing system

Multi-agent systems fit nicely into domains that are naturally distributed and require artificial intelligence technology. The autonomous network-based information services integration architecture has been designed to satisfy the multiservice utilization in rapidly changing environments. However, the increase in the total number of user requests and changes lead to the unbalancing load in the system and the overload in the locality. This paper proposes a new strategy to solve such problem. Autonomous load distribution can be achieved through the integrated access method, which reduces the total load of the system for the number of Pull-MAs sent to the system decrease. In addition, the information structure of integrated service area is effective to improve the ratio of the satisfaction of Pull-MAs with joint request on one node. As a result, the homogeneous distribution of the separated services requests and correlated services requests is guaranteed autonomously. The simulation witnesses the success of the proposed mechanism.

Network-centric applications are built on an intricate infrastructure that binds the communication services to distribute across heterogeneous environments. These services are becoming increasingly innovative and autonomic to execute on demand processes on a virtual platform. This kind of collaboration has fueled the growth of business for a landscape change, creating the era of cloud computing. Present security exploits in this uncharted landscape require a fabric of a trustworthy networked society, which must be inherently secure and reliable. Consequently, every resource that is shared in the cloud is not secure enough, hence, the need to monitor these shared services for its trustworthiness has aroused. In our work, we propose a trusted computing model that monitors services offered to a user through behavior analytics. An Application Monitoring Engine (AME) gets invoked at runtime to detect any changes in the behavior and analysis its pattern. Deviations if any, is escalated into a threat, which is verified through a centralized trust repository and subsequently attested by Behavior Analytics and Attestation Server (BAAS). Earlier models assess trust based on reputation, service agreements, fuzzy and probability, which are mostly static in nature and does not certify the trust value. Our model focuses trust in dynamic nature, and also certifies it through remote attestation protocol. The model is implemented in an OpenStack cloud setup for its feasibility and the performance is analyzed for an image editing software service.
