보건교사의 재난간호역량에 미치는 영향요인 KCI 등재

Objectives: This study aims to identify influencing factors of disaster nursing competency among school health teachers. Methods: Data were collected from 110 school health teachers at the offfice of education in G province using a convenience sampling method. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. Results: There was a significant difference in disaster nursing competency according to the general characteristics of the subjects in terms of clinical nurse work experience (t=3.40, p=.001) and disaster education experience (t=2.80, p=.006). Disaster perception and disaster nursing competency showed a significant positive correlation (r=.43, p<.001). In final analysis, disaster perception (β=.35, p<.001), career as a nurse (β=.23, p=.009), experience in disaster education (β=.17, p=.048) was found to have a significant effect on disaster nursing competency. Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, disaster perception should be raised to improve the disaster nursing competency of school health teachers. Speicalized disaster nursing & health education based on their experience before appointing school health teachers and disaster response simulation training tailored to school field conditions should be regularly conducted.

Factors Influencing Disaster Nursing Competency of Nursing Students

Purpose: This study examined the relationships among disaster nursing knowledge, disaster preparedness attitudes, and disaster nursing competency among nursing students by identifying the predictors of disaster nursing competency. Methods: The study participants were 306 nursing students in the nursing departments of 3 universities located in G City and J Province. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The participants’ scores for disaster nursing knowledge, disaster preparedness attitudes, and disaster nursing competency were 5.41±1.68, 4.29±0.46, and 2.84±0.78, respectively. Disaster nursing knowledge, disaster preparedness attitudes, and disaster nursing competency exhibited positive correlations. The factors influencing disaster nursing competency among nursing students included disaster nursing knowledge, disaster preparedness attitudes, year level, disaster training experience, first-aid training experience, disaster area experience, medical service experience, and disaster severity awareness. These variables explained 17% of the variance in disaster nursing competency. Conclusion: Disaster nursing knowledge and disaster preparedness attitudes was positively related to disaster nursing competency. The findings of this study indicate that it is important to develop and apply education programs aimed at increasing disaster nursing knowledge and enhancing disaster preparedness attitudes among nursing students to improve nursing students’ disaster nursing competency.

Trends in Disaster Nursing Competency Research: A Keyword Network Analysis

Purpose: This study aimed to examine research trends and thematic keyword networks in disaster nursing competency literature published up to September 15, 2024. Methods: A retrospective descriptive design was used to analyze English-language articles retrieved from five databases (CINAHL, Cochrane, Embase, PubMed, and Web of Science) through September 15, 2024. Following PRISMA guidelines, 256 articles and 1,318 keywords were extracted. NetMiner 4.0 was used for keyword preprocessing and analysis. Word clouds and text network analyses were performed. Degree and betweenness centralities were calculated to determine keyword prominence and network roles. Results: Annual publications increased notably after 2020, coinciding with the COVID-19 pandemic. Studies originated from 32 countries, with the United States, China, and Iran leading. Cross-sectional quantitative (34.0%) and qualitative studies (26.6%) were the most commonly used study designs. From 44 high-frequency keywords, “nurses,” “preparedness,” “competency,” and “disaster nursing” ranked highest in both centrality measures. “Education” and “management” also showed strong centralities. Cluster analysis revealed that preparedness and response phases were emphasized more than mitigation and recovery. Conclusion: This study provides a comprehensive visualization of disaster nursing competency research. Findings highlight the dominance of preparedness-focused studies, limited exploration of mitigation and recovery. Future research should prioritize broader disaster phases, standardize terminology, and conduct evidence-based intervention studies to strengthen disaster nursing practice and education.

본 연구는 한국과 일본 병원간호사의 재난인식, 재난대비, 재난관리 및 재난역량을 비교분석하고, 재난간호역량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 수행되었다. 대상자는 한국(n=117)과 일본(n=80) 의 종합병원 이상 간호사 총 197명이었고, 자료분석은 SPSS WIN 21을 이용하여 독립 t-test, ANOVA, 교차분석, ANCOVA, 편상관관계분석 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 재난간호역량(총5점)은 한국 3.22±0.64점, 일본 2.81±0.84점으로 한국 간호사가 높게 나타났으며, 대상자의 재난인식, 재난대비, 재난관리주체, 재난관리조직성과에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 재난간호역량에 영향을 미치는 요인은 경력, 국가, 재난관리주체, 재난대비, 안전인식, 재난경험 순이었으며, 재난간호역량에 대해 30.0% 설명력을 나타내었다. 본 연구결과는 향후 재난간호역량을 갖추기 위한 간호교육의 기초자료로 제 공될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The purposes of this study are to identify differences in subjective disaster perception, preparedness, management and disaster nursing competency between Korean and Japanese hospital nurses and to identify the factors affecting disaster nursing competency. The study subjects were 197 hospital nurses who were working at general hospitals in Korea (n=117) and Japan (n=80). An independent t-test, ANOVA, χ2-test, ANCOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to compare disaster nursing competency using SPSS WIN 21. Disaster nursing competency were measured as 3.22±0.64 for Korean nurses and 2.81±0.84 for Japanese nurses. A significant difference was found in disaster perception, disaster preparedness and main authority of disaster management, organizational performance between the two countries. The factors affecting disaster nursing competency include career, country, main authority of disaster management, disaster preparedness, safety perception, disaster experience, all of which accounted for 30% of the variance in disaster nursing competency. The findings from this study will provide the foundation for nursing education to develop disaster nursing competency among hospital nurses.

Buildings are equipped with fire compartments to prevent the spread of fire. However, the fire compartment regulations in South Korea are simplistic and standardized, and the exception and mitigation also have ambiguous criteria, requiring adaptations to accommodate changes in architectures. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the contents related to exception and mitigation for fire compartments in South Korea and propose to make up for the limitations. To identify limitations, this study investigates how fire compartments are implemented in South Korea and analyze international cases to compare fire compartment regulations. The comparative analysis reveals that domestic exception and mitigation have ambiguous spatial criteria, and international cases solve this issue by specifying regulations based on specific uses. Consequently, this study proposes the need to formulate and detail regulations of exception and mitigation considering both building use type and space characteristics, because of fire hazard levels changed by building use type.

연구 목적 : 우리나라는 인도주의적 차원에서 국제구조대와 한국재난대응팀을 파견하고 있으며 이는 공적개발원조 의 하나인 해외긴급구호활동에 해당하는 것으로 주로 소방대원과 의료인들이 활동하고 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 글 로벌 재난 역량 개발 프로그램이 응급구조과와 간호학과 학생들에게 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지 살펴보고 이를 통해 서 추후 학부교육에 대한 개선방안을 모색하고자 한다. 연구 방법 : 본 프로그램은 ICN에서 제시한 "재난간호역량체계"를 기본 틀로 4개 영역 10개 도메인으로 역량을 구분 하여 프로그램을 설계하였다. 프로그램은 2013년 8월 12일부터 23일까지 2주간 사례학습, 토론, 전문가 특강, 태국 카렌지역 현지방문 등 다양한 방식으로 운영되었으며 참석학생은 총 18명이었다. 프로그램에 대한 만족도는 5점 척도로 측정하였고, 국제재난역량 지식수준은 10점 척도로 측정하여 프로그램 전후 지식수준을 비교분석하였다. 그 외 심층 인터뷰를 진행하여 재난에 대한 학생들의 태도 변화를 보았다. 연구 결과 : 프로그램 만족도는 4.50±0.51로 매우 높았으며 국제재난관련 지식의 변화는 전체 항목 평균 2.18±0.68 에서 6.30±0.84로 상승하였다(p<.001). 그 외 프로그램의 신청 동기는 다중응답으로 다양한 경험을 쌓기 원해서(14명), 해외봉사에 대한 관심(11명), 국제기구에 대한 관심(7명) 등으로 조사되었다. 결 론 : 첫째, 응급구조과와 간호학과 학부 교육과정에서 국제재난에 대한 이해를 증진할 수 있는 교과목이 개설되 거나 기존의 유사한 과목에서 글로벌 환경에 대한 조기 이해가 선행되도록 하여 국제사회에 진출하고자 하는 학생 들에게 다양한 진로를 제시해 주어야 한다. 둘째, 국제재난관리에 대한 교육은 학습효과를 증진하기 위해서 시물레이션 학습 또는 재난현장을 방문한 현장학 습 등 다양한 방법의 적용이 고려되어야 국제사회 및 문화에 대한 이해도모와 태도변화 그리고 어학 학습의 중요성 을 자각하게 할 수 있다. 셋째, 학부 단계에서 국제재난교육을 통해서 이해를 도모하고 진로와 관련한 다양한 정보습득 및 참여기회가 증진 되도록 하여 졸업 후 실무에 적용이 가능하도록 교육하는 것이 필요하다.

Purpose : This study assessed the improvement of competency levels for participants, as well as their satisfaction from completion of the special international disaster response program. Methods : The program structure followed an intensive two-week course that included a combination of lectures, discussions, case studies, and field trips. "ICN Framework of Disaster Nursing Competencies” was used for designing the program. A pre-post survey was done to measure the change in the competencies of students and assess their satisfaction after finishing the program. Focus group interviews were also performed to further understand the attitudes of participants toward the disaster issues. Results : The overall pre-program test score for disaster competency was 2.18±0.68 and the post-program test score was 6.30±0.84, which showed statistically significant gains in all competency items (p<.001).The general satisfaction of participants with the program was quite high, demonstrated by a mean score of 4.5± 0.51. The benefits for students from program participation included increased knowledge and better understanding of the important roles of international organizations and NGOs. Conclusion : The international disaster education programs are necessary to provide an opportunity for students to increase their disaster competency. In addition, future development of a unified educational competency framework is also necessary.

간호대학생을 위한 재난간호역량 측정도구 개발

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생을 위한 재난간호역량 측정할 수 있는 도구를 개발하기 위함이다. 자료수집은 270명의 간호대학생을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 재난간호역량의 핵심개념 도출, 예비도구의 문항개발, 내용타당도 검정 및 본 조사 도구의 문항 선정, 도구의 신뢰도와 타당도 평가과정을 거쳐 재난간호지식 11문항, 재난간호기술 11문항으로 구성된 재난간호역량 도구를 개발하였다. 이 도구는 앞으로 간호학생의 재난간호 역량을 확인하고 관련요인을 파악하는 연구에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a disaster nursing competency scale for nursing students. 23 preliminary items were selected by classifying 44 disaster nursing core concepts extracted via literature review. Content validity was done by expert panel. In order to verify the reliability and validity of the preliminary instrument, data were collected from 270 nursing students in 2 colleges of nursing in Korea. One factor 11 items in disaster nursing skills and one factor 11 items in disaster nursing knowledges were extracted by factor analysis. This instrument may be useful to identity a disaster nursing competency and its related factors for nursing students.

요양병원 간호사의 재난 인식, 재난에 대한 태도, 재난간호역량의 관계 KCI 등재

본 연구는 요양병원 간호사의 재난 인식, 재난에 대한 태도, 재난간호역량 간의 관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 연구 대상자는 G 광역시와 J도 소재 200병상 이상 요양병원 간호사 123명이었고, 자료수집 기간은 2021년 2월 15일부터 2021년 4월 30일까지였다. 연구 결과 수간호사 이상(F=3.89, p=.023), 총 경력 20년 이상(F=5.34, p=.002), 재난간호 교육 경험이 있는 경우가 재난간호역량이 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다 (t=3.87, p<.001). 또한 재난간호역량은 재난 인식과 유의한 상관관계가 없었으나, 재난에 대한 태도와는 통계적으로 유의한 음의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 요양병원 간호사의 재난간호역량를 강화하기 위해 기관의 특성에 맞는 실무중심 재난간호교육 프로그램 중재가 필요하다는 것을 파악할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 요양 병원 간호사의 재난간호역량 증진을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

This study aimed to examine perception of disaster, attitude toward disaster and competency of disaster nursing in nurses of long-term care hospitals and determine correlations between these factors. The study sampled 123 nurses at seven long-term care hospitals in G metropolitan city and J province. The data collection period was from February 15 to April 30, 2021. The results showed that when the nurse is a head nurse or above (F=3.89, p=.023), has a total career length of 20 years or more (F=5.34, p=.002), and has received disaster nursing education (t=3.87, p<.001), participant’s competency of disaster nursing is significantly high. In addition, competency of disaster nursing was found to have no significant correlation with perception of disaster but a statistically significant negative correlation with attitude toward disaster. The study findings suggest that a practice oriented disaster nursing education is required as an intervention program, along with improving the competency of disaster nursing in nurses of care hospitals. Therefore, the study results are expected to be utilized as basic data for improving the competency of disaster nursing of nurses at long-term care hospitals.

융합적 측면에서의 재난간호대비ㆍ대응역량 측정도구 개발 KCI 등재

본 연구는 융합적 측면에서의 간호사의 재난에 대한 대비·대응역량을 측정하기 위한 도구를 개발하고 타 당도와 신뢰도를 검증하기 위해 시행되었다. ICN Framework of the Disaster Nursing Competencies를 바탕으로 하여 국내 문헌 고찰을 통해 문항을 구성하였으며, 간호사 291명을 대상으로 내용타당도, 구성타당도, 수렴타당도와 신뢰도를 검정하였다. 대비역량과 대응역량을 각각 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 시행하였으며, 수렴타당 도는 간호사 재난대비상태 측정도구(DPQ-N)와의 상관관계를 Pearson's correlation test로 분석하였다. 본 연구결 과, 재난간호대비·대응역량 측정도구는 5점 Likert 척도로서, 대비역량 3개 영역의 16문항, 대응역량 4개 영역의 18 문항의 총 34문항으로 구성되었으며, 신뢰도는 Cronbach's α =.96이었다. 본 연구는 향후 간호사의 재난간호역량 을 확인하고 관련요인을 파악하는 연구와, 간호사의 재난간호역량 향상을 위한 간호중재개발에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to develop a Disaster Nursing Preparedness · Response Competency(DNPRC) Scale in terms of convergence and to verify its validity and reliability. Based on ICN Framework of the Disaster Nursing Competencies, DNPRC was developed through literature review. Participants was 292 nurses. Content Validitys, Construct Validity, and Reliability was verified through the exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, Convergent validity was tested by Pearson's coefficient correlation between DNPRC and DPQ-N. DNPRC was 5point likert scale with a total 34 item, consisting of 3 3 factosr, 16item of preparedness,4 factors, 18item of response. The reliability was Cronbach's α =.96. This study may be useful to identify a disaster nursing competency and its related factors for nurse, and to develop nursing intervention to imprive nurses' disaster nursing competency.

응급실 간호사의 간호전문직관과 중증도 분류 역량이 재난간호역량에 미치는 영향

Purpose: This study sought to identify the influence of nursing professionalism and the triage competency of emergency department nurses on their disaster nursing competency. Methods: The subjects of this study were 141 emergency department nurses with at least 12 months of experience working in the emergency departments in regional and national medical centers and institutions. Data were analyzed using the independent t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical regression with IBM SPSS Statistics 27 software. Results: The factors influencing the participants' disaster nursing competency were triage competency(β=.50, p<.001) and nursing professionalism(β=.43, p<.001). The total explanatory power was 80.0%. Conclusion: In this study, triage competency and nursing professionalism were found to be influential factors affecting disaster nursing competency. These results confirmed the necessity of implementing intervention measures that focus on increasing triage competency and nursing professionalism to enhance the disaster nursing competency of emergency department nurses.

한국형 응급환자 분류도구를 활용한 재난간호 교육의 효과: 응급환자 분류 역량, 핵심수행능력, 재난간호 자신감 및 자기효능감을 중심으로

Purpose: This study aimed to examine the effects of a disaster nursing education program using the Korean Triage and Acuity Scale (KTAS) on nursing students’ competency in emergency patient triage, core competencies, confidence in disaster nursing, and self-efficacy in disaster response. Methods: This study utilized a nonequivalent control group design. The experimental group (n=25) participated in a disaster nursing education program that incorporated the KTAS, whereas the control group (n=27) did not receive any intervention. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-tests. Results: The two groups differed significantly in both competency in emergency patient triage (t=3.47, p=.001) and confidence in disaster nursing (t=2.51, p=.015). Conclusions: This study indicates that a disaster nursing education program using the KTAS, a tool currently employed in clinical practice, rather than theory-based instruction alone, contributed to enhancing nursing students’ practical competencies. Such training can improve the emergency patient triage and confidence in disaster nursing required in emergency situations, ultimately enabling future nurses to better protect the lives and health of individuals affected by disasters.

이 연구는 응급구조학과와 간호학과 학생을 대상으로 재난 관련 인식, 재난대비역량 및 재난지식 수준을 비교·분석 하고, 이들 변수 간의 상관관계와 재난 인식에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위해 수행된 서술적 비교 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 D광역시, Y대학교, B대학교 등 3개 대학에 재학 중인 응급구조학과 3학년과 간호학과 4학년 졸업학년 학생 200명으로, 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통 계, t-test, 일원배치분산분석, 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 응급구조학과 학생은 간호학과 학생에 비해 재난 관련 인식, 재난대비역량, 재난지식 수준에서 모두 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 점수를 보였으며, 이는 전공별 교육과정 구조와 현장 중심 실습 및 재난교육 경험의 차이에 기인한 것으로 해석된다. 또한 시뮬레이션 및 재난훈련 경험이 많을수록 재난 인식, 대비역량 및 재난지식 수준이 유의하게 높았으며, 재난 관련 인식은 재난대비역량 및 재난지식 과 유의한 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 다중회귀분석 결과, 재난지식과 재난대비역량은 재난 인식에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 주요 예측요인이었고, 전공, 시뮬레이션·훈련 경험, 실제 응급상황 목격 경험 또한 유의한 영향요인으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 응급구조학과와 간호학과 학생 간 재난 관련 역량의 차이를 실증적으로 제시함으로써, 간호학과 교육과정 내 재난교육의 체계적 강화와 함께 학제 간 협력 기반 재난교육 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 시사하며, 향후 보건의료계열 학생들의 재난 대응 전문성 강화를 위한 교육적 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This descriptive comparative study examined disaster-related awareness, disaster preparedness competency, and disaster knowledge among emergency rescue and nursing students and identified factors influencing disaster awareness. The participants were 200 third-year emergency rescue students and fourth-year nursing students from three universities. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, analysis of variance, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 27.0. The results indicated that emergency rescue students had significantly higher levels of disaster awareness, disaster preparedness competency, and disaster knowledge than nursing students, which was attributed to differences in curriculum structure, field-oriented training, and disaster education experiences. Students with greater simulation and disaster training experience showed higher levels across all variables. Disaster awareness was positively correlated with disaster preparedness competency and disaster knowledge. Regression analysis identified disaster knowledge and disaster preparedness competency as the strongest predictors of disaster awareness, with academic major and training experience also emerging as significant factors. These findings underscore the need to strengthen disaster education within nursing curricula and to implement interdisciplinary disaster education programs to enhance disaster response competencies among health and medical students.

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 지진 재난 대응 Table-top simulation(TTS)과 수행 중심 시뮬레이션 실습을 단계적으로 적용하였다. 적용 효과는 재난대응 자기효능감(DSE), 학습전이기대(LTE), 시뮬레이션 실습 만족도(SIMSAT), 재난간호역량(DNC)의 시점별 변화를 통해 검증하였다. 단일군 사전-사후 설계(사후 2회 포함)의 반복 측정 연구로 4학년 73명을 대상으로 T0(중재 전), T1(TTS 직후), T2(수행 중심 실습 직후)에 설문을 시행하였다. 시점별 변화는 반복측정 분산분석과 Bonferroni 보정 사후검정으로 분석하였다. 모든 변수에서 시점 효과가 유의하였다(DSE F=30.07, LTE F=12.06, SIMSAT F=67.91, DNC F=35.31; 모두 p<.001). DSE는 T1에서 증가한 후 T2에서 T1 대비 감소하였으나 T0보다 높은 수준을 유지하였다(p<.05). LTE는 TTS 직후 변화는 비유의였고 T2에서 유의하게 증가하였다(p<.05). SIMSAT는 T1에서 감소한 뒤 T2에서 유의하게 증가하였다(p<.001). DNC는 TTS 단계에서는 유의한 변화가 없었으나 수행 중심 실습 후 유의하게 향상되었다(p<.001). 따라서 TTS와 수행 중심 시뮬레이션을 연계한 단계적 교육은 주요 교육성과의 시점별 변화와 관련될 가능성을 시사하며, 재난간호 교육전략 설계에 활용될 수 있다.

We designed a staged earthquake disaster-response program integrating tabletop simulation (TTS) followed by performance-based simulation practice for nursing students. Using a single-group pretest-posttest design with two posttests, we surveyed 73 senior (fourth-year) nursing students at baseline (T0), after TTS (T1), and after practice (T2). Outcomes were disaster response self-efficacy (DSE), learning transfer expectancy (LTE), simulation satisfaction (SIMSAT), and disaster nursing competency (DNC). Changes were tested with repeated-measures ANOVA and Bonferroni-adjusted post hoc pairwise comparisons. Time effects were significant for all outcomes (DSE F=30.07; LTE F=12.06; SIMSAT F=67.91; DNC F=35.31; all p<.001). DSE increased at T1 and declined at T2 but remained above T0 (p<.05). LTE increased only at T2 (p<.05). SIMSAT decreased at T1 and increased at T2 (p<.001). DNC improved only after practice (p<.001). These results suggest distinct contributions of each stage to earthquake disaster preparedness in nursing students.

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 재난에 대한 인식, 태도 및 재난준비도, 간호전문직관, 사회적 지지, 재난간 호역량을 파악하고, 재난간호역량의 예측요인을 확인하여 재난간호역량 향상 방안을 마련하기 위한 서술적 조사연구 이다. 자료수집은 2023년 3월 27일부터 4월 7일까지 G도 간호대학생 160명을 대상으로 수집하였으며, 총 158부를 최 종 분석하였다. SPSS Win. 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, hierarchial multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 4학년(β=.20, p=.027), 재난간호교육이 ‘있음’ (β=.15, p=.041), 재난준비도(β=.27, p<.001), 간호전문직관(β=.21, p=.012)이 재난간호역량을 설명하는 유의한 예측요 인으로 나타났다. 재난준비도가 재난간호역량을 가장 잘 예측하는 요인으로 나타났고, 그 다음 ‘간호전문직관, ’4학년, 재난간호교육이 ‘있음’인 경우 순이었고, 설명력은 26.3%이었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 간호대학생의 재난간호역량을 높 이기 위해서는 재난에 대한 인식, 재난에 대한 태도, 재난준비도, 간호전문직관, 사회적 지지를 강화시킬 수 있는 재 난 간호 실습의 통합교육 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

This study was a descriptive survey study for nursing college students to identify disaster awareness, attitude, disaster preparation, nursing professionals, social support, and disaster nursing capabilities, and to prepare measures to improve disaster nursing capabilities by identifying predictors of disaster nursing capabilities. Data collection was collected from 160 nursing students in G-do from March 27 to April 7, 2023, and a total of 158 copies were finally analyzed. Using the SPSS Win. 25.0 program, technical statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression were analyzed. The result show that fourth grade(β=.20, p=.027), disaster nursing education is 'existent'(β=.15, p=.041), disaster readiness(β=.27, p<.001) nursing professional(β=.21, p=.012) was found to be a significant predictor of disaster nursing competency. Disaster preparation was found to be the best predictor of disaster nursing competency, followed by "nursing professionals," "fourth grade," and "disaster nursing education" with 26.3% of explanatory power. According to the findings of this study, it is necessary to develop an integrated education program for disaster nursing practice that can enhance awareness of disasters, attitudes toward disasters, disaster preparation, nursing professionals, and social support.

Purpose: This study aims to provide basic data to improve disaster nursing competency by identifying nursing students’ disaster awareness, disaster preparedness, and disaster nursing competency and confirming the relationship among them. Research design, data, and methodology: The subjects of this study were 310 students attending the Department of Nursing at E University in Gyeonggi-do, and the data was collected from April 13 to May 24, 2023. Results: Disaster awareness averaged 72.91±7.46 points, disaster preparedness averaged 2.82±2.81 points, and disaster nursing competency averaged 44.11±10.76 points. Disaster preparedness and disaster nursing competency were significantly higher in subjects with disaster nursing education experience than in those without experience. Disaster awareness showed a significant positive correlation with disaster preparedness (r=.20, p <.001), and also with disaster nursing competency (r=.37, p <.001). Disaster preparedness showed a significant positive correlation with disaster nursing competency (r=.49, p <.001). It was found that the disaster nursing competency was high when the disaster awareness (B=0.472, p<.001), and the disaster preparedness (B=1.561, p<.001) was high. Conclusions: The results show it is possible to improve students' disaster nursing competency by strengthening education on disaster awareness and disaster preparedness. Thus, specific efforts and future research are needed to develop disaster nursing education.

목적 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 재난지식, 재난간호역량, 재난간호교육요구도의 상관관계를 파악하고 재난간호교육요구도와재난간호역량의 영향 요인을 확인하여 간호대학생의 재난간호 교육프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 방법 서술적 상관관계 연구로서 G지역 2개 대학 간호학과 재학생을 대상으로 2023년 3월 25일부터 4월 14일까지 온라인 설문지로 자료를 수집하였다. 일반적 특성, 재난지식, 재난간호교육요구도, 재난간호역량에 대한 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 226 부를 수집하였으며 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 결과 대상자의 재난지식 평균 점수는 12.64±4.7점, 재난간호역량은 40.38±11.41점, 재난간호교육요구도는 30.65±4.45점이었다. 상관분석 결과, 재난지식과 재난간호역량 간에는 유의한 정적(+) 상관관계가 있었다(r=0.345, p< .001). 위계적 회귀분석결과, 1단계에서 연령과 재난교육경험을 투입한 모형은 통계적으로 유의하였으며(F= 7.415, p< .001), 설명력은 5.4%로 나타났다. 재난지식과 재난교육요구도를 추가 투입한 2단계 모형 또한 유의하게 나타났고(F= 10.927, p< .001), 설명력은 15.0%로 증가하였다. 그 중 재난지식이 재난간호역량에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 변수로 확인되었다(β= .321, p< .001). 결론 간호대학생의 재난지식이 재난간호역량에 미치는 영향을 확인하였으며, 학생들의 재난간호교육요구도가 높음을 알 수 있었다. 이에 따라, 재난지식을 강화하는 교육프로그램을 개발하고 재난간호교육을 제공함으로써 간호대학생의 재난간호역량 향상을기대할 수 있을 것이다.

Objectives This study aimed to examine the relationships among nursing students' disaster knowledge, disaster nursing competency, and disaster nursing education needs. It also sought to identify factors influencing disaster nursing competency to provide foundational data for developing a disaster nursing education program. Methods This descriptive correlational study was conducted with nursing students from two universities in the G region. Data were collected through an online survey from March 25 to April 14, 2023. The survey was ad ministered to assess general characteristics, disaster knowledge, disaster nursing education needs, and disaster nursing competency. A total of 226 responses were collected and analyzed using SPSS. Results The participants' mean score for disaster knowledge was 12.64±4.7, for disaster nursing competency was 40.38±11.41, and for disaster nursing education needs was 30.65±4.45. Correlation analysis revealed a significant positive correlation between disaster knowledge and disaster nursing competency (r=0.345, p<.001). In the hier archical regression analysis, the first model, which included age and prior disaster education experience, was statistically significant (F=7.415, p<.001) with an explanatory power of 5.4%. The second model, which addition ally included disaster knowledge and disaster nursing education needs, was also significant (F=10.927, p<.001) and showed an increased explanatory power of 15.0%. Among the variables, disaster knowledge was found to have a significant positive effect on disaster nursing competency (β= .321, p<.001). Conclusions This study confirmed the positive influence of disaster knowledge on disaster nursing competency among nursing students and identified their high demand for disaster nursing education. Therefore, it is expected that strengthening disaster knowledge through tailored education programs will enhance the disaster nursing competency of nursing students.

목적 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생들의 재난인식과 비판적사고성향이 재난간호역량에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 방법 이를 위해 연구대상자는 G시, C도에 소재한 간호학과에 재학 중인 1학년부터 4학년까지의 학생들을 편의 표본으로 자료를수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 상관관계, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 결과 연구결과 재난 인식과 비판적사고성향은 간호학생들의 재난간호역량에 대해 42%의 설명력을 가졌다. 모형의 적합성 또한통계적으로 유의미했다(F=15.993, p=<.001). 독립 변수인 재난인식(β=0.465, p=<.001)과 비판적사고성향(β=0.236, p=.003)이 재난간호역량에 유의미한 설명력을 가진 변수로 검증되었다. 결론 이 연구의 결과에 따르면, 간호학생들의 재난간호역량을 높이기 위해서는 재난인식을 높이고 비판적사고성향을 촉진하는 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

Objectives The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of nursing students’ disaster awarence and critical thinking disposition on disaster nursing competency. Methods Data were collected from a convenience sample of first to fourth grade students attending the nursing department in G-city, C-Do. The collected data were analyzed using correlation and multiple regression analysis. Results Disaster awarence and critical thinking disposition had an explanatiry power of 42.% for disaster nursing competecy on nursing students. Model suitability was also statistically significant(F=15.993, p=<.001), and the in dependent variables awareness of disaster(β=0.465, p=<.001) and critical thinking disposition(β=0.236, p=.003) was verified to be a variable with significant explanatory power on disaster nursing competency. Conclusions Based on the findings of this study, In order to increase nursing students' disaster nursing com petency, it showed that an educational program that increases disaster awareness and promotes critical thinking disposition is needed.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 재난간호역량 정도와 영향 요인을 확인하기 위함이다. 자료는 세 개 대학의 간호학과에 재학 중인 184명의 학생을 대상으로 수집하였다. 재난간호역량은 지역사회간호, 개인 및 가족의 돌봄, 심리적 치료와 취약 인구집단 간호역량의 정도를 ICN에서 제시한 재난간호연구도구로 측정하였다. 수집된 자료는 기술통계와 빈도분석, t 검정, 다중회귀분석을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 재난간호역량은 3.81(±.74)점으로 나타났고, 응급실 실습경험, 응급 및 재해간호 수업이수, 응급관련 자격에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 재난간호역량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 응급 관련 자격이 7.7%의 설명력을 보였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 요구와 역량 수준에 맞는 교육과정 내외의 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

The aim of this study was to identify the degree and influencing factors of disaster nursing competency in nursing students. Data were collected from 184 nursing colleges students who participated at three universities. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, and multiple regression. Disaster nursing competency was defined as community nursing, care for individuals and families, psychological treatment, and nursing of vulnerable populations of disaster with presented by ICN. According to the study, disaster nursing competency of nursing college students was 3.81(±.74), It differed according to emergency room training experience, completion of emergency, disaster nursing curriculum and licence of emergency. Disaster nursing competency accounted of 7.7% of the variance by licence of emergency. Based on this study, it will be necessary to develop and apply disaster nursing programs within and outside the curriculum that meet the needs and levels of nursing college students.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 재난인식, 재난준비도, 재난간호역량 정도를 알아보고 재난간호역량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 G 시 K 대학의 간호대학생 173명을 대상으로 실시한 서술적 상관관계연구이다. 자료수집 기간은 2018년 6월 1일부터 7월 30일까지 였으며, 자료분석은 PASW 18.0 version을 활용하여 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, 사후검정 Scheffe´s test, Pearson´s correlation 및 Stepwise multiple regression analysis을 이용하였다. 연구결과는 재난간호역량 3.01점, 재난인식 3.50점, 재난준비도 0.25점이었다. 재난간호역량은 학년과 재난교육여부에 유의한 차이가 있었고, 재난준비도와는 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 재난간호역량에 미치는 영향요인은 재난준비도(ß=.418, p<.001)와 재난간호교육(ß=.378, p<.001)으로 확인되었으며, 이는 재난간호역량에 대해 40.7%의 설명력을 보였다(F= 37.283, p <.001). 연구결과를 토대로 간호대학생의 재난간호역량을 강화하기 위해서 재난준비도의 향상을 기할 수 있도록 대학의 여건과 학습자 수준을 고려한 현장체험교육이 강화된 교과과정이나 비교과 프로그램 개발 및 효과 검증을 제언한다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the factor factors influencing disaster nursing competency in Nursing College Student's. A descriptive correlation study design was used. The subjects were 173 nursing student's of K university located in G city. The study used a self-reporting questionnaire. Data were collected from June to July 2018. Data were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe´s test, Pearson's correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings are follow: First, disaster nursing competency was significantly different according to grade and disaster nursing education. Second, showed significant correlation between disaster nursing competency and disaster preparednes. Third, influencing factors in disaster nursing competency were Disaster preparedness(β=.414, p<.001), disaster nursing education(β=.378, p<.001) in nursing student's. The explanatory power(R2) by 2 variables was 40.7%(F= 37.283, p <.001). Based on the results, disaster nursing education program is required to strengthen the level of disaster preparedness that reflects the needs to improve disaster nursing competency in nursing student's. Therefore, it suggests the development of standard disaster nursing education program(basic, advance) and analysis of effectiveness through curriculum or extra-curriculum that are strengthened in the practice at nursing college.

Purpose: This study was conducted to identify factors affecting the disaster nursing competency of nurses at a university oriental medicine hospital. Methods: The survey was conducted on 115 nurses at a university oriental medicine hospital from December 1, 2022 to January 30, 2023. Data analysis was performed using t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results: Factors affecting the disaster nursing competency of nurses at a university oriental medicine hospital were perception of disaster and working experience at an oriental medicine hospital. Conclusions: It is necessary to increase perception of disaster and provide disaster education appropriate for their profession in order to improve the disaster nursing competency of nurses at university oriental medicine hospital. In addition, organizational efforts are needed to increase the long-term disaster nursing competency of nurses at university oriental medicine hospitals.
