In this study, we statistically analyze fire incidents and emergency dispatch number that occurred in small and medium-sized urban area so that we recognize the importance of the safety of small and medium-sized cities in which imbalance is expected. Through this, we figure out the equality and efficiency of the location of safety center. It is the important issue of the government which pursues efficient allocation of limited resource about public service. This study covers analysis whether the position of prevention facilities were placed appropriately based on the empirical data about dispatched count of the fire department, equipment, human resources in Jecheon and Danyang in 2015. The results of the analysis, it was found that we cannot control the emergency fire rescue situation effectively since population has the high correlation with dispatched number and low correlation with the area although the area is highly related with the site arrival time. Through the results of these studies, we expect to suggest the effective establishment direction when we select the location of disaster prevention facilities.

This thesis aims to analyze relation between Complexity and Impression of Street Network. First, we analyzed the spatial compexity using Space Syntax. Space Syntax helped expressing how the difference Integration Value in the map. Second, we surveyed the Impression of street network, there are 18 people took part in the survey and took 265 pictures including GPS data. Third, We analyzed what is the relationship between Complexity and Impression. Many people thought old street gave a negative effect but there are some positive effect in the result. For this reason, when the government serves maintenance projects and urban regeneration project, they have to think about the impression in the street network.

복합상업시설은 다양한 계층이 이용하는 상업시설로 장기운영을 통하여 수익을 내 는 시설로 분양사업과 달리 장기적으로 운영하려면 이용자들의 좋아하는 활성화 요 인의 중요도를 정확히 분석해야 할 것이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 복합상업시설 을 이용하는 다양한 사람들이 중요시하는 활성화 요인을 조사하여 개발운영에 필요 한 기초자료로 제공하고자 한다. 활성화 요인의 중요도는 기존이 상업시설과 관련된 선행연구들의 조사를 위하여 AHP 설문지를 구성하였으며, 전문가 집단을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 특히 건축적인 요소까지 포함하여 물리적인 편안함이 이용자들에게 얼마나 중요한 영향을 주고 있는 지 분석하였다. 연구결과 복합상업시설 활성화를 위한 테넌트의 중요도 요인이 엔터테 인먼트, 판매, 동선, 물리적 환경 순으로 분석되었다. 복합상업시설의 성공은 테넌트의 역할이 중요한 것으로 판단된다.
