The social security system is unsustainable and it should be the premise that in order to finance to sustain. Social security reform and review headquarters was established in Japan government and the ruling party in October 2010. Social security and tax reform was about discussion. In this study, we are focussed on the health care system reform trends that are currently in progress. It is considered that ”increasing efficiency of the system and the provision of services in the region”, ”the strengthening of the safety net through the function of the insurer of the health care system and long-term care insurance”. Therefore, there are much assessment and challenge in the system. We suggest that Japan government will insist any social and economy oriented social security system and vision for the social security, especially health care system.

Objectives : The purpose of this study was to find the determinants of weight control endeavors and physical activities. Methods : The data was collected as a self-administered questionnaire survey method by the 334 women students from 1st of June to 21st of June 2012 in a college located in Daejeon city. It was used by SPSSWIN 18.0 and analyzed by frequency and descriptive analysis, t-test, chi-square test, multiple regression analysis, and logistic regression analysis. Results : 1) The factors that related to body satisfaction were household income, perceived body-shape, body-shape stress, and physical activities. The factors that related to body-shape stress were perceived body-shape, body satisfaction, and weight control endeavor. 2) In case of over weight, perceived body-shape as obesity, body dissatisfaction, body-shape stress, there were more endeavor to control their bodies. In case of body satisfaction, there was more physical activity. 3) The determinant of weight control endeavor was body-shape stress. The determinants of physical activities were body satisfaction and body-shape stress. Conclusions : Since it was certified that the determinant of weight control endeavor was body-shape stress and physical activities were body satisfaction and body-shape stress, therefore it necessarily should study more on these factors in detail afterward.

Objective: From the point of view of men students who hosts culture, this study described and explained education experience of men nursing students at Nursing College in Korea culture in depth from Ethnography. Methods: This study was drawn a conclusion about culture area of men nursing students from Ethnography, which is one of the qualitative research techniques. I analysed data from in-depth interviewing of 5 men nursing students in an advanced process of research of Spradley. Results : Education experience of men nursing students was a culture experience, which is difficulty, self-respect, obedience, disobedience caused by conventional wisdom about gender role and sex stereotype in Korea. Conclusion: I wish that the increasing number of men nursing students will become the leading role of nursing in popular culture, not in the minority culture and be prominent men in nursing.

Recently, medical tourism has developed noticeably in the world, and Korea is no exception. But, if the people's lack of awareness in the medical tourism and its development to the limit hits. The purpose of this study is to examine survey on the perception of students to be future healthcare professionals and their thoughts about the development of medical tourism. A total of 150 questionnaires were used in this analysis. The research questions are as follows: Awareness of medical tourism (5 items), The future impact (9 items), Comment on medical services in korea (6 items), and 8 items that need to be pursued for the development. Summary of findings are as follows : 1) Most of the students was a lack of awareness of medical tourism. However, the necessity and possibility of a positive feedback. 2) Potential job to be performed in the hospital's medical tourism has responded positively. However, changes in the health care services of the local residents due to the medical tourism industry showed a negative outlook. 3) The students was answered the opening of hospital facilities, medical tourism workforce development, professional education, national policy is important to the future needs to be pursued for the development. However, they have expressed a negative opinion about the development of concentrated in university hospitals and general hospitals. Thus, this study indicates a lack of awareness for students to engage in the medical field of medical tourism in the future and represents the positive comments on the development of medical tourism

This study was to investigate impact of resting time between contractions during repeated maximum voluntary isometric contraction in quadriceps femoris muscle. twenty healthy subjects were participated for this study. MVIC experiment was composed of five different resting time. And each experiment, all subjects were measured three times. resting time was 0 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes. One-way repeated ANOVA was used five experiments the mean value of the EMG analysis, and the intra correlation coefficients(ICCs) was used for reliability [ICCs=.961]. The results of the five experiments was not statistically significant (p>.05). But, the biggest mean value was when resting time of 3 minutes. Therefore, sufficient rest time to suggest a considerable element MVIC values for the maximum.

This research was performed to survey physical therapy students in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do, Chungnam, and Daejeon area and 226 students in order to investigate the opinion about the physical therapist national examination on Sunday operation. The religion distribution of the subject was as follows: Christians 70 (31.0%), Catholic 15 (6.6%), Buddist 14 (6.2%), no religion 122 (54.0%), and others 5 (2.2%). Of 226 students, only 43 students (19/.0%) gave the opinion that they were not satisfied with the national examination for physical therapist on a Sunday. Also, only 69 students (30.5%) responded that national examination day for physical therapist needed to change. It shows that over half of the Christian students taking the national examination did not mind taking the examination on a Sunday. Therefore, it is recommended to change current operation of one day test per year to offer more testing days available re-year. By conducting this research, it is with hope that this type of research spreads and influences to other health occupation national examination operation on a Sunday.
