Objective: From the point of view of men students who hosts culture, this study described and explained education experience of men nursing students at Nursing College in Korea culture in depth from Ethnography. Methods: This study was drawn a conclusion about culture area of men nursing students from Ethnography, which is one of the qualitative research techniques. I analysed data from in-depth interviewing of 5 men nursing students in an advanced process of research of Spradley. Results : Education experience of men nursing students was a culture experience, which is difficulty, self-respect, obedience, disobedience caused by conventional wisdom about gender role and sex stereotype in Korea. Conclusion: I wish that the increasing number of men nursing students will become the leading role of nursing in popular culture, not in the minority culture and be prominent men in nursing.
