The purpose of this study is to execute the investigation of injurious factors causing muscle-skeletal diseases at an automotive glass manufacturing company and, on the basis of the results, to enhance productivity by the improvement of working environment. By using an survey and an ergonomic evaluation method, symptoms of muscle-skeletal diseases of workers and working postures at each process were analyzed, and quantitative evaluation of muscle-skeletal disease risk against each process was performed. Based on the result of the evaluation, to enhance the working environment, improvement of worktable, working space, tools, and outfit was suggested, and induction of mechanical system was also suggested. Suggested improvement plan was applied to the workplace step by step and it is confirmed that improvement plan not only removes the injurious factors of muscle-skeletal diseases but also is effective to enhance productivity.

In this paper, we developed a vehicle condition monitoring system that checks vehicle conditions, and transmits and displays them to a driver for safety and effective maintenance. We used a CAN controller and transceiver to establish the CAN communication that has been used commonly inside an actual vehicle for the collection of vehicle's status information. To validate the operation of the developed system, we have confirmed the accuracy and stability of data transmission and reception of vehicle information.

도시철도시스템은 차량, 전력, 신호, 선로구축물 등이 유기적으로 결합된 복합시스템으로 고장 또는 사고가 발생하면 원인규명이 어렵고 사고에 따른 영향이 매우 크기 때문에 시스템의 신뢰성과 안전성은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 철도에서 적용되고 있는 신뢰성관련 국제 규격을 분석하여 국내에서 개발하고 있는 무인운전 도시철도시스템에 이러한 규격들의 내용들을 충족하는 관리체계를 제시하고자 한다. 즉 기존에 적용하고 있는 신뢰성 관리체계인 IEC 60300, IEC 62278, MIL-STD-785B 등의 특성과 장점을 비교분석하여 도시철도시스템에 구체적으로 적용할 수 있는 신뢰성관리체계를 제시하고자 한다.

Prescribed according to the occupational safety and health low noise measurement method was changed to personal sampling in the method to measure an area noise. Such method had the limit which did not evaluated characteristic of sound of occurrence and the place of origin. This study was performed to establish an engineering remedy of the work-place noise. The subject was a vibration control process of the place of business in Pusan. A simulation program applied for an engineering improvement of the work-place noise. The results were as follows: 1. An noise occurrence level of the work-place before improvement was 88~97dB(A), We applied an improvement method to be established and were expected to 80~119dB(A). 2. The level of the noise-distribution to appear in the place of origin of the work-place before improvement was 90~93dB(A) but, We executed the simulation after applied an engineering remedy and predicted 80~85dB(A). A result of the simulation blue part was changed mostly into the dark blue color. The results suggest that simulation program establishes an engineering remedy and is useful to the case to apply.

The purpose of this study is to attempt a Analysis of a pointed-end Equipment Arm Safety-Accident for Fault Tree Analysis. Three major techniques were used first problem is Z-Model by which accident Analysis & prevention of a pointed-end Industry can be made, Fault Tree Analysis(FTA) bywhich quantification of a pointed-end Equipment accident Analysis can be made it 5 years in past and the third, manual-written by which minimal cut set to accident can be Identified. A example has been made of issue point a pointed-end Equipment that the Arm in loader happen to Injuries. According to the Analysis lack of safety knowledge, unsafety-behavior seem to be the primal cause of accident. Comparision of the accident cause to actual report demonstratesthat the FTA a efficient tool for Industrial Accident prevention.

기존의 논문들은 단순히 기업가치(firm value)가 부채(debt)에 의한 요인들(determinants)에 의하여 좌우된다고 보았으며, 기업의 소유구조(managerial ownership)와 기업가치는 별개(exogenous)로 간주하여 왔다. 이 번 논문에서는 기업 가치를 좌우하는 요인들에 부채 이외에 기업의 소유구조를 내생변수(joint endogenous)로 추정하고, 통계방법으로는 수단변수를 사용하여 GMM(generalized method of moments)를 통하여 추정하기로 한다. 이 연구를 통해서는 부채와 기업 소유구조 사이에 밀접한 상호작용(interrelated)이 있음을 발견하였다. 부채와 기업의 소유구조를 내생화시킴으로써 이번 연구에서는 부채가 기업가치에 약한 부정적인(-) 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으나, 기업의 소유구조는 기업 가치에 강한 긍정적 요인으로 작용하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같이 부채와 기업가치의 약한 부정적인 관계에 대한 선행연구로는 Shea(1997)과 Hahn and Hausman(1999)이 있다. 또한, 기업가치는 시장점유율(market power)과 주가(treasury stock)와 양(+)의 관계에 있음을 알 수 있었다.

우리나라와 국가 규모가 비슷한 이스라엘의 경우에는 벤처캐피탈이 정부주도로 출범한 후 육성되었다. 이러한 벤처캐피탈의 특성은 창업자가 연구개발에만 전념할 수 있어서 제품의 품질을 높일 수 있으며 동시에 사업이나 제품 완성도를 높일 수 있는 부가가치가 큰 중요한 금융업이 될 전망이다. 이번 연구에서는 이러한 벤처캐피탈이 가지고 있는 위험특성에 대한 분석과 위험을 고려한 투자성과 평가를 행하였다. 이번 연구에서는 선행연구와 동일하게 비체계적 위험이 체계적 위험보다 큰 것으로 나타났는데, 이는 소수의 지역이나 업종에 집중투자한 결과로 보인다. 위험을 고려한 투자성과분석을 위하여 총위험을 고려한 Sharpe척도와 체계적 위험을 고려한 평가모형 Jensen척도를 토대로 종합주가지수와 코스닥 벤처지수, 벤처캐피탈의 성과를 비교분석에서는 벤처캐피탈의 위험과 투자성과가 크게 낮은 것으로 파악되었다. 이는 Sharpe 및 Jensen 척도에서 검증이 된 것으로 (-)로서 시장포트폴리오(종합주가지수)나 코스닥 벤처지수 보다 투자성과가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이번 연구의 한계점으로는 하지만 표본의 수가 짧은 문제점을 지니고 있다.

The size of state in Korea is like Israel, this country's venture capital is ruled by government. This venture capital's character is below: the concentration on research of venturer affect positively at quality of products. This paper lies with venture capital's risk character & performance. The results show that Korean venture capitals have lager unsystematic risk than systematic risk, which implies they specialize in specific business and/or regional areas instead of diversification. The Sharpe & Jensen measures reveal that the performances of Korean venture capitals are very low relative to even the market portfolio(Kospi) and Kosdaq Venture Index. Contrary to this, Venture firm's performance according to Entrepreneurship will cause to push up stock price.

본 논문은 폐차제도가 도입시행된 초기부터 현업에 종사하면서 현재 우리나라에서 행해지고 있는 폐자동차의 회수처리 및 재활용 실태조사를 통하여 파악작성된 자료통계를 기본토대로 하여 준비되었다. 이외에도 지난 수년간 국내 자동차제작사를 위시한 환경관련학회 등의 폐차관련 연구보고서를 참고하였으며 또 외국의 폐차제도와 재활용 실태에 대한 자료와 현지방문을 통하여 수집된 자료와 본인이 기 발표한 폐차실태보고서를 적극 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결론을 얻기 위하여 현 폐차실태를 먼저 파악분석하고 그 문제점을 도출한 후 우리 실정에 맞는 개선방안을 모색해나가는 귀납법적 연구방법을 채택하였다.

1991년 6월 신규 계면활성제 [a-SF]의 제조 공정의 하나인 메탄올 정류탑에 있어서 폭발사고가 발생했다. 폭발 형태는『폭굉』 이였다 라고 판단되어지고 정류탑은 대파되었으며 탑벽 파편은 대강 900m 범위로 비산되었고 사망자 2명, 부상자 13명의 피해를 입었다. 원인물질은 계면활성제의 표백으로 사용하는 메탄올과 과산화수소에 의해 미량 생성한 유기과산화물(Metal Hydroperoxide)에서 정류탑의 운전정지과정 중에 공급액의 부터 수십까지 국부적으로 농축되어져 열 폭발을 일으킨 것으로 추정 되어진다.

Recently, Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI) is commonly recognized as one of the supply chain application that delivers clear value to the sectors of electic& electronic Components. VMI is a process in which a supplier generates orders for its distributor based on demand information sent by the distributor. VMI is providing the benefits of smoother demand, lower inventories and reduced costs. This case study focused on Improvement of Inventory Efficiency by VMI. The results indicated that VMI allowed the company to serve its customers more surely and efficiently.

In order to enhance the quality of the glass bottle and to preserve the contents long, corrosion of the bottle surface is often required. The corrosion operation consists of dangerous and harmful tasks using strong acid such as HF. Thus, the corrosion operation should be automatized to improve the worker's safety. The first step of the automation is to develop the bottle gripping system that automatically grips and fixes the bottle during corrosion operations. The gripping system consists of holders, holder plates, air cylinders, and bottle aligning system. This paper shows the gripping system development procedure.

On this research, we show some concrete examples as software design, 2D/3D display, graph display, and gage display to develop a data monitoring system for real time safe fire testing. Developed software which is simulation software for live fire testing, has been designed to display informations about whole test status in a live fire testing, and with this, user can control a live fire testing under the safe environment. Beside, we increase a security by using a authority of user to access on this software. and we develop it based on module designed to apply a requirement of user later on.

미래는 어쩔 수 없이 불확실하다. 더욱이 현대 프로젝트의 다국적화, 거대화, 복잡화 현상은 프로젝트 성공과 관련된 미래 예측을 더욱 불확실하게 만들고 있다. 이러한 불확실성의 증가 현상은 모든 산업에 있어서 일반적인 것이며, 결과적으로 리스크에 대한 관리의 필요성을 더욱 증폭시키고 있다. 관리되지 않은 프로젝트 리스크는 프로젝트의 실패의 원인이 되며, 나아가 조직의 위기로 발전된다. 따라서 프로젝트 리스크는 프로젝트 팀을 포함한 전체 조직 차원에서 관리되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 프로젝트의 전반에 걸쳐서 체계적인 리스크 관리를 위해 프로세스를 중심으로 서술하였다.

This research has been conducted in order to assess the effects on quality management factor of the construction sites. 30 companies abiding by the 'construction industry law' and 32 companies abiding by the 'housing construction promotion law' have been researched in areas of quality-management environment, quality-management understanding, quality-management education on construction field, quality-system and quality-improvement. This construction quality factors are to realized the anticipated results not only quality level's increasing, but also company's confidence, competitiveness. We were able to obtain participations of 62 questionnaire, and derived statistics by means of SPSS/PC version 10.0. In this study, we find the bottleneck factor for promotion and upgrade quality management factor of the construction sites and suggest a way out of difficulties.

SPC와 EPC의 통합은 연속공정산업에서 성공적으로 사용된다. 그러나, 이산적인 부품 제조공정의 모니터링과 연속 생산공정 모니터링 양쪽 모두를 포함하는 산업에서의 통합기법을 적용하기 위해서는 실시간 보정과 공정조절 등에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 SPC와 EPC의 차이를 비교분석하고, 혼성 산업에서 SPC와 EPC를 성공적으로 통합하여 효율적인 공정관리의 적용 사례를 제시하고자 한다.

In these days, there is doubt about the effectiveness of ISO-9000 and ISO-14000 which are generally introduced in korean corporation by the consensus and even by corporations themselves. In order to find out the reason about the doubt, we should understand the present situation, and consider what countermeasure shall we take. It's obvious that if there is no doubt about the effectiveness and availability for quality system authenticated and verified by the international, then all the authentication can be made from that excellent system. In that case, it is necessary to find out whether it only exists in Korea or it generally exists internationally. This thesis considers the problems and try to search for a system management project and measure which is suitable for Korea.

기업의 이익을 최대화하기 위해서는 고객의 만족이 최대화 되어져야 한다. 고객의 만족도를 알 수 있는 부분은 크게 고객의 비용(가격), 고객의 시간(납기), 고객의 요구사항(품질)으로 나눌 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 그 중 시간에 초점을 맞추어 비용으로 환산하여 기업의 입장에서 최소의 비용을 만족하는 최적의 발주량을 산출하여 보고자 한다.

Process capability indices are widely used in industries and quality assurance system. When designing the parameter on the multiple quality characteristics, there has been a study for optimization of problems, but there has been few former study on the possible conflicting phenomena in considertion of the correlations among the characteristics. To solve the issue on the optimal design for muliple quality characteristics, the study propose the expected loss function with cross-product terms among the characteristics and derived range of the coefficients of terms. Therefore, the analysis have to be required a multivariate statistical technique. This paper introduces to multivariate capability indices and then selects a multivariate process capability index incorporated both the process variation and the process deviation from target among these indices under the multivariate normal distribution. We propose a new multivariate capability index MCpm using quality loss function instead of the process variation and this index is compared with the proposed indices when quality characteristics are independent and dependent of each other,

This paper is concerned with the integrated problem of line balancing and model sequencing in mixed model assembly lines(MMALBS), which is important to efficient utilization of the lines. In the problem, we deal with the objective of minimizing the overall line length To apply the GAs to MMALBS problems, we suggest a GA representation which suitable for its problems, an efficient decoding technique for the objective, and genetic operators which produce feasible offsprings. Extensive experiments are carried out to analyze the performance of the proposed algorithm. The computational results show that our algorithm is promising in solution quality.
