The purpose of this study is to investigate how chloride ion penetration depth and chloride diffusion coefficient through the surface coatings has been applied to predict life expectancy. The chloride ion diffusion coefficient is evaluated based on NT BUILD 492. From the result, the surface coatings from study confirmed that the thing resistance about the chloride ion of the concrete which closes the surface is great compared with the concrete which did not closes the surface. Also it's judged the appropriate clad thickness by Surface Coatings. Therefore it will be able to expect the distinguished durability improvement.

The Purpose of this is properties of CFT filled with expansion concrete. CFT(concrete filled tube) is the structure that circle shape steel column filled with concrete. 3 kinds of expansive additives and variation of replacement rate. we changed expansive additive from 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% of ratio of addition rate are selected for this experiment. Merits of CFT are concrete internal force rising influenced by steel shape restriction, reinforcing the local buckling, excellent resistance to transformation. Generally, High rise building using CFT utilize the high strength and fluidity concrete for packing the tube inside. As the result a steel tube charged expensive concrete has stiffness 1.5times more than a steel tube not charged concrete. Increase of resisting power about compressive stress by binding expansion of expansive concrete affects strength increase and softness.

Because most wall plays the role on a bearing wall in an apartment house of shear wall structure, the apartment house is complicated by structure design and is fallen workability by a wet method of construction. And it's disadvantageous at the time of design change and remodeling. For the purpose which improves such weakness, flat-plate structure is applied to apartment house. Non-bearing lightweight dry wall is constructed the apartment house. This study is progressed to reduce the load of the building and improve time shortening and workability. The study developed functional ALC by non-bearing lightweight dry wall and did setting example production and estimated the performance. The developed hwangto ALC was applied to the Mock-up House, the workability was analyzed and a possibility of the application was considered.

The abilities to design and construct the apartment house have been developed and improved at a rapid pace, owing to the recent population concentration, improvement in quality of life, advancement of study regarding energy. In spite of the advanced abilities, claims in respect of defects have not been decreased and it is shown that the rate of defect regarding dew condensation is very high there among. Condensation of a building is a big issue from the aspect of the pleasantness of a room and the rise of cost for rework. Because it will be a big problem if the cost of repair work were more expensive than that of new. and also, it drops the company's image through occurring of condensation. therefore, it is needed to prevent from occurring condensation at the building's corner copulas areas of the outer wall. This paper deals with it is showing the problems of materials and construction methods is currently used to provide condensation in coner copulas. and We shall settle the defect of condensation in coner copulas of an outer wall and propose the method which could meet both economical efficiency and construction feasibility.

And when a lot of moisture in the washing machine, the installation of the air flow is blocked by most measures such as insulation to prevent the condensation phenomenon to be said.

This paper is finally aimed at surveying the status quo of business expenses calculation for efficiently advancing BTL and at suggesting improvement plan by surveying on BTL business experts’ consciousness. BTL projects that has been conducted for four years in 2008 is raising doubts about the business promotion, due to the burden of risk for pre-investment of large amount, in spite of the government’s effort to activate private investment on SOC. Thus, it is found that operational expenses are the most important variable, by means of surveying and analyzing the status quo of BTL business expenses calculation, such as the current method of calculation by item, including grant and operational expenses, and problems. In addition, the following optimized improvement plans are suggested by collecting experts’ opinions: Suggestion of evaluation standard of Request for Proposal, regular evaluation of expenses’ propriety, LCC analysis, diversification of business validity evaluation, suggestion of the maximum and minimum of total amount of operation and maintenance expenses, and of its basis, development and introduction of the grant calculation system and expenses management system.

Currently, Korea National Housing Corporation and local governments are supplying lease apartments for low income classes but it is difficult to supply those apartments sufficiently to the classes classified as socially weak persons due limited numbers of newly built apartments and the burden of maintenance and management costs imposed on project entities. Especially, the burden of costs for the construction, repair and replacement of lease apartments is working as a factor to make it difficult to continue the projects. As a solution for that, reduction in initial work costs or standardization of MRO(Maintenance, Repair and Operation) has been promoted and executed but there is no case where the economic effect of the efforts was clearly reviewed or management technique developed for the efforts. This study is to present guidelines for the designing of low cost apartments that can reduce the cost after construction that occupies a higher percentage of LCC(Life Cycle Cost) than the costs in the stage of construction such as planning & designing cost (1%) and construction costs (25%).

Generally, a Self leveling finishing materials that is constructed in domestic is classified by cement materials and a polymer materials. Because a cement materials adds flow material(organic matter), strength of floor by fineness promulgation is used in reinforcement. A polymer materials is executing surface construction to mix polymer and uses epoxy or polyurethane on the surface after construct in factory, parking lot floor etc. A polymer floor finish of this can be high price and amount environmental pollution problem according to use of organic solvent and problem by personnel expense increase price of raw material. Also, there are a lot of problems for durability and repair maintenance because crack happens because surface intensity is strong and shock resistant strength drops in the case of an epoxy floor finish. Raw material of a polyurethane floor finish is problem of that is high price and grows restless by adhesive strength phenomenon etc. Study and utility that use mixing a cement floor finish and a polymer floor finish in domestic are propelled. Therefore, in this study, executed a cement materials and water materials and comparative analysis that mix cement material and solubility in water composition rubber latex. The results was expose that have high properties of matter while mortar that use experiment wave and solubility in water composition rubber latex uses existing materials.

Recycled fine aggregate has low quality because it contains large amount of old mortar. So, its usage is limited to a lower value-add, such as the roadbed material etc. Also, alkaline water occurred from treatment process of the waste concrete is becoming the cause of environmental problem. Accordingly, this study is to develop on the high quality recycled fine aggregate produced by low speed wet abraser using sulphuric. We investigated the properties of compressive strength of the mortar which was manufactured using recycled fine aggregate containing calcined gypsum produced by earlier mentioned process. Test results indicate that concrete using recycled fine aggregate containing calcined gypsum is higher compressive strength than concrete using other sands.

To meet the increasing demand with the limited resource, every country is trying all-out to find a solution. A large part of energy demand is used in the building, so a Korean Energy Saving Design Standard which is right to the country conditions is immediately needed. This study is trying to analyze the sensitivity of architectural elements through a simulation which considered architecture, electricity, machine overall with the typical thermal load analysis program Transys and to present a quantitative data to set up an adequate Energy Saving Design. The results of this study are as follows. Sensitivity analysis show that setting windows are more sensitive than other factors which we adopt at cooling loa. and setting temperature are more sensitive than other factors which we adopt at heating load.
