고단열 삼중창 시스템의 열관류율 성능평가 연구

Window System has a problem with insulation on building wall comparison with other portions. Recently, in all over the world, technologies and research for improvement of insulation performance with window system were actively studied. This study has been considered about components of window system and evaluated insulation performance of triple window system through the tests of U-Value of window system and simulated model. It was evaluated window system that widely used in domestic or overseas. Therm5.0 and Window6.0 were used for simulation available for heat analysis from stationary state of two-dimensional simulated model. As a result, the best components of each portion on window system were PVC frame, Plastic spacer and Low-e glass and the super insulation window system was triple glazing window system applied these components. The U-Value of this super insulation triple window system was 1.325 W/㎡K and it will be expected saving energy window system.

Shading is one of the main causes to lower the power generation of PV systems. The shading has to be considered for application of PV system in the built environment. This paper analyzes the effect of shading on the performance of a PV array integrated to a building as a shading device. The building with the PV system is located in Zero Energy Town (ZET) of Korea Institute of Energy Research in South Korea. The methods used for analysis are formula and computer simulations. The result was that the upper PV array made shade onto a lower PV array and the effect of shading mainly occurred during summer season when the sun's altitude is high. The shading by upper array reduced the monthly generation of the PV system by 17% at maximum.

The water supply system has been designing by decision process such as use place of water, calculation of water supply amount, capacity of water tanks and pumps, pipe size. Especially, when we estimate water supply amount excessively, the initial cost and running cost will increase according to enlargement of the water tank and pump capacity, and water quality of ground water tank can become worse. Therefore, calculation of water supply amount is basically most important factor at water supply system design. In order to calculate exactly water supply amount, we should set up basic data such as daily water supply amount, daily using time, persons per effective area etc.. This research would estimate the calculation data of water supply amounts by a day and a person through survey and analysis of monthly water consumption at elementary school buildings in Ulsan city, and suggest basic data for the water supply system design.

The purpose for this study was to analyze the evacuation behavior of a multiplex-theater in case of fire emergency. Recently, the statistics have shown that more it gets massive, the buildings have more potential risk of fire disaster. Of the fire safety considered, there are too much variable fire factors in the multiplex. So, it is necessary to study for fire safety design of the multiplex. The study carried out two different simulations on the multiplex plan. The results were divided into two groups by using Simulex, FDS. Evaluation of a theater in evacuation & fire by two simulations have been printed out. By comparing those two different outputs, we were able to verify the problems of existing cinema. The results have shown that there was a need for a greater structural design in these theaters.

This paper is to provide problems and changes to be done about Korean Green Building Certification Criteria, which is similar to Japanese Green Building Certification Criteria, reorganizing and comparing Japanese system with domestic system. Firstly, Both systems are similar, but it is considered that evaluation clauses of GBCC are still inadequate. Secondly, CASBBC can result vaguely in case the evaluation system consists of explaining way. However, GBCC evaluation clauses can make it possible to evaluate objectively by allotting marks, considering importance of each clause. Thirdly, while GBCC simply includes existence of facilities, Japanese way of system indicates more developed forms than Korean system, evaluating throughout the whole period of buildings's existence, from operation, managing, changes, removal, to recycling of buildings. Fourthly, evaluation clauses of GBCC is considered that they don't reflect Korean specifics. Overall, still domestic certification system has problems, because it is now in the process of revision and supplement. It doesn't appear to be settled in construction field, but certificated green buildings are expected to increase by making supported provisions of building law, providing incentives about apartment, increasing consumer's demands.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the cost analysis breakdown system of service life on life cycle cost analysis of primary cooling systeme. During the life cycle cost analysis of primary cooling system, the project phases divided into planning/design, equipment construction, maintenance/management, and demolition/sell phases. and established cost items of each phases. The main results are as follows; (1) In the LCC10 ~ LCC20 of primary cooling system, the order of the average rates in each phases indicates maintenance /management, equipment construction, planning/design, and demolition/sell phases. (2) In the LCC10 ~ LCC20 of primary cooling system, of the influence factor of service life indicates energy cost, water service and drainage cost, operation labor cost, maintenance cost, tax, fire insurance cost, initial interest cost, demolition labor cost, construction waste cost, sale and remain cost. (3) In the LCC10 ~ LCC20 sensitivity analysis of primary cooling system, the order of the risk factor indicates energy cost, water service and drainage cost, operation labor cost, maintenance cost, tax and fire insurance cost.

태양광열 복합 시스템은 건물에 필요한 열원과 전기를 동시에 생산하는 시스템이다. 이러한 시스템은 PV 패널 후면의 열을 제거하여 PV 모듈의 효율을 극대화하고 이 폐열을 이용하여 건물 난방에 이용하는 복합적인 기능을 수행하는 시스템으로 활용하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 태양광과 태양열을 동시에 활용한 태양광열 복합시스템에 대해 알아보고, 이와 관련된 국내외 연구동향에 대해 살펴보았다. 따라서 국내에 태양광열 복합시스템을 건물난방에 적용하기 위한 기초 연구자료로 활용하고자 한다.

Photovoltaic-solar thermal combined system produces electricity and thermal energy which are necessary to buildings. The system removes heat from the PV module that would help to raise the efficiency of the PV system's performance. It is useful to utilize the waste heat for building space heating as this multi-functional application of solar energy system will improve the viability of the system. This paper describes research and development trends of PV-solar thermal combined systems. It is believed that this analysis will provide valuable source of information about the PV-solar thermal combined system to apply into building space heating.

The purpose of this study is analysis about cooling load saving of heat absorbing glass window. The process of this study is as follows. First, it prepares two test room of the identical area and the Volume. One installed heat absorbing glass window and different one installed the general transparent glass window. And it maintains the both test room with 26℃, it measured and compared operation cooling energy consumption of both test room which it follows in solar radiation gain through installed window. The energy saving ratio of heat absorbing window expressed about 4.5 ~ 8% under range of outdoor teperature was from 23.8℃ to 31.3℃.

Currently, to use the experimental formula for discomfort glare studied abroad, it would be not appropriate because each races feel about the degree of glare differently. Therefore, this study aims to make up prediction formula for evaluating discomfort glare reasonably from Koreans' vision, and it proceeded with 4 stages as follows: First, after reviewing the existing discomfort glare evaluation formula, I selected experimental variables. Second, I made a mock-up that I can control experimental variables and conditions according to the purpose of this study. Third, I conducted discomfort glare evaluation experiment. Finally, compared with UGR evaluation method suggested for Westerner in prior studies. In conclusion, 1) it's proved that discomfort glare is influenced highly by a light source luminance, background luminance and location of testee and the line of vision. 2) In interior discomfort glare experiment, whether the glare light source is placed within range of vision or not has more significant influence than the distance between the light source and testee. 3) I compared and analyzed with UGR, the most representative discomfort glare evaluation system, and I found there is a little difference in the results. This shows discomfort glare of Koreans and Westerners are different.

The six specimens of half the real size we made and tested in order to see the structural performance of vierendeel truss type composite using glued-laminated wood and steel. there specimens were formed of three kinds- WWW made of glued-laminated wood, WWS made of steel lower chord, WSS made of steel lower chord and Steel vertical shear member. specimen WWW5 showed shear cracks at shear member, but they were finally disappeared by strain of upper chord and lower chord. In specimen WWS8 and WWS5, due to shear failure of shear member, they appeared many distortions, and cracks in upper chord, but they did not reduce the sustention power greatly. WSS8 and WSS5 showed the highest strength among the three kinds of specimens, but they showed sharp drop in strength along with bolt disconnection. being compared with WWW and WSS, both of which showed sharp drop of strength, WWS showed the supreme structural performance the most grdual load increase and sagging.

Many damage detection methods to be categorized as dynamic and static approaches have been developed. This study considers an analytical algorithm for static damage identification. Utilizing the measured displacements as displacement constraints to restrict the static behaviour of damaged member and minimizing the difference between the undamaged and damaged displacements, this study presents a static approach for the damage identification and provides design plots for damage detection and non-destructive test method by plotting the displacements normalized with respect to the optimal measuring point. The validity and effectiveness of the proposed method are illustrated through an application.
