In this study, To develop long-term prediction simulator of urban environmental load, housing sector modeling in busan was made through a system dynamics from 1985 to 2010. Causal relation of variable was drew for housing models in a group unit of urban system. A housing model was made with main variable factors such as construction rate and demolition rate about detached house, apartment house and multiplex house. Simulation results and statistics had had similar findings. Thus, housing stock in busan was predicted using housing model that was made system dynamics.
The purpose of this study is to suggest the suitable ventilation system for skin that is applied to high-rise building. It is examined through this study about the concept of Smart Ventilation Skin System(SVSS), ventilation skin with multiple function, to promote the quality of the air in the room by natural ventilation and to reduce ventilation load significantly. In addition, natural ventilation performance is analyzed as an early stage of SVSS development.

Our country has a very high Dependence of Energy on Overseas. And more than half of the building energy consumption is used in the building-Air Handling Unit. In addition, the development of construction technology and living standards demand the form of various buildings. So Resulting in an increase in the cooling loads, the energy consumption is increased. Reducing the loads using outdoor air is in the spotlight the way of energy saving. By using Economizer control the temperature and humidity automatically. Therefore it reduces unnecessary energy waste and make a comfortable environment. The purpose of this study is a comparative study the energy saving effects using a simulation program(Energy plus) for each type of Economizer.
The purpose of this study was to analyze yearly heating and cooling load for the ward area of Large Hospital in Busan, Korea. Focusing on the length to width ratio and building orientation, this study used Openstudio to make case models and calculate energy load in early design stage as the early design stage is very important in reducing energy consumption of building design. As the result, this study presents best length to width ratio of plan and optimized orientation by evaluating the case models and suggests what should be considered for those cases to decrease energy load.
For performance survey of horizontal heat exchanger system on reference region it is necessary to predict underground temperature. As the underground temperature decision is difficult, numerous calculations are needed to decide temperature cycle. The phase shift decision in this paper is based on outdoor temperature, surface temperature and Buggs formula without phase shift.

Using Building Information Modeling(BIM), Staffing for Mechanical Equipment Design phase is required. BIM based Mechanical Equipment Design for secure a human resources, education of BIM tools should be understanding of design process. The purpose of this study was to analyze of BIM based Mechanical Equipment Design requested information. Since then progress modeling. Based on this, associative decision and intuitive decision was compared through survey that was performed on students. The results could be classified information, Mechanical Equipment Design required information and the utilizing BIM tools information. The results of survey, BIM was studied to have advantage in terms of easy to understand system, strong chance of information literacy and understanding.
