The overseas construction market, the domestic construction market, due to the weakening of the government's ongoing regulatory policy, while showing steady growth, and international liberalization, the WTO (World Trade Organization) system since its launch has been accelerated. therefore, Korea's overseas construction is a necessary strategy for expanding overseas construction orders competitiveness. Using unsaturated polyester resin, the impact of changes in the fluidity of the polymer concrete compressive strength and the curing temperature and the change in the proportion of subjects tested, and the test results, the amount of the subject increased liquidity improved, however, to decrease the compressive strengthshowed that the compressive strength due to the increase of the curing temperature changes of the curing temperature of 30 ℃ than 40 ℃ lower initial strength, compressive strength after 3 days of it was increased.

Aerogel has largely been used as insulation for the spacecraft and industrial facilities. As the building energy saving is more and more important, high-performing insulation like Aerogel will be required in buildings to improve their thermal environment and to save building energy. In case of reinforced super-insulation, the existing resistive insulation should be used as thick as 250mm, but Aerogel could meet the same performance with half thickness of 120mm. Thanks to the reduced thickness of insulation, Aerogel has the advantage in applying to high-rise buildings and it is believed to gather the interests of construction companies which have difficulty in solving the strick insulating problem.

The purpose of this research is to save the energy of recent refinement of apartment followed by higher maintenance fee by enhancing the use of natural lighting. Furthermore, by improving the light environment eco friendly this can attain smooth lighting by reducing mentally disturbing factors. we have come to a conclusion in order to provide the ultimate resolution to ameliorate the light environment by scrutinizing the underground parking lot’s legal intensity of illumination, selecting the apartment to inquire about the intensity of illumination, and selecting the apartment to measure the intensity of illumination and analyze the data.

The forecasted energy shortage tends to encourage to develop the next generation energy to countermove the energy problems and the climatic change all over the world. Korean government is pushing ahead with the policy for 'Low Carbon Green City' to deal with climate changes and to overcome energy problems. In this study, energy plants and energy scenarios are selected by energy supply suited features of city at city plan. The CO2 reduction energy scenario can be proposed to apply various energy plants for energy demand on city planning step.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the consumption of water per person of apartment houses in Busan Metropolitan City. The results of this study are as follows. 1) Water consumption unit of per person for the year was 66.561 tons/person year. Buk-gu of the 16 local constituencies, 74.602 tons/person year was the highest. 2) Water consumption unit of per person for the year was 67.355 tons/person year on apartment, 63.543 tons/person year on multiplex housing.

The energy saving of HVAC that is the occupiest on office building is being more important. In office building, CAV and VAV are adopted very much. Therefore, on this paper, we compared with VAV and CAV focused on energy consumption by using dynamic energy simulation. For objective comparison, after we chose standard building, found building that is closed to our standard building, we simulated. During seasonal cooling period June, July, August, September, the result of CAV and VAV energy uses were 34969.44kwh/m² and 27212.77kwh/m². Baesd on this result, we could find VAV is more energy effective as much as 7756.68kwh/m² than CAV.

In these days, industrialization-house of interest also was increased. However, an industrialization house, using the steel-stud in structure, causes the problem which is a heat-bridge that was decreased an insulation performance on entire buildings. So, recently, a regulation regarding an industrialization method house was coded a court, and an insulation performance examination of the existing industrialization house became necessary according to laws. In this study, we used Physibel Bisco by parts to present at regulations, in order to review insulation performance of the existing industrialization house, and we act up to simulation. And derive from the results, a basis of insulation performance to have tried simulation that was suitable.

Urbanization in Korea has been on the rapid progress, and reached almost 80% in 2000. The phenomenon has caused a reduction in greens and environmental issues. This researcher analyzed land cover maps of the entire region located at Seo-gu, Busan, with the lapse of 10 years in 2002 and 2012 and land cover changes of the two years to look into quantitative and qualitative changes. Therefore, this researcher tries to make a basic investigation on time-series data update of E-GIS DB that will be able to be used as a fundamental material in estaliblishing urban planning.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the thermal environment of the study area according to the hourly temperature measurements. The target area is the Suyeong-gu in Busan metropolitan city. The experiment showed that the temperature of the high-rise apartment area was higher than the low-rise residential area. And the temperature of the neighboring areas to the mountain was lower than the neighboring areas to the coast. And the temperature of the asphalt road was 3.7 ℃ higher than the temperature data by AWS.

In this paper, it took a photograph using IR(Infrared Rays) camera dividing time before sunrise, at noon, after sunset to confirm change of surface temperature of high-rise buildings. The results are as follows : 1)Measured surface temperature needed correction by angle of coverage. Through emissivity variation graph of angle, infrared data corrects data of angle of 45° or more part. 2) Emissivity and maximum emissivity is calculated on underestimated ratio. The formula to calculate use Stefan-Boltzman'law.

There are a lot of design factors including external awning devices. The external awning devices have energy saving effect by insulation of sunshine heat transfer. But, the states of the arts relation to the shading effect of external awning are a little results in our country. The purpose of this study are analyzing for the shading effects according to the form of external awning in the Daegu region.

The advent of IT and display technology provides new possibility that we can use the digital images with pixel values of brightness to figure out the exact value of luminance in the visual environment. For this purpose, a certain DSLR camera has been calibrated to take a photolux image with real value of luminance. To verify the practical usefulness of the image processing technology with the specific digital camera, a comparative study with physical measurement values of brightness on a window of an apartment house has been performed. Not surprisingly the image processing approach delivers a set of accurate luminance values on a certain area of the window.

Jeju island is an area where strong winds blowing throughout the year, so they tried to stable airflow environment both inside and outside buildings by stone walls as components for windproof. However, today stone walls does not perform a role occur frequently why people are lack of understanding and misconceptions about function of the stone walls. Therefore, in this paper, we studied the impact of Jeju stonewalls on outside air environment through functional analysis such as the simulation and suggested plan for placement of the stone walls.

This research has developed a GWHP system that employs a hybrid heat pump system with groundwater wells using multi heat source, groundwater and air source. This paper describes about real-scale experiments using a standing column well (SCW). The heating and cooling experiments have been conducted at at Nagoya site where the groundwater level is 4 m depth and the quality of groundwater is not good. The SCW has two screens which divided by a packer and the system can automatically switch the positions of pumping and returning. The coefficient of performance (COP) of heat pump and system was calculated by the temperature of groundwater and the pumping rate. In the results, system COP of cooling was 6.5 and it of heating was 3.6.

The purpose of this study is to enhance sound insulation of a window by discovering its exact location where sound is leaked out. Referring to KS F 2808 Korean Industrial Standard, the experiment was run by reinforcing either the gap between windows or the interior of a window frame in order to produce the optimal efficiency. It turned out that the higher sound insulation was resulted from the enhancement of the material on the gaps between windows.

In this study, through surveys to identify and evaluate the optimal building layout about tower-type apartment complex that people prefer to prospect right. The result of study can be summarized as follows- 1) Survey results, considering the prospect right that choosing the residential selection rate was at a low level, but 90% answered that people needs for the necessity of prospect right to verify the necessity of considering the prospect right. On average of apartment view that can satisfy the minimum is about 40.7%. 2) The simulation results, square layout>oblique line layout>right angle layout appear of the order. So square layout showed to be the most favorable at average view rate.

Today, as our industries and businesses is almost dependent on electric apparatus or on-line system, management system of electric facilities is necessary to be considered as the part of the maintenance of the building. Also, facilities of power supplies can't always provide stable power service because of various situations of blackout caused by natural disaster, construction of extension building or remodeling building. So a study of emergency power system is required. Therefore, we will research the communication facility so that we are going to study the emergency power equipment of Buildings, and analyze the importance of emergency power equipment depends.

In this paper, the phase change material (PCM) to increase the heat capacity of buildings is applied to building materials. The building materials use not only sensible heat but also latent heat so that the building materials are useful to maintain the pleasant indoor environment and to save the building energy. The model experimental research results are as follows. (1) The test shows that the sheet or pipe type heat storage materials are effective to reduce the daily temperature range, rather than the standard type. (2) The sheet type material has better capacity than the pipe type material to delay the increase in indoor temperature. (3) The building material mixing the phase change material can be useful to maintain indoor comfortably.

The purpose of this study was by applying the evaluation of the performance criteria for the enumeration of passible heat loss announcement from government agencies, rural housing standard plans with a relatively easy calculation to evaluate the energy performance. First, there is a need to accurately assess the energy performance at the design stage of building energy-saving. In this study, each region according to climatic characteristics by comparing the energy performance of residential buildings in Korea and China, aims at promoting energy conservation through energy-saving design, the basis for the material presented in the future, and to increase the efficiency of energy use.

In this study, we try to modernize Han-ok by improving the thermal environment of the exterior wall. In terms of the thermal environment, the gap between the traditional lifestyle of Han-Ok and the modern life style is very large. Also, the effect of energy is the essential factor in the future residence. First, we find clues to these problems by investigating the control properties of the thermal environment. Secondly, we synthesize the material and the systems of the modern exterior wall in terms of thermal collector, thermal storage and thermal control based on clues found. Furthermore, we try to deal with not only performance but also the design possibility of the exterior wall.

In this study, in order to evaluate the hazardous substances in the small print workplace, toluene which occurs primarily in the small print workshop were determined through field measurements. Based on the existing ventilation system in Target workplace, alternative case was selected by the ventilation system for improved indoor environment. An analysis of the environment of hazardous substances and a presentation of the ventilation system for improve the working environment is progressed using STAR-CCM+.

Recently, outdoor space arround apartments have become a major concern through improving the quality of life for residents. In order to a comfortable living space, thoroughly predict wind environment around apartments that have different shapes or different arrangements and make measures for the wind environment from the planning stages. Therefore, as the basis for the research concerning a study on suggestion guidelines of the wind environment in the apartment complex, proceed to the simulation about the most common apartment arragement by CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) and then analyzed airflow characteristics and the impacts to pedestrians by the wind speed and wind direction based on the results of the CFD simulation

Satellite image is usefully prediced to predict and analyze physical expansion and change of city. And a need for a method that can accurately detect the changes of the city's comprehensive land use and the use of satellite image data in order to detect these changes is increasing. In this study, land coverage using satellite data taken in 2002 were classified into three categories. Satellite land coverage classification and land cover information of 1990s were compared . The results the more than 95% of the existing land coverage data were consistent.
