Goal of this research is Discussion of Present Condition of Maintenance Managements & Informatization of History-Culture-Heritage in Pusan. Mostly Informationization of History Culture Heritage in Pusan area were investigated to the things that were not enough very. Informatization present situation of public architecture was comparatively good, but I was very behind, and informatization level of dwelling facilities appeared if I saw it by types. Drawing standardization and information document work regarding a building shall be preceded for systematic maintenance of History-Culture-Heritage architecture. Modern architecture shall designate systematically in future a classification system by type and the objects according to historical importances after having divided a grade.

Disconnection with the outside world via a free space to take your own that was considered the most desirable buildings of modern construction industry, transportation and greenhouse gas emissions, with the three sectors of national greenhouse gas emissions enough to account for more than 25% environment Factors that were destroyed. Carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emissions to prevent global warming by limiting the May 1992 UNFCCC was signed. Since then, Republic of Korea according to the Convention on Climate Change and Sustainable Building Research of the plan, the development is actively conducted. Therefore, this study considered the Environment Factors of Sustainable Building Envelope Design for the Environment and Climate Research, as part of the process of considering the plan is intended to investigate. Sustainable Building Envelope of a way of involving the analysis of previous studies to see, Sustainable Building and Planning and the Envelope element of the theory and analysis of the relationship between the Environment Factors. And Environment Factors of Sustainable Building Envelope Design Considering the elements and methods for the study were the following conclusions. Envelope Design Factors of Environment in the climate for considering the plan, depending on climatic factors thermal nvironment, light environment, air environment, according to the Envelope element must be made for the control of each element may have a reciprocal relationship between the comprehensive plan with consideration will need.

Color is a great stimulative factor to make human have a complicated reaction. Therefore, environment colors should not be planned by a simple personal preference so in order to provide an appropriate environment for everyone the study will analysis of various functions of colors and in general consideration of reactive effect on human. The existing studies on almost environment colors have been implemented based on people who have visual cognition. Therefore, environment colors was created to have met general visual cognition make disable people who have barrier to visual cognition in cognizing and adapting environment. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is aim to create barrier free life environment for anyone by finding out color cognition phenomenon of each characteristics of visual cognition and deducting its consequent countermeasure so that plans considering environment colors are implemented.

Sohawjang built in 1944 is the Busan’s first apartment housing, so it has a significant meaning in housing history but it is now deteriorated and seriously damaged. This study is conducted to look into construction backgrounds and actual situations of So-Haw-Jang among modern housing complex cases that are rarely seen in Busan. To examine the utilization situations of current housing, this study carried out the experimental research and a survey with questionnaires. By analyzing residents’characteristics and housing conditions that have not been examined through studies, it aims to find out housing-type changes during the modern period and transition characteristics of architectural planning. As the result, this study is to re-evaluate the historic value of modern architectures and leave the basic data about the actual situations of Sohawjang.

In the late of Chosen, the relationship of central Buddist temple and Myung-bu-jun in Kyungnam divided their functions, shared and connected each other organically. Although they had buddhist general unified propensity with Dae-woong-jun as the pivot. As the popularity of buddhism and social division made common people's demand strong, the role of central Buddist temple changed. The role of an event like Chun-do-jae that was sacrificed in Myung-bu-jun changed. Therefore, the space of central Buddist temple which enshrined the main Buddhist statue was beyond the notion and accepted Sin-jung-dan and Young-ga-dan to pray a great deal of blessing. On the other hand, Myung-bu-jun emphasized the role of taking charge of death and focused on building the sculpture of king of hell engaging in bussiness. According to the changes like these, as Myung-bu-jun was thought of as sub Buddist temple following Dae-woong-jun, the role of Myung-bu-jun assumed the form of differentiating in Dae-woong-jun.

The purpose of this study is aimed at analyzing the different points in space organization at high-rise apartment flat between Vietnam and Korea. In order to useful for Korean architects when design apartments in Vietnam but also Vietnamese architects can approach and know about Korea apartment as well as the good points in space organization of these apartment which can be applied in Vietnam condition. In the first step of the study, Depending on the literature study and realty projects in Vietnam and Korea, the different points in high-rise apartment space organization will be analyzed, compared and organized. The next step is questionnaire survey. Selecting representative apartments which were designed by Korean architects in Vietnam to make the survey. After that, Depending on the opinions of survey process to find the suitable points and inconvenience points in these designs. At last, base on results of survey, as well as previous comparison and analysis, proposal the suitable method in the high-rise apartment space organization in Vietnam condition.

The purpose of this study is the formation of preliminary data of Gang-Seo Area in Busan, Dwelling Patterns of Farm Villages in The History of Formation Housing of Busan, in Modern Time. The characters of the ancestral shrine position in the traditional house in Jeonnam-do had been studied so far. Through the theoretical and general studies of the traditional house position, they report on the characteristics of the relationship between the ancestral shrine and the main family, separation of space for men and women shown the hierarchy of ancestral shrine and the meaning of the spatial and the psychological extension in the space of death and life.

Korean traditional houses have the projecting eaves which control the sunlight and rain water not to drip down the walls. The shapes of projecting eaves are adjusted by from the building size to the place of Mid-purlin to length of Stylobate to the sizes of the major structures. The Purpose of this paper is an additional research about methodology for preliminary design of diagrid system. Some cases of structures were designed by methodology for preliminary design which was studied by Moon, K, and then these cases were analyzed for lateral behavior of structure depending on size of module. In order to make sure of these result, an additional research was conducted about optimal s value in expanded range. If effective design is defined that maximum displacement of structure is close to target displacement, as the module became smaller, the structure was designed effectively and required tonnages of steel decreased. When selecting size of diagrid member by methodology for preliminary design, it tends to have high redundancy compared with desired performance. So this study tried to solve this problem by adopting expended s value and suggested s value table was included the end of the study.

The purpose of this research is to propose the nonlinear finite element analysis model on the hysteretic behavior of slit plate damper with cyclic load using ABAQUS. The analysis results on the behavior of slit plate damper were closely compared with the existing experimental results. The analysis results were shown that hysteretic behavior of slit plate damper was acceptably predicted by the proposed nonlinear finite element analysis model. The research parameters were the type of steel and thickness of dampers. The results of finite element analysis were evaluated the yielding strength, yielding displacement, maximum strength and initial stiffness through hysteretic curves.

To resist from the lateral loads, many systems are adopted as a special structural system in the tall building. But most common system within the country is outrigger-belt truss with core system. Meanwhile, progressive collapse is a situation that occurred damages at the whole building because of local collapse, and the keynote of the progressive collapse is not proportional to the initial damages. So, several related associations suggested guidelines to prevent the progressive collapse. Using the column removing scenario, called "alternate path method", a simple model(Damped single- degree- of-freedom system) out of outer side of whole building will be made through vertical stiffness of each members and it will be analysed to check whether the system is resisting appropriately to the progressive collapse. Through this process of study, it is expected that more simple analysis method of progressive collapse from the view point of energy can be suggested in the complex structural system, namely the system which has vary members in stiffness.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate lateral behavior of flat-plate structure by cyclic loading test. This paper presents observation of the behavior of punching shear failure of plate to column connection, and analyze the relationship of displacement to cyclic loads. In this test, the lateral behavior of each specimens shear reinforced stirrup, SRD(shear reinforcement double-head), studstrip compared the behavior of a non-reinforced specimen, and studied the effects of the type of shear reinforcement.

Steel Framed High-Rise Buildings using Structural Diagrid System are used in construction of skyscrapers recently, those skyscrapers are using inclined atypical appearance. Diagrid structures are one of the tube structure systems having high resistance to horizontal load and support vertical load and horizontal load efficiently. Those buildings do not need strong core inside and have a aesthetic exterior . That's the one of the reason why Structural Diagrid System is popular recently. In this study, Analysis of how Structural Diagrid System is reacted to the change of core position and various twist was conducted. The comparison analysis of the control torsion impact according to the horizontal resistance factors was conducted too. It will evaluate that each system can control displacement and torsion in how efficiency. And it will be used for profitable application in a tall-building structural plan.

This study, high-rise structure design of lateral loads, topics are slenderness ratio and stiffness. CTBUH said that high-rise structure is defined by slenderness ratio and later load resistance system. Selected analysis model is optimized by weight optimization method by taking the principle of virtual work. It's slenderness ratio is 5. Lateral load is proportional to structure's height. Stiffness method gives some analytical advantages to analysis the high-rise building rather than strength method. In generally analysis, lateral deflection controls structural limit state in the high-rise building design. And the lateral deflection can be easily find by stiffness method rather than strength method. We study for the weight optimization of the high-rise concrete structural model. We set up object function of weight and constraint function to obtain optimization member sizes. Because the lateral deformation constraint function can not be simply defined between correlation with object function. So, use principal of virtual work for lateral deformation constraint function to clear correlation with object function. This thesis suppose the slenderness ratio and many assumption. As a results from this study, we easily find member sizes, and lateral deformation at the limit state and strength with minimum weight. By structural analysis of deduction member sizes, demonstrate validity and usefulness of high-rise concrete structure optimization. Results of this thesis are as follows. First, Stiffness design is more effective than strength method. Cause, Strength method finds hard later deformation and takes more time than stiffness method. Enfin, Stiffness method is advantageous at High-rise structure design. Second, Existing constraint function isn't reflect geometrical shape for members. So, interaction between constraint and object function are indefinite. To solve this problem, We define between member shapes and lateral deformation to use principle of virtual work. In result, We find that it is relation of effect of lateral deformation and member shapes.

In these days, many of high-rise residential buildings are constructing with flat plate slab structural system these buildings tend to adopt a 'The building frame system(R=6)' and 'The dual system(R=6.5)' as primary seismic resisting structural system. But, there exist several ambiguities, difficulties in designing theses systems in practical application. So, 'KBC2009 & commentary(0306.6.1)' published in 2009 November refer that if the moment frame of 'The dual system(R=6.5)' cannot resist the above 25% of seismic load, it will transfer 'The building frame system' in the form "Immediate moment frame(R=6)"and the shear wall does not have the necessity which will resist completely the seismic load. By appling 'KBC2009 & commentary', flat-plate structure system are designed according to the method such as "Deformation Compatibility" and "Immediate moment frame(R=6)". The objective of this study was to compare with stress behavior and effectiveness according to two design-method of seismic load resisting system in flat-plate slab.

It is very difficult to select the appropriate input earthquake motions because it has various characteristics like as localized ground condition and the transfer route on the ground motion used for seismic design. It explains the response characteristics of input energy as performing nonlinear response analysis of SDOF depending on input earthquake wave and it compares and analyzes the input energy value when the ductility, μ is stayed form 1,2,3,4,6 in natural period of building to 0.05∼5 second. It was concluded that the simulated ground motions are applicable as input ground motions for a seismic response analysis.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the bending strength of Hybrid beams composed of steel and reinforced concrete using nonlinear finite element analysis program. In this study, ABAQUS is used to analysis for hybrid beams whose experimental result was reported in the previous study. Analyzed result showed close relationship with experimental result in ultimate strength, validating FE modeling. Parametric study is conducted to find out the effect of concrete strength and encased length of steel beam on the ultimate strength.

The dynamic characteristics of the structure must be understood in order to design an efficient active seismic controller. Evaluating the parameters with precision is very crucial not only for accomplishing a low cost controller, but for preventing the structural control system from unstable behavior. These characteristics of the structures can be estimated from the measured input-output data called the system identification, and then the dynamic behavior of structure can be thoroughly analyzed though a computer simulation, which leads to the way to come up with an excellent controller. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the feasibility of the system identification method used in mechanical and electrical engineering applications to apply for the building structures subjected to seismic disturbance. The results show that the model behaves sensitively with respect to the lambda values. ARMA and ARMAX model showed relatively stable estimating performance against changes of the lambda values, and superior estimating performance under the same value of the lambda comparing to ARX. The conclusion is that the ARMAX model can be the most suitable one to apply for building structure in the system identification.

The purpose of this study is to investigate efficient arrangement of Fin Wall and lateral displacement under lateral loads for of apartment tower-shaped type with fin wall and flat plate system. Thus, this study analyzes the size of displacement and the behavior characteristics of the model using Midas Gen. In this paper, third types of structural model is proposed and present the change of lateral displacement and controlling of relative displacement. The effective lateral displacement control strategies is proposed through displacement participation factors calculated by using the principle of virtual work. The results of analysis are as follow. For lateral displacement of the models proposed in this study, it was found that Type 1, 2 model show respectively about 24%, 41% less lateral displacement than that of initial model.

The input ground accelerations have considerable effect on the nonlinear response characteristics. The purpose of this study is to investigate their validity of the selected artificial earthquake wave as input ground motion for seismic design of building structures. For this purpose, this study was analyzed plastic hinge development which was focused on collaspe mechanism of building structures. The input ground motions were selected the recorded and the simulated ground motions of twelve, respectively. The response quantities by simulated ground motions presented better stability than those by recorded ground motions.

This study performed structure analysis to check floor's Out-of-Plane Stiffness for improvement of structure's performance by the 3D finite element method. Analyzing the structure, the key Point is to numerically compare structure's displacement, story drift, natural period and base shear force considering whether floor's Out-of-Plane Stiffness or not. The used analysis model has 十typed shape plane having accessibility, visual and well-ventilation compared with general regular-plane. As a result of the analysis, the structure's stiffness on earthquake load is increased by considering floor's Out-of-Plane Stiffness. Therefore, the analysis considering floor's Out-of-Plane Stiffness has benefit of economical design and reducing the analysis error compared with the diaphragm action of slab as general analysis.

Large earthquakes had occurred frequently through out the world so that estimating nonlinear seismic response of structure is very important research tasks for seismic design to minimize the demage. The most accurate method for computing nonlinear behavior of structure is nonlinear response history analysis, but it is time-consuming and necessitates more efforts. Therefore, approximate nonlinear methods have been studied to conveniently estimate nonlinear response of structure. Modal pushover analysis among variety of approximate nonlinear methods, based on the assumption that responses of nonlinear system are uncoupled between any mode, combines each nonlinear mode response to evaluate total inelastic behavior. In this study, it is to estimate and compare nonlinear response of structure under earthquake load by both nonlinear response history analysis and modal pushover analysis by using total 60 earthquake records, each 20data of 3 design earthquake levels.
장경간 비닐하우스의 붕괴방지를 위한 인장타이 보강법 연구

Existing greenhouses have generally constructing about a span of 6m~8m. However, recently greenhouses are being required a longspan over 8m for land using efficiency and convenience of farming equipment. In this study, longspan specimens of 10m have designed, and symmetric loading test assumed heavy snow has performed with variable of tension-tie strengthening. Also, the tests of a eccentric snow loading by the sun and wind were conducted and load-deflection relationships were compared for the cases of reinforced with tie and without tie.
The purpose of this study is to ensure the stability of the arch structure, i.e. greenhouse, constructed by the experience. This paper dealt with a structural behavior of arch structure for vertical load with or without tie. The tie with or without pre-tension changes the action of the greenhouse frame to an arch action, and the resistance of the structure is increased. As results of using the tie, effect of the reinforcement is considered most appropriate when the stiffness of the tie is about 2 to 9 N/mm. For the last decade many bridges and buildings have experienced flexural strengthening with the fiber reinforced polymer(FRP) bonding system, demands for increasing heavy traffic loads and the changing of the code application. Although a large number of studies have been concentrated on the academic and scientific research of the FRP strengthened R.C members, little is known about the considerations and checkpoints of the field application for the FRP strengthening. This paper focuses on the case studies of the conducted field applications with the CFRP-bar NSM system and CFRP sheet direct bonding system. It also gives brief introductions of the methods based on test results. By deriving the problems of the FRP strengthening system and their field application, this paper provides the basic considerations and check points to researchers and practicing engineers.

Recently, becoming more high-rise buildings in Korea to keep pace with the flow of the world. Increasing height of tall buildings often requires supplementary damping system such as tuned mass damper (TMD) for occupant comfort in wind condition. Since the guide rail type TMD has advantages of smaller space requirement and bidirectional controllability. In this paper, The performance of TMD is tested in site. It was found that the control performance target was met.
