목적: 본 연구의 목적은 2024년 장애인 생활체육 실태 조사 데이터를 활용하여 발달장애인의 체육시설 이용 편리성에 대한 요구를 사회연결망 분석으로 탐색하는 데 있다. 방법: 연구대상은 2024년 장애인 생활체육 실태 조사에 응답한 만 19세 이상 69세 이하의 성인 발달장애인이다. 체육 시설 이용 편리성 요구 분석은 체육시설을 편리하기 위해서 가장 필요하다고 생각하는 요인을 제시된 10개 보기 중에 서 선택하여 1-2순위로 응답하도록 하였다. 응답 결과는 사회연결망 분석의 네트워크 특성과 중심성 분석을 활용하여 분석하였다. 결과: 체육시설 이용 편의성에 대한 욕구 분석결과, 장애인용 운동용품 (기구 및 장비)가 가장 필요한 것으로 나타났 고, 체육시설 이동지원 (활동보조인, 장애인콜택시 등), 다니기 쉽게 만들어진 복도 및 통로의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 결론: 연구 결과는 발달장애인을 위한 체육시설 환경 구축의 우선순위를 규명하고, 참여 장벽을 해소하기 위한 전략 수립과 환경 개선에 중요한 통찰을 제공한다. 학문적으로는 발달장애인을 대상으로 시설 접근성 요인을 구조적으로 분석한 최초의 시도로서 의의가 있으며, 실천적으로는 체육시설 설계 및 운영, 정책 수립 과정에서 활용 가능한 기초 자료를 제시한다.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the needs of people with developemental disabilities affecting the convenience of using sports facilities through social network analysis using data from the 2024 National Sports for All Participation Survey for people with Disabilities. Method: The study subjects were adults aged 19 to 69 who responded to the 2024 National Sports for All Participation Survey for people with Disabilities. The analysis of accessibility needs for sports facilities involved participants selecting from 10 perspectives the factors they considered most important for the convenience of sports facilities and ranking them in 1-2 order. The responses were analyzed using network centrality analysis of social network analysis. Results: The analysis of accessibility needs for sports facilities revealed that exercise equipment (equipment and gear) for people with disabilities was most desired, followed by mobility support (activity assistants, disabled corridors, etc.) and easily accessible corridors and walkways. Conclusion: The study results identify priorities for creating sports facility environments for people with developmental disabilities and provide important insights into the development of strategies and environmental improvements to eliminate participation barriers. Academically, this study is significant as it is the first attempt to structurally analyze the accessibility factors of facilities for people with developmental disabilities, and in practice, it presents basic data that can be used in the design and operation of sports facilities and in the policy making process.

본 연구는 지역사회에 거주하는 발달장애인을 위한 커뮤니티 케어 환경에서 작업치료의 서비스 효과성을 논의하고자 하 였다. 이를 위해 발달장애인의 활동 수행과 참여를 체계적으로 분석하고, 개별적 평가와 중재의 틀을 제공함으로써 개별 화된 접근을 강화하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 장애인지원주택에 거주하는 발달장애인 1인으로 선정되었으며, COPM(Canadian Occupational Performance Measure)을 활용하여 대상자의 재활 욕구를 분석하였다. 또한, 도출된 재활 욕 구와 목표를 GAS(Goal Attainment Scaling)로 척도화하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 COPM 수행도와 만족도에서 모두 향상 이 나타났으며, GAS를 통한 분석에서도 모든 개별 목표 영역에서 기대 이상의 성취 수준이 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 클라이언트 중심 접근의 특성을 갖는 작업치료가 발달장애인의 기능적 독립성과 만족도를 향상시키는 데 효과적임 을 입증하였다. 본 연구는 발달장애인을 위한 커뮤니티 케어의 일환으로 작업치료 서비스의 중요성을 강조하며, 서비스 품질 제고와 제도적 필요성에 대한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

This study aimed to discuss the service effectiveness of occupational therapy as a community care for people with developmental disabilities living in the community. To this end, it systematically analyzed the activity performance and participation of people with developmental disabilities and provided a framework for individual evaluation and intervention to strengthen an individualized approach. The subject of the study was selected as one person with developmental disabilities living in a supportive housing for the disabled, and the subject's rehabilitation needs were analyzed using the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM). In addition, the derived rehabilitation needs and goals were scaled and analyzed using the Goal Attainment Scaling (GAS). The results showed that both COPM performance and satisfaction improved, and the analysis using the GAS also confirmed that all individual goal areas had higher than expected achievement levels. These results demonstrated that occupational therapy, which has the characteristics of a client-centered approach, is effective in improving the functional independence and satisfaction of people with developmental disabilities. This study emphasizes the importance of occupational therapy services as part of community care for people with developmental disabilities and aims to provide basic data on improving service quality and institutional necessity.

한국작업과학회 주관으로 참여한 호주 Catholic Healthcare에서의 해외 실습 경험을 성찰적으로 기록한 보고서입니 다. 문화 간 작업치료 실습을 준비하면서 느꼈던 개인적인 고민과 성장의 목표를 설명하며 시작합니다. 본문은 시드니에 서의 문화 적응 및 시드니대학교 오리엔테이션, 베서스트 홈스테이 가족과의 생활, 그리고 Catholic Healthcare 요양시설 두 곳(St. Catherine's와 Macquarie Center)에서의 구체적인 실습 과정을 시간 순으로 소개합니다. 특히, 레지던트(거주자)를 주체적인 존재로 존중하는 호주의 돌봄 철학과, 빙고, 아트 클래스, 그리고 직접 기획한 프로그램 등을 통해 돌봄과 관 계의 본질을 깨달은 경험에 집중합니다. 결론적으로, 언어 장벽과 정서적 충돌 같은 낯선 경험을 통해 내면의 성장을 이 루고, 클라이언트를 '돕는 사람'이 아닌 '함께 걷는 사람'으로서의 작업치료사 정체성을 확립하는 계기가 되었음을 강조합니다.

This is a reflective report detailing an overseas clinical placement experience at Catholic Healthcare, Australia, sponsored by the Korean Society of Occupational Science. It begins by explaining the personal concerns and goals for growth felt while preparing for the intercultural occupational therapy placement. The main body chronologically introduces the specific placement process, including cultural adaptation in Sydney and orientation at the University of Sydney, life with the homestay family in Bathurst, and the work at the two Catholic Healthcare aged care facilities (St. Catherine's and Macquarie Center). The report focuses particularly on the Australian care philosophy that respects residents as autonomous beings , and the realization of the essence of care and relationship through programs like Bingo, Art Class, and programs directly planned and implemented by the students. In conclusion, it emphasizes that these unfamiliar experiences, such as language barriers and emotional conflicts, led to internal growth and served as a turning point for establishing an occupational therapist identity as 'one who walks alongside' the client, rather than merely 'one who helps'
