희망은 인간 존재의 근본적인 측면으로, 회복력, 동기부여, 건강과 웰빙의 초석으로 작용하며, 긍정적인 결과를 상상하고 도전을 극복하도록 돕는 심리적․정서적 자원이다. 희망은 단순히 심리적인 안정감을 제공하는 것을 넘어, 개 인이 의미 있는 미래를 설계하고 이를 실현하기 위한 동기를 부여하는 강력한 원동력으로 작용한다. 본 연구는 희망이 작업참여와 상호작용하여 개인의 정체성과 주체성을 회복하고, 의미 있는 작업 활동을 촉진하며, 성장의 기회를 제공하 는 방식에 대해 탐구한다. 희망은 변화된 환경에 적응하고 역경을 극복하며, 부정적인 경험을 긍정적인 성장을 위한 자 원으로 재구성할 수 있는 능력을 개인에게 부여한다. 특히 희망은 미래지향적 사고방식을 형성함으로써 작업참여를 지 속 가능하게 하고, 개인의 삶의 질을 높이며, 더 나아가 사회적 통합과 연결성을 강화하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구는 희망을 중심으로 한 작업치료 중재가 개인의 심리적 안정과 신체적 기능 회복을 넘어, 사회적 역할 재정립과 지역사회 참여를 촉진할 수 있음을 강조한다. 이러한 결과는 작업치료의 실천과 연구에서 희망의 본질적 역할과 그 중 요성을 심층적으로 탐구해야 할 필요성을 제시하며, 이는 작업치료의 효과성과 포괄성을 더욱 확대하는 데 기여할 것 이다.

Hope is a fundamental aspect of human existence, serving as the cornerstone of resilience, motivation, health, and well-being. It acts as a psychological and emotional resource that enables individuals to envision positive outcomes and overcome challenges. Hope goes beyond providing psychological stability, functioning as a powerful driving force that inspires individuals to design a meaningful future and pursue its realization. This study explores how hope interacts with occupational participation to restore identity and agency, promote meaningful occupational activities, and create opportunities for growth. Hope empowers individuals to adapt to changing environments, overcome adversity, and reframe negative experiences as resources for positive development. In particular, hope plays a crucial role in forming a future-oriented mindset, enabling sustainable occupational participation, improving quality of life, and fostering social integration and connectedness. This study emphasizes that hope-centered occupational therapy interventions can not only enhance psychological stability and physical function recovery but also facilitate the reestablishment of social roles and active participation in communities. These findings highlight the necessity of deeply examining the essential role and significance of hope in occupational therapy practice and research, contributing to the expansion of its effectiveness and inclusivity.

본 연구의 목적은 4차 산업기술을 작업치료 임상에서 얼마나 사용하는지 확인하고 추후 작업치료 기기의 개 발 방향성과 보완점을 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구는 연구 참여에 동의한 작업치료사 자격증을 소지하고 현장에서 근 무하는 작업치료사 51명을 대상으로 진행되었다. 구글 설문지를 이용하여 4차 산업기술 관련 기기에 대한 인식 및 의견과 관련된 설문지를 2022년 10월 한 달 동안 온라인으로 조사하였다. 자료는 구글 설문지의 조사통계를 활용하 여 분석하였고, 연구 대상자의 일반적 특성, 만족도, 의견들을 백분율을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 분석 결과, 작업 치료사의 절반 이상(67%)이 4차 산업기술이 적용한 도구를 작업치료 재활 현장에서 사용해본 적이 있다고 응답하였 으나 로봇 기반의 치료기기와 VR/AR 기반 치료기기를 사용해본 적이 있다는 응답은 절반 이하(41%, 27%)에 불과하 였다. 본 연구의 결과에 따르면, 국내 작업치료 임상에서 4차 산업기술을 적용한 작업치료의 활성화를 위해 다양한 치료기기의 접근성 및 활용 방법에 대해 더 많은 연구가 필요하다.

The aim of this study is to confirm how much the 4th industrial technology is used in occupational therapy clinical practice and to provide directions and supplements for the development of occupational therapy devices in the future. This study was conducted with 51 occupational therapists working in the field with an occupational therapist license who agreed to participate in the study. The method of this study is using the Google questionnaire, questionnaires related to perceptions and opinions on devices related to the 4th industrial technology was surveyed online for one month, in October 2022. The data were analyzed survey statistics from the Google Form's, and the general characteristics, satisfaction, and opinions of the study subjects were analyzed using percentages. As a result of the study analysis, more than half(67%) of occupational therapists answered that they had used the tools applied by the 4th industrial technology at the site of occupational therapy, but only less than half(41% and 27%) said they had used robot-based therapy devices and VR/AR-based therapy devices. According to the results of this study, more research is needed on the accessibility and utilization method of various therapy devices to activate occupational therapy applying the 4th industrial technology in domestic occupational therapy clinical practice.
