Background/Objectives: This study aims to demonstrate pro-inflammatory cytokine production inhibitory effects using Burdock extract. In addition, the basic mechanism of the anti-inflammatory mechanism of burdock is to be studied Methods/Statistical analysis: Thus, This paper was carried out to see the production of NO and pro-inflammatory cytokine ,TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 using the macrophages of LPS-treated mice. The cytotoxicity test was used 96 AQueous One solution cell proliferation assay. NO was measured using NO Detection Kit, and the production of pro-inflammatory cytokine was measured using ELISA kit. Findings: As a result, Burdock extract had no cytotoxicity at 10ug/mL to 1,000 ug/mL and significantly inhibited the production of TNF-α as well as IL-6 and IL-8 which are pro-inflammatory cytokines. In the RAW 264.7 macrophage cells, Pro-inflammatory cytokine production inhibitory effects are likely to be diversely utilized as basic physiological activity data and functional materials to demonstrate anti-inflammatory properties of broccoli extract. Improvements/Applications: In conclusion, this study can be used to a basic data to objectively demonstrate the physiological activity of immunological mechanism associated with the anti-inflammatory action of Burdock extract. However, in-depth research on anti-inflammatory is needed.

Background/Objectives: The purpose of this study was to provide basic data for determine the relationship between Koreans' subjective body shape perception and weight control method in the intake of health functional food and exercise has an influencing factor. Methods/Statistical analysis: This study was a secondary data analysis study using raw data from the 8th National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Data analysis was performed using IBM SPSS/WIN 21.0 program, and statistically significant results were presented. Findings: In subjective body shape perception, very obese was 7.7%, slightly overweight was 28.9%, very skinny was 12.3% and very skinny was 4.3%. The results of a correlation analysis of the recent experience with whether you have taken dietary supplements for 2 weeks or more in the past year, it was found that 60.1% of them were commonly, 58.4% of slightly overweight, and 56.4% of a little skinny people. Improvements/Applications: Based on this study, it was used as a guideline for education for a correct understanding of subjective body shape perception. In addition, it was intended to be used as a guideline for follow-up studies on guidelines for dietary intake and weight control methods.

The purpose of this study was to compare the plantar pressure parameters between normal insole and varus functional insole during treadmill walking and to collect basic data on the improvement of walk function in patient with varus. Sixteen university students with varus were recruited for this study. Novel's Pader-X Mobile System was used to measure plantar pressure during walking on the treadmill at a walking speed of 5.0 km/h. The maximum force and contact area during twenty steps were calculated for the analysis. Based on the results in this study, it was concluded that: First, wearing B Insole reduced the dependence on A2 in the propulsion cycle of gait through varus correction. Second, Wearing functional A and B insoles was effective in dispersing the pressure by increasing the A3 contact area.

Background/Objectives: This study was attempted to organize the long-term care insurance system for the elderly and visiting nursing. Methods/Statistical analysis: This is a review of the long-term care insurance system for the elderly and visiting nursing. Findings: The Ministry of Health and Welfare is in charge of overall policy and system improvement of long-term care insurance for the elderly. In accordance with Article 48 of the Long-Term Care Insurance for the Elderly Act, the insurer, the National Health Insurance Corporation, performs the roles of collection of premiums, accreditation investigations and ratings, payment of benefits for service provision, and institutional evaluation and support for use. Visiting nursing is performed by nurses and nursing assistants who have completed the nursing assistant training course and obtained certificates. Visiting nursing assistant nurse education is provided by the Lifelong Education Center of the university. Looking at the curriculum of the Lifelong Education Center, it is necessary to strengthen the human rights and safety-related aspects of the elderly in an epidemic situation such as COVID-19 to be more realistic. Improvements/Applications: It is intended to be applied as basic data for research on the long-term care insurance system for the elderly and visiting nursing.

Background/Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine changes in obesity indicator and blood lipids by participating in weight training after maintaining a fasting for 12 hours in obese middle-aged women for 8 weeks. Methods/Statistical analysis: 8-week exercise program was conducted by dividing into 10 people in the fasting weight training group(WG) and 10 people in the control group(CG). PASW 18.0 Statistical programs were used to present the descriptive statistics of the measurement variables. Comparisons of the two groups were analyzed by 2-way ANOVA. Findings: There was a significant difference between the WG and the CG in TG, TC, HDL and leptin(p<05), but there was no significant difference in irisin(p>.05). Improvements/Applications: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of fasting exercise on obese middle-aged women. Through this exercise, significant results were obtained in obesity indicator and blood lipid. If future research is conducted through changes in exercise duration and fasting time, meaningful results will be provided.
