Methods/Statistical analysis: This study is a methodological study to develop a structured nursing process education program suitable for the competency of first time nursing clinical practice college students for the first time through literature review and a group of experts. Findings: The results of case studies of clinical practice students by applying the structured nursing process education program are as follows. In the first clinical practice, anxiety about the patient case study nursing process was reduced. It strengthened the learning ability of clinical practice students. The application of the structured nursing process education program increased satisfaction with teaching methods. Through structured nursing process education, quantitative studies are conducted to determine whether the academic competency of clinical practice students has increased. In addition, a thorough knowledge of the techniques for cannulation and placement of venous lines Methods/Statistical analysis: We describe percutaneous cannulation of the subclavian vein and case of breakage of guidewire during cannulation in a infants and describe the condition. Findings: It showed that the distal portion of the guidewire had been cut and left twisted under the clavicle. The tip of the guidewire was found in the tissue below the subclavian vein and surgically removed. Improvements/Applications: The standard approach, as well as potential difficulties and other considerations are described with literature review.

Background/Objectives: A 64 year old male patient was scheduled to receive microscopic laryngeal polypectomy to remove a mass located anterior vocal cord (0.3 × 0.5 cm ). Methods/Statistical analysis: A 5.5 french wired anode tube was tried to intubate but the airway anatomy was not suitable to intubation (short chin and protruded maxilla ) and large size epiglottis so intubation was failed. Jet injector was performed through vocal cord posterior wall and injector was intubated but worried tracheal trauma. Findings: The surgery was started and polypectomy was successfully completed, but subcutaneous emphysema, pneumothorax occurred. we tried to prevent life threatening events such as upper airway obstruction, tension pneumothorax, pneumopericardium, mediastinitis might be possible immediately tracheostomy was performed. Improvements/Applications: after that we find the reason of subcutaneous emphysema and we find mucosal perforation of below vocal cord area located in upper airway.

Background/Objectives: this study, 8 week bicycle exercise program will be conducted to the participants in their middle age to find out the effects on health indicators and inflammation indicators. The ultimate purpose of this study is to provide scientific and systematic exercise information that can help improve health and cardiovascular disease. Methods/Statistical analysis: For women in their 50s, a total of 32 bike rides for 50 minutes per day for 8 weeks were conducted four times a week. blood tests were conducted before 8 weeks of cycling and after participation in the 8-week cycling program. Descriptive statistics according to each measurement period were presented, and a dependent t-test was applied to determine the treatment effect. The significance level of interpretation was conducted at .05. Findings: Regarding health indicators, descriptive statistics showed positive changes in fat, BMI, SBP, DBP, TG, and HDL. However, as a result of dependent t-test analysis, only HDL showed statistically significant difference (t=-2.68, p=.03), and there was no statistical difference in other indicators. The descriptive statistics of the inflammation index CRP showed positive changes. However, there was no statistically significant difference (t=.583, p=.58). Improvements/Applications: This study is expected to be used as the basic data to study the health improvement effect of middle-aged women through regular cycling exercise, and ultimately support and successfully advise middle-aged women's health management.
