An Introduction to the Mobile Payment Market and Trend in China

Digital payment in China is undergoing dramatic development due to the rapid growth of social networks and e-commerce platforms which has transformed the way people communicate and transact around the world. The Alipay payment and Wechat payment (Tenpay) service have been extremely popular among the customers and merchants because of the features of these services which are faster, cheaper, safer and more convenient than traditional payment services with nearly 470 million mobile payment service users in 2016. The development of China's digital payment market also led to the diversification of business models which has boosted customers shopping styles that are challenging the traditional business models and financial systems. The development of China's mobile payment market also expanded the scope of financial inclusions by establishing mobile payment ecosystems. This research indicates the possible reasons that explain the different phenomenon between coastal provinces and less developed provinces in China.

This study examined the relationship of university students’ course performance in the regular block and irregular sections taking advanced programming course and the mediating effect of motivation. The respondents of the study were information systems students who were enrolled in major subjects. The independent variable was the student’s course performance. The dependent variable was the section classification (i.e., regular block or irregular section). Motivation was included in the model to test whether it influences the variance found students’ performance as to their sections. Logistic regression was used as statistical test for course performance and sectioning. Omnibus Test of Model Coefficient and Cox & Snelll and Nagelkerke statistics were used for the coefficient of determination. The study concludes that sectioning significantly relates to academic performance and grade have a modest explanatory power to sectioning. Motivation did not influence the students’ grades. Certain factors of motivation such as intrinsic, self-efficacy for learning and test anxiety suggest a significant relationship with grade not necessarily based on the effect of sectioning.

It is aimed to define what contributions the Yuan Dynasty khans put to the historical heritage of Mongolian Management mentality development and display policies and features of operations to manage its economy; identify main characteristics of policies and operations applied by them to manage the economy of the royalty. The study aims to define contributions made by the Mongolian Yuan Dynasty to the economy of Mongolia and the historical heritage of Managerial mentality development and display policies and features of operations to manage its economy. The research was conducted based on the historical method, historical sources and historical documents. Moreover findings were revealed by comparing outcomes of studies conducted by archeologists from different countries such as Germany, Russia, China, India and Mongolia. Some Mongolian and foreign researchers have studied features and historical heritage of Management mentality development of Mongolia that has a history of 25 centuries. However, there is not only little work done on the Great Yuan Dynasty, but marvelous merits in economical management have not been studied yet.

Based on the program of “Healthy China 2030” issued by Chinese government, this article takes approaches of both literature analysis and logical analyze the development direction and summarize the current existence of Chinese school Physical Education. In addition, combining with the development mode of school physical education in some developed countries and following the requirements of healthy China, this article offers suggestions for Chinese school physical education reform in the new period. School physical education is an important basis for the implementation of the “Healthy China 2030 program”. In order to achieve the goal of the healthy China, monitoring policy and physical education evaluation system should be improved; the problem of urban and rural physical education teachers should be solved to ensure the status of physical education teachers in teaching; more support and looser policies should be offered from government for school sports education; an integrated mutual assistance physical education model “government-school-family-society” should be promoted. The significant role of school physical education in the healthy China 2030 program should be emphasized.
