문제해결력은 21세기 지식기반의 사회를 살아가는 우리에게 반드시 갖추어야 하는 필수 능력으로 일상생활의 문제해결뿐만 아니 라 모든 학문 분야의 전문성을 증진시킬 수 있는 인지 기술 중 하나이다. 문제해결력의 향상을 위한 교육정책 및 인재육성 사업은 미래 국가 교육 정책에 최우선하는 과제임과 동시에 국가 경쟁력에 원천이 되기도 한다. 4차 산업혁명 중심의 정보화 사회의 도래로 SW프로그래밍교육의 중요성은 프로그래밍 언어 습득 그 자체보다 SW프로그래밍 학습과정을 통한 사고의 절차화에 있다. 알고리즘 교육과 논리적 사고를 표현할 수 있는 코딩교육의 반복적 경험이 학습자의 창의적 사고의 발달 기회를 다양하게 증진시킬 수 있다는 데에 SW프로그래밍 교육의 의의가 있다고 볼 수 있다. SW프로그래밍 교육은 문제해결의 결과적 산출물을 표현하는 유형 중 하나로 학습자의 인지기술, 논리적 사고력 그리고 반성적 사고 능력을 향상시킬 수 있다. SW프로그래밍을 통한 반복적 사고의 과정 중 오류 와 수정을 스스로 해결하려는 경험적 학습이 문제해결 능력을 자연스럽게 향상 시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 지금까지 발표된 연구 자료를 토대로 문제해결력 향상에 따른 SW프로그래밍 교육의 효과성에 관한 요소를 도출하고 SW프로그래밍 교육과 논리적 사고력과의 상관관계를 밝히고자 한다.

Problem solving ability is an essential ability that must be provided to us in the 21st century knowledge-based society. Problem solving is one of the cognitive skills that can enhance the expertise of all disciplines as well as solving problems in daily life. To improve problem solving ability Educational policy and Human resource development projects are a top priority for future national education policy and also a source of national competitiveness. The importance of SW programming education due to the arrival of the informational society centering on the 4th industrial revolution is that it can process the thinking through SW programming learning process rather than programming language acquisition itself. The significance of SW programming education is that the iterative experience of programming education that can represent algorithms education and logical thinking can enhance various opportunities of development of learner's computational thinking. SW programming education is a type of problem solving that can improve learner 's cognitive skills, logical thinking skills and reflective thinking skills. It is possible to naturally improve problem solving ability by repeatedly experiencing errors and corrections during the process of solving the repetitive experience of thinking through a program. Therefore, we will elucidate the factors related to the effectiveness of SW programming education based on the research data published so far, and clarify the relationship between SW programming education and logical thinking skills.

본 연구는 고급 단계의 한국어 학습자들이 목표문법을 정확하게 이해하고 활용하는 복습 방법으로서 모바일 메신저를 통한 문법 복습을 어떻게 인식하는지 살펴보고, 이러한 복습 방법이 어떠한 효과가 있는지 밝히는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서, 학습자들을 통제집단과 실험집단으로 나누어 각각 숙제공책과 모바일 메신저 상에서 문법 복습을 하도록 하였다. 통제집단에는 직접적인 문자 수정을 제공하였고, 실험집단에는 교사의 간접적인 문자 수정을 스캐폴딩 방식으로 제공하였 다. 먼저, 두 집단의 한국어 문법과 문법 복습 관련 인식을 살펴보기 위해서 설문조사를 실시하였고, 다음으로 집단별 사 전·사후 성취도와 집단 간 사전·사후 성취도 비교를 통해서 복습 방식에 따른 효과성을 밝히고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 복습 방식에 따라 한국어 문법과 문법 복습 관련 인식에 실제적인 차이가 있었고, 모바일 메신저를 통하여 즉각적인 피드백과 스캐폴딩을 제공받으면서 복습했을 때 통계적·실제적으로 성취도 변화가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕 으로 새로운 매체를 활용한 한국어 문법 복습 방식의 방향을 제시할 수 있고, 새로운 방식으로 문법 복습을 하려는 학습자 에게 도움을 줄 수 있는 교사 양성을 위한 기초자료를 마련할 수 있을 것이라고 본다.

This study aims to examine the perception of advanced level Korean language learners on using mobile messenger for reviewing grammar as a way to understand and utilize target grammar precisely and to show the effectiveness of such grammar review method. On this behalf, the learners of the two groups reviewed the Korean grammar in different two ways. The control group wrote the sentences using the target grammar in their notebooks and submitted them to the teacher and received feedback from the teacher. The experimental group submitted sentences created using the target grammar though mobile messenger. Then the learners received feedback from the teacher by scaffolding. In the first part of this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted to examine the perception on Korean language grammar and reviewing grammatical features. And the second part was conducted to verify there is a difference in grammar comprehension depending on grammar review method. The result showed there was practically significant difference between the two groups in the perception on Korean language grammar and reviewing grammatical features. Also there was achievement change statistically and practically significant when reviewing using mobile messenger which can instantly feedback and scaffold. Based on these results, it is expected that this research provides a guideline on the method of reviewing Korean grammar using new media and functions as basic data for training teachers who attempt to help learners with a new method of reviewing grammar.

본 연구의 목적은 이러닝 콘텐츠 품질인증 기준 비교 분석 및 원격교육연수원의 운영자들을 대상으로 원격교육 연수 콘텐츠 품질관리 기준에 대한 인식수준을 파악하여 현행 원격교육연수 콘텐츠 품질관리 기준 개선에 대한 시 사점을 도출하는데 있다. 연구를 수행하기 위해 국내 27개 원격교육연수원의 운영 담당자 21명을 대상으로 설문조 사를 실시하여 원격교육연수원 내용심사 지표 관련 중요도와 적합도에 대한 인식차이를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 현 행 원격교육연수원 평가 기준과 관련하여 유지 강화해야 할 영역은 ‘연수내용의 적절성_연수목표’, ‘윤리성’, ‘무결 성’, ‘저작권’으로 나타났고, 점진적으로 개선해야 할 영역은 ‘연수내용의 적절성_연수내용’, ‘연수내용의 적절성_최 신성’, ‘연수내용의 적절성_정확성’, ‘기타요건’ 영역으로 나타났다.

The goal of this study was, alongside a comparison and analysis of e-Learning contents quality assurance standards, to understand the level of recognition relating to distance learning training contents quality assurance standards (with the subjects set as operators of distance learning training centers). We suggested implications about improvement of current distance learning training contents quality assurance standards based on this study result. To initiate the study, a survey was conducted with the subjects set as 21 operator of 27 domestic distance learning training centers, and an analysis was conducted on the importance and suitability recognition differences relating to the content examination index of distance learning training centers. Distance learning training center operating officials relating to the evaluation standards of existing study results (for distance learning training centers) were found with a necessity to strengthen the following areas: 'the suitability and training goals of training content', 'ethicality', 'integrity', and 'copyright', and were also found with a necessity to gradually improve in the following areas: 'the suitability and training content of training content', 'the suitability and relevance of training content', 'the suitability and accuracy of training content', and 'other requirements'.

본 연구의 목적은 고등교육의 변화를 위한 나노디그리의 시사점과 활용방안을 탐색하는 것이다. 연구 방법은 첫째, 대학의 학점 및 학위 수여 변화를 분석하고, 둘째, 유다시티의 나노디그리 프로그램을 분석하며, 셋째, 4차 산업혁명과 정부의 교육정책 관점에서 나노디그리를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 나노디그리 활용시 고려해야 할 사항은 다음과 간다. 나노디그리의 시작과 관심에 대한 맥락 이해가 필요하고, 사회나 기업이 요구하는 기술 위주여야 하며, 학점 인정 가능 성과 대학교육과의 공존이다. 또한, 나노디그리의 성공을 위해서는 기업이 적극 참여해야 한다. 나노디그리 활용의 시사점으로는, 고등교육체계의 변화 보다 교육의 보조 수단으로 활용 가능성과 K-MOOC의 정체성을 분명히 할 필요 가 있으며, 기업의 참여와 지원이 뒷받침 되어야 한다. 마지막으로, 나노디그리는 소프트웨어(SW) 관련 분야에서 활용 가능하다. 본 연구는 나노디그리가 어떻게 활용되어야 하는지에 대한 방향성을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to explore implications and applications of nano degree for the change of higher education. The research method is as follows: First, the change of college credit and degree award is analyzed. Second, we analyze the nano degree program in Udacity. Third, we analyzed the nano degree in terms of the 4th industrial revolution and the education policy of the government. The results are as follows. As a matter of consideration when using nano degree, it is necessary to understand the context of initiation and attention. It should be focused on the technology required by society and corporations. Also, possibility of credits and coexistence with university education. Companies must actively participate in the success of nano degree. The implication of using nano degree is that it is necessary to clarify the possibility of utilizing K-MOOC as an auxiliary means of education rather than the change of higher education system and the identity of K-MOOC. In addition, corporate participation and support should be supported. Finally, nano degree can be used in software (SW) related fields. This study is meaningful in that it suggests direction of how nanodigly should be used.
