In this study, in order to find out the active ingredients of the hot water extract of cypress leaves, extracting by ratio of ethanol was analyzed, and antioxidant and antibacterial activity were investigated. In the measurement of chromaticity, as the ratio of ethanol in the cypress leaf extract increased, the yellowness decreased and the redness tended to increase. GC-MS component analysis confirmed the sesquiterpene-based component. In the antioxidant experiment of cypress leaf extract, compared with ascorbic acid, a control group, ethanol extracts of 50% or more showed higher antioxidant activity. In addition, it showed antibacterial activity of over 80% against Staphylococcus aureus strain, a food poisoning-causing bacterium, under all extraction conditions, and among them, 100% ethanol extract showed high antibacterial activity of 99.9%.

Adults in their 20s, 30s, and 40s in China had significant differences in overall scalp and hair condition analysis according to scalp and hair home care behavior by age (p<.05). Scalp damages in the 30s was generally higher than in the 20s, and scalp sebum and inflammation differed significantly depending on age (F=3.872, p<.05). Scalp sebum and inflammation in their 30s were higher than those in their 20s. In addition, the scalp fever in their 30s was higher than those in their 40s. For differences in hair condition by age, the overall hair condition, lack of hair gloss, hair damage, gray hair, and hair loss during shampoo showed significant differences (p<.05). Hair damage in their 30s was more than those in their 20s and 40s. There were age differences in gray hair in the order of 40s, 30s, and 20s.

In this study, abelmoschus manihot jinhuakui was extracted by ultrasonication, concentrated under reduced pressure, and extracted using flowers, stems and roots of abelmoschus manihot jinhuakui at a ratio of 0-100% ethanol. In addition, as a result of measuring the antibacterial properties of Staphylococcus aureus by disc diffusion method of extracts by ethanol ratio of all three types of abelmoschus manihot jinhuakui for antibacterial analysis, antibacterial properties were not observed in the stems and roots of abelmoschus manihot jinhuakui, but ethanol extracts of 50% or more in flowers. antibacterial activity was confirmed. As a result of DPPH antioxidant analysis, ethanol extract of 50% or more of abelmoschus manihot jinhuakui flower showed high antioxidant efficacy. As a result of ICP-MS analysis, the heavy metal content tended to be significantly reduced after ultrasonic extraction compared to the powder sample. As a result of ICP-OES mineral analysis, the ultrasonic extract showed a tendency to decrease overall mineral content compared to the powder sample, but minerals were still present was confirmed. As a result of this study, it is expected that abelmoschus manihot jinhuakui extract can be used as an antioxidant material in food and cosmetics fields.

The purpose of this study is to classify types of unique emotion by conducting evaluation with emotion of female university students, including negative emotions, which only appear on women, who centrally devote themselves on sociocultural meaning. And suggested an objective standard of classification of emotion which affected skin care behavior and cosmetic surgery behavior of each woman by conducting following evaluation. This study targeted 300 female university students in their 20s who live in Dae-Jeon, Chung-Nam, Chung-Buk areas. Evaluation was conducted between April 19th to to May 20th, 2021. Factorial analysis was used for validity and credibility of material analysis and descriptive statistics was used as well. Cronbach’s α, correlation analysis by using SPSS 21.0 program and AMOS. 19.0 program were used to find out research model and significance between the direct and indirect effect had been examined through mediating verification of effect. The results of this study were as follows showed that interpersonal sexual objectification experiences appeared affected on skin care behavior and cosmetic surgery behavior by mediating attitude toward appearance, body monitoring and negative emotions.

The purpose of this study is to determine the degree of hair dyeing according to the presence or absence of mordant use and the dyeing time using the dry indigo, the bleached hair sample was pre-mordded in alum (reagent, 5%, owh, on the weight of hair) solution for 10 minutes and then When dyeing at ℃ for 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, and 40 minutes, the maximum absorption wavelength of dyeing on the dry side was 420 nm. The result is as follows. First, when a mordant (Al) was used, the overall color was dyed green, and the L* value was the highest when staining for 10 minutes, followed by 20 minutes and 30 minutes. Also, both a* and b* values were found to be high in the order of 10 minutes, 20 minutes, and 30 minutes. In the case of 40-minute staining, it was the lowest. Second, when no mordant was used, all were dyed in blue green, and the L* values were high for a* and b* values in the order of 10 minutes, 20 minutes, and 30 minutes. In the case of 40-minute staining, it was the lowest. Third, in the case of K/S of the amount of dyeing, the K/S value was higher when alum mordant was not applied, and the K/S value was lower when alum mordant was applied. In both mordant and non-mordant staining, the amount of dyeing increased as the time increased for 10, 20, and 30 minutes of staining, but after 30 minutes, the dyeing was no longer combined and the dye was no longer darkly dyed. It was found that the amount of dyeing and saturation decreased as the time increased.

This study is to solve the problem of dry scalp that becomes drier after dyeing hair through scalp scaling and scalp essence care. As people get older, they dye their hair black due to gray hair, but there are many cases where side effects have occurred to the scalp. The experimental group applied [scalp shampoo → scalp scaling → scalp essence] after dyeing hair, and the comparison group applied [scalp shampoo → scalp essence] after dyeing hair. Comparison group didn't apply scalp scaling that remove residue. The moisture measurement, which is the standard for scalp and hair health, was conducted a post-test on the experimental group and the comparative group to verify it. The moisture level of the experimental group steadily increased as the rounds continued, and the moisture level of the comparison groups increased in the first round, but it decreased sharply in the second round, and then slowly increased again. The increase in moisture between rounds was effective in both experimental and comparison groups. While the experimental group had significant effects on all scalp types (p<.05), the comparison group was not meaningful(p>.05). Visually observed through scalp diagnostic measurements, a large amount of dye residue was removed from the first scaling of the experimental group after gray hair dyeing. During the second, third, and fourth rounds, positive changes were identified such as dye residue, scalp dead skin mass, scalp tone, and moisture. However, the comparison group was a significant difference in the dye residue, scalp dead cells, scalp tone, and moisture. Through this study, the result of using scalp scaling and essence once a week for a month reduce scalp sensitivity and inflammation after dyeing, and it was observed visually through a diagnostic device (100 magnification, 400 magnification). Using scalp scaling and essence has been found to solve dry scalp problems due to dyeing, with rapid sedation and nourishment to the dry scalp.
