Six Sigma and Lean are the deferent method of management innovation in the approach method. And so it is important to integrate Lean and Six Sigma. In above original text saying, No man know the fact that SAMSUNG run after the Lean and Six Sigma is the Lean Six Sigma. This is the reason that two methods are pursue separately in physic. If two methods integrate chemically the fact that SAMSUNG run after can say Lean Six Sigma. It is a subject of companies how those are integrated. Six Sigma, technique that organized so as to expanse innovation method of quality, is not enough to seek the development, but is knew that Lean can fill a vacancy. By the way, the concept of Lean and Six Sigma never be opposed to each other. However the foreign enterprise induce to put practical use the Lean Six Sigma in company. In future, the enterprise will be induce the lean six sigma so as to does not fall behind. When we construct the lean six sigma, we shall learn an instance of foreign enterprise and need steady efforts for construction of suitable system in our country.
Derivation of Canine induced Pluripotent Stem Cells using an Integration-Free Method

Canine induced Pluripotent Stem Cells (iPSCs) can provide great potential for regenerative veterinary medicine and may assist in the development of new therapeutics and pre-clinical studies for both dogs and human. To date, there have been several reports on the generation of canine iPSCs using retroviral or lentiviral transduction of Yamanaka’s factors. However, there is no report of canine iPSCs generated by genomic integration-free methods. According to previous studies, a polycistronic and synthetic self-replicating RNA system was developed for generating human iPSCs by the RNA replicon of Venezuelan Equine Encephalitis (VEE) virus. The VEE replicon is a positive-sense and single-stranded RNA which is similar with cellular mRNA containing a 5’ cap and poly (A) tail. It is no potential for genomic DNA integration problems because it does not use a DNA intermediate. Here, we investigated to generate canine iPSCs by a single transfection of the VEE-reprogramming factor (VEE-RF) RNA. To generate integration- free canine iPSCs, the VEE-OKS-iG RNA that expresses four reprogramming ORFs (hOct4, hKlf4, hSox2 and hGlis1) was transfected. Also, B18R mRNA was co-transfected to reduce immune response by VEE replicon. Putative canine iPSC colonies first appeared between day 15-25. Interestingly, they have two distinct types of initial canine iPSC colonies. They were identified by immunohistochemistry of live cells using TRA-1-60 antibody and also showed clear alkaline phosphatase (AP) activity. Further study will be required to analyze the characterization for a clinical application, and the non-integrating and self-replicating VEE RNA replicon system has the potential to make a great contribution to generating clinically applicable canine iPSCs.

This study aimed to understand the driver change of recent research in relation to rural and migrant and draw overarching issues as well as to provide implications to contribute to migrants’ social integration in Korean rural areas. As for the scope and method of the study, data through quantitative bibliographic analysis (quantitative data) and research keywords by period were derived. To address the aim this study employed bibliometric analysis utilising netwok mapping interface analysis by VOSviewer and topic modeling analysis by Netminer. The findings were revealed that firstly mental health issues in abroad research and employment and discrimination in domestic research both derived from migrant mobility constituted staple key issues, secondly internal and external research differed two issues in health and violence where Korea has overlooked the issues seriously. Therefore this study presented implications which are about first, health and violence-related sections for migrants should be specified into domestic law, second domestic-focused MIPEX index should be developed in which the two issues are over-weighted and last such newly emerging approach ‘inclusive formation of social psychological mechanisms should be widely spread. Concluding remark is that delivering the implications can be foster to migrants’ integration in rural area underlining that this will ultimately contribute to migrants’ quality of life.

본 논문에서는 분산무기체계와 작전통제소를 연동하여 탄도탄 요격시험을 수행하기 전 체계통합점검을 하는 방법에 대해 제안한다. 요격시험에 필요한 체계통합점검의 점검항목 을 확인하고 작전통제소와 연동하여 체계통합점검을 수행하는 방법과 작전통제소를 대신하 여 큐잉정보를 모의하는 큐잉정보 시스템을 이용하여 체계통합점검을 수행하는 방법을 제 안한다. 이 논문에서 제안한 요격시험을 위한 체계통합점검 방법을 통해 유사무기체계의 요격시험에 필요한 체계통합점검 수행 시 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
In this paper, it is proposed to carry out a system integration inspection before conducting the ballistic intercept test in conjunction with the distributed weapon system and the operational control center. It is required to identify the system integration inspection items required for the ballistic intercept test, to carry out the system integration inspection in conjunction with the operational control center, and with cueing information system that simulates cueing information on behalf of the operational control center. The system integration inspection method proposed in this paper may be useful for carrying out inspection of the ballistic intercept test of similar weapon systems.
국내 감각통합치료실 구성을 위한 가이드라인 개발 : 델파이 연구 KCI 등재

목적 : 본 연구는 델파이 방법을 적용하여 국내 감각통합치료실 구성을 위한 가이드라인을 개발하고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 2020년 5월부터 6월까지 감각통합치료 관련된 전문가 패널 22명을 대상으로 델파이 방법을 적용 하여 전문가의 의견을 수집하였다. 델파이 조사는 2차에 걸쳐 진행 되었으며, 1차 델파이 설문에는 선행연 구를 근거로 하여 평가도구 40개와 치료도구 23개의 폐쇄형 질문과 안전을 위한 물리적 환경 10개의 항목 과 개방형 질문을 혼합하여 의견을 수렴하였다. 2차 델파이 설문은 1차 설문의 결과를 바탕으로 항목 삭제 및 수정과정을 거쳐 최종 수렴하였다. 결과 : 1차 델파이 결과에서는 총 59개 항목이 선정되었다. 최종 2차 델파이 결과에서는 59개의 모든 항목의 내용타당도 비율이 .42 이상으로 분석되어 삭제한 항목은 없었으며, 안정도 또한 모든 항목 0.5 이하로 분 석되어 추가적인 설문이 필요 없음으로 판단하였다. 최종 델파이 조사의 평균 내용타당도 비율은 .92, 안정 도 .15, 수렴도 .36, 합의도 .80으로 높은 일치도를 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구에서는 감각통합치료실의 물리적 환경과 치료 도구 및 평가 도구를 조사하고, 감각통합치료 자들에게 임상 현장에서 얻어진 감각통합치료실 환경에 대한 견해를 파악함으로써 앞으로 감각통합치료 실을 개설하기 원하는 기관들과 임상 치료사에게 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
Objective : This study presents guidelines for setting up a sensory integration room by applying the Delphi method. Methods : The Delphi method was applied in a survey of 22 expert panels asked to review sensory integration therapy from May to June 2020 to collect expert opinions. The survey was conducted in two rounds. The first round involved the collection of opinions based on prior research that used a total of 40 assessment tools, 23 closed questions about treatment tools, and 10 questions about the physical environment. Based on the results of the first round, the second was conducted using a process of item deletion and modification. Results : A total of 59 items were selected in the first round of the survey. In the second the contents of these 59 items were analyzed: each item scored .42 or higher, so no items were deleted. The stability of the survey was also calculated and found to be less than 0.5, so no further testing was required. The average content feasibility ratio of the final Delphi survey was .92, stability .15, convergence .36, and consensus .80, showing high agreement. Conclusion : This study is expected to help institutions and clinical therapists who want to create a sensory integration therapy room in their facilities by examining the physical environment, treatment tools, and evaluation tools used in sensory integration therapy rooms and understanding the views on such environments obtained from the clinical site to sensory integration therapists.
Integration Method of Multi-grid Evacuation Model in 3D Virtual Indoor Environment SCOPUS

Indoor evacuation model can provide scientific guidance for security solution design and emergency plan making in indoor environment, and virtual 3D scene can make the evacuation simulation more intuitive. An integration method of multi-grid evacuation model in 3D virtual indoor environment is proposed here. It maps 3D scene to 2D plane and establishes the grid table first, and then for each grid, calculates the shortest distance to accessible exits. After that, using the route selection method of multi-grid model to calculate the target position for each pedestrian in one time-step and matching the position to 3D scene, and invoking the action library to simulate the movement. Besides, the effect of ground slope is taken into account on pedestrian velocity. Experiment shows that the method is feasible and effective.
A Method of Extracting the Generalized User Inclination for Service Integration SCOPUS

One of the goals in service integration is to create additional values by grouping individual services. In order to achieve this goal, the integrated services should be closely related to each other. In this paper, we propose a method of extracting user’s inclination, which indicates the closeness of services. Two services, which serve the users who have the same inclination, can be integrated. The way of extracting a user’s inclination from services and adapting this inclination to other services is proposed. By this, the synergy of integrating services can be made with better efficiency.

In recent conflicts, such as those in Ukraine and the Middle East, the critical importance of advanced combined air-defense missile systems for combat effectiveness has become increasingly apparent. These integrated systems are tasked not only to detect and engage a spectrum of enemy threats but also to adapt swiftly and reliably to dynamic, rapidly changing circumstances, especially after missile launch. To verify advanced combined air-defense missile system's functionality after missile launch, it is ideal to conduct comprehensive system tests using various scenarios and actual flight tests. However, due to limitations such as high cost and lengthy setup time, this approach is often difficult to implement in reality. In the past, system verification after missile launch has mainly relied on component-level inspections and HILS tests. While these methods can partially check individual system functions, they are not sufficient to fully verify all system functions as a whole. This paper proposes a system integration test method that uses a system integration simulator capable of simulating various combat scenarios and a missile beacon equipped with a missile flight model. Missile flight model uses the same algorithm as the guidance control method employed in actual missiles. Through the adoption of the proposed system integration test method, it was confirmed that a majority of previously limited and difficult-to-verify missile engagement-related test items can now be comprehensively validated. Furthermore, this method allows for comprehensive verification of the system's performance after missile launch, including its interoperability and response capability from a systemic perspective. It also contributes to increasing the reliability of the combined air-defense missile systems.

Business is an entity that produces big data nowadays. A business scope, for example, a company will divide its activities part into a new body which will be focused on another specific field. The implementation warehouse data in company with that criteria will be favorable for the party that makes a decision since they get brief data to ease decision making which is strategic for the enterprise. Demand for the vital information creates a problem when the company has no draft of how the company condition in the future specifically in implementation the Management of Information System that will be built. The solution given is by creating a Bottom-Up Bus Data Warehouse Architecture by applying dimension sharing concept which will integrate all data marts. In realizing that solution needs an application that has the main feature that integrating data mart and does (Online Analytical Processing) as presentation information media for the end user.

댁내의 제어 네트워크는 냉장고, 세탁기, 전자레인지 같은 가전제품과 전등, 가스 경보기, 보일러 등에서 제품 고유의 기능을 수행하기 위하여 일반적으로 8Bit 이하의 비교적 저 기능의 마이컴을 채용하고 있으며 각각의 통신을 위한 각 기기 고유의 통신 프로토콜을 가지고 있다. 이렇게 각각 다른 통신 방식으로 인하여 실제적으로 하나의 통합된 댁내 제어 네트워크 구성은 매우 어렵다. 이에 기존 제어기기 각각의 프로토콜을 유지한채 모든 제어기기의 프로토콜을 수용할 수 있는 방법은 새로운 프로토콜을 만들어 기존 기기의 프로토콜을 Wrapping 하는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 기존 제어기기들의 통신 프로토콜을 Wrapping 할 수 있는 통합 프로토콜을 구현하여 하나의 통일된 제어 네트워크를 구성할 수 있도록 하였다.

This paper proposes a PDS(Power Transfer Display separation) method for AC-PDP. The proposed PDS method can transfer power and perform an energy recovery by a power conversion circuit operates differently depending on the time. As a result, it uses less of components than conventional PDP power supply and sustain circuit use. Moreover, the manufacturing process can be streamlined. Therefore, the proposed method is suitable for low cost PDP module. To confirm the operation, validity and features of the proposed PDS method, experimental results from a prototype for 42-in diagonal PDP are presented.

This work proposes a control method of frequency stabilization for grid integration of large-scale wind farms via the voltage source converter-based high-voltage direct current (VSC-HVDC) technology. First, the topology of grid integration of a large-scale wind farm via the VSC-HVDC link is provided, and simple control strategies for wind turbines, wind farm side VSC (WFVSC), and grid side VSC are presented. Second, a mathematical model between the phase angle of WFVSC and the frequency of the wind farm is established. The control principle of the large-scale wind power integrated system is analyzed in theory in accordance with the mathematical model. Third, frequency and AC voltage controllers of WFVSC are designed based on the mathematical model of the relationships between the phase angle of WFVSC and the frequency of the wind farm, and between the modulation index of WFVSC and the voltage of the wind farm. Corresponding controller structures are established by deriving a transfer function, and an optimization method for selecting the parameters of the frequency controller is presented. Finally, a case study is performed under different operating conditions by using the DIgSILENT/PowerFactory software. Results show that the proposed control method has good performance in the frequency stabilization of the large-scale wind power integrated system via the VSC-HVDC technology.
An Enhanced Chebyshev Collocation Method Based on the Integration of Chebyshev Interpolation

In this paper, we develop an enhanced Chebyshev collocation method based on an integration scheme of the generalized Chebyshev interpolations for solving stiff initial value problems. Unlike the former error embedded Chebyshev collocation method (CCM), the enhanced scheme calculates the solution and its truncation error based on the interpolation of the derivative of the true solution and its integration. In terms of concrete convergence and stability analysis, the constructed algorithm turns out to have the $7^{th}$ convergence order and the A-stability without any loss of advantages for CCM. Throughout a numerical result, we assess the proposed method is numerically more efficient compared to existing methods.

The rapid increase in genetic dataset volume has demanded extensive adoption of biological knowledge to reduce the computational complexity, and the biological pathway is one well-known source of such knowledge. In this regard, we have introduced a novel statistical method that enables the pathway-based association study of large-scale genetic dataset-namely, PHARAOH. However, researcher-level application of the PHARAOH method has been limited by a lack of generally used file formats and the absence of various quality control options that are essential to practical analysis. In order to overcome these limitations, we introduce our integration of the PHARAOH method into our recently developed all-in-one workbench. The proposed new PHARAOH program not only supports various de facto standard genetic data formats but also provides many quality control measures and filters based on those measures. We expect that our updated PHARAOH provides advanced accessibility of the pathway-level analysis of large-scale genetic datasets to researchers.

In combining dispersed optimization models, either primal or dual(or both) decomposition method widely used as an organizing device. Interpreting the methods economically, the concepts of price and resource-directive coordination are generally well accepted. Most of deomposition/ integration methods utilize either primal information of dual information, not both, from subsystems, while some authors have developed mixed decomposition approaches employing two master problems dealing primal and dual proposals separately. In this paper a hybrid decomposition method is introduced, where one hybrid master problem utilizes the underlying relationships between primal and dual information from each subsystem. The suggested method is well justified with respect to the flexibility in information flow pattern choice (some prices and other quantities) and to the compatibility of subdivision's optimum to the systemwide optimum, that is often lacking in conventional decomposition methods such as Dantzig-Wolfe's. A numerical example is also presented to illustrate the suggested approach.

This research is based on the iterative space-marching method for incompressible and compressible Navier-Stokes equations[1-4]. A principle of parallel computational schemes construction for steady and unsteady problems is suggested. It is analytically proven that convergence of these schemes is unconditional for incompressible case. When the parallel scheme is used the total volume of computations is the sum of a large number of independent and equal parts. Estimation of the speed-up K shows that K > 1000 in ideal case. First results of using the parallel schemes are presented.
