본 논문은 6.25전쟁시기 가장 치열한 전투이었던 한국군의 다부동 전투를 수행한 국군 제1사단의 군수 지원 실태를 연구한 것이다. 이를 위해 다부동 전투에서 우리 군의 군수 준비태세 및 실태를 보고, 보급 체계의 붕괴로 인해 수반한 변형보급의 실태를 밝히는 것이다. 한국군은 개전당시 군수물자의 부족으로 인해 미군의 지원으로 유지되고 있었다. 이로 인해 미군은 미 군사고문단을 통해 한국군의 군수 및 보급행정을 통제하였고 이로 인해 군수물자를 신청하여 청구하는 것도 미군사고문단의 통제와 승인 후에 신청 및 보급되었다. 전투현장에서는 가장 기본적인 개인소총이 부족했다. 정상적인 군수보급으로 이루어져야 할 총이 없는 전투원이 발생했고 이를 해결하기 위해 다양한 방법으로 변형되었다. 이른바 변형보급이다. 변형보급 의 방법은 북한군의 노획무기 활용, 육탄공격, 맨손권투, 지뢰자살 공격 등의 방법이 수행되었다. 미군 또한 미군이 개발한 신무기를 투입하여 신무기의 성능을 실험했다. 이른바 바주카포와 초기 한국의 지 형에 필요 없다 던 전차의 투입 등이다. 이로 인해 다부동 지역은 북한군의 주력을 막아내는데 성공했 다. 그러나 이러한 대체된 변형보급에는 항상 인명의 손실이 뒤따랐다. 이른바 군수물자의 부족을 인명 으로 대신한 인해전술의 서막이었다.

This study sought efficiency of collaboration between manufacturers and distributors by finding a way to improve logistics efficiency in order to save distribution cost and standardize packaging together with profit generation by way of simple-display packaging in discount stores. For the study purpose, the impact of products with RRP (Retail Ready Packaging) by each discount store on the collaboration achievement such as loading efficiency was observed. From this observation, an alternative packaging system that can improve logistics efficiency between manufacturers and distributors was sought and the role of distributors in distribution standardization was explored. The purpose of this study also includes suggesting some implications on future basic direction of environment-friendly management. If this study would induce distributors to have more interest in distribution standardization and if logistics efficiency would be enhanced by the operation of packaging system considered of compatibility with pallets, this study would have academic significance and create practical values.

This paper conducted a study on the operation plan of the packaging system to enhance the logistics efficiency between the manufacturer and the distributor, whose prior research in the relevant field was insignificant. By identifying problems and improvements in the operation of the packaging system between domestic manufacturers and distributors through the Retail Ready Packaging. The institutional aspects were investigated to confirm that the mediation role of government and social organizations was required to resolve issues (χ2 = 148.916, p < 0.001), and that guidelines that gathered diverse opinions for the rational operation of the packaging system were essential, while institutional aspects are needed to be supplemented to be willing to improve logistics efficiency (χ2 = 95.781, p < 0.001). In this study, even though the difference in perception between manufacturers and distributors is clear and the issue related to the operation of the packaging system is ongoing, if there is no effort to grasp the issue, the opinions between manufacturers and distributors will be left at odds and could become a social problem. Unnecessary interference from government and social organizations should be excluded, but the level of mediation to support win-win management in order to promote logistics standardization and reduce CO2 and national logistics costs can be explained as a catalyst for improving logistics efficiency through reasonable operation of the packaging system.

In a comparison the Logistics system for Agro-food of Korea and the Logistic system of Europe and Japan, the more developed countries of Europe have better systems. 2016년 6월 26일, 52억 5천만 달러를 투입하여 추진되어 온 파나마운하의 확장공사가 마무리되 어 개통되었다. 이러한 파나마운하 확장공사 완공은 13,000TEU급 대형 컨테이너선박의 통항이 가능하게 됨으로써 국제물류체계에 적지 않은 변화가 예상된다. 파나마운하의 확장으로 기존 국제물류체계의 변화와 함께 물동량 비중이 높은 중국의 물류네트 워크 변화도 필연적이며, 또한 일본 항만들의 허브항 역할이 쇠퇴할 소지가 많아 중국과 일본의 중 간에 위치하여 지정학적으로 아주 유리한 지역에 입지하고 있는 우리나라 항만들은 이러한 변화를 맞아 새로운 기회를 가질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 파나마운하 확장에 따른 새로운 변화를 맞아 우리나라 항만들의 동북아 허브항 역할을 수행할 수 있는 전략을 구상해 보고자 한다.

This study tries to find out the resonable improvement method of the export logistics system for fresh agriculture products. Export logistics system improvement of fresh agriculture products rationalized the export network covering the export and import of fresh agriculture products from producers to end customers and realized cost reduction and profit maximization. We are also operating our very own comprehensive logistics system that maximizes customer satisfaction. Supporting the entire logistics process starting from the collection, unloading, sorting, packaging, customs clearing, and information up to comprehensive logistics services, the export logistics system of fresh agriculture products realized a comprehensive transport system that uses 12 feet cool container. We have successfully reduced logistics costs through efficient operation in the export logistics system of fresh agriculture products.

교통지리학에서 항만과 해운연구는 관문이라는 특성으로 인해 주로 외국과의 물류를 대상으로 하는 연구가 많았다. 그러나 우리나라의 경우 삼면이 바다라는 지리적 특성으로 인해 해운 물동량의 약 20% 정도는 국내 항만간의 물동량이다. 이 를 연안해운이라고 지칭하는데, 이 연안해운은 최근 온실가스 문제의 대안으로 주목받기에 정책적 · 경제적인 효과에 대한 연구는 활발하였으나, 공간적인 물류가 어떻게 되는지는 파악하지 못하였다. 그리하여 이 연구에서는 연안해운의 물동량자 료를 토대로 연안해운의 공간적인 특징과, 시멘트라는 특정 물품의 물동량을 중심으로 우리나라의 화물 운송에서 연안해운 이 차지하는 위상에 대하여 알아보았다. 이 연구에서는 물동량 자료를 이용한 계량적인 방법을 이용하여 연구를 진행하였다. 연구의 내용과 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우리나라 연안해운의 공간구조에 대해 다이애딕 요인 분석과 사회 네트워크 분 석을 실시하였다. 다이애딕 요인분석 결과, 유류, 시멘트, 철강제품과 같은 산업에 필수적인 물품이면서 대량운송을 요구하는 일부 물품품목이 요인으로 도출되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이는 대체로 이러한 물품이 과거에 정책물자라는 이름으로 국가적으 로 보호를 받았던 물품이었다는 것에서도 나타난다. 한편 항만의 중심성을 파악하기 위한 네트워크 분석의 경우, 반입중심성 의 경우 인천항, 반출중심성의 경우 무역항이 아닌 기타항만이 큰 비중을 차지함을 알 수 있었다. 이는 모래의 물동량이 많아 서 발생한 현상임을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 연안해운 가운데 물동량에서 비중이 큰 시멘트, 모래, 철강, 석유류 제품의 품목별로 사회 네트워크 분석을 실시하여, 중심성을 파악하였다. 분석 결과 대체로 각 항만의 배후 산업단지에서 발달된 산업이 중심 성이 높게 나타나는 형태로 발생하였다. 셋째, 교통수단별 비교를 위해 우리나라의 시멘트 1차운송의 주요 운송수단인 연안 해운과 철도를 대상으로 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 운송수단에 따라 네트워크가 분리되어 나타남을 볼 수 있었다. 즉 연안 해운은 일부 지역에 집중적으로 대량의 물동량을 운송하는 양상으로, 철도는 상대적으로 소량을 국내의 여러 지역으로 운반 하는 방향으로 나타났다. 이러한 교통수단별 운송량의 차이는 해운을 실시하는 회사가 타 회사에 비하여 시멘트업계에서 우 위를 점한 업체라는 점에서도 나타난다.

In transport geography, port and shipping researches usually focus on the international trades for the ports specially performed as a gateway. However, South Korea which geographically situate in peninsular, approximately 20% of shipping logistics are domestic cargo, which calls coastal shipping. Lately, that shipping consider as an alternative to the problem of greenhouse gas emission problem. Hence, coastal shipping reserches mainly focus on the base of policy and economical effects. But It doesn’t figure out spatial logistics. Therefore, the aim of this reserch is to prove the features of coastal shipping and position of coastal shipping in South Korea freight logistics, which especially focus on cement. This study apply a quantitative approach with logistics data. The research and results are as follows. First, Using Dyadic Factor Analysis and Social Network Analysis in South Korea coastal shipping spatial structure. In Dyadic Factor Analysis result draws as a derived factor which essential industry goods as petroleum, cement, steel. That result explain by prior policy that legally protected ‘policy goods’. The other hand, network analysis identify port centrality. It is the best score in Incheon port that In-Power Centrality, and other ports which sum of coastal ports and from North Korea ports in Out-Power Centrality. These results are caused by large cargo of sand shipping transport. Second, Using a social network analysis in cement, sand, steel, petroleum products to draw centrality of each items. The results in the form of higher centrality are largely influenced by each harbor’s industrial complex. Third, Comparing coastal shipping with rail logistics. In this case, it uses only South Korea cement primary logistics data. The result is network separation can be seen depending on the mode of transport. Costal shipping transport large amounts of cargo in certain areas. While rail transport small amounts in large area in South Korea. Also, three company which carry out the costal shipping show up as a leader in Korea cement market.

The purpose of this study is to examine the actual condition of environment conscious logistics system which is essential to make material recycling economic society. Environment conscious logistics management which meant simply recycle is tend to promote material reduction, reuse and recycling. We have made case studies about advanced environment conscious logistics system. To examine korean companies' environment conscious logistics system, we made survey form which is consist of 81 questionnaires in Korea between 2003 and 2005. And we have analyzed the survey responses. As a result of this study, we propose the way of constructing environment conscious logistics system in Korea.

The wave of 4PL(Fourth Party Logistics) that added the strategic consulting based on new IT techniques to logistics outsourcing through existing 3PL service with is a great issue. Moreover, the customer enterprises which contained manufacturers and distributors need the one stop service, therefore a method for effectively dealing with global logistics' environment changes is needed. Above all, a development of the 4PL system with RFID is very urgent. We developed the RFID u-4PL system progressed more than the present system, in which we applied many international standards. Finally, we constructed the web service based on Web 2.0 because of important condition of 4PL.

The market of air cargo in Korea grows very quickly and diversifies. It is an essential factor in the process of development of Northeast-Asia as a hub for Air Cargo logistics. But the process of air cargo in Korea is complex as compared with other north-east asia nations and it has many problems and causes inconvenience to owners of freight. We emphasize that 4PL(Fourth party Logistics) is the excellent solution from among many alternatives. The wave of 4PL added to strategic consulting based on new IT techniques, for example RFID, with logistics outsourcing through existing 3PL service is a great issue. It is also worthy of notice that EPCglobal network strengthen the role of 4PL. In conclusion, the 4PL system based on EPCglobal network will result in a good success, so it will raise a prestige of air cargo in Korea to a higher position. This study deals with the new logistics system, air cargo logistics system based on u-4PL system, RFID and EPCglobal network, that will bring many advantages. At the end, we verify the u-4PL air cargo logistics system by simulation tool.
