Thermal and structural analysis of a cryogenic conduction cooling system for a HTS NMR magnet KCI 등재

The superconducting NMR magnets have used cryogen such as liquid helium for their cooling. The conduction cooling method using cryocoolers, however, makes the cryogenic cooling system for NMR magnets more compact and user-friendly than the cryogen cooling method. This paper describes the thermal and structural analysis of a cryogenic conduction cooling system for a 400 MHz HTS NMR magnet, focusing on the magnet assembly. The highly thermo-conductive cooling plates between HTS double pancake coils are used to transfer the heat generated in coils, namely Joule heating at lap splice joints, to thermal link blocks and finally the cryocooler. The conduction cooling structure of the HTS magnet assembly preliminarily designed is verified by thermal and structural analysis. The orthotropic thermal properties of the HTS coil, thermal contact resistance and radiation heat load are considered in the thermal analysis. The thermal analysis confirms the uniform temperature distribution for the present thermal design of the NMR magnet within 0.2 K. The mechanical stress and the displacement by the electromagnetic force and the thermal contraction are checked to verify structural stability. The structural analysis indicates that the mechanical stress on each component of the magnet is less than its material yield strength and the displacement is acceptable in comparison with the magnet dimension.

영화 ‘수상한 그녀’를 통하여 다양한 구조로 분석해 보았다. 영화 형태의 문화콘텐츠에 나타난 노인에 대한 사회인식을 사회심리, 복합적으로 접근하여 주인공 중심으로 주위 인물에 대한 역할 구조분석, 주위 인물에 대한 가 감점 구조분석, 주위 인물 환경에 따른 분위기 구조분석을 하였다. 그리고 그 분석을 통하여 노인과 관련된 사회학 이론으로 노인심리를 파악하였다. 젊은 세대에서 노인에 대한 편견을 갖고 무의식적, 의식적인 차별을 하는 부정적인 고정관념 및 인식이 형성되는 것에 대하여 결론에서 언급을 하였다. 따라서, 노인에 대한 긍정적 인식 변화가 필요 하므로, 집단적 편견을 배제하고 젊음을 추구하는 노인들의 심리를 공감할 수 있는 사회적 분위기 조성과 젊은 세대 와 노인 세대가 같이 공감하는 세대통합적 사회 프로그램 개발에 대한 필요성을 제언한다.

Through the film ‘Miss Granny', we analyzed a variety of structures. Social awareness of the cultural content of the film shown in the form of elderly social psychology, combination of approaches, role structural analysis of the people around centered the main character, acceleration structure analysis of the people around, the atmosphere structural analysis according to the environment of the people around. By these analysis, the elderly mentality was noticed by sociological theory related to the elderly. The formation of negative stereotypes and perceptions in what young people have a bias and unconscious, conscious discrimination against the elderly was mentioned in conclusion. Because the positive changes in recognition of the elderly is necessary, collective prejudice should be eliminated. The social atmosphere composition that can empathize with the sentiment of the elderly in the pursuit of youth and the necessity to develop generation integrated social programs with that younger generation and older generation sympathize together were suggested. were heartfelt suggested.

소그룹 평생학습조직 활성도와 성장요인의 구조분석 KCI 등재후보

본 연구는 소그룹 평생학습조직의 활성도와 성장요인 간의 구조를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 소그룹 평생학습조직의 활성화 정도를 활성도라는 개념으로 정의하였고, 활성도를 높이는 데 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인 중 인적자원, 물적자원, 지원 조직, 내부 조직체계를 도출하여 성장요인이라고 명명하였다. 모형의 개발은 구조방정식모형의 절차인 개념모형 개발, 자료수집, 개념모형 검증, 모형 수정, 최종모형 선정을 통해 이루어졌으며, 현재 소그룹 평생학습조직에서 활동하고 있는 구성원 297명이 본 연구에 참여하였다. 최종적으로 개발된 모형을 통해 내부조직체계가 활성도에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 성장요인임이 밝혀졌다. 또한 지원조직은 인적자원과 물적자원을 통해, 물적자원은 인적자원을 통해, 인적자원은 내부조직체계를 통해 활성도에 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 성장요인으로 나타났다. 한편, 간접효과를 통해 활성도에 영향을 미치는 인적자원의 경우 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 내부조직체계보다 경로값이 더 높게 나타나, 활성도에 대한 영향력이 가장 높은 성장요인임을 알 수 있었다. 이처럼 소그룹 평생학습조직의 성장요인은 직접 또는 다른 성장요인을 통한 간접적인 측면에서 활성도에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 구조적 관계를 바탕으로 소그룹 평생학습조직을 운영한다면, 보다 효율적으로 활성화를 추구할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

This study was focused on analyzing structures that are in between factors by using developed measuring instrument, which can measure the proposed growth factors and viability scale for small group of lifelong learning organizations. The structural modeling for the viability scale of small group of lifelong learning organizations and growth factors has been developed. According to this developed modeling, it has been proven that the internal structural system affects directly on the viability scale as growth factor. Also it has been proven that the viability has been affected indirectly by supporting organizations, material resources, and human resources as factors and those factors are affected mutually. In particular, the total effects of human resources shows 0.97, this is very high figure. The working-level officers and learners can get understanding of systematically mutual effects among growth factors, which are supporting the viability for small group of lifelong learning organizations through the results of proposed study. In the organizational point of view, the proposed modeling can provide systematic operations; therefore, the viability for small group of lifelong learning organizations works more effectively.

본 연구는 오일샌드 well-pad의 test separator 지지 프레임에 대해, 표준 하중조합(Load Combination, LCB)–선형 정적해석–단면 검토 절차로 구조건전성을 평가하였다. 모듈 외형(2×7×3m)을 고정하고 H-beam(CSA G40.21 350WT, H244×252×t11/11)을 적용한 뒤, 현지 조건에서 새들(saddle) 너비(w) (1.5w/1.3w/1.2w/1.1w) 변경에 따른 고정하중 (D.L)·활하중(L.L)·풍하중(W.L)을 산정하여 MIDAS Gen을 통해 구조해석을 진행하였다. LCB10(1.2D.L+1.0L.L− 1.0W.L)에서 코드 적합(OK)을 확인했고, H-beam 250×250 공정 치수가 타당했다. 최대응력(1.05×105 kN/m²)·변형 (8.26×10−3 m)은 너비 변화에 둔감했으나, 반력은 1.3w에서 분산되고 1.2w 이하에서 재집중되어 권장 범위는 1.2w–1.3w 로 제안된다. 이러한 결과는 프레임 표준화 및 제작·시공 가이드(지지 폭/국부 보강)에 활용할 수 있다.

This study evaluates the structural integrity of a well-pad test separator support frame via a code-based workflow (load combinations–linear static analysis–section check). With a fixed module envelope (2×7×3 m) and an H-beam per CSA G40.21 350WT (H244×252×t11/11), site-specific D.L/L.L/W.L loads were assessed for saddle widths of 1.5w/1.3w/1.2w/1.1w and compared in MIDAS Gen. Under LCB10 (1.2D.L+1.0L.L− 1.0W.L), code compliance (OK) was confirmed and an H-beam fabrication size of 250×250 was validated. Peak stress (1.05×105 kN/m²) and deformation (8.26×10−3 m) were weakly sensitive to saddle width, whereas reactions dispersed at 1.3w and re-concentrated at ≤1.2w; thus a recommended range of 1.2w–1.3w is proposed. The results support frame standardization and fabrication/installation guidance (support width/local reinforcement).

The parking gear is very important part of automotive because it is related to safety. Nonlinear gear groove of parking gear is used to enlarge the contact area between parking gear and pawl. The die has been widely applied for many industrial parts such as machine, automotive and so on. The purpose of this study is to investigate the stability of upper and lower dies by using numerical analysis. As the results, the lower die was weaker than the upper die in this study, and the lower die showed that it should be used within 500ton in terms of safety factor. Further the most weak point of lower die was low location in front of gear. Its minimum value of safety factor was 0.578 in case of 4000ton of press load, therefore, this weak point was needed to be reinforced.

Hexagonal bolt, nut, fittings, and high-pressure valves with special alloy play an important role in many industrial products, for instance, such as semiconductor facilities, hydrogen stations and fuel cell electric vehicles. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural stability of turning wheel using the reaction force of roller in variable hexagonal rolling die. As the results, the bearing groove had the possibility of damage in turning wheel, especially, in case of Bottom condition. Furthermore, the turning wheel showed structural instability by using safety factor but structural stability using strength, respectively, as a safety criterion.

In this study, the models with types A, B and C of the commercial electric kickboard suspensions were modeled and the structural analyses were carried out. Types A and C have the deformations less than type B. The coil spring can reduce the deformation by installing the suspension. In types A and C, the forces applied to the bolt became same, but more deformation occurred in type C. This is the difference due to whether or not there is a fixed part. Type A was fixed and type C not. This fixation indicates that the bolt has been fully tightened to the end. Therefore, the use of products thatarefully contacted to the end by tightening with bolts can reduce the deformation greatly. Based on the data obtained from this study, it is assumed that the more efficient and stable product will be designed if the suspension absorber of the suspension is designed. Without the test on the durability of electric kickboard suspension, the durability can be seen as the deformation and stress are investigated through the structural analysis.

In this study, the structural analyses were conducted for each model by applying the loads into the design of a large commercial truck seat. Model C with three vertical frames has the smallest total deformation among all models, indicating the strongest stiffness. The maximum total deformation of model C was shown to be 0.68 times smaller than that of model A and 0.79 times smaller than that of model B. The equivalent stress of model C was also shown to be the lowest, indicating the greatest stiffness. The maximum equivalent stress of model C was shown to be 0.8 times smaller than that of model A and 0.91 times smaller than that of model B. At the upper part of the seat or the part where the force was applied, all three models were shown to have the largest total deformations and equivalent stresses. If the result of this study is applied to the design of automotive seat frame, it is thought that the durable and rigid sheets can be manufactured efficiently. By utilizing this study result, the equivalent stress and total deformation are investigated without the real experiment by shape at the seat of large commercial truck, and the durability and rigidity can be seen.

In this study, the flat glass and adsorption pad were modeled using SolidWorks Simulation, to understand the deformation characteristics of the vertical flat glass by the adsorption pressure during vertical transport of LCD. The horizontal and vertical displacements and equivalent stresses of the flat glass were investigated by the structural analysis. From the displacement and stress visualization according to the adsorption pressure, the higher the adsorption pressure, the larger the glass surface protruded. The horizontal deformation of flat glass increased with increasing thickness and the vertical deformation increased with decreasing thickness. In addition, the maximum equivalent stress applied to the flat glass increased significantly as the adsorption pressure increased and the thickness decreased. As a result of the structural analysis, the thinner the thickness of the plate glass, the greater the effect on the adsorption pressure. Especially, the effect of the adsorption pressure was clearly observed at the thickness of 0.5mm.

24인승 엘리베이터 비상 브레이크를 개발하기 위하여 구조해석을 수행하였다. 최근 대형건물의 빈번한 화재로 인하 여 엘리베이터 비상 브레이크의 안전성이 부각되었다. 비상 브레이크의 안전성을 확인하기 위하여 SolidWorks를 활용하여 설계하고 유한요소해석 코드인 ANSYS를 활용하여 구조해석을 수행하여 총변형량, 변형률, 응력을 구하였으며 해석결과를 24인승 엘리베이터 비상브레이크를 제작 시 기초자료로 이용하였다.

This study is 24 person emergency brake for the structural analysis are described. Recently emerged as a key point of the elevator safety and increase the need for an emergency brake was developed accordingly to ensure the safety of the brake tool for 3D design using Solid Works. ANSYS utilizes 24 person emergency break finite element model for total deformation, strain and stress were obtained.

색채어의 구조를 복합, 부가, 중첩으로 나누어서 살펴보았다. 복합 색채어를 4개 형식으로나누어 분석하고 그 분포를 살펴본 결과 명사형식의 색채어가 가장 많으며 구조방식은 대체로 편정식이다. 부가 방식의 색채어는 ‘어근+접미사’의 형태로 분석하였는데, 어근은 색채 형태소이고 접미사는 이음절과 다음절 접미사가 있으며, 분포분석을 통하여 ABB' 형식의 부가색채어를 돋보이게 많이 사용하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 중첩 색채어를 4개 형식으로 나누어서그 분포를 분석하였는데, ABB형식의 색채어가 가장 많으며, 일정한 조건하에서 일부 색채어는 ABB, AABB, ABAB의 형식 간에 호환이 가능하다. 복합, 부가, 중첩 색채어의 합계와 분포분석을 통하여 복합 색채어가 월등히 많음을 알 수있다. 이것은 중국어의 언어적 특징에서 그 원인을 찾아볼 수 있는데, 중국어는 전형적인 고립어로서 형태에 의한 변화나 접사에 의한 파생이 활발하지 못하므로 복합 색채어와 같은 서로다른 형태소의 결합으로 여러 가지 색채를 나타낸다. 부가 색채어는 접두사와 결합된 형식은나타나지 않고 접미사와 결합된 형식만 있으며, 이음절 접미사는 비교적 많지만 다음절 접미사는 아주 제한적으로 나타는데 이것 역시 접사의 파생이 활발하지 못한데서 그 원인을 찾을수 있다. 색채어의 구조와 통계분석을 통하여 다양한 구조방식과 분포현황에 대한 이해를 높이고 중국어 교육에서 어휘구조의 특성을 이해하며 어휘의 품사를 분석하고 이해하는데 도움을 주며 우리말과 중국어의 대응에 적당한 표현을 선택하는데도 도움을 줄 수 있다.

The study examined the structure of color words by classifying into compound, addition and reiteration. The study classified the compound color words into 4 formats, conducted analysis to examine the distribution, and confirmed that the most common color words were noun, and most of the words are modification. As for the addition method color words, it was analyzed into form of "root+suffix", the root is color morpheme, and the there are two and multiple syllable suffix for suffix. Through distribution analysis, it was confirmed that the addition color words in ABB format was the most common. The study classified reiteration color words into 5 formats, which among ABB format had the largest number of color words, and confirmed that the ABB, AABB, ABAB format is compatible under certain condition. Through the distribution rate and total of compound, addition, reiteration color words, it was confirmed that the compound color words are far common that other words, which could be apprehended as the linguistic characteristic of Chinese language. The Chinese language is a typical isolating language which cannot have active changes in forms or derivation based on affix. Thus it expresses various colors with the combination of different morpheme like compound color words. Addition color words barely has format combined with prefix, and only the formation combining with suffix. The two syllable suffix is comparatively common, but the multiple syllable suffix is very limited which is a so due to the rare derivation of affix. Through statistical analysis about color words, this study aims to improve understanding about various structural method, apprehend the characteristics of vocabulary structure in Chinese eduction, analyze the parts of vocabulary, and is able to contribute to choosing appropriate Chinese expression corresponding to Korean.

Roto cap is usually used to diesel engine, especially, big-sized diesel engine such as ship, power plant and so on. Intake and exhaust valves are essential parts of diesel engine and thus roto cap is one of the most important parts of intake and exhaust valves. Roto cap consists of body, disc spring, spring & steel ball, retainer and stop ring. In this study, the body and disc spring in parts of roto cap were simulated using static structural analysis. The purpose of this study is to achieve the data for designing and improving the roto cap. As the results, the body of roto cap showed safety factor of 6.3 in even 2 times of 1370N(target load) and the disc spring showed safety factor of 4.9 in 2370N load.

In this study, the structural analysis and welding performance experiments were performed to reduce the weight of the semi-automatic TIG welding device. The structural analysis based on finite element method was performed on the lightweight design of the wire feeder's main frame to evaluate the structural safety and straightness of the lightweight frame. To reduce the weight of the welding wire feeder, the step motor was changed to a servo motor and a pinion gear made of lightweight reinforced plastic material was applied. In addition, a new type of welding torch was developed to reduce the weight of the welding torch and to supply more effective fillers. As a result of performing the TIG welding experiment using a prototype of TIG welding device consisting of a lightweight frame, feeding device and welding torch, it was confirmed that the working criteria were satisfied in terms of welding speed, welding bead shape, feeding uniformity and torch durability. The developed lightweight TIG welding device is expected to improve welding productivity and work convenience.

In this study, the deformation, equivalent stress and strain energy were analyzed on the electric kick board emerging as a new means of transportation at the accident of a front collision according to each shape were analyzed. The largest part deformation happened at the handle, and the board part where the person’s feet was placed was seen to become weak. The equivalent stress was most visible at the board section, unlike the deformation results. In particular, the deformation and stress of model A which has a long and thin neck, have occurred greatly. Therefore, the longer the neck, the greater the deformation and stress occur. Among all models, the deformation and stress were the smallest at model C. As model A has a particularly thinner neck and board connection part, a large strain energy appeared. Therefore, it is considered that the connection needs to be reinforced thickly and firmly. On the study result, the thicker the board part of the electric kick board and the lower the body of the vehicle, the safer it is. The results of this study can be effectively applied to investigate the values of stresses and deformations, and strain energies through structural analysis without the fracture test at the front collision according to the shape of electric kick board.

In this study, the structural analysis of sway brace device for earthquake-proof which can fix a pipe installed in the building was carried out. The sway brace device was analyzed to evaluate not only the deformations of adaptor fitting, support brace member, structure attachment fitting and clamp sway brace fitting that compose it, but also the effective stress of adaptor fitting combined with support brace member by shear bolt. As a result of structural analysis, it can be seen that the deformation of support brace member influences most of the deformation of sway brace device and the design of adaptor fitting must be modified. Above all, it indicates that the sway brace device is suitable for Korea Fire Institute(KFI) approval standard since its total deformation is smaller than the maximum displacement proposed by KFI. The result of this study can be effectively used to investigate the effective stresses and deformations without the performance test of sway brace device according to its setting angle.

본 연구에서는 경주용 자동차에서 기존에 사용 중인 형상을 가진 모델 A와 경량화를 한 모델 B를 설계하고 열 변형과 열응력을 동반한 구조해석을 하였다. Model A가 Model B에 비하여 최고온도가 낮음을 보인다. 다른 냉각 조건이 주어지지 않고 디스크의 형상에 따른 냉각성능은 Model A가 더 뛰어남을 알 수 있다. Model A가 Model B에 비하여 거의 2배 이상으로 그 열응력이 낮아져 내구성면에서도 우수함을 알 수 있었다. 응력이 가장 크게 나타나는 부분 은 형상에 관계없이 허브와 접합되는 구멍으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서의 해석결과는 실제 자동차 브레이크 디스크의 형상을 설계하는데 있어서 유용하다고 보인다. 본 연구에서 얻은 해석 결과는 실제적으로 경주용 자동차 브레이크 디스 크의 강도를 파악하는 데에 적용될 수 있다. 경주용 자동차 브레이크 디스크의 해석 결과를 이용함으로서, 본 연구가 미적인 설계 및 해석이 적용된 융합 연구라고 보여진다.

In this study, the model A with the existing shape used at racing car and the model B with light weight were designed. The structural analysis with thermal deformation and stress were carried out. Model A shows that the maximum temperature is lower than model B. The cooling performance due to the shape of the disk without any other cooling conditions can be shown to be better for model A. Model A was seen to be superior in durability as the thermal stress reduced by almost twice as much as model B. The part where the greatest stress occurred appeared to be the hole jointed with the hub regardless of its shape. The analysis results at this study are seen to be useful at designing the shape of the actual vehicle brake disc. The analysis results obtained in this study can be applied at grasping the strength of the brake disk for racing car practically. By utilizing the analysis result of the brake disk for racing car, this study is seen as the convergence study that the aesthetic design and analysis are applied.

본 연구에서는 4가지 모델의 밸런스 바가 장착되어 있는 레이싱 스펙의 브레이크 페달에 대한 경량화 구조해석 을 수행하였다. 강과 알루미늄 합금 2개의 소재를 이용하여 4개의 형상들에 대하여 해석을 진행하였다. 일반적으로 사람이 자동차에 승차했을 때 발생할 수 있는 힘의 크기를 1000N이라 가정한다. 고정점은 볼트와 페달이 고정되는 부분과 마스터실린더의 압력이 상승해 작동이 멈추었을 때 Rod를 통하여 전달되는 응력을 받는 밸런스 바 장착 부분으 로 지정하였다. 본 해석 연구를 통하여 각 브레이크 페달 모델의 취약점을 조사하고 브레이크 페달의 전달 효율성을 경량화에 의하여 증가할 수 있다고 사료된다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 얻은 브레이크 페달의 내구성 있는 설계데이터를 활용함으로서 실생활에서의 자동차 부품에 융합하여 그 미적 감각을 나타낼 수 있다.

The structural analysis for light weight on the brake pedal of the racing spec installed with the balance bars of the four models were performed in this study. By utilizing two materials of steels and aluminum alloys, four shapes were analyzed. It is generally assumed that the magnitude of force a person may incur when riding in a car is 1000 N. The fixed points are designated as the parts at which the bolts and pedals are fixed and the mounting part of the balance bar applied by the stress transmitted through the rod when the pressure of the master cylinder rises and the operation stops. Through this analysis study, it is thought that the vulnerability of each brake pedal model can be investigated and the transmission efficiency of the brake pedal can be increased by light weight. As the design data with the durability of brake pedal obtained on the basis of this study result are utilized, the esthetic sense can be shown by being grafted onto the part of car at real life.

본 연구에서는 대형트럭의 판스프링의 개수에 대한 구조 해석을 수행하였다. 변형량은 4가지 모델들이 공히 작게 나왔다. Model A의 응력이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났고 Model D의 응력이 가장 작은 것으로 나타났다. Model A의 최대 응력이 Model D에 비하여 약 1.87배로 크게 나왔고 Model B에 비하여 약 1.52배 정도로 크게 나타났다. Model C와 Model D의 최대응력은 적게 나왔다. Model D가 Model C에 비하여 겹판 스프링을 한 개 더 보강한 효과로 보면 그 강도의 향상의 효과는 작게 나타났다. 따라서 겹판 스프링 3개인 Model C가 설계상 효율적이고 강도 면에서도 좋다고 사료된다. 본 연구 결과를 대형트럭에서의 판스프링에 적용함으로서 판스프링의 구조 강도를 평가할 수 있고 그리고 그 결과가 대형트럭에서의 내구성이 있는 판스프링의 설계와 미적인 융합이 될 수 있다고 보인다.

In this study, the structural analyses were performed on the number of leaf springs in large truck. The deformations were small for all four models. The maximum stress of model A was found to be the largest, and that of model D was the smallest. Model A was seen about 1.87 times larger than model D and about 1.52 times larger than model B. The maximum stresses of models C and D were seen to be less. In terms of the effect to reinforce one more overlapping spring, The effect of the enhancement of the strength of model D was shown to be small by comparing with model C. Therefore, model C with three overlapping springs is thought to be efficient in design and good in strength. The structural strength of leaf spring can be evaluated by applying this study result to the leaf spring at large truck. And it is seen that the result can be the design of the leaf spring with durability at large truck and the aesthetic convergence.

자동차 루프랙의 형상에 따른 구조 해석을 통한 융합 연구 KCI 등재

최근 취미로 다양한 레포츠를 즐기는 인구가 증가하였다. 그에 따라 차량 지붕위에 다양한 물건들을 적재한 차량들을 거리에서 쉽게 볼 수가 있다. 차량 지붕위에 적재를 할 수 있게 하는 장치는 랙 이라는 장치이며 차량마다 각기 다른 형상을 가지고 있다. 다양한 종류들이 있지만 무거운 짐을 적재하기 위해 강도 및 내구성을 가져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 루프 랙의 지지대 방식과 고정대의 형상에 따른 구조 해석을 하였다. 세 가지의 모델들 중, Model C가 가장 좋은 내구성을 가지고 있음을 보였다. 따라서 어떤 형상을 가진 루프랙이 가장 안정성이 있는 것을 본 연구 결과 로서 알 수 있다. 본 결과를 토대로 얻은 자동차 루프랙의 형상에 따른 구조 해석에 통한 융합 연구에 대한 설계데이터 를 활용함으로서 실생활에서의 자동차 부품에 융합하여 그 미감을 보일 수 있다.

Recently, the number of people enjoying various leisure sports has increased. As a result, the vehicles with various items loaded onto the roof can be easily seen on the street. The device that enables loading on the vehicle roof is called by a rack, and each vehicle has its own different shape. There are various types of roof racks but they must have the strength and durability to load heavy loads. In this study, the structural analysis was performed according to the support method of the roof rack and the shape of the fixture. Of three models, it was shown that model C had the best durability. Therefore, this study result shows which shape of the roof rack is most stable among the models. By utilizing the design data about a convergence study through the structural analysis due to the shape of automotive roof rack obtained on the basis of this result, the esthetic feeling can be shown by being converged onto the part of automobile at actual life.
