This Study focuses on the school which shows drop in the number of students and classes in the school buildings located in Dalseo-Gu, Daegu. Consequently this study figures out a cause for the occurrence of unused classes and find a solution as the space for local residents by investigating the facilities of schools, the surroundings, the reality, and the present condition. Accordingly this study makes a counterproposal with the process of becoming an unused class assigned as a typical local-center for local residents. That is to be used as the prior place the residents need.

This research aims to make the general plan for the preservation and practical use about Junkyung and Youngkyung tombs at Samcheok. The general plan is classified according to three large territories. First, it is necessary for these two tombs to preserve territories and strengthen the historical identity in order to restore the spoiled building such as Subokbang and Surabang by verification and excavation. Second, to preserve the nature and environment of territories surrounding the two tombs is essential for the extension of the essence about these cultural heritage to improve the familiarity and effective utilization by trial programs, which are related to the historical background of the tombs and so forth. Third, supporting and making convenient facilities in the neighborhood near cultural assets is required to install public parks and parking lots for visitors. Additionally, it is needed to advertise successively about these two tombs as the beginning of Chosun Dynasty tombs Also, it is necessary to consider implementing programs because Junkyung and Youngkyung tombs along with Chosun royal tombs in the north of Korea might be designated as World Culture Heritage if Korea should be a unified nation.

GongJu is a historical city. There has been scattered Baekje, Chosun and modern cultural heritages in GongJu. Cultural heritages in Baekje is simply preserved in their current condition. Chosun and modern cultural heritages have left their traces only, so that faded from the memory of the world. We must not lose the historical interconnectedness that is created by these heritages. This study is to analyze the architectural culture contents and its practical use program in urban side, and search for the strategy. The purpose of this study is as follows: The first is to retrieve the scattered heritages according to the age and area(as a spot). The second is to improve the street landscape through the linear linkage connecting from spot to spot.(as a line) The last is to create the image of historical city through the regional development.(as an area)

본 연구에서는 조류에서 종 특이적인 DNA 염기서열변이를 검증하기 위하여 닭, 꿩, 칠면조, 메추리의 immunoglobulin light chain constant domain 유전자를 클로닝하여 DNA염기서열을 분석하였다. 종간에 구별이 가능한 DNA 염기서열변이가 위의 유전자에서 관찰되었다. PCR을 이용하여 종을 구별하기 위하여 종 사이에 특이적인 DNA 염기서열 부위에 한 쌍의 종 특이적인 프라이머를 제작하였다. 또한 비교실험을 위하여 이미 알려진 cytochrome b와 tapasin 유전자에서도 두 쌍의 종 특이적 프라이머를 제작하였다. PCR결과 세 쌍의 프라이머 모두 종 특이적으로 DNA를 증폭하였다. Immunoglobulin 유전자의 염기서열 변이를 이용한 종 특이적인 PCR 방법은 조류의 유전자원 보존을 위한 이종간 카이메라 연구에 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

Species-specific polymorphisms in chicken, pheasant, turkey, and quail were identified by cloning and sequencing of the immunoglobulin constant domain (IgLC). A set of species-specific primers were then designed on the basis of polymorphisms in the IgLC between species, as well as two additional sets of primers for the cytochrome b and tapasin genes, for the purpose of species identification. Together, the primers successfully distinguished specific species from chicken by species-specific PCR. This simple but unambiguous method may be used to screen avian inter-species germline chimeras, which are valuable models for the conservation of endangered species.

Continuously monitoring and improving information system (IS) performance is a major concern in organizations. Thanks to invisible characteristics of IS performance, this is still enduring research question. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze factors influencing IS Performance in public sector. Influencing factors of IS performance include IS quality such as System Quality, Information Quality and IS Use. The data for analysis was collected from local official in Korea. We used PLS 3.00 Version for an analysis. Analysis revealed that Information Quality has directly influenced IS Use. But there were not Significant in relations between System Quality and IS Performance, System Quality and IS Use, System Quality and IS Performance, and IS Use and IS Performance.

실무상 우리나라 무역의 일선을 담당하는 수출입기업들이 국제물품매매계약을 충분히 이해하 고 능숙하게 잘 체결하는 것은 중요한 일이지만 자금이 넉넉지 못한 중소기업들은 그럴 수 있는 형편이 못되는 실정이므로, 본고는 무역실무자들이 실무상 활용할 수 있도록 ICC 모델국 제(공산물)매매계약서(ICC Model Contract - International Sale (Manufactured Goods)를 살펴봄으 로써 실무상 조금이나마 도움이 되고자 한다. 이에 본고는 모델매매계약서 중 준거법조항과 정형거래조건 선택조항을 고찰한다. 본고는 먼저 ICC 모델국제매매계약서를 개괄하면서 이 계약서의 목적과 특징, 구성, 적용범위를 간략히 살펴본다. 이어 본고는 이 모델계약서의 준거 법조항을 검토하면서, CISG를 준거법으로 지정하면서 아울러 보충적 준거법으로 매도인국법 을 지정하는 모델계약서 규정이 실무상 구체적으로 어떤 의미와 효력을 갖는지를 들여다본다. 나아가 본고는 모델계약서상 정형거래조건을 선택하는 문제를 검토하면서, 운송방식, 물품인 도장소, 운송계약체결, 보험계약체결 등 정형거래조건을 선택할 때의 고려요소들을 살펴본다.

In practice, it is important for exporters and importers to fully understand and skillfully conclude international contracts for sale of goods, though small-and medium-sized businesses with insufficient funds are not in good position to do so. Accordingly, this paper aims to provide them with some practical help by examining the ICC Model Contract - International Sale (Manufactured Goods). For this purpose, this paper looks into the model contract focusing on the applicable law clause and the choice-of-trade-term clause. Regarding the applicable law clause, this paper analyses contractual provision of the model contract and finds out the specific meanings and effects of the provisions that designate first CISG as the applicable law and secondly the law of the seller's country as the supplementary governing law. Furthermore, this paper examines the issues concerning the choice of proper trade term under the model contract and then provides factors to be considered by the parties to the contract when choosing their trade term properly, such as the mode of transport, the place of delivery and the contracts of carriage and insurance.

국제매매계약을 통한 거래에서 신용장을 통한 대금 거래의 경우, 일반적으로 신용장을 발행한 은행이 수익자(매도인)으로부터 서류를 받아 대금을 지급하고, 이후 발행의뢰인(매수인)으로 부터 상환을 받는 형태로 진행이 된다. 대부분의 문제는 국제매매계약에 따라 물품의 운송이 진행되는 동안 은행은 서류만을 검토하고 대금을 지급하여야 하기 때문에 지급한 대금에 대한 회수가 가장 중요한 문제가 된다. 이에 따라 신용장통일규칙에는 운송과 관련된 서류의 검토 기준이 제시되어 있는 바, 은행과 수익자는 이를 정확하게 인지하여 서류 제시 절차를 진행하 여야 하며, 은행은 서류의 확보를 통해 지급에 대한 대금 상환의 안전을 확보하게 된다. 이에 본 연구는 현재까지도 무역 실무 상에 있어 해석의 논란이 되고 있는 본선적재부기 일자에 대해 신용장통일규칙의 조항의 해석과 실무적 사용 사례를 통해 이에 대한 문제점을 검토하였 다. 국제상업회의소의 의견과 신용장통일규칙을 통해 운송서류의 본선적재부기의 해석에 대 한 문제점 및 서류 불일치에 대한 문제 해결의 목적을 달성하기 위한 해결 방안과 운송서류의 사용 상의 시사점을 제시하였다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to examine and inform the correct use of the on board notation as a condition of transportation documentation in the use of letters of credit. Research design, data, methodology : The paper uses the literature research and ICC’s Guidance Papers and article analyzes. Also analyze various cases of other transport documents and UCP 600 regulations and ISBP on bank practices. Results : It sets out the correct use of the on board notation on transportation documents used in the letter of credit method of trade practice. In addition, the various transportation document provisions of UCP 600 are revisited to review their proper use.. Conclusions : The ICC's opinion and UCP 600 are reviewed, and a solution to the problem of interpreting shipping documents for the purpose of solving the problem of documentation discrepancies and the implications for the use of shipping documents are presented.

이 연구의 목적은 간화선의 현대화 또는 대중화를 위한 시도로서 간화선의 “화두” 개념과 육도윤 회의 개념을 심리치유에 적용한 심리치유모델인, 인간마인드 회복(RHM: Recovering Human Mind)을 소개하는데 있다. RHM 프로그램은 본 연구자가 세친의 유식 30송을 근간으로 개발한 자 아초월 집단치유/교육 프로그램인, “진아만나기”에서 전체 8회기 가운데 6회기에 해당하는 정서불 균형을 조율하는 기법으로 사용되는 프로그램이다. 세친(320-400CE)은 인도선 전통에서 21대 조 사로서 유식 30송을 통해서 유식의 체계를 완성했다. RHM 프로그램은 언어와 논리에 익숙한 현대인들에게 언어적 사유와 논리의 초월을 강조하는 전통 적인 선(禪)적 방법대신에, 그들의 언어와 논리를 활용함으로서 불교적 수행방법에 대한 이해와 친 근감을 향상시키려는 의도에서 고안된 것이다. 또한 ‘화두’를 현대인들이 실제 현실에서 당면하고 있는 문제들, 즉 전생과 현생, 내생을 걸쳐서 윤회하는 육도윤회를 어제와 오늘, 그리고 내일, 심지 어는 순간순간 윤회하는 심리적 상태에 적용하고, 일상의 삶에서 구체적으로 직면하는 경험의 내 용과 직접적인 관련이 있는 구체적인 ‘물음의 형태’로 제시함으로서 ‘화두’의 실용성과 현실성을 보 완했다. RHM 프로그램은 개인이 겪는 심리적 문제를 해결하는데 있어서, 윤회의 가르침과 화두의 치유적 기제를 응용함으로서 현대인들에게 좀 더 친숙하게 다가 갈 뿐만 아니라, 짧은 시간, 간단한 수행 과 훈련으로도 삶과 인간관계에 실제적인 도움을 주고자 하는 의도에서 계발되었다.

This study is to introduce RHM (Recovering Human Mind) as a healing model, which is a combination of the concept of ‘whadu’ in the gwanhwaseon and the concept of ‘the wheel of six realms’, in order to attempt for the gwanhwaseon's modernization and practicality. The RHM has been used as a method for the emotional imbalance tuning that is the sixth session among the eight sessions-program called "Meeting Your True Self". The MYTS was originally developed based on the 30 verses written by Vasubandhu (320-400CE) who is considered to be the 21st patriarch of the Indian Lineage of Mahayana Seon, completed the Yogacara doctrine through the 30 verses. RHM is designed to improve moderns’ understanding and familiarity of Buddhist practice by using their language and thought, instead of the traditional seon style transcending language and thought. Also, the RHM complements the practicality and reality of hwadu by applying the wheel of six realms to the problems people are dealing with in their life from the view of psycho -healing and to the psychological states changing moment by moment, instead of applying it to the previous life, present life, and next life, and by showing a hwadu as ‘a form of question’ associated with their experiences and concerns in the daily life. The RHM has been developed aiming not only for people to be more approachable by integrating teachings of the wheel of life and the therapeutic mechanism of hwadu, but also to have a more effective help for the interrelationship in daily life by a simple practice for a short period.

Sexual assault (violence) related to alcohol occur in an irresistible state (i.e., inability to react psychologically and physically) of victims due to the blackouts and inebriation. The ethyl alcohol (EtOH) is determined as a direct indicator of alcohol intake. Other direct alcohol markers rely on alternative pathways of alcohol metabolism and include ethyl glucuronide (EtG). In the sexual assault cases, the detection of EtOH positive could not be occasionally confirmed from the victims, since it takes a long time to receive and collect the blood in the evidence, even after the ingested EtOH itself has been eliminated from the body. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze ethanol metabolites EtG, which are relatively longer than EtOH in human body. In this study, EtOH, EtG and EtS were analyzed in blood, and they investigated detection time in the sexual assault cases. In addition, cut-off values of EtOH and EtG were used to determine alcohol intake as 100 mg/L and 0.09 mg/L, n=17), EtG n=5). The concentration of EtOH and EtG in detection time was could be used as a scientific index and it is possible to solve the problem from the delay time in sexual assault as alcohol markers.

세기 인류는 지식정보의 고도화에 따라 디지털 및 정보통신기술의 혁신을 이루었고 하루가 다르게 빠른 속도로 발전을 이루고 있다. 그러나 재난의 발생 후 신고자가 제공한 정보에만 의존하여 위치와 상황을 파악하여 대처하는 방식이어서 대형화․다양화 되고 있는 각종 재난에 대응하는 효과적인 대책과 시스템이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 다양한 유비쿼터스 기술을 적용, 활용하는 서비스 제공방안을 창출하여 즉각적인 대처 또는 수요가 있기 전에 먼저 공급하는 한발 빠르게 찾아가는 소방행정서비스가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 유비쿼터스 정보기술과 소방안전 서비스의 이론적 배경을 살펴보고, 유비쿼터스 정보기술을 활용한 소방안전 서비스 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 유비쿼터스 정보기술을 활용하여 유비쿼터스 소방안전서비스 방안으로 위치기반서비스(LBS) 및 모바일 활용, USN/RFID 활용방안, 홈-네트워크 방재 서비스, CCTV 방재모니터링, 지능형 에어로봇 활용을 제시하였으며, 정책적 제언으로 유비쿼터스 소방안전서비스를 위한 통합 인프라 구축, USN 기반 첨단재난방지시스템 구축, 유비쿼터스 소방안전서비스를 위한 법ㆍ제도적 정비, CCTV 설치기준 개정, GPS 휴대폰 의무화, RFID와 개인정보보호 등을 제시하였다.

The 21st century, the human accomplished innovation of communication and digital technology according to the advancement of human knowledge. And day by day the technologies are getting faster development. However, the current system which deals with a disaster depends on the information provided by a reporter after a disaster happened. Then, the system which larger, diversified disasters is desperately needed. The fire department should make the fire administration service which applies a variety of ubiquitous technology. Then by using this system, the fire department can respond immediately to disasters and provide the necessary information efficiently. Therefore, this study aim to examine the theoretical background of ubiquitous information technology and to suggest fire safety services which apply various ubiquitous technology. Fire safety services which apply various ubiquitous technology are location-based services (LBS) and mobile use, USN / RFID utilization measures, Home - Network Disaster Services, CCTV disaster monitoring, and intelligent robots use air. Administrative measures are integration infrastructure for ubiquitous fire safety services USN-based high-tech system for disaster prevention, Lawㆍinstitutional maintenance for ubiquitous fire safety services, CCTV installation standards revisions, GPS phones mandatory, RFID and privacy.

This research attempts to analyze type of typography influence on advertising attitude, brand attitude, and purchasing intention among print advertisements. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis using Cronbach’s alpha, and MANOVA were utilized to analyze those gathered data. The result is th type of typography, affects on building advertising attitude in the mind of audience. However, brand attitude, and purchasing intention are not signigicant. It means that type of typography does not influence on building brand attitude and purchasing intention.
