Multi-functional tall buildings have been developed to maximize land use and minimize real estate market risk. The attempt to combine more than one major function in a building or complex presents the designer with several problems. Each function has different planning considerations for optimum and habitable space. Due to the inter-related functional requirements within a building, one change can affect many other factors that must be considered when developing a project. Much has been researched regarding planning factors for tall buildings. These research presented only the analyzed planning factors by statistics with built tall buildings in the world. However, there are few references available that deal with the appropriate building volume and planning factors of multi-function tall buildings actually designed with different total gross area and functional gross area ratio. The purpose of this study was to suggest the distributions of the appropriate building volume and planning factors by changing total gross area and functional gross area ratio. The result of this research will be used as important design guideline in preliminary design phase of multi-function tall building development.

병원건축은 다양화 및 역할에 따라 현대 사회와 건축 공간의 기능이 특성화되고 있다. 오늘날 우리 사회에서 중요한 공간으로 차지하고 있으며, 빠르게 사용자의 수도 증가하고 있다. 새로운 건축 공간의 액세스는 사용자가 도착 가용성을 결정하는 중요한 요소가 되는 내부 공간으로 방향 수립 능력의 시스템을 결정짓는 길찾기 요소이다. 또한 다중 기능과 빌딩이 대형이다 보니 사용자는 실내 공간에서 목적 행위를 하는데 어려움이 많다. 이러한 상황을 현실화해서 연구를 수행하는데 사례로 반영하였다. 이 연구는 wayfinding 시스템의 사례 연구로써 디기능인 종합 병원에서 많은 사용자 계층이 쉽게 길을 찾는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 개인적 인터뷰와 적용방법에 대한 질문 등을 통해서 부서별 접근방법도 고려 되었다. 조사 분석을 통해 실내공간과 색상의 특성을 사용자의 관점에서 방법을 논의하였고 선호하는 색상을 추측하여 길찾기 시스템에 적용시키는 방법을 제안해 보기로 한다.

Specialization of modern society and function of architectural space according to diversification and role have occupied important space on our society today, and increased rapidly user's capital which use architectural space. Access of new architectural space become usual action now for users, and wayfinding system of interior space and user's person brain and direction establishment ability becomes important area that decide destination arrival availability this time. Moreover, space that is multi-function and large size of building is real condition that is creating purpose behavior from interior space more hardly by users. This research wishes to present wayfinding system's case study and application method to general hospital and hospital which have been having unspecificness many user hierarchy as representative current block, and consists of different several spaces that is multi-function. This medical examination and treatment wealth of hospital which choose in this research, ward department and consisted through questionnaire and user's individuation interview, and consider about application method. Investigating and analyzing characteristic of interior space and color that forefinger ability about user's according to surrounding becomes different, and also prefers spaces how etc.. and propose about way to apply this to wayfinding system.

The one-way gas valve developed in this study was designed to prevent the breakage of packages from increased internal pressure, which is a problem in packaged Kimchi, and simultaneously reduce the outflow of the offodor release. The effect of the one-way gas valve on the headspace atmospheric compositions was investigated in the packaging system. The changes of atmospheric compositions and quality factors of Kimchi, such as CO2 accumulation, pH, titratable acidity, and salinity, were measured during a 4-week storage period at 4oC. The Kimchi package with the one-way gas valve dramatically reduced pressure build-up in the pouch by allowing the controlled flow of gas to the atmosphere. In addition, the package design allows the possibility of controlling the gas generated from Kimchi by adjusting the viscosity of the open pressure control oil. The one-way gas valve did not affect the sensory characteristics of Kimchi products during the storage period. Furthermore, the deodorizing capability of the activated carbon contained in the one-way gas valve effectively reduced the off-odor of Kimchi products released along with carbon dioxide. The novel one-way gas valve is considered to be an active packaging system that can solve major problems of expansion and offodor leakage in the packaging of Kimchi.

장애인 당사자의 시민권 실현을 위해, 권리주장성은 장애의 사회적 모델에서 중요한 요인으로 거론된다. 본 연구에서는 척수손상장애인의 권리주장성에 영향을 미치는 스트레스와 우울 및 인격적가치인식의 관계를 검증하면서 가족기능에 따라 다집단 분석을 실시하였다. 확인적 요인분석결과 연구모형은 양호한 적합도 (good fit)로 나타났으며 측정변수들의 경로계수도 모두 유의하게 나타났다. 경로추정 분석결과를 보면, 스트레스 상황이 될수록 장애인은 우울해질 가능성이 높으며, 우울은 장애인의 권리주장성에 부정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 스트레스 상황은 인격적가치인식에 부정적인 영향을 주고, 그것이 장애인의 권리주장성에 부정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 장애인의 스트레스 상황 자체는 권리주장성에 직접적인 영향을 주지 않았다. 다집단 분석의 결과는 부분 구조 동일성이 검증되었는데, 이는 유연한 가족기능이 강점으로 작용한다는 선행연구를 지지하는 것이다. 본 연구는 장애에 관한 사회적 모델에서 강조하는 권리주장성에 영향을 미치는 상황요인(스트레스)과 심리사회적 요인(우울, 인격적 가치인식)의 관계를 검증하였으며, 가족기능의 유연성을 강조한 연구결과라는 점에서 의의가 있다.

The human rights of self-advocacy of people with disabilities is a important thing to enhance the human rights and quality of life of people with disabilities. This study examined the relations of the stress, depression, personal value perception affecting human rights of self-advocacy which is willness for activity to realize civil rights. This study demonstrated structural equation model analysis, and was investigated using multi-group analysis according to familly function of the people with spinal cord injury. The result of confirmatory factor analysis indicated that this study model was good fit. According to the study results, stress promoted depression and depression also negatively influenced the human rights of self-advocacy of people with disabilities. Besides, stress negatively affected personal value perception and that negatively influenced The human rights of self-advocacy of people with disabilities, too. the result of multi-group analysis is consistent with assumption, which stress affects depression is different according to level of family function. This study is significant in that it verify the relation between circumstance factor(stress) and psycho-social factor(depression, personal value perception) affecting the human rights of self-advocacy. And the finding of this study suggests the resilience of family function to enhance the human rights of self-advocacy of people with disabilities.

본 연구에서는 레저 활동 시 응급상황 발생 시 호출이 가능한 다기능형 블루투스 스피커개발에 대한 연 구이다. 다기능형 블루투스 스피커장치는 해충방지 기능이 내장된 블루투스 스피커로서 야외 활동 시 블루투스로 음 악, 렌턴 및 응급호출 기능 등을 가지고 있다. 다기능 장치에 부착된 LED 조명의 파장대역은 607.791∼609.806 (nm) 으로 개발되었으며, 이 파장대역은 모기 및 해충들의 접근 금지에 효과를 증명하였다. LED광의 밝기는 14.5∼15.2 cd (1V, 100 mA), 색온도는 5,600∼6,000 k 성능을 가지고 있다. 응급 상황 발생 시 응급호출을 위한 위험 call서비 스는 스마트폰 내비게이션과 연동하여 실행할 수 있다. 향후 본 기술은 복합형 다기능 레저용 제품뿐만 아니라 스 마트팜 기술의 식물생장관리모니터링시스템 및 과수의 곤충 포획, 해충대치용 등에 활용가능 할 것으로 판단된다.

This study is a study on the development of a multifunction Bluetooth speaker that can be called in the event of an emergency during leisure activities. The multifunctional Bluetooth speaker device is a Bluetooth speaker with a built-in pest prevention function and has music, lenton, and emergency call functions through Bluetooth during outdoor activities. The wavelength band of LED lights attached to the multifunctional device was developed from 607.791-609.806 (nm), and this wavelength band proved effective in prohibiting access to mosquitoes and pests. The LED light has a brightness of 14.5 to 15.2 cd (1 V, 100 mA) and a color temperature of 5,600 to 6,000 k. In the event of an emergency, the risk call service for emergency calls may be executed in conjunction with smart phone navigation. In the future, this technology is expected to be used not only for complex multi-functional leisure products, but also for the plant growth management monitoring system of smart farm technology, insect capture of fruit trees, and pest control

현대 사회에서 안전 서비스 및 시스템 환경을 구축하고 활용하는 것은 매우 중요하고 관심이 큰 분야이다. 특히, 어린이, 고령자, 여성, 장애인 및 외국인 등 사회적 취약 계층에 대한 안전 서비스 제공은 사회적 이슈가 되고 있다. 그러나, 대부분의 안전 서비스 및 시스템은 일반인을 대상으로 적용되고 있기 때문에 사회적 취약 계층을 위한 시스템 개발이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 실시간으로 상황을 인식하고, 신속한 대응을 할 수 있도록 데이터를 처리, 전송 하는 시스템 모듈을 개발하였다. 이를 위해, 실시간 상황 인식에 필요한 다양한 센서를 통합 모듈로 설계하고, 이를 통해 수집된 데이터를 분석하여 처리 결과를 전송하는 안전 시스템 모듈을 개발하였다.

In modern society, developing and utilizing safety service and system environments is a very important and great interest. In particular, the provision of safety services to socially vulnerable groups such as children, the elderly, women, the disabled and foreigners has become a social issue. However, since most safety services and systems are applied to the general public, it is necessary to develop systems for socially vulnerable groups. Therefore, in this paper, we developed a system module that processes and transmits data to recognize the situation in real time and respond quickly. To this end, various sensors for real-time situation recognition were designed as integrated modules, and a safety system module was developed to analyze the collected data and transmit the processing results.

본 논문은 다기능 소화기 제작의 문제점을 고찰하고 개선 방안을 제시하기 위한 연구이다. 센서를 응용한 하드 웨어 및 소프트웨어 설계 기술 확보하고 지능형 소화용 기구를 위한 GUI 형태의 사용자 인터페이스 설계 기술의 확보와 분사노즐에 대한 시뮬레이션을 통한 효율적인 설계로 제품 개발의 기술적 우위로 소방기술의 선진화에 기여할 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 다기능 친환경 소화기 개발로 소방산업의 경쟁력을 확보하여 편안하고 안락한 삶을 영위하고 화재로부 터 안전한 SAFE KOREA를 정착시키는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

This study is to investigate the problems of the production of multifunctional fire extinguishers and to suggest improvement measures. We acquire hardware and software design technology applying sensor and acquire user interface design skill of GUI for intelligent fire extinguishing apparatus. In addition, through the simulation of the injection nozzle, it can be contributed to advancement of fire prevention technology through technological advantage by product development through efficient design.It is anticipated that it will contribute to make safe and comfortable life by securing competitiveness of fire-fighting industry through development of multi-functional environment-friendly fire extinguisher, and to establish SAFE KOREA safe from fire.

The purpose of this research is effort to look into the beauty product involved of the multi-functions, the importance of product level of perception and interest in according to the beauty behavior of the youth students that is in the phase of physical change and time of emotion change. Seoul and Cheong-nam province, young female ages between 13 thru 23 years old, and an approximately 300 young female were conducted for Convenience Sampling Assessment. The product involved is referring to the principle of modern marketing related to the product or brand, the study of the consumer behavior was one of the important parameter. The participation of the beauty product and multi-function product are very high with the imitative beauty behavior of young teenager and be susceptible to the beauty trend by the Han-ru and i-dol. This research results will be a help to the marketing strategy for the consumers with the future purchasing power by the beauty behavior and product involvement of the young teenagers.

현재의 대지저항률과 접지저항 측정 방식은 일정한 간격으로 설치된 전극에 전류를 인가하여 토양의 고유저항에 따른 전압 강하를 취득하는 방식을 일반적으로 활용하고 있다. 하지만, 현장 대지의 층상 구조가 특이성을 갖게 되면 역산 시 경계 조건에 오차를 발생하게 되고 접지 설계 시 중요한 대지저항률 분석이 시뮬레이션 상과 많은 차이를 보이게 된다. 본 연구는 정보통신 융합 환경에서 아두이노 모듈과 스마트 접지 측정 기술를 활용하여 대지의 층상이 특이성을 갖는 구조라도 신뢰할 수 있는 스마 트 대지 저항 측정 장치를 개발하여 대지저항을 분석하고 데이터를 축적하여 대지의 경년변화를 예측한다. 현장의 지형적인 특성을 고려하여 접지저항과 대지저항 측정 시 각도와 거리를 정확하게 위치시켜 보조전극을 설치할 수 있는 접지저항 측정 장치 및 그 측정방법을 제안한다. 정확한 접지저항 값을 선정할 수 있게 하기 위해 설치된 전극을 통해 접지저항 취득뿐만 아니 라, 대지저항률을 취득할 수 있어 유사지역에 전기시설물 설치 시에 유용한 자료로 활용할 수 있다. 또한 신뢰성 높은 데이터를 활용하고 현장의 대지 구조를 분석하여 공사비용 뿐 아니라 접지설계에서 중요한 비중을 차지하는 대지에 대한 정밀한 분석으 로 전위상승 등의 접지설비설계에서 많은 활용이 기대된다.

본 연구는 복합기 제품에 있어서의 지각된 품질 요인, 브랜드이미지, 고객충성도 간의 관계를 규명함으로써 충성고객 확보에 효과적으로 접근할 수 있는 컨설팅 영역을 알아보고자 진행하였다. 연구목적의 달성을 위하여 관련 선행연구를 근거로 연구모형과 가설을 수립한 후 산업체의 구매의사 결정자를 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 타당성 분석 및 신뢰도 분석과 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 복합기의 지각된 품질 구성요인이 브랜드이미지에 미치는 영향 정도는 제품품질, 판매원 서비스 속성, 서비스 품질의 순으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 복합기 제품의 브랜드이미지는 고객충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 복합기 제품과 관련한 연구범위를 경영분야까지 확장하였다는데 의의가 있으며 복합기 제품과 유사한 사업구조를 갖는 산업에 있어서의 경영전략 수립 실무 및 경영 컨설팅에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

This study was conducted to look into consulting areas that can secure loyalty customers by clarifying relations between perceived quality factors, brand image and customer loyalty in terms of a multi-function printer. To accomplish the study purpose, this study carried out a validation analysis, a reliability analysis and a structural equation model analysis by setting up a study model and a hypothesis based on precedent studies and collecting data from purchase decision-makers. The findings of the study are summarized as follows. First, effects of perceived quality components of a multi-function printer on brand image were product quality, sales man’s service and service quality in order of majority. Second, brand image of a multi-function printer has a positive impact on customer loyalty. This study is meaningful as it expanded the scope of study related to a multi-function printer up to the administrative field. This study is expected to help industries, who have similar business structure of a multi-function printer, establish a business strategy and support practical work and administrative consulting.

Active electronically scanned array (AESA) multi-function radars (MFRs) comprise numerous transmit/receive modules (TRMs) whose maximum temperature and temperature uniformity must be tightly controlled. This study proposes a new liquid-cooling-plate flow-channel design for an X-band AESA MFR: a two-layer straight channel incorporating multiple fins irregularly spaced along the flow channel. The proposed design (Type-4) is compared with three baseline channel designs. At the same coolant flow rate, Type-4 reduces the TRM maximum temperature by 28.2 K and the maximum inter-module temperature difference by 19.7 K relative to Type-1. However, the pressure drop increases by 726% because of the added internal surfaces and fins which are flow obstructions. A comprehensive thermo-hydraulic comparison, including pumping power criteria, is conducted over multiple flow-rate conditions. Overall performance was highest for Type-4, followed by Type-2, Type-3, and Type-1. When designs achieve similar maximum temperature and temperature difference with various coolant flowrate condition, Type-2 requires 83.6% less pumping power than Type-1, and Type-4 requires 33.8% less pumping power than Type-2.

목적 : 본 연구는 다감각 자극훈련이 노인의 인지기능 및 균형능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 지역사회에 거주하는 65세 이상 노인 10명을 대상으로 다감각 자극훈련을 주 1회 60분씩 12주 동안 진행하였다. 다감각 자극훈련은 신체도식, 대근육, 촉각자극 영역을 포함한 총 12가지 주제에 맞는 활동으로 구성된 프로그램이다. 결과측정은 한국형-간이정신상태평가(Mini-Mental State Examination-Korean, MMSE-K) 와 버그균형검사(Berg Balance Scale, BBS)를 사용하여 대상자의 사전사후 인지기능과 균형 능력을 평가하였고, 중재 이후 프로그램 만족도를 조사하였다. 측정 결과는 윌콕슨 순위 검정(Wilcoxon matched-pair signed rank test) 을 사용하여 인지기능과 균형능력의 중재 전후로 차이를 비교하여 분석하였다. 결과 : 다감각 자극훈련 중재 이후 대상자들은 인지기능과 균형능력에서 유의한 향상을 보였다(p<.05). 또한 중재 이후 대상자 모두 프로그램에 대한 긍정적인 만족도를 보였다. 결론 : 지역사회 노인을 대상으로 한 다감각 자극훈련은 노인의 인지기능과 균형능력의 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤 으며, 중재 이후 만족도에도 긍정적인 결과를 보였다. 다감각 자극훈련은 고령화 시대에 노인들에게 만족감을 줄 수 있는 그룹치료활동으로 효과적인 사용을 위한 추가적인 연구가 더 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of multi-sensory stimulation training on cognitive function and balance skill of the community resident elderly. Methods : 10 participants who is over aged 65 years carry out multisensory stimulation training program for 12weeks, once a week for 60minutes. The multisensory stimulation training program is consisted of total 12 topic based on body schema, gross muscle and tactile stimulation. The result was measured using Mini-Mental State Examination-Korean and Berg Balance Scale to evaluate before and after of cognitive function and balance skill. And after intervention, the satisfaction of the program was investigated. Wilcoxon matched-pair signed rank test was used to compare pre- post difference of cognitive function and balance skill. Results : There was significant difference in cognitive function and balance skill(p<.05) and the satisfaction is positive at the end of the program. Conclusion : The multisensory stimulation training program has positive effects on cognitive function and balance skill for elderly. And the satisfaction is positive at the end of the program. The multisensory stimulation training program can enhance the satisfaction to elderly in the aging society. So, additional studies is needed for efficient use.

본 연구는 여성결혼이민자로 이루어진 다문화가정 어머니의 가족기능이 다문화가정 아동의 자아, 또래 및 가족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 다문화가정 어머니 4명에게 Olson의 순환모델에 근거한 가족응집성과 가족적응성의 두 차원의 가족기능 검사를 실시한 후 그들의 자녀 6명에게 인형진단평가를 실시하여 현재 경험하고 있는 자아, 또래 및 가족관계를 살펴보았다. 연구결과 다문화가정 어머니의 가족기능이 높을수록 자녀의 자기존중감과 자아탄력성이 높고 또래관계에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 가족기능이 낮은 다문화가정 어머니의 경우 자녀들의 정서적 불안과 또래관계의 어려움을 보이고 있다.

This study is designed to verify relations between multi-cultural family’s function and multi-cultural family children’s self, peer interaction and family interaction with the subjects of multi-cultural family mothers and children. To attain the goal, the researcher collected data through a survey with FACES-III which the level of family function consists of family adaptation and cohesion in model of circumplex to 4 multi-cultural family mothers. And the researcher collected data through a survey with diagnosis model and suggestions for improvement of Figure Therapy as an evaluation tool to 6 multi-cultural family children. According to the study results, multi-cultural family’s function effect on multi-cultural family children’s self, peer interaction and family interaction. Based on these study results, the researcher suggests ways to intervene with multi-cultural family mothers and multi-cultural family in order to help multi-cultural family children grow and develop soundly
