This study evaluated the industrial applicability of a non-destructive measurement method based on impression materials for complex internal geometries. Using Hydrophilic Vinyl Polysiloxane impression material and a Mitutoyo optical projector, repeated measurements (total 60 data points) were taken on dovetail groove samples. A Gage R&R analysis showed %EV at 12.75%, %AV at 5.5%, and %GRR at 13.9%, indicating conditionally acceptable reliability according to AIAG criteria. The results confirm the method's practical potential for industrial use, with opportunities for repeatability improvement. Future integration with digital imaging and AI edge-detection technologies is expected to further enhance automated precision measurement capabilities.

Comparison of Test-retest Measurement Reliability of Iliopsoas Strength between Break and Make Test in Subjects with Lumbar Extension Syndrome

ABSTRACT Background The strength of iliopsoas muscle is frequently measured to evaluate the performance of hip flexion in the clinical setting. However, little research into the test- retest reliability of iliopsoas muscle strength in subjects with lumbar extension syndrome (LES) in supine position has been reported. Purpose The purpose was to compare the test-retest reliability of iliopsoas strength measurement in supine position with break and make test in subjects with LES. The iliopsoas muscle is very important in the hip joint structures. The reliable measurement is essential to evaluate the performance of hip flexion. Study design Reliability study. Methods Twenty subjects were enrolled in this study. The strength of iliopsoas muscle was measured in supine position, with using a smart KEMA tensiometer system for make test, using a hand held dynamometer for break test. The intra class correlation coefficients (ICC 3, 1) were used to determine test-retest reliability of iliopsoas muscle strength. Results Test-retest reliability of iliopsoas muscle strength measurements in make test was significantly greater compared with break test (p<0.05). The value of ICC with make test was greater than make test (0.86 for make test, 0.71 for break test). Additionally, the coefficients of variation (4.5% for make test, 18.3% for break test) was better in the supine position with make test. Conclusions The measurement of iliopsoas muscle strength in make test can be more reliable than break test in subjects with LES in supine position. The make test in supine position can be recommended for reliable measurement of iliopsoas muscle in subjects with LES.

Reliability and Validity of Measurement of Infrasternal Angle by Radiographic Methods

ABSTRACT Background The infrasternal angle is typically measured using goniometric or photographic methods. Because chest anterior?posterior radiographic images cannot be used to identify the xiphoid process, no study has evaluated the validity of infrasternal angle measurement. Purpose The purpose of this study was to determine reliability and validity of measurement of infrasternal angle by radiographic method. Study design Intra- and inter-tester repeated measures. Methods Infrasternal angles were measured in 25 healthy students using goniometric and radiographic method. To check the xiphoid process in radiographs, the examiner set the marker at the xiphoid process. Radiographs were taken by one X-ray technician for each subject using a radiographic apparatus. Repeated radiographs measurements were made in two test sessions conducted on different days by two testers to assess inter-rater and intra-rater reliability. The reliability of the infrasternal angle measurement was using intraclass correlation coefficients (ICCs: 3,1). The correlation between measurements taken by the radiograph and goniometric methods was calculated to test the validity of the radiographic method. The alpha level was set at 0.05. Results The intra- and inter-rater reliability of infrastenral angle measurements taken by the radiographic method were excellent (ICC=0.991 and 0.993, respectively). Radiographic measurement of the infrasternal angle was highly correlated with goniometric measurement (r= 0.85). Conclusions We suggest that the radiographic method is a highly reliable and valid tool for infrasternal angle measurement.

Objective To replace camera-based three-dimensional motion analyzers which are widely used to analyze body movements and gait but are also costly and require a large dedicated space, this study evaluates the validity and reliability of inertial measurement unit (IMU)-based systems by analyzing their spatio-temporal and kinematic measurement parameters. Methods The investigation was conducted in three separate hospitals with three healthy participants. IMUs were attached to the abdomen as well as the thigh, shank, and foot of both legs of each participant. Each participant then completed a 10-m gait course 10 times. During each gait cycle, the hips, knees, and ankle joints were observed from the sagittal, frontal, and transverse planes. The experiments were conducted with both a camerabased system and an IMU-based system. The measured gait analysis data were evaluated for validity and reliability using root mean square error (RMSE) and intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) analyses. Results The differences between the RMSE values of the two systems determined through kinematic parameters ranged from a minimum of 1.83 to a maximum of 3.98 with a tolerance close to 1%. The results of this study also confirmed the reliability of the IMU-based system, and all of the variables showed a statistically high ICC. Conclusion These results confirmed that IMU-based systems can reliably replace camera-based systems for clinical body motion and gait analyses.

Reliability of the Supraspinatus Muscle Thickness Measurement by Ultrasonography

Objective To assess the intrarater and interrater reliability of the supraspinatus thickness measured by ultrasonography (US) in normal subjects and to identify the relationship between the supraspinatus thickness measured by US and cross sectional area (CSA) of the supraspinatus muscle by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in hemiplegic patients.Method We examined 20 shoulders of normal subjects and 10 shoulders of hemiplegic patients. In normal subjects, one examiner measured the supraspinatus thickness twice by US at the scapular notch and another examiner measured the supraspinatus thickness several days later. The intrarater and interrater reliability of supraspinatus thickness measurements were then evaluated. In hemiplegic patients, the supraspinatus thickness at the scapular notch was measured by US in affected side and compared with CSA of the supraspinatus muscle at the scapular notch and the Y-view of MRI.Results One examiner’s supraspinatus thickness measurement average was 1.72±0.21 cm and 1.74±0.24 cm, and the other examiner’s supraspinatus thickness measurement average was 1.74±0.22 cm in normal subjects. Intraclass correlation coefficients of intrarater and interrater examination were 0.91 and 0.88, respectively. For hemiplegic patients, the supraspinatus thickness measured by US was 1.66±0.13 cm and CSA by MRI was 4.83±0.88 cm2 at the Y-view and 5.61±1.19 cm2 at the scapular notch. The Pearson Correlation Coefficient between the supraspinatus thickness at the scapular notch and the CSA at the Y-view was 0.72 and that between the supraspinatus thickness and CSA at the scapular notch was 0.76.Conclusion The supraspinatus thickness measurement by US is a reliable method and is positively correlated with the CSA of the supraspinatus muscle in MRI in hemiplegic patients. Therefore, supraspinatus thickness measurement by US can be used in the evaluation of muscle atrophy and to determine therapeutic effects in hemiplegic patients.

Objective To assess the usefulness of a pressure algometer to measure pressure pain threshold (PPT) for diagnosis of myofascial pain syndrome (MPS) in the upper extremity and trunk muscles. Method A group of 221 desk workers complaining of upper body pain participated in this study. Five physiatrists made the diagnosis of MPS using physical examination and PPT measurements. PPT measurements were determined for several muscles in the back and upper extremities. Mean PPT data for gender, side, and dominant hand groups were analyzed. Sensitivity and specifi city of Fischer’s standard method were evaluated. PPT cut-off values for each muscle group were determined using an ROC curve. Results Cronbach’s alpha for each muscle was very high. The PPT in men was higher than in females, and the PPT in the left side was higher than in the right side for all muscles tested (p<0.05). Th ere was no signifi cant diff erence in PPT for all muscles between dominant and non-dominant hand groups. Diagnosis of MPS based on Fischer’s standard showed relatively high specifi city and poor sensitivity. Conclusion The digital pressure algometer showed high reliability. PPT might be a useful parameter for assessing a treatment’s effect, but not for use in diagnosis or even as a screening method.

The Test-Retest Reliability of Supraspinatus Cross-Sectional Area Measurement by Sonography

Objective To evaluate the test-retest reliability of supraspinatus cross-sectional area measurement by ultrasonography. Method Both shoulders of 11 normal subjects (22 shoulders in total) were included in this study. The supraspinatus muscle was examined with the arm alongside the body in the coronal oblique and sagittal oblique planes. Th e occupational ratio of the supraspinatus fossa was measured. To calculate the occupational ratio, the Y view of MRI was reproduced with sonography by locating the suprascapular notch in the coronal oblique plane (in the plane of the scapula) and then rotating the transducer 90˚ to that plane. Th e cross-sectional area was measured using the tracing and ellipse tool. Th e second measurement was performed 7 days after the initial measurement. Results The Pearson correlation coefficient and intraclass correlation coefficient between the first and the second occupational ratio measurements were 0.43 and 0.44, respectively, for the tracing method, and 0.53 and 0.47, respectively, for the ellipsoidal method. The difference between the first and second occupational ratio measurement was 4.1±3.9% (0.1-13.2%) for the tracing method, and 4.5±3.4% (0.01-10.5%) for the ellipsoidal method. Th e maximum difference was 13.2%. Th e occupational ratio was 86.2±5.3% (70.6-95.8%) for the tracing method and 85.0±5.2% (69.3-96.1%) for the ellipsoidal method. Conclusion Supraspinatus occupational ratio by sonography is a low to moderately reliable intrarater method. However, the maximum diff erence was not signifi cant. Th e main reason for its low to moderate reliability was the narrow value range. Therefore, the study method should be re-evaluated in stroke patients and in patients with rotator cuff disease. Knowledge of the anatomy is a prerequisite to attain intrarater reliability.

In this study, the electromechanical properties in Sn-Cu double layer stabilized GdBCO coated conductor (CC) tapes with and without external lamination under uniaxial tension were examined at 77 K and self-field. Their irreversible stress and strain limits were determined using a loading-unloading scheme based on different critical current (Ic) recovery criteria. The repeated tests were performed and statistical estimation was done to check the reproducibility depending on the criterion adopted in evaluating the electromechanical properties. From the results, it showed that the Sn-Cu double-layer stabilized CC tapes have the higher irreversible stress limit, but lower irreversible strain limit as compared to brass laminated ones. Through the repeated tests, it can be found that a small scattering of irreversible limits existed in both CC tape samples. Finally, similar strain sensitivity of Ic in both CC tapes was obtained.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the reliability and validity of the body composition results for each impedance device and use them as primary data for body composition research. Total of 58 participants, including 24 men and 34 women, were recruited. The correlation was analyzed by measuring two repetitive measurements for each device. Dual energy x-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) equipment was used as ref-erence equipment for body composition research. All data were ana-lyzed as IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 25.0, and the validity and reliability were estimated by calculating the timely correlation coefficient. As a result of the study, repeated measurements of the measuring instru-ment showed high reliability by gender and age, especially in the child age group, with relatively higher reliability than those in their 50s or old-er. In the validity analysis between DEXA, in the case of the male group, the validity of the fat mass amount was relatively higher than the body fat amount and body fat rate. In the case of the women’s group, the va-lidity of the body fat amount and body fat rate was relatively higher than that of the fat mass amount. The company B had the highest validity for body fat rate and body fat amount in both men and women. However, the validity for men’s fat mass amount was the lowest. In subsequent studies, it is believed that studies that have expanded the population further and studies targeting special groups such as athletes should be conducted.

치매 환자 보호자의 스트레스 평가: 기억 및 행동문제점검- 개정판(Revised-Memory and Behavior Problem Checklist: R-MBPC)과 부담조사(Burden Interview: BI)의 신뢰도 및 타당도

Pearlin 등(1990)은 치매 환자 보호자의 스트레스를 일차적 스트레스와 이로 인한 이차적 스트레스로 구분했으며, 일차적 스트레스를 또 다시 객관적 스트레스요인과 주관적 스트레스 요인으로 구분하였다. 기억 및 행동문제점검-개정판(Revised-Memory and Behavior Problem Checklist: R-MBPC)은 환자 보호자의 객관적 스트레스를, 부담조사(Burden Interview: BI)는 주관적 스트레스를 평가하는 척도이다. 본 연구에서는 두 척도를 한국 상황에 맞게 번안하여, 신뢰도 및 타당도를 검증하였으며, 이를 위해 치매 진단이 확정된 환자의 보호자 128명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구 결과, R-MBPC:빈도 및 반응, BI의 내적 일치도는 .90에서 .93까지 나타났고, 검사-재검사 신뢰도는 .91에서 .97로 양호하였으며, 환자의 인지 기능, 일상생활 기능, 보호자의 정서 등을 측정하는 척도들과의 수렴 타당도 및 변별 타당도도 대체로 우수하였다. 또한 R-MBPC:빈도의 요인분석을 통하여 원논문에서 제시된 3개의 요인 구조와 일치하는 결과를 얻었으나, BI의 경우에는 2개의 요인 구조를 확인하는데 제한점이 있었다. 이와 함께, 환자의 치매 정도에 따라 보호자의 객관적 스트레스와 주관적 스트레스를 분석한 결과, 경도 치매 환자 보호자의 스트레스는 중등도 이상의 치매 환자 보호자의 스트레스와 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 연구 결과 확인된 연구대상의 특성, 문화적 차이 등에 대해 논의하였으며, 본 연구를 기초로 치매 환자 보호자의 스트레스 과정에 대한 포괄적인 평가 모델에 대한 검증이 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다.

Primary stressors, core variable in the model of the stress process in dementia patients' caregivers that Pearlin et al.(1990) proposed, are divided into objective stressors and subjective stressors, which are distinct and hypothesized to be differently related to patients and/or caregivers variables. The Revised-Memory and Behavior Problem Checklist(R-MBPC) measures objective stressors and the Burden Interview(BI) evaluates subjective stressors in dementia patients' caregivers. In this study, we translated the R-MBPC and the BI according to the Korean situation and tested the reliability and validity of the two scales. For this, two scales were administered to 128 dementia patients' caregivers. As a result, the internal consistencies of the R-MBPC:Frequency, the R-MBPC:Reaction and the BI were from .90 to .93, and the test-retest reliability were from .91 to .97. In addition, the correlations between the two scales and scales that assess patients' cognitive abilities, daily living abilities, and caregivers' emotions were suitable. Through factor analysis, it was confirmed that the R-MBPC is composed of three factors as presented in the original article, but it was suggested that the two factors of the BI in the original article has limitations in the Korean situation. Lastly, in the analysis for the caregivers' objective and subjective stress according to dementia severity, the significant difference between the mild dementia patient group and the moderate or severe dementia patient group was remarkable. The influence between the caregivers' characteristics and cultural background was discussed, and in the future, a comprehensive model for the stress process in the caregivers of dementia patients should be investigated.

한국판 심폐소생술 시 가족입회에 대한 인식 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 검증

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the validity and reliability of Korean version of the attitude measurement tool for Family Presence during Resuscitation (K-FPDR). Methods: Data were collected from 299 nurses working at a tertiary hospital located in Seoul via structured-questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 21.0. To examine the validity and reliability of K-FPDR, content/construct validity using exploratory/ confirmatory factor analysis and reliability test and criterion validity using Pearson correlation coefficient were conducted. Results: There were 6 of the 30 items deleted through content/construct validity test. The Korean version of K-FPDR was composed of three dimensions: benefits, negative effects, and decision-making on K-FPDR. K-FPDR was validated by confirmatory factor analysis (CFI=.82, GFI=.86, AGFI=.83, RMR=.07, and RMSEA= .07), and factor loading of the 24 items ranged from .40 to .82. In terms of criterion validity, the K-FPDR positively correlated with Family Presence Self-Confidence Scale. Also, the reliability of the scale was confirmed with Cronbach's ?=.85. Conclusion: The K-FPDR is a reliable and valid scale; therefore, this scale is expected to be useful in measuring the attitude toward family presence during resuscitation among Korean nurses.

손목․손가락 관절가동범위 측정에 관한 3차원 동작분석 프로그램의 신뢰도 연구

목적 : 본 연구는 손목과 손가락 관절가동범위 측정에 대한 3차원 동작분석 프로그램의 신뢰도를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 연구 대상자는 정상인으로 손목과 손가락의 움직임에 제한이 없는 자, 본 연구의 목적을 이해하고 참여에 동의한 자 50명을 대상으로 하였다. 측각기와 3차원 동작분석 프로그램을 사용하여 총 11항목의 손목과 손가락 관절가동범위를 각각 1회씩 측정하였다. 3차원 동작분석 프로그램의 신뢰도를 측정하기 위해 측정값의 일치도와 불일치 양상을 비교하였다. 결과 : 측정값의 일치도를 분석한 결과 44개의 항목 중 38개 측정항목에서 매우 높은 일치도를 보였으며, 측정값의 불일치 양상을 분석한 결과 3가지 항목에서 불일치 양상이 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구 결과를 통해 본 연구에서 사용한 3차원 동작분석 프로그램을 통해 관절가동범위 측정이가능함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 3차원 동작분석 프로그램의 측정의 편리성, 정확성의 장점을 기반으로다양한 임상 분야에서 활용되기를 기대한다.

Objective : This study aimed to assess the reliability of a three-dimensional (3D) motion analysis program for measuring the range of motion (ROM) of wrist and finger joints. Methods : The study recruited 50 people who had no restrictions on wrist and finger movements, understood the purpose of this study, and agreed to participate. Using a goniometer and a 3D motion analysis program, a total of 11 wrist and finger ROM were measured once each. To measure the reliability of the 3D motion analysis program, the degree of agreement and inconsistency of the measured values were compared. Results : Analysis of the degree of agreement of the measured values revealed that 38 out of 44 items showed a very high degree of agreement. Regarding analysis of inconsistency in the measured values, inconsistencies were found in three items. Conclusion : The results of this study confirmed that the ROM of the joint could be measured using the 3D motion analysis program applied in this study. In addition, it might be expected that the 3D motion analysis program would be used in various clinical fields owing to the advantages of measurement convenience and accuracy.

본 연구는 소비자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 고객화와 신뢰성이라는 두 가지 정성적 품질요인의 가치를 정량화하고자 하는 시도이다. 일반적으로 소비자의 만족도는 상품의 구매여부로 연결되며 이것이 최종적으로 기업의 성과를 결정짓는다. 따라서 고객화와 신뢰성의 가치산정 과정에는 생산자의 평가보다 소비자의 상품에 대한 주관적 가치판단이 필수적으로 포함되어야 한다. 이에 1998년부터 매년 한국 생산성 본부가 발표해 온 국가 소비자 만족도 지수(NCSI)와 소비자의 가치판단에 의한 설문자료는 이 연구에 직접적인 분석 대상이 되었다. 즉 구조방정식 분석 모형에 의해 추정된 NCSI와 소비자 설문으로 수집된 품질요인 지수 간 회귀분석을 통해 고객화와 신뢰성이 소비자 만족에 미치는 상대적 중요도를 산업 및 업종별로 측정할 수 있었다. NCSI 자료 분석결과, 미국 ACSI의 경우와 동일하게 상품의 고객화와 신뢰성이 고객만족도에 양의 영향을 미치며 전 산업분야에 있어서 고객화가 신뢰성보다 상대적으로 중요한 품질요인임이 확인되었다. 고객화와 신뢰성이라는 품질요인의 상대적 중요성은 기존의 연구결과와는 달리 단순히 제품과 서비스의 구성비에 따라 구분된 산업부문의 특성에 의해 영향을 받기보다는 각 제품의 용도, 본원적 기능, 품질수준 및 편차, 품질측정의 객관성, 소비자 계층과 기대수준, 상품기술의 발전 등 상품과 소비환경의 속성에 따라 결정된다는 사실을 밝혔다

In this study, we tried to measure the value of two major quality factors of customer satisfaction-customization and reliability. Favorable customer satisfaction directly results in customer loyalty and repurchase decision, and it eventually determines the business performance of a company. That is the reason why customer's subjective assessment of his consumption experience should be included in the measurement process of customization and reliability. However, the measurement process had been considered very difficult due to the qualitative nature of the factors. Recently, the annual National Customer Satisfaction Index(NCSI) and the associated customer survey data by the Korea Productivity Center provided us with a motivation to initiate the measurement process. Specifically, the relative importance of customization and reliability could be measured by estimating the regression relations between NCSI and the quality factors. The estimation results showed that customization and reliability of a product have positive impacts on the customer satisfaction, and customization is more important quality factor than reliability over all industry sectors. Another finding is that unlike the previous studies, the relative importance of two quality factors did not show a significant relationship with the industry specific characteristics along the four level goods-to-services continuum. Rather, the value of customization and the reliability on the customer satisfaction was mainly determined by the product and customer specific characteristics such as basic product functions, level of average product quality and its variance, ease of quality measurement, consumer groups and their expectation and innovation of production technology.

본 연구는 소프트웨어 신뢰성을 측정하기 위해 소프트웨어 신뢰도 측정 모형에 따라 소프트웨어 신뢰도를 측정하는 방법을 제시하려 한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 모형의 형태는 비동질적 포아송 과장의 분포를 이용하였으며, 제시된 모형의 소프트웨어 신뢰도를 측정하는 방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 모형에 따라서 적합한 소프트웨어 신뢰도 성장 모형을 선택하는 방법으로는 소프트웨어 고장 데이터에 따라서 신뢰도 함수의 추정 값에 따른 평균제곱오차를 계산하여 적합한 소프트웨어 신뢰도 함수를 제안하는 방법을 연구하였다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 품질을 측정하기 위한 신뢰도 함수를 제안하기 위하 여 모델을 제시하고 고장데이터를 적용하여 추정 값의 오차를 최소화하는 관점에서 소프트웨어 신뢰도 함수를 선택할 수 있는 방안을 제시한 연구로 판단된다.

This study proposes a method to measure software reliability according to software reliability measurement model to measure software reliability. The model presented in this study uses the distribution of Non - Homogeneous Poisson Process and presents a measure of the software reliability of the presented model. As a method to select a suitable software reliability growth model according to the presented model, we have studied a method of proposing an appropriate software reliability function by calculating the mean square error according to the estimated value of the reliability function according to the software failure data. In this study, we propose a reliability function to measure the software quality and suggest a method to select the software reliability function from the viewpoint of minimizing the error of the estimation value by applying the failure data.

개구장애는 턱관절의 움직임 제한으로 입이 벌어지지 않는 증상을 말한다. 개구장애는 구강위생, 식사하기, 말하 기 등 일상생활에 큰 지장을 초래한다. 현재 입벌림 크기의 검사는 다양한 도구가 사용되고 있다. 개구장애에 대한 여러 연구들에서 직선자, Vernier calipers, Atos Medical사의 TheraBite® range of motion scale 등이 사용되었다. 따 라서 본 연구는 여러 입벌림 검사 도구 중 사용이 간단한 TheraBite® ROM scale을 사용하여 검사자간, 검사자내 신뢰도를 알아보고자 한다. 연구의 대상은 20, 30대의 정상성인 남자, 여자 각각 5명씩 총 10명을 대상으로 하였다. 측정자는 임상경력 15년인 작업치료사와 개구장애 환자를 치료하며 입벌림을 검사한 임상경력 10년인 작업치료사로 선정하였다. 대상자는 허리를 펴고 전방을 응시하고 바르게 앉아 머리를 고정하고 입을 최대한 벌리게 하여 검사하였다. 통계 프로그램으로는 IBM SPSS version 23을 사용하였다. 검사자내 신뢰도에서 검사자A는 .986에서 .998의 신뢰도 를 보였고 검사자B는 .985에서 .998로 두 명의 검사자 모두 높은 검사자내 신뢰도를 보였다. 검사자간 신뢰도에서 두 명의 검사자는 높은 검사자간 신뢰도를 보였다(r=.994).

Trismus is a condition in which the mouth is not opened due to movement limitation of the jaw joint. Trismus causes major disruption to daily life, such as oral hygiene, eating and speaking. Currently, various tools are used to measure the mouth opening. Vernier calipers and the TheraBite® range of motion scale from Atos Medical were used in several studies of the opening defect. In this study, we used TheraBite® ROM scale, which is easy to use among various mouth opening measurement tools, to investigate the intra-test and intra-test reliability. The subjects of this study were normal adult 10 men and 10 women. The measurer was selected as occupational therapist who has 15 years of clinical experience and occupational therapist who has treated open mouth disorder for 2 years or more during 9 years of career. IBM SPSS version 23 was used as the statistical program. Measurer A showed confidence in .986 to .998 and Reporter B in .985 to .998 showed high confidence in both of the two investigators. In the inter-rater reliability, two measurers showed high inter-rater reliability (r = .994). The TheraBite® ROM scale is a reliable measurement tool if the measurer measures with accurate metrics.

2016년 관측 이래 최대 규모의 9.12 지진(M5.8)과 2017년 가장 큰 피해를 입은 포항지진(M5.4)으로 인해 국민들을 우리나 라가 더 이상 지진에 안전한 나라가 아니라는 인식이 고조되고 있다. 우리나라는 이런 지진으로부터 국민들의 인적・물적 재산 을 보호하기 위해 기상청의 지진 관측망 뿐만아니라, 전국 주요 공공 시설물에 지진가속도계측기를 설치하여 운영중에 있다. 신속한 지진 관측을 위해 지하 기반암에 설치되어 운영중인 기상청의 지진 관측망과 달리 지진가속도계측기는 사람들이 생활 하는 주변에 설치되어 주요시설물의 거동과 자유장을 계측하고 있어 다양한 노이즈에 노출되어 있어 신뢰성 향상을 위한 관리 기술이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 설치 현장의 실제 상황을 확인하고 지진가속도계측기를 「지진가속도계측기 설치 및 운영 기준」에 맞게 잘 설치한 우수사례들을 조사하고 이를 책자로 제작하여 관리 기술을 지원하는 방안에 대해서 설명하고자 한다.

측정 알림 신호에 따른 무산소파워 반복 측정 신뢰도 검증 KCI 등재

본 연구는 10명의 남자 대학생을 대상으로 윈게이트 측정 시 출발알림 신호에 따라 무산소파워 요인의 차이와 반복측정 신뢰성을 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 신호는 검사자의“시작” 구호(1), 자발적 인지(2), 알람(종소리, 3)를 적 용하였으며, 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 피크파워(PP)는 검사자구호와 알람의 결과보다 자발적으로 카운트를 인지 결과 에서 높은 수치를 나타내었으며, 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 둘째, 평균파워(MP)의 결과에서는 자발적인지 가 검사자구호와 알람신호에 비해 다소 높은 것으로 나타났으나, 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 피크 파워 도달시간(PPinT)에서는 자발적 인지의 도달시간이 검사자구호와 알람신호에 비해 빠른 것으로 나타났으며, 통계 적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 넷째, 복측정에 다른 신뢰성검사를 위해 차이 값의 평균 퍼센트(%), 상, 하위 값 퍼센트 (%) 범위를 확인한 결과 전체 결과에서 알람신호 반복측정결과에서 현저히 낮은 퍼센트를 나타내었다. 이와 같은 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 윈게이트 측정 시 측정 알림신호에 주의 깊은 적용은 외부적인 오차요인을 줄일 수 있는 또 다른 방법으로 제안되며, 반복측정 시 측정의 통일성에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것으로 생각된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of anaerobic power factor and repeat measurement reliability according to the start notification signal for 10 male college students. The result is as follows. First, the peak power(PP) was higher in the voluntary cognition results than the results of the examiner relief and alarm, and showed a statistically significant difference. Second, the mean power(MP) result showed that spontaneous cognition was somewhat higher than examiner relief and alarm signal, but there was no statistically significant difference. Third, peak power in time(PPinT), the arrival time of spontaneous cognition was faster than the examiner's slogan and alarm signal, and showed statistically significant difference. Fourth, the average percent(%), upper and lower value percent(%) ranges of the difference values for the different reliability tests for the double measurement showed significantly lower percentages in the alarm signal repeat measurement results. These results suggest that careful application of measurement alert signals to wingate measurements is another way to reduce external error factors, which may have a positive impact on the uniformity of measurements during repeated measurements.

최근 중대재해처벌법의 목적은 건설업 주체 구성원들의 안전불감증을 방지하기 위해 CEO의 안전참여 문화를 강조하고 있 다. 선행연구에서는 리더의 감성 수준이 높을수록 업무 능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 감성능력을 요구하는 추세라고 주장하 였다4). 본 연구에서 경영자 (CEO) 리더십 및 안전관리 연구에 사용할 수 있는 감성안전 측정으로 건전하고 간단한 EI 측정개발 도구에 대해 신뢰도를 검증한다. Schutte Self-Report Emotional Intelligence Test (SSEIT)의 감정 조절 모델을 적용하면 리더 와 안전관리자의 EI가 안전업무 수행과 태도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐야 한다. 또한 건설 안전관리 직업의 재해피해가능성스트 레스 감정 노동이 EI-활용훈련 결과 감정조절이 가능하다는 것을 제안한다.
